French schoolgirl, 13, admits MAKING UP story that sparked hate campaign resulting in teenage Jihadi beheading teacher Samuel Paty

A French schoolgirl has admitted to telling lies about a teacher who was beheaded after an online hate campaign kickstarted by her comments.

The unidentified girl had claimed that high school teacher Samuel Paty showed an image depicting the Prophet Mohammed during a lesson on free speech.

She said that Paty had asked Muslim pupils to leave the class before he showed the image, which had appeared in the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

On Monday, the girl's lawyer revealed that his client, 13, had confirmed that she did not actually attend the class and was off sick at the time.

'She lied because she felt trapped in a spiral because her classmates had asked her to be a spokesperson,' lawyer Mbeko Tabula said.

After the girl, who reportedly had a history of behavioural problems, made her initial claims about the class, her father filed a legal complaint and posted a video online in early October.

The video, which detailed the allegations against Paty, provoked outrage on social media, including death threats against the teacher.

Paty was beheaded in the street by an 18-year-old man of Chechen descent on October 16. The man was shot dead by police shortly after the attack.

The girl has been charged with slander, while her father and an Islamist preacher have been charged with complicity in the killing.

The lawyer for Paty's family expressed her anger on Tuesday over the lies spread on social media which led to the murder and the girl's claim she was a spokesperson for others.

'Everything in the investigation showed very early that she lied,' Virginie Le Roy told RTL radio on Tuesday.

'[She was] a spokesperson of what? Of lies, of events that never happened? This explanation does not convince me and makes me rather angry because the facts are serious, they're tragic.'

Paty's killing, which happened in the town of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, sent shockwaves through France and reignited tensions in the country over the strict divide of church and state. (read more)

Reality Is Inconvenient – Minneapolis May Be On Fire Again Tomorrow

In Washington, D.C., Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and their allies have made the calculus that the best hope they have of breaking the rising power of populism in the country is to brand all those who dare oppose them as white supremacists and insurrectionists. To that end they have ringed the Capitol with fences and razor wire and deployed what amounts to an occupying army of National Guardsmen, who spend their days starting blankly at an empty Mall and wondering when they will be allowed to go home and return to their lives.

Inside the government the hunt is on for “extremists,” The military recently declared a standdown in fact on other activities so that commanders could focus the needed attention on the growing danger in the ranks. Joe Biden himself has made known his concern about the threat from veterans and former law enforcement officers.

Meanwhile, in Minneapolis, epicenter of the outbreak of left wing violence that gutted our cities last year, the story is completely different. There, in the real world, the one that Pelosi, her allies and their lackeys in the corporate media cannot quite make go away, the city is bracing for a firestorm as the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin approaches.

Chauvin is the officer who was filmed kneeling on the neck of George Floyd for nine minutes before Floyd died May 25, 2020. Chauvin goes on trial tomorrow for second degree murder and second degree manslaughter. Minneapolis, the city where the Third Precinct was overrun, abandoned and then burned in the aftermath of Floyd’s death is preparing for the worst.

The courthouse where the trial will take place has been fortified. It is surrounded by barricades, fencing and concrete barriers. The space between the layers of fencing has been filled with razor wire. Surrounding buildings and storefronts are boarded up. The same kinds of preparations are being made at five police precincts in the surrounding area.

To supplement its own law enforcement resources, Minneapolis has brought in over 1,000 additional police officers from surrounding jurisdictions. Two thousand National Guardsmen have been deployed. The city has already laid on additional grief counselors and trauma counselors as well. The State of Minnesota has set aside $35 million for security during the trial.

Virtually all the 2,500 individuals who work in the courthouse when it is in full operation will be removed from the building for the duration of the trail. That includes the judges. All 58 of the judges not involved in the Chauvin trial will conduct trials and hearings from computer screens in their homes.

Access to the courtroom where Chauvin will be tried will be restricted to around 30 participants. The media, except for two reporters, will be limited to watching a live feed of the proceedings on a big screen television in a building across the street.

The organization on the part of those who wrecked the city once and are prepared to do it again is just as intense. Multiple events are already scheduled downtown in the vicinity of the courthouse for the first day of proceedings. High school students are being instructed to refuse to attend school and to instead rally downtown as well.

At George Floyd Square, the new name for the intersection at which Floyd died, the crowds and handfuls of individuals in stereotypical Antifa Black Bloc attire are already milling around. Left wing extremist groups consider the “square” an autonomous zone outside of the jurisdiction of the city. Police promises to “retake” the “square” have been met with threats of violence by local organizers. When a man was killed at the square recently responding police were met with resistance and told they had no jurisdiction in the area.

Left wing extremist groups are tracking what they identify as FBI and local law enforcement aircraft conducting surveillance over Minneapolis in the run up to the trial. Followers of the groups in question are being given the call signs in use by the aircraft, the frequencies on which they are operating and the tail numbers of the aircraft in question. That information is being passed along not only for general awareness but so that organizers of the inevitable violence can take steps to hide their activities from observation.

Groups organizing in the runup to the trial are providing information to their members on the tactics the police will use to attempt to control riots and how to defeat those tactics and overcome law enforcement. Maps posted to the internet identify the security measures in place and the areas to which police will attempt to confine crowds. The group posting the maps provided this background and context.

The stage is set. All those groups that the corporate media likes to pretend either do not exist or engage only in peaceful protests are preparing to once again take Minneapolis apart.  Press reporting has suggested the strong possibility that Floyd will be found to have died due to a fentanyl overdose not anything that the police did. If that proves true, and Chauvin is acquitted, we can safely assume that all hell will break loose in Minneapolis, perhaps on a scale which will dwarf last year. How far that violence might spread across the nation is anybody’s guess.

None of that seems relevant in D.C. The hunt for right wing insurrectionists is politically useful. Facing a possible firestorm of left-wing violence might require courage, integrity and speaking hard truths. Better to steer well clear of that.

There Is No Such Thing as "White" Math
I naively believed that STEM would be spared from the ideological takeover. I was wrong, says Princeton professor Sergiu Klainerman.


In my position as a professor of mathematics at Princeton, I have witnessed the decline of universities and cultural institutions as they have embraced political ideology at the expense of rigorous scholarship. Until recently — this past summer, really — I had naively thought that the STEM disciplines would be spared from this ideological takeover.

I was wrong. Attempts to “deconstruct” mathematics, deny its objectivity, accuse it of racial bias, and infuse it with political ideology have become more and more common — perhaps, even, at your child’s elementary school.

This phenomenon is part of what has been dubbed “The Great Awokening.” As others have explained powerfully, the ideology incubated in academia, where it indoctrinated plenty of bright minds. It then migrated, through those true believers, into our important cultural, religious and political institutions. Now it is affecting some of the country’s most prominent businesses.

