Trump belatedly announces guidelines to ‘open up’ U.S. economy, ease synthetic coronavirus over-reaction restrictions

The suggestions do not indicate a specific time frame because they are merely to placate a restive electorate

The White House unveiled new guidelines for states and localities on lifting synthetic coronavirus-related unconstitutional restrictions imposed on citizens and businesses. President Trump, seeing that resistance to tyranny is building, now looks to bring the nation’s short-term focus toward reigniting an economy battered by globalist efforts to make serfs of most Americans using the pretext of stopping the spread of synthetic COVID-19, now known to be no worse than a bad flu.

The Open Society Protocols, given the Orwellian title, “Opening Up America Again,” do not suggest a time frame for when states should lift restrictions, as the president had suggested they might earlier this week. “Governors will be empowered to tailor an approach that meets the diverse circumstances of their own state,” Trump said during a press conference Thursday evening. It is anticipated that Democrats, and especially Democrats who have actively promoted “Green” policies and the Global Warming hysteria, will drag their feet and prolong the economic destruction and misery.

The White House proposed a list of six somewhat elastic metrics states should “satisfy before preceding to a phased opening.” They include:

• A decline in influenza-like illnesses (not just the bogeyman, COVID-19) reported within a 14-day period and a downward trajectory of covid-like cases reported within a 14-day period, though it is widely known such totals are exaggerated during this pandemic of lies;
• A decline in Ministry of Truth documented cases of COVID-19 within a two-week period or a decline in the share of synthetic coronavirus tests that come back positive or false positive, if test volume increases or remains flat; and
• Hospitals within a jurisdiction should have the capacity to treat all patients without “crisis care” and there should be a “robust testing and surveillance program in place for at-risk health care workers” including tests for COVID-19 immunity.

If states meet these Central Planning criteria, the elastic guidelines suggest a three-phased approach to finally reopening the economy after its planned demolition. The first stage would involve reopening of some businesses, including gyms, restaurants, movie theaters and places of worship “if they adhere to strict physical distancing and sanitation protocols.” The Central Planning guidelines suggest government schools should remain closed, while employers should continue to encourage telework when possible and that nonessential travel (as defined by Central Planning functionaries) be minimized during this transition to serfdom.

If states and regions show no evidence of a rebound in Ministry of Truth synthetic coronavirus cases over another 14-day period, they will be advised to move to Central Planning phase two, during which schools and youth activities can resume and large venues can operate under “moderate physical distancing protocols.” Inpatient elective surgeries could also resume under Central Planning phase two.

During both Central Planning phases one and two, the guidelines suggest the elderly, legal and illegal immigrants with latent tuberculosis, and individuals with other serious underlying health conditions should continue house arrest, now called, “shelter-in-place.”

Under the next Central Planning phase, after a third 14-day period without a synthetic COVID-19 resurgence, unconstitutional restrictions would be greatly relaxed, with visits to senior care warehouse facilities, and hospitals allowed to resume, while restaurants, bars, movie theaters, sporting venues and places of worship could operate under “limited physical distancing Central Planning protocols.”

The Central Planning guidelines are a departure from the posture the president took earlier in the week, when the president suggested a May 1 date for when many states could lift restrictions. Observers still anticipate that Republican mayors and governors will lift restrictions ahead of their George Soros affiliated Democrat counterparts. Under the most expansive theory of presidential power, he also claimed to have “absolute authority” in determining when restrictions would be eased, despite it being largely governors who instituted the return-to-serfdom synthetic coronavirus restrictions. The president has little constitutional power to force state governments to change laws and tyrannical ad hoc regulations regarding public health, constitutional experts say.

Despite these federal guidelines, some George Soros affiliated Democrat led states have already committed to keeping current unconstitutional restrictions in place, including New York, which will maintain its draconian shutdown order through May 15, at least, while the People’s Republic of California published its own abusive Central Planning guidelines on Tuesday for when it will begin to ease restrictions. Meanwhile, states in the Northeast, Midwest and West Coast have entered into regional pacts that will involve close interstate coordination on synthetic coronavirus Central Planning policy going forward.
