I do hope this next justice is not like Brett Kavanaugh or Neil Gorsuch. America deserves an independent and original thinker on the court. A man who is not a "Constitutional Scholar" of the usual sort. Our republic, if is to survive, requires the insight of a constitutional law heretic.

I want him to go hammer and tongs into the fray and create the consensus that will strike down Marbury v. Madison, the original judicial sin that set this nation on the wrong path. We no longer have three co-equal branches of government. We have a kritocracy of the most pernicious sort. The framers intended for the Supreme Court to be supreme only over the lower federal courts. They did not intend for the Supreme Court to wield the ultimate ring of power.

I want him to create the consensus that will purge from the judicial canon all previous decisions that relied on "foreign interference." For example, the Brown v. Board of Education decision was based, in part, on the work of Gunnar Myrdal, a Swedish socialist and intellectual necromancer who pretended to be a sociologist. He was brought to America by the Carnegie foundation to study racism and race relations. He lacked relevant expertise and essentially did not know what he was doing. Of course, he did understand that his brief was to write a propaganda piece, a pioneering work of social engineering. His 1942 book, An American Dilemma, was the utopian answer to the elites' dilemma about how to introduce socialism to America.