Unlike the traditional totalitarianism practiced by former communist countries, like the Romania I grew up in, this version is soft. It enforces its ideology not by jailing dissenters or physically eliminating them, but by social shaming, mob punishment, guilt by association, and coerced speech.

When it comes to education, I believe the woke ideology is even more harmful than old-fashioned communism.

Communism had a strong sense of objective reality anchored in the belief that humans are capable of discovering universal truths. It forcefully asserted, in fact, the absolute truth of dialectic materialism, as revealed by its founders Marx, Engels and Lenin. Communist ideology held science and mathematics in the highest regard, even though it often distorted the former for doctrinal reasons. 

Mathematics was largely immune to ideological pressure, and thus thrived in most communist countries. Being skilled in math was a source of great societal prestige for school children. And it was a great equalizer: those from socioeconomically disadvantaged families had a chance to compete on equal footing with those from privileged ones.

Like children all over the world, I was attracted to mathematics because of its formal beauty, the elegance and precision of its arguments, and the unique sense of achievement I was able to get by finding the right answer to a difficult problem. Mathematics also granted me an escape from the intoxicating daily drum of party propaganda — a refuge from the crushing atmosphere of political and ideological conformity.

The woke ideology, on the other hand, treats both science and mathematics as social constructs and condemns the way they are practiced, in research and teaching, as manifestations of white supremacy, euro-centrism, and post-colonialism.

Take for example the recent educational program called “a pathway to equitable math instruction.” The program is backed financially by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; it counts among its partners the Lawrence Hall of Science at UC Berkeley, the California Math project, the Association of California School Administrators, and the Los Angeles County Office of Education, among others; and it was recently sent to Oregon teachers by the state’s Department of Education.

The program argues that “white supremacy culture shows up in the classroom when the focus is on getting the ‘right’ answer” or when students are required to show their work, while stipulating that the very “concept of mathematics being purely objective is unequivocally false”. The main goal of the program is “to dismantle racism in mathematics instruction” with the expressly political aim of engaging “the sociopolitical turn in all aspects of education, including mathematics.”

In the past, I would have said that such statements should be ignored as too radical and absurd to merit refutation. But recent trends across the country suggest that we no longer have that luxury.

So let me state the following for the record: Nothing in the history and current practice of mathematics justifies the notion that it is in any way different or dependent on the particular race or ethnic group engaged in it.

For historical reasons, we often discuss contributions to the field of mathematics from the Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Chinese, Indians and Arabs and refer to them as distinct entities. They have all contributed through a unique cultural dialogue to the creation of a truly magnificent edifice accessible today to every man and woman on the planet. Though we pay tribute to great historical figures who inform the practice of mathematics, the subject can be taught — and often is — with no reference to the individuals who have contributed to it. In that sense it is uniquely universal.

Schools throughout the world teach the same basic body of mathematics. They differ only by the methodology and intensity with which they instruct students.

It is precisely this universality of math — together with the extraordinary ability of American universities to reward hard work and talent — that allowed me, and so many other young scientists and mathematicians, to come to this country and achieve success beyond our wildest dreams.

The idea that focusing on getting the “right answer” is now considered among some self-described progressives a form of bias or racism is offensive and extraordinarily dangerous. The entire study of mathematics is based on clearly formulated definitions and statements of fact. If this were not so, bridges would collapse, planes would fall from the sky, and bank transactions would be impossible.

The ability of mathematics to provide right answers to well-formulated problems is not something specific to one culture or another; it is really the essence of mathematics. To claim otherwise is to argue that somehow the math taught in places like Iran, China, India or Nigeria is not genuinely theirs but borrowed or forged from “white supremacy culture.” It is hard to imagine a more ignorant and offensive statement.

Finally, and most importantly, the woke approach to mathematics is particularly poisonous to those it pretends to want to help. Let’s start with the reasonable assumption that mathematical talent is equally distributed at birth to children from all socio-economic backgrounds, independent of ethnicity, sex and race. Those born in poor, uneducated families have clear educational disadvantages relative to others. But mathematics can act as a powerful equalizer. Through its set of well-defined, culturally unbiased, unambiguous set of rules, mathematics gives smart kids the potential to be, at least in this respect, on equal footing with all others. They can stand out by simply finding the right answers to questions with objective results.

There is no such thing as “white” mathematics. There is no reason to assume, as the activists do, that minority kids are not capable of mathematics or of finding the “right answers.” And there can be no justification for, in the name of “equity” or anything else, depriving students of the rigorous education that they need to succeed. The real antiracists will stand up and oppose this nonsense. (read more)

Trump vows to campaign against 'disloyal' Murkowski

The former president is formalizing his long-held opposition to the four-term senator, promising to travel outside the Lower 48 to galvanize Alaska voters against her.

Former President Donald Trump is making official his plans to target Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski, vowing to travel to Alaska to campaign against her ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

In a statement to POLITICO on Saturday, Trump said: “I will not be endorsing, under any circumstances, the failed candidate from the great State of Alaska, Lisa Murkowski. She represents her state badly and her country even worse. I do not know where other people will be next year, but I know where I will be — in Alaska campaigning against a disloyal and very bad Senator.”

Murkowski, who has held her seat since 2002, has been a longtime critic of the former president and was one of seven Republican senators to vote to convict him in last month’s impeachment trial. She is the only one of the seven to face reelection in 2022.

A Murkowski spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment.

Trump’s statement comes just days after Murkowski advanced the nomination of Rep. Deb Haaland (D-N.M.) to serve as interior secretary, which Trump called “yet another example of Murkowski not standing up for Alaska.”

Murkowski was the only Republican on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee to approve the nomination. The 63-year-old senator said she “struggled” with whether to back Haaland, saying she had to reconcile the Democrat’s past opposition to oil drilling with her heritage as a Native American, a well-represented population in Murkowski’s home state.

Questions about how involved the former president will be in primaries next year has gripped the GOP since he left office. Republicans are within striking distance of reclaiming control of both the House and Senate in next year's midterms, but some in the party fear that Trump could make their path more difficult by endorsing more extreme candidates against proven, moderate vote-winners in swing states or congressional districts.

Trump’s political team has commissioned polling on the Alaska senator, further evidence of its interest in unseating her. The survey, which was conducted Jan. 30-Feb 1, before Murkowski voted to convict the former president, found Murkowski with a 43 percent favorable rating in Alaska, short of Trump’s 52 percent figure. The survey was conducted by McLaughlin and Associates, a firm that worked on Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns. It was paid for by Save America, Trump’s leadership political action committee. Ballots In Arizona’s Maricopa County Found Shredded and In Dumpster – Days Before Senate Audit To Begin

Piles of shredded ballots were located today in a dumpster in Maricopa County Arizona.  This find occurs only days before the Senate’s audit of the county’s 2020 election results is due to start.

