In deepest, darkest Philadelphia, a Congo primate rapes in public.
Mostly black passengers on commuter train filmed his depravity.
The white woman was not a willing participant.
Black men act like white women are low hanging fruit.

No one should be surprised by this. I don’t believe anyone can be surprised by this.

I mean, come on.

White people have been taught for a year and a half that black people are above the law, and that if you try to stop them from committing crimes, you will be charged with a crime and go to prison.

We’ve all had it drilled into our heads that blacks are 100% above the law, and that the real crime is saying they can commit crimes.

Then we’re all supposed to be outraged no one would intervene when a black is raping a [white] woman on a public train?

As they continue to realize that they can just literally do whatever they want, you’re going to see more and more crimes.

Blacks are being let out of jail after committing murder. A school shooter was recently let out.

The [white or Hispanic white] woman was probably dressed like a slut [she admitted being drunk]. The word being used is “rape,” and that means penetration. Just grabbing at her breasts and groin would be “sexual assault.” So the basic logistics of doing a rape in a public place implies she was in total slut clothes.

Also, this guy is probably some kind of African-African. I could see some black bitch naming her son “Fiston,” but “Ngoy” is not an American name. The website “Celeb Hook” is saying it’s a common DRC name. (read more)

A homeless [black] man charged with raping a [white or white Hispanic] woman on a commuter train outside Philadelphia claimed the encounter was consensual, according to a report Monday.

Fiston Ngoy, 35, who has been charged with rape in Wednesday’s attack aboard a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority train, told Upper Darby police he had recognized the woman and tried to strike up a conversation, according to an affidavit of probable cause for his arrest obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Ngoy insisted the encounter with the woman, who told cops she was drunk and alone at the time, had been consensual. But she said that version of events was false, telling investigators Ngoy ignored her pleas for him to go away.

Surveillance footage from inside the SEPTA train backed up the woman’s account, showing Ngoy spending nearly 45 minutes trying to touch and grope her prior the 10 p.m. Wednesday attack, the affidavit states.

SEPTA cops arrested Ngoy, who listed a shelter in Philadelphia as his last address, minutes after an off-duty transit officer who witnessed the assault called an emergency line. But no one [of the mostly black passengers] onboard the westbound train on the Market-Frankford line stepped in to stop the attack, police said.

It remained unclear Monday exactly how many other passengers were in the car at the time, but Upper Darby police Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt said the attack may have been prevented if someone got involved. (read more)
