A progressive of the most insidious kind, one who claims to be “woke,” must, perforce, sleepwalk through a world filled with truths: biological truths, economic truths, historical truths, logical truths, mathematical truths, objective truths, etc. He, she, or it must deny reality. Cognitive dissonance is its lot in life. Here are some examples of truths that have recently come to light to enrage the inhabitants of that parallel universe.

a) Michael Bloomberg, at a forum run by the Bermuda Business Development Agency, 21 March 2019, in Manhattan, stated:
“If you go to the middle of the country … (and) your conversation during a presidential election is about some guy wearing a dress and whether he, she, or it can go to the locker room with their daughter, that’s not a winning formula for most people,” … “They care about health care, they care about education, they care about safety, and all of those kinds of things.”

b)  “It’s one thing to deplore eugenics on ideological, political, moral grounds. It’s quite another to conclude that it wouldn’t work in practice. Of course it would. It works for cows, horses, pigs, dogs & roses. Why on earth wouldn’t it work for humans? Facts ignore ideology.”

c)  “If the mean black American IQ is (best estimate based on a century’s worth of data) around 85, as compared to a mean white American IQ of 100, then if IQ is normally distributed (which it is), you will see a far greater percentage of blacks than whites in the range of IQs 75 or below, at which point we are close to the typical boundary for mild mental retardation.”