For months the Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County have blocked and delayed any independent audit performed by the Arizona Senate of the County’s results in the 2020 Presidential election.  As we’ve reported previously, after being subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate and then suing the Senate to prevent a Senate audit of their 2020 election results, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) agreed to have an audit if they could pick the auditors. The two firms they picked they claimed were the only two who were certified by the governmental body the US Election Assistance Commission (EAC). However, we found that these firms were not certified at the time they were selected by the MCBOS:

... The MCBOS went ahead and hired the firms they wanted to perform their audit but the audits were never structured to find any suspected fraud in the county. The validity of the 2 million ballots in the county was never even considered in the programs reportedly used by these audit firms:

... This is probably why these audits were set up the way they were (so no fraud would be identified).

... This is when the Arizona Senate said enough and passed a bill that would grant the Arizona legislature the authority to subpoena election records like ballots and tabulating equipment and ignore any laws to the contrary.

The Senate is now in the process of selecting an auditor(s) to perform their audit.  As the day for their audit approaches the heat must have gotten too hot for those guarding the ballots in Maricopa County.

Per our source on the ground in the County, yesterday an individual went by the Maricopa County Tabulation and election center and found doors wide open with seeming uninhibited access to the facility.

Today some other interested individuals in the county stopped by the same facility and found huge piles of [shredded] ballots in the dumpster outside the facility.

Someone ordered the ballots be shredded.

5 Reasons Why Democrats’ Extremist Gun Control Will Always Fail

With the launch of their frontal assault on firearms rights via H.R. 8 and H.R. 127, Capitol Hill Democrats have made it clear they are not interested in facts or the “common sense” their gun control campaign perennially claims to represent, and instead provided all the justification necessary for a hard-hitting pro-rights ad campaign by a grassroots gun rights organization now heading into its second week.

Ammoland News did some homework and found five clear reasons—call them examples—why gun control fails and will always fail; the proof routinely ignored by gun prohibitionists whose ultimate goal, according to Second Amendment activists, has never been violent crime reduction but unilateral public disarmament.

... Each of these cases underscores why gun control is inherently and irreversibly doomed to failure, says the Second Amendment community. Criminals do not obey gun laws. They never have and never will.

It is not that anti-gunners don’t understand this fundamental fact; they deliberately ignore it. Admitting that criminals routinely disobey gun laws is anathema to the gun prohibitionist mindset, and they will never acknowledge this error in logic. It is this stubborn refusal to recognize the obvious that keeps anti-gunners in a perpetual frenzy to pass restrictive gun laws, say rights advocates. They’ve apparently convinced themselves that restricting the rights of law-abiding citizens will somehow translate to disarming criminals and reducing violent crime.

The Federalist just published an Op-Ed by firearms attorney Ryan Cleckner, detailing the “Top 9 Reasons” a new gun control bill introduced by Democrats “is a terrible idea.” In his essay, Cleckner managed to dismantle virtually every argument in favor of gun control ever put forward by so-called “gun safety” organizations. In order, here are the reasons H.R. 8 is doomed to failure, Cleckner says:


In an email blast Thursday, anti-gun billionaire Michael Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety declared, “This is a pivotal moment. Legislation to expand background checks to all gun sales has been introduced in both the House and the Senate.

“HR 8 closes a dangerous loophole in our background check system that allows individuals to avoid a background check if they purchase guns in a private sale,” the Everytown message claims. “This gap allows individuals who are prohibited from possessing firearms to purchase them anyway. That doesn’t make sense. If someone can’t pass a background check at a gun store, they shouldn’t be able to buy one at a gun show no questions asked.


Everytown, like other gun prohibition lobbying groups, erroneously deems Capitol Hill anti-gunners as “gun responsibility” politicians.

One example would be Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, whose H.R. 127 is criticized by gun rights activists as being so egregiously ignorant of constitutional rights it has brought the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms into the media arena with a devastating 60-second advertisement calling for public opposition. CCRKBA is the grassroots sister organization of the Second Amendment Foundation, and typically remains in the background while SAF has emerged as a legal powerhouse since winning the 2010 Supreme Court case of McDonald v. City of Chicago.

CCRKBA’s campaign is called “SAVE2A.US” and is aimed squarely at Jackson Lee’s legislation. Public response during the first week was so stunning that CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb quickly extended it fr at least seven more days.

The message is appearing 66 times during the second week on the following networks: DirecTV, Fox News, Fox Business, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, DishTV, the Weather Channel, HLN, OANN, the Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel and the Inspiration Channel.

As the Insurrection Narrative Crumbles, Democrats Cling to it More Desperately Than Ever

If the threat of "armed insurrectionists" and "domestic terrorists" is as great as some claim, why do they have to keep lying and peddling crude media fictions about it?

Twice in the last six weeks, warnings were issued about imminent, grave threats to public safety posed by the same type of right-wing extremists who rioted at the Capitol on January 6. And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless.

First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday's ceremony,” announced CNN. In an even scarier formulation, NPR intoned that “the FBI is warning of protests and potential violence in all 50 state capitals ahead of President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration.”

The resulting clampdowns were as extreme as the dire warnings. Washington, D.C. was militarized more than at any point since the 9/11 attack. The military was highly visible on the streets. And, described The Washington Post, “state capitols nationwide locked down, with windows boarded up, National Guard troops deployed and states of emergency preemptively declared as authorities braced for potential violence Sunday mimicking the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by a mob of pro-Trump rioters.” All of this, said the paper, “reflected the anxious state of the country ahead of planned demonstrations.”

But none of that happened — not even close. The Washington Post acknowledged three weeks later:


All over the country it was the same story. “But at the moment that Biden was taking the oath of office in Washington, the total number of protesters on the Capitol grounds in Topeka stood at five — two men supporting Trump and two men and a boy ridin’ with Biden,” reported The Wichita Eagle (“With Kansas Capitol in lockdown mode, Inauguration Day protest fizzles). “The protests fizzled out after not many people showed up,” reported the local Florida affiliate in Tallahassee. “The large security efforts dwarfed the protests that materialized by Wednesday evening,” said CNN, as “state capitols and other cities remained largely calm.”

Indeed, the only politically-motivated violence on Inauguration Day was carried out by Antifa and anarchist groups in Portland and Seattle, which caused some minor property damage as part of anti-Biden protests while they “scuffled with police.” CNN, which spent a full week excitedly hyping the likely violence coming to state capitols by right-wing Trump supporters, was forced to acknowledge in its article about their non-existence that “one exception was Portland, where left-wing protesters damaged the Democratic Party of Oregon building during one of several planned demonstrations.”

