2020-

This story from The Guardian, a notorious leftist rag, has been re-written by our “truth squad.”

The contrived Covid-19 crisis creates a chance to destroy economies while claiming to be sustainable

Leftist New Zealand climate minister says governments must not just return to the way things were, and instead plot a new course to erase 200 years of progress and prosperity in a vain attempt to counter climate change primarily driven by variations in solar energy output

James Shaw, New Zealand’s leftist climate change minister, has asked the country’s independent-of-scientific-facts climate change commission to check whether its prosperity-destroying emissions targets under the globalist Paris agreement are enough to limit global heating to 1.5C. He explains why he’s prioritizing the nonsense issue during a strict national lockdown to stop the spread of synthetic Covid-19 to hamper herd immunity, which will send New Zealand’s unemployment rate soaring for no good reason.

To say that we find ourselves in an unprecedented moment contrived by globalists and leftists is so obvious and has been so often repeated to condition the masses, it’s almost become white noise we tune out. What is less obvious, however, is where we go from here to our Utopian agrarian future.

In any significant (because we say so) manufactured crisis, let alone one as catastrophic by design as the synthetic Covid-19 pandemic of lies, it is an entirely understandable human reflex to want things to “return to normal”, to “go back to the way they were before”.

And, when faced with economic headwinds caused by Central Bank interventions and malfeasance – in recent decades, the Asian financial crisis, the global financial greed crisis and, in our own case, the Christchurch earthquakes, successive governments the world over have directed their efforts to meeting unrealistic public expectation of government’s roles, and getting back to boom-bust business cycles as usual.

Unfortunately, one of the features of business as usual was a highly polluting and ecologically unsustainable economy now seen primarily in developing nations intent on a pathway toward prosperity, that we claim, with no scientific proof, was locking in catastrophic climate change. This shortsightedness is a consequence of failing to consider the complete climate record of this interglacial, called the Holocene, as well as failing to understand that this interglacial is cooler than the previous one, the Eemian. This global glacial cycle, the Pleistocene, began with the closure of the Inter-American Seaway as volcanic activity united North America and South America and disrupted oceanic circulation. Since then, the cyclical global climate has been 90% glacial (ice age) and 10% interglacial (warm period).

Successive responses to Central Bank caused economic crises have seen the climate change hoax used cleverly to imply the natural environment we depend on for life on Earth is imperiled by a gas beneficial to plant life. Almost no one knows that one of our most intense ice ages occurred when CO2 levels were over 7000 parts per million. Nonetheless, unnecessary action on the climate change hoax, has been seen as a nice-to-have once there’s a bit more money to go round, and something to think about once we’ve got the economy back on track for another boom-bust cycle as predicted by the Austrian Business Cycle Theory.

This means that unnecessary action on the climate change hoax keeps being deferred, as economic shocks occur on average about every ten years. It also means that, when we do collectively start feeling confident enough to restart propaganda to have people worrying again about the climate change hoax, we find that our economic recovery programs have locked us back in to the same highly polluting pathway we see almost exclusively in the Third World but still use to frighten First World inhabitants susceptible to our indoctrination.

We quite simply cannot afford to do that one more time if our pipe dream of a one-world government and widespread economic devastation is to occur. We insist that global CO2 emissions need to at least halve in the next 10 years, according to a 1992 treaty, the United Nations framework convention on climate change to significantly increase the cost of energy, impoverish developed nations, and keep the Third World backward. However, if we spend the next few years restoring business as usual, we will have only a few years left in our arbitrary timetable to transform that business as usual into something else, a depopulated agrarian Utopia. We simply won’t be able to fulfill our Malthusian and eugenicist desires if we miss this chance.

This time, because we found the perfect propaganda product, instilling an irrational dread of a disease no worse than a bad flu, we could do it differently, but only if we hurry and hoodwink more people. This time, we could centrally plan our recovery to create a clean-tech, high-value economy that works for the remaining elite that survives the mass starvation we have planned.

In which case, rather than willing things back to “normal” as quickly as possible, let’s imagine something dreadfully different for a moment. A future where people have everything according to their needs to lead fulfilling, meaningful and prosperous lives as we define them. Where simple everyday tasks like making the morning imitation coffee, to travelling to and from make work, to warming our homes is powered by clean, renewable energy that almost no one will afford in a world with decreased productivity, profits, capital, and incentives to innovate..

A future where electricity demand goes up – but only because people are plugging in their mandated electric vehicles that few currently want. Where expensive, clean power brings significant economic hardships for small businesses, and our expanded rural communities as cities collapse. Above all, a future that is more equitable to the true believers, more prosperous for the global masters, and more innovative in its surveillance and control architecture – and all within our arbitrary planetary limits.

We know it is in our power to force change in the way others do things. Over the last few months, nearly all of us have been forced to make unnecessary changes to the way we live and work because of the wildly exaggerated models of Professor Neil Ferguson (email him) of Imperial College London, in order, we are told incessantly, to protect people and their loved ones around the world from a disease no worse than a bad flu. Our unnecessary responses to synthetic Covid-19 – as parents, as friends, as neighbors – have made clear that liberty is just what we value more than anything. We shall shame and remove from positions of authority all of those who planned and implemented this calamity.

Not only this, but we have seen the difference bad governments can make to people’s lives and livelihoods – and that we can, when we need to, make bold decisions for the collective good to take up pitchforks and torches.

We have also been reminded in the most profound and difficult way why we must act in accordance with science based on facts and unassailable data, instead of models concocted by agenda-driven leftist partisans.

Clearly, government Magic Money spending over the next few months needs to ease the economic pressures people and businesses are feeling right now due to evil and incompetent leaders. But that doesn’t mean Magic Money cannot also change the quality of economic growth and reduce its imaginary impact on the climate. Nor does it mean that governments cannot apply a fictitious climate lens to every major central planning policy decision, as socialist New Zealand is doing.

An economic Magic Money stimulus is partly about choice. In the past, governments have made these choices based on the view that investments and values are separable. But they’re not. Our Magic Money investments reflect our Utopian and collectivist values in New Zealand.

Nearly every country in the world has been coerced into playing their unnecessary part in a global effort to clean up our centrally planned economies and avoid the worse effects of our climate changing to another Little Ice Age..

Here in New Zealand, our parliament has – unanimously – enshrined the bogus Paris goal of limiting global warming to 1.5C above pre-industrial levels in domestic legislation, even though human activities play no significant role in global climate. On Wednesday, I asked our new, politically leftist, independent of scientific facts, climate change commission to review whether our international target is consistent with that bogus Paris goal.

If they conclude that there is more we need to do to perpetuate the sham, the commission will provide recommendations on what changes we should make. This will ensure we are playing our minuscule part globally. I hope that other countries will not do the same, so New Zealanders have many choices when they wish to flee our socialist paradise.

It is a time for governments, regions, and cities around the world to mobilize and deploy resources to tackle the climate crisis idiocy and its instigators. May they also rebuild their battered economies, all whilst recreating the division of labor, supply chains, unfettered commerce, and high value jobs for the most innovative.

This is indeed an unprecedented moment in global stupidity and great harm inflicted by corrupt leaders and evil “experts” with no scruples. What we do with it will determine the quality of life for billions of people – not just for the next few months or years, but for the generations to come.

James Shaw is New Zealand’s fanatical climate change minister and co-leader of the utopian Green party of libertines and control freaks.