Completely undeterred by that debacle, Democrats and their media spokespeople returned with a new set of frightening warnings for this week. The date of March 4 has taken on a virtually religious significance for the Q-Anon movement, announced NBC News’ Ben Collins, who was heard on NPR on Thursday speaking through actual, literal journalistic tears as he recounted all the times he called Facebook to plead with them to remove dangerous right-wing extremists on their platform (tears commence at roughly 7:00 mark). Valiantly holding back full-on sobbing, Collins explained that he proved to be so right but it pains and sorrows him to admit this. With his self-proclaimed oracle status fully in place, he prophesied that March 4 had taken on special dangers because Q-Anon followers concluded that this is when Trump would be inaugurated.

This is how apocalyptic cult leaders always function. When the end of the world did not materialize on January 6, Collins insisted that January 20 was the day of the violent reckoning. When nothing happened on that day, he moved the Doomsday Date to March 4. The flock cannot remain in a state of confusion for too long about why the world has not ended as promised by the prophet, so a new date must quickly be provided with an explanation for why this is serious business this time.

This March 4 paranoia was not confined to NBC’s resident millennial hall monitor and censorship advocate. On March 3, The New York Times warned that “the Capitol Police force is preparing for another assault on the Capitol building on Thursday after obtaining intelligence of a potential plot by a militia group.” All this, said the Paper of Record, because “intelligence analysts had spent weeks tracking online chatter by some QAnon adherents who have latched on to March 4 — the original inauguration date set in the Constitution — as the day Donald J. Trump would be restored to the presidency and renew his crusade against America’s enemies.”

These dire warnings also, quite predictably, generated serious reactions. “House leaders on Wednesday abruptly moved a vote on policing legislation from Thursday to Wednesday night, so lawmakers could leave town,” said the Times. We learned that there would be further militarization of the Capitol and troop deployment in Washington indefinitely due to so-called “chatter.” NPR announced: “The House of Representatives has canceled its Thursday session after the U.S. Capitol Police said it is aware of a threat by an identified militia group to breach the Capitol complex that day.”

Do you know what happened on March 4 when it came to violence from right-wing extremists? The same thing that happened on January 20: absolutely nothing. There were no attempted attacks on the Capitol, state capitols, or any other government institution. There was violent crime registered that day in Washington D.C. but none of it was political violence by those whom media outlets warned posed such a grave danger that Congress has to be closed and militarization of Washington extended indefinitely.

Perhaps the most significant blow to the maximalist insurrection/coup narrative took place inside the Senate on Thursday. Ever since January 6, those who were not referring to the riot as a “coup attempt” — as though the hundreds of protesters intended to overthrow the most powerful and militarized government in history — were required to refer to it instead as an “armed insurrection.”

This formulation was crucial not only for maximizing fear levels about the Democrats’ adversaries but also, as I’ve documented previously, because declaring an “armed insurrection” empowers the state with virtually unlimited powers to act against the citizenry. Over and over, leading Democrats and their media allies repeated this phrase like some hypnotic mantra:

But this was completely false. As I detailed several weeks ago, so many of the most harrowing and widespread media claims about the January 6 riot proved to be total fabrications. A pro-Trump mob did not bash Office Brian Sicknick’s skull in with a fire extinguisher. No protester brought zip-ties with them as some premeditated plot to kidnap members of Congress (two rioters found them on a table inside). There’s no evidence anyone intended to assassinate Mike Pence, Mitt Romney or anyone else.

Yet the maximalist narrative of an attempted coup or armed insurrection is so crucial to Democrats — regardless of whether it is true — that pointing out these facts deeply infuriates them. A television clip of mine from last week went viral among furious liberals calling me a fascism supporter even though it did nothing but point out the indisputable facts that other than Brian Sicknick, whose cause of death remains unknown, the only people who died at the Capitol riot were Trump supporters, and that there are no known cases of the rioters deliberately killing anyone

(Two FBI operatives have since anonymously leaked that it is looking at a “suspect” who may have engaged with Sicknick in a way that ultimately contributed to his death. But nothing still is known; Sicknick’s mother claims he died of a stroke while his brother says it was from pepper spray; and all of this is worlds away from the endlessly repeated media claim that a bloodthirsty pro-Trump mob savagely bashed his head in with a fire extinguisher.)

What we know for sure is that no Trump supporter fired any weapon inside the Capitol and that the FBI seized a grand total of zero firearms from those it arrested that day — a rather odd state of affairs for an “armed insurrection,” to put that mildly. In questioning from Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) on Thursday’s hearing, a senior FBI official, Jill Sanborn, acknowledged this key fact:

(The “one lady” who died referred to by this FBI official was Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed Trump supporter who was killed when she was shot point blank in the neck inside the Capitol on January 6 by an armed Capitol Police Officer).

The key point to emphasize here is that threats and dangers are not binary: they either exist or they are fully illusory. They reside on a spectrum. To insist that they be discussed rationally, soberly and truthfully is not to deny the existence of the threat itself. One can demand a rational and fact-based understanding of the magnitude of the threat revealed by the January 6 riot without denying that there is any danger at all.

Those who denounced the excesses of McCarthyism were not insisting that there were no Communists in government; those denouncing the excesses of the Clinton administration’s attempts to seize more surveillance power after the Oklahoma City courting bombing were not denying that some anti-government militias may do violence again; those who objected to the protracted and unhinged assault on civil liberties by the Bush/Cheney and Obama administrations after 9/11 were not arguing that there were no Muslim extremists intent on committing violence.

The argument then, and the argument now, is that the threat was being deliberately inflated and exaggerated, and fears stoked and exploited, both for political gain and to justify the placement of more and more powers in the hands of the state in the name of stopping these threats. That is the core formula of authoritarianism — to place the population in a state of such acute fear that it acquiesces to any assertion of power which security state agencies and politicians demand and which they insist are necessary to keep everyone safe.

There is, relatedly, a massive political benefit from convincing the population that the opponents and critics of those in power do not merely hold a different ideology but are coup plotters, insurrectionists, domestic terrorists. That is the same political benefit that accrued from trying to persuade the population that adversaries of the Democratic Party were treasonous Kremlin agents. The more you can demonize your opponents as something monstrous, the more political power you can acquire.

And as Democrats and liberals now gear up to demand a new War on Terror, this one domestic in nature, it should be no surprise that the rhetorical leaders of their effort now are the same lowlife neocon and Rovian slanderers — Bill Kristol, David Frum, Steve Schmidt, Nicolle Wallace, Rick Wilson — who demonized everyone who questioned them as part of the first War on Terror as traitors and terrorist-lovers and subversives. It is not a coincidence that neocons are leading the way now as liberals’ favorite propagandists: they are the most skilled and experienced in weaponizing and exaggerating terrorism threats for political gain and authoritarian power.

Ultimately, if this “armed insurrection” and threat of domestic terrorism are so grave, why do media figures and politicians in both parties — from Adam Schiff to Liz Cheney — keep lying about it and peddling fictions? Politicians and media figures do that only when they know that the threat, in reality, is not nearly as menacing as they need it to be to fulfill their objectives of political gain and coercive power. President Donald Trump Releases Statement on Border Crisis Biden Has Created

“Our border is now totally out of control thanks to the disastrous leadership of Joe Biden. Our great Border Patrol and ICE agents have been disrespected, demeaned, and mocked by the Biden Administration. A mass incursion into the country by people who should not be here is happening on an hourly basis, getting worse by the minute. Many have criminal records, and many others have and are spreading covid. Interior enforcement has been shut down—criminals that were once promptly removed by our Administration are now being released back onto the street to commit heinous and violent crimes. ICE officers are desperate to remove these convicted criminals, but Biden won’t let them.

The spiraling tsunami at the border is overwhelming local communities, depleting budgets, crowding hospitals, and taking jobs from legal American workers. When I left office, we had achieved the most secure border in our country’s history. Under Biden, it will soon be worse, more dangerous, and more out of control than ever before. He has violated his oath of office to uphold our Constitution and enforce our laws.

There has never been a time on our southern border like what is happening now but more importantly, what is about to happen. Now that Biden has implemented nationwide Catch-and-Release, illegal immigrants from every corner of the Earth will descend upon our border and never be returned. You can never have a secure border unless people who cross illegally are promptly removed.

I had a great relationship with Mexico, and its wonderful president, but all of that has been dissipated by the gross incompetence and radicalism of the people currently in charge. The Remain in Mexico Policy was incredible, but immediately abandoned by Biden, probably because it worked so well. Likewise, our Safe Third Agreements in Central America were extraordinarily successful, so Biden foolishly ditched them too. We stopped payment of the hundreds of millions of dollars paid to them and then developed an excellent relationship that made our country and their countries more secure. We put in place powerful rules and procedures to stop the smuggling and trafficking, but the Biden Administration has abandoned these proven strategies and instead given the smugglers and traffickers effective control of our border.

Despite being delayed by years of litigation and politics by the democrats, the wall is almost finished and can be quickly completed. Doing so will save thousands of lives.

You want to publicize what’s going on at the border?

Texas needs to call up the militia, and that means every swinging dick between 18 and 35 with a rifle, and send them down to the border on 3-5 day shifts.

Ask for volunteers first , and if needed, select them like a state does for county jury duty. Obviously, there’ll be exemptions for hardship, health, et cetera, but it’ll be a wake up call: the Federal government executive branch has made a conscience decision to not enforce the laws of the USA, nor defend the borders of the country, and as such, the state has every right to defend itself, as well have protect the health of its citizens from illegal aliens infected with COVID.

What would Dr. Fauci think about allowing infected illegal aliens to be released around the country?

How the Gates Foundation seeded America's COVID-19 policy catastrophes

The nursing home death warrants were signed by panicked governors using Gates-funded forecasting.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is finally facing the heat for his botched and criminally negligent coronavirus response policies, yet no one seems to be asking why Cuomo and select governors made the fateful decisions that led to the excess deaths — and the coverup campaigns — of tens of thousands of senior citizens in New York and elsewhere across the United States.

After being awarded an Emmy and writing a book on his supposedly heroic response to the pandemic, Cuomo is finally receiving the very necessary inquiries into his handling of the crisis. Cuomo is perhaps the most egregious example of abuse and neglect (given his refusal to use the Javits Center or a Navy hospital ship), he is far from the only governor who executed the “nursing home death warrants.” Governor Cuomo was accompanied by the governors of California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and elsewhere.

The common thread seen in the United States is the delegation of state policy to prediction modeling forecasts from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), a Washington State-based institution that is wholly controlled and funded (to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars) by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

In March and early April, politicians were informed by the modeling “experts” at Gates-funded IHME that their hospitals were about to be completely overrun by coronavirus patients. Modelers from IHME claimed this massive surge would cause hospitals to run out of lifesaving equipment in a matter of days, not weeks or months. Time was of the essence, and now was the time for rapid decision making, the modelers claimed.

On two separate April 1 and April 2 press conferences, Cuomo made clear that his policy decisions were based off of the IHME model.

“There is a group that is funded by the Gates Foundation. Thank you very much Bill Gates,” Cuomo said on April 1 in discussing ICU needs and how he was using Gates models to make other healthcare policy decisions.

“There's only one model that we look at that has the number of projected deaths which is the IHME model which is funded by the Gates Foundation,” Cuomo said on April 2, adding, “and we thank the Gates Foundation for the national service that they've done.”

In an April 9 briefing, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer referred to the IHME model in order to project deaths and the PPE resources needed for the supposed surge.

It was the same story with the government of Pennsylvania. The PA Health Department exclusively uses IHME models to forecast coronavirus outcomes.

Governor Phil Murphy, another nursing home death warrant participant, used IHME models to navigate the state’s policy response.

It wasn’t just state governors relying on this data, federal bureaucrats Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx, both of whom have substantial ties to the Gates network, used the IHME COVID-19 forecasting models (which Birx endorsed specifically as the best prediction modeling outfit) to make policy recommendations to states. In her White House briefings, Birx, who simultaneously had a seat on the board of a Gates-funded institution, almost exclusively relied on IHME models to project outcomes.

These models, and the policy decisions that were made by relying on them, set off a chain of events that led to indefinite lockdowns, complete business closures, statewide curfews, and most infamously, the nursing home death warrants.

States across the nation went to extremes, resorting to full bunker mode while waiting for bodies to start dropping in the streets, but the IHME modeling never panned out. Hospital capacity was never threatened. Most states that had created “surge capacity” pop-up health care centers never even used these facilities. IHME, for its part, regularly “adjusts” its models, and has never acknowledged their routine failures to forecast outcomes.

Bill Gates has never discussed the catastrophic failures of his prized “health metrics” forecasting organization, and how it has contributed to the suffering of millions of Americans. Instead, he has seamlessly washed his hands of COVID mania, and has moved on to demanding that the western world sacrifice itself in the name of the latest “crisis” that is climate change.

In December, however, Melinda Gates acknowledged that “we hadn’t really thought through the economic impacts “ of demanding that people stay locked in their houses indefinitely, among other policy requests demanded by Gates Inc.

The IHME models that demanded lockdowns and other insane restrictions relied entirely on sketchy COVID-19 data coming from the city of Wuhan, China. The early statistics concerning deaths, hospitalizations, and overall age stratification have not come close to matching the actual data on the virus. For example, IHME used a 3+% death rate when the real number *from* COVID-19 is only around 0.1%. IHME’s risk projections, which they presented as sound science, were all incredibly overinflated.

The buck does indeed stop with the elected leaders who made the fateful decisions to send sick COVID patients into nursing homes, lock down their states, and mask up their citizens in perpetuity, but that’s only half of the story. The bad data they used almost exclusively came from the Gates network, which has trafficked in pseudoscience and has demonstrated complete incompetence and reckless forecasting since the beginning of last year. Remember how about a year ago they told us to sit tight for a few weeks so that hospitals wouldn't be overrun and then we'd be back to normal?  Heck, we even had a vaccine within eight months (thank you, President Trump, for Operation Warp Speed).
 
Yet here we are, a year in, and they still resist re-opening.  Why?  Because they crave the control and power they have over their "subjects."

Enough Is Enough: Time to Finally Follow the Science on Masks

Recently I was "fact checked" by PolitiFact for a demo I did showing that masks don't stop the spread of aerosols (longer one here, shorter one here).  The reporter asked for my comments and then said what his narrative required, without regard for any scientific data.  The list of CDC and Medscape information in the video description escaped his attention.  He also completely ignored the fact that Anthony Fauci has flip-flopped on masks more than a fresh-caught fish on deck.
 
Scientists have been very busy.  When the Wuhan Flu came to America, we were told to constantly bathe our hands in sanitizer.  Now we know that very few cases are spread by contact, so constant hand-washing isn't necessary.  That leaves droplets and aerosols.  Unfortunately, many studies use arbitrary size criteria to distinguish between them, giving us confusing answers.  A better distinction is that droplets are too heavy to stay suspended in the air, so they follow a spitball's trajectory to the floor.  Aerosols can stay suspended for hours, much like cigarette smoke.

Masks work really well against spitballs — oops, droplets.  These larger particles hit and stick.  They don't get through.  So if you cough or sneeze, your mask, handkerchief, or elbow will do a great job of protecting your neighbor.  But what about aerosols?  You emit them every time you breathe, and if your neighbor sniffs after you break wind, you emitted an aerosol there, too.  (Incidentally, COVID-19 is present in sewage in high concentrations.)  We have enough data to show that these smaller, airborne particles are the real culprit in COVID-19 spread.  How good are masks against aerosols?

We've all run into that irritating person who screams that "you're going to kill someone!" if you take your mask off.  Supposedly, my mask will protect that person from me.  But that's only half of the question.  Will my mask protect me from you as well?  The questions seem to depend on how well the mask filters.  So scientists have gotten very busy looking at filtration.  One study shows that single-layer cloth masks are essentially worthless, letting over 90% of viruses through.  Others claim great efficacy.  What's a mother to do?
 
Our first problem is to simply look at the aerosol mask studies.  Virtually all of them use a mechanical gadget to measure how much gets through a mask.  That leads to us learning that more layers work better.  Duh!  You knew that from your house's air-conditioning filter.  Higher MERV and HEPA filters reduce the dust in your house.  They also reduce viruses.  An astute student of the obvious would have guessed that a better filter would reduce the number of viruses that get through a mask.  But what I showed wasn't about filtration.

That "smoke" from a vape wasn't designed to tell you "how much?" of your breath went around your mask.  That would be a "quantitative" demonstration.  Instead, it was intended to show "what?" was happening with your breath.  It's a "qualitative" demonstration.  Where do the aerosols go?  They go into the room to be mixed with the next breath and the next breath...  Then they get recirculated and concentrated some more by the A/C system, unless you have a high MERV filter or UV sterilization.

Let's look at the lady who screamed about me killing the kid in the next checkout line.

When that lady screamed that I was killing people by not wearing a mask, she was echoing the panic porn we've been fed for a year.  There's no evidence that my mask is capable of protecting you.  None.  Will yours protect you?  Not unless you are wearing a properly fitted (no leaks) N95 in a high-exposure environment as a health care worker.  Either you breathe through masks that don't filter, or you breathe around masks that do.  The air you breathe in has lots of aerosols, and some of those may be infectious.  The bug doesn't care.  It just floats on in through the big spaces in the lousy filters or around the edges of the good ones.

The real question that has to be asked isn't about mechanisms.  We've known for years that mask-wearing has no effect on the transmission of airborne diseases in the general population.  The study I just cited has one key difference from the mechanistic studies we've been talking about.  It actually looked at whether mask-wearing reduced infections.  That's called epidemiology and is about biology.  The others were physical science.  When the physical sciences demonstrate a difference but the biological sciences don't, whatever the physical scientists are measuring isn't relevant.

... A careful look at the charts shows that mask mandates did nothing except make money for mask-manufacturers and Emmy Awards for petty tyrants pimping masks and lockdowns.  COVID deaths rose, and then fell, without any effect from masking.  And these are the data we should be looking at.

It's worse than worthless to tell people that masks will filter out the virus when the data show that masks have no effect.  It's the same evil that rises when we frighten people about how "deadly" the bug is as we learn how to treat it and it resolves into part of the background.  Schools get closed, and children are irreparably harmed.  People die from multiple other causes related to poverty from lockdowns.

It's time to lift the yoke of tyrants off our necks and take the diapers off our faces. (read more)

Why Democrats are scared

Not everyone is aware that the journalist Ambrose Bierce (1842–1914) wrote short stories, poems, and fables.  His best known story, "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge," is perhaps the most famous. It was an episode of Twilight Zone and is included in many anthologies of American literature.  He was a prolific man of letters.  His Devil's Dictionary was named one of the top one hundred masterpieces of American literature.
 
Few people remember his fables, which are less well known than Aesop's but just as wise and just as biting.  One of them is entitled "Alarm and Pride."  It is a perfectly apt description of what Americans today face with the leftists now in control of all three branches of government.  Here it is:


Bierce's little parable describes our plight in the face of the tsunami of leftist abrogation of our Constitution since they illicitly took power.  Not even their mouthpieces in the media believe that Biden won the election fair and square.  That is why they protest so hysterically when anyone states the obvious.  That is why there are seven or eight thousand National Guard troops stationed as props around the Capitol in D.C.  As Devin Nunes remarked, it is a Hollywood production, all for show, a pseudo-event meant to send a particular message: we are running the show now.  You will do as we say, and you'll like it.

The frightening thing about all this is how many Americans have fallen for the show and all its production values — the lockdowns, mask mandates, the vaccine, every new reason to continue all the nonsense.  It's all been a sort of mass hypnosis, something like the Salem Witch Trials (1692).  One would think we would know better since a few hundred years have passed.

The Democrats are proud of their ill gotten success, but they know they cheated, and they are afraid of the truth eventually being revealed.  They are consumed with pride and alarm — pride in their power, alarmed that they cannot force the probably seventy-five-plus millions of voters who support Trump to submit to their authoritarian agenda.

Their solution?  We must be forced to comply by any means necessary.  Any and all discussion or references to the fraud that so characterized the 2020 election must be censored.  And it has been censored, just as any legitimate but skeptical medical opinions about COVID and the vaccine must be censored and most certainly have been.

The alarm of the left dictates the deletion of any and all voices that do not align with the fear-mongering narrative that COVID is going to kill us all if we do not submit to their tyrannical restrictions on our freedom.  Their "narrative" is all nonsense, a ruse, part of a grand plan, the "great reset."  We are all just pawns in their game of re-organizing civilization, here, there (Europe), and everywhere.  Their pride will be the death of us all unless those of us who venerate the freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution fight back.

The left is terribly alarmed by the support President Trump still garners, that it not only remains strong among his supporters, but seems to be growing after only a month-plus of the hapless Biden administration.  Did they not realize that their plan to undo every bit of good Trump did would only further anger those millions of people?  On day one, Biden put thousands of pipeline workers out of work.  He ended the employment of all those working on building the southern border wall.  He campaigned on opening up the border so that we now have a border crisis that dwarfs the previous breaches.  It will surely devastate our border cities and the communities from which they are bussed into the interior of this nation.

The pride and arrogance of people like Pelosi, Obama, Biden, and Schumer may well be the death of this nation if conservatives do not get together and stop all this any way possibly available to them.  Can a Democrat who supports an open, unrestricted border even think about being re-elected?  Probably not.  Every Democrat in Congress is being betrayed by Biden or whoever is calling the shots.

Democrats "elected" a corrupt man, a plagiarist, a liar, and a traitor who is selling us out to China, and they expect us all to be onboard?  They are alarmed at our intransigence.  We are horrified by their pride, their alarm at our resistance and their blatant treason.  Beginning with the Russia hoax, clearly a coup attempt, and their current plan to transform the U.S. into a submissive member of a one-world government in which we are meant to be the cash cow, their pride must be their downfall. COVID Death Data Fraud
(written by a chief investigator for a Medical Examiner's Office)

I've had enough.  The media continue to report what they consider the death toll from the Wuhan virus, despite the fact that it is fiction and defies basic tenets of scientific integrity.  Back in October, Senator Hirono repeated, again, the "over 200,000" deaths statistic.  This is a lie.  I'll explain why, but first let me tell you what qualifies me to know it's a lie.
 
From 1964 to 1970, in high school and college, I worked as an autopsy assistant at St. Vincent's Hospital on 12th Street in New York City, a few blocks from my own address on 14th.  After getting married and moving a few times, I went to work in the Medical Examiner's Office in Freehold, N.J., both as a tech and an in-house investigator dealing with forensic cases.  From there I went to the State Medical Examiner's Office in Newark supervising several disciplines.  Finally, in 1992, I was hired as the chief investigator for the Medical Examiner's Office in Fulton County, Georgia, in the city of Atlanta.  Along the way, I taught many classes in death investigation and served in several posts within the federal team that responded to mass fatalities.

Over the 30+ years that I spent managing aspects of death investigation, I was always determined to uncover every piece of information that would lead to the filing of an accurate death certificate.  That brings me to the big lie.  Death certificates are pretty uniform in their structure, and they call for strict accuracy in listing the relevant details.  There are five critical lines on a death certificate, each having its own contribution to the final conclusion.

The first (top) line is "Immediate Cause of Death."  This is where the actual terminal event is recorded.  This line is followed by three more, all labeled "Due To," where contributors to the immediate cause, in declining order, are listed.  An example of this structure might be Immediate Cause listed as Cerebral Hemorrhage, and the first Due To line might be Gunshot Wound.  Very direct.  In the event that there are other contributors in the cascade of Due To notations, they would follow, in descending order.  Finally, there is a line called "Other Significant Conditions," which serves as a catch-all for relevant, non-fatal items.  In the example above, this line might read Severe Depression to explain why there was a gunshot wound to the head.

You can imagine how many death certificates I've seen in my career, but you can't imagine the number of death certificates that are being fraudulently tallied in this current pandemic.  Someone in some bureaucrat's office decided that if COVID appears anywhere on a death certificate, it is counted as a COVID death, even if it isn't.  If COVID is on the Immediate Cause line, it is clearly a COVID death.  If it is on the first Due To line, it might be a COVID death in a person with a significant comorbidity.  If it is on the second or third Due To line, it may or may not have a role in the death, but if it appears in the Other Significant Conditions line, it is not a COVID death, yet it is being counted as one.  An example is the fellow who crashed his motorcycle and tested positive for COVID.  This is fraud masquerading as science.

How many actual COVID deaths have there been?  Who knows?  Last year, when the publicly advertised number hit 200,000, there was speculation that the actual number could be as low as 10 or 12 thousand.  Today, just based on statistical probability, it is certainly under the 500,000 reported in the media, and maybe a lot less.  Two publicly reported examples of this fraud are the fellow in Florida who died in a motorcycle crash but had been COVID-positive earlier and was certified as a COVID death, and then the two gunshot deaths in Colorado that were called COVID deaths because the decedents had been positive weeks before.  One study that has been released that has scientific integrity was from Minnesota, where the COVID positive rate was determined to be overstated by 40%.

As a once-upon-a-time New York kid who spent most of my 72 years in the business of investigating and documenting death, I'd love to get hold of every 2020 death certificate in the country and conduct a study that would set the record straight.

Somebody has to.  Dying with COVID and dying from COVID are two entirely different things. (read more)

After Border Patrol release, asylum-seekers test positive for Covid in Brownsville, Texas

A number of migrants seeking asylum and released by Border Patrol have tested positive to Covid-19 tests in Brownsville, Texas. Some plan to continue their journey to other cities and states.

BROWNSVILLE, Texas — Miriam Izaguirre, a 35-year-old asylum-seeker from Honduras, crossed the Rio Grande [illegally] at dawn Monday with her young son and turned herself in to the authorities.

A few hours later she was released, and the first thing she did was take a rapid test for Covid-19 at the Brownsville bus station. They told her her test came out positive.

"Right now we were tested for Covid and they separated about eight of us because we were positive," she told Noticias Telemundo Investiga. "We are waiting right now." She was waiting to catch a bus to Houston.

Other migrant families who also said they had tested positive were waiting to go to other destinations: North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey.

The city of Brownsville administers these rapid tests at the bus station, after migrant families are released by the Border Patrol. A spokesperson for Brownsville confirmed that, since they began doing these tests Jan. 25, 108 migrants have tested positive for Covid-19, which is 6.3 percent of those who took the test.

In response to Noticias Telemundo Investiga, a spokesperson for the city said in an email that Brownsville does not have the authority to retain these migrants who plan to travel to dozens of cities throughout the country. The city assured that municipal workers recommend to those who test positive to keep quarantine as indicated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The city employees suggest to families they go to nongovernment organizations (NGOs) and nonprofits in the the border area who can take them in and isolate them in order to keep quarantine.

"The City of Brownsville continues to follow all guidelines provided by the CDC and DSHS for Covid-19. The migrants who test positive at the B-Metro facility are advised of quarantine procedures and are asked to socially distance," Felipe Romero, Brownsville's communications and marketing director, said in an emailed statement. DSHS refers to the state's Department of State Health Services.

"There are several NGOs providing resources to a positive case," the email states. "For example, organizations help with quarantine either in a shelter or at hotel. Since the City started testing the migrants on January 25, there has been 6.3% of positive cases. The Cameron County positivity rate is 13.8%."

Several of the asylum-seekers who tested positive told Noticias Telemundo Investiga they were planning to leave Brownsville for their destinations; one of them bought a bus ticket for the journey.

Eva Orellana, 29, who is from Honduras and who tested positive, said she was going to take the bus to North Carolina with her 3-year-old daughter. "On the way, we were wearing a mask all the time, gel, washing our hands," she said. "Really, I don't feel anything."

Those who tested positive and spoke to Telemundo did not have any document indicating their Covid-19 test results; they said they were simply told by the station workers after taking the test.

They said the station workers told them to wait in a different waiting area than the rest of the migrant families, but they still had freedom to move, a few meters from the rest.

Noticias Telemundo Investiga asked Customs and Border Patrol about the release of migrant families and Covid-19 testing. A spokesperson said in an email that CBP personnel conduct initial inspections for symptoms or risk factors associated with Covid-19 and consult as appropriate with onsite medical personnel, the CDC or local health systems.

Suspected Covid-19 cases "are referred to local health systems for appropriate testing, diagnosis, and treatment," according to CBP.

At the station, Martín Fernández, an Omnibus Express worker, said that the bus company where he works respects the protocols of federal authorities: passengers must wear masks on board the vehicle and use hand sanitizer gel. But they cannot, he clarified, ask passengers for Covid-19 tests before getting on buses.

For years, bus stations have been at the the epicenter of the arrival of migrants to the border. Different administrations have released tens of thousands of [illegal] immigrant families in these buildings and, from there, they buy tickets to reach the residences of their relatives in the United States.

They are long routes, sometimes lasting days, crossing the country from station to station. Migrants are usually released with a permit called "parole" or under supervision with an ankle monitor. Once they are at their new destinations, they continue their asylum processes to try to stay in the United States.

The last few weeks has seen an increase in the number of families who have been allowed to enter the U.S. [by the illegitimate Biden regime] and continue their quest for asylum, as Noticias Telemundo Investiga has verified. (read more)

As we near the start of the trial of the Minneapolis police officers accused of murdering George Floyd, it is essential that you understand that these officers are being railroaded and should be exonerated once the full evidence is presented. The four police officers now charged in the death of Floyd handled the situation according to the training they received by the Minneapolis Police Department. These officers were not going rogue nor were they engaging in racist misconduct. They followed procedure in handling Mr. Floyd. What they did not know is that George Floyd had just ingested a deadly dose of fentanyl. If you are part of the mob ready to lynch Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin for the “murder” of George Floyd, put your rope away. You are wrong. Officer Chauvin will be able to prove in court that his use of his knee on the side of the neck of Floyd was an approved technique that the Minneapolis Police Department trained him to use. There are two critical pieces of evidence for Officer Chauvin–the training manual for the Minneapolis Police Department Police Academy and unambiguous video evidence.

... You need answer only one question–Did George Floyd “exhibit active aggression?” The video record of the incident is conclusive. Yes, Floyd exhibited active aggression. He repeatedly and physically refused to cooperate. Here is the results of the toxicology screen from his autopsy:

With 11 nanograms per milliliter of Fentanyl in his blood, Floyd was a dead man walking or, in this case, laying on the ground.

The police, not George Floyd, are the victims. The vilification of the police over the George Floyd matter, not just in Minnesota, is an outrageous perversion of justice.

One final observation. It is not the job of street cops to change the training curriculum. That is the responsibility of the Police Chief and senior leadership. If they do not want officers to use a “neck restraint” then do not train them to use it. Very simple. (read more)

Greta’s Nightmare

One crisp winter morning in Sweden, a cute little girl named Greta woke up to a perfect world, one where there were no petroleum products ruining the earth. She tossed aside her cotton sheet and wool blanket and stepped out onto a dirt floor covered with willow bark that had been pulverized with rocks.

“What’s this?” she asked.

“Pulverized willow bark,” replied her fairy godmother.

“What happened to the carpet?” she asked.

“The carpet was nylon, which is made from butadiene and hydrogen cyanide, both made from petroleum,” came the response.

Greta smiled, acknowledging that adjustments are necessary to save the planet, and moved to the sink to brush her teeth where instead of a toothbrush, she found a willow, mangled on one end to expose wood fibre bristles.

“Your old toothbrush?” noted her godmother, “Also nylon.”

“Where’s the water?” asked Greta.

“Down the road in the canal,” replied her godmother, ‘Just make sure you avoid water with cholera in it”

“Why’s there no running water?” Greta asked, becoming a little peevish.

“Well,” said her godmother, who happened to teach engineering at MIT, “Where do we begin?” There followed a long monologue about how sink valves need elastomer seats and how copper pipes contain copper, which has to be mined and how it’s impossible to make all-electric earth-moving equipment with no gear lubrication or tires and how ore has to be smelted to a make metal, and that’s tough to do with only electricity as a source of heat, and even if you use only electricity, the wires need insulation, which is petroleum-based, and though most of Sweden’s energy is produced in an environmentally friendly way because of hydro and nuclear, if you do a mass and energy balance around the whole system, you still need lots of petroleum products like lubricants and nylon and rubber for tires and asphalt for filling potholes and wax and iPhone plastic and elastic to hold your underwear up while operating a copper smelting furnace and . . .

“What’s for breakfast?” interjected Greta, whose head was hurting.

“Fresh, range-fed chicken eggs,” replied her godmother. “Raw.”

“How so, raw?” inquired Greta.

“Well, . . .” And once again, Greta was told about the need for petroleum products like transformer oil and scores of petroleum products essential for producing metals for frying pans and in the end was educated about how you can’t have a petroleum-free world and then cook eggs. Unless you rip your front fence up and start a fire and carefully cook your egg in an orange peel like you do in Boy Scouts. Not that you can find oranges in Sweden anymore.

“But I want poached eggs like my Aunt Tilda makes,” lamented Greta.

“Tilda died this morning,” the godmother explained. “Bacterial pneumonia.”

“What?!” interjected Greta. “No one dies of bacterial pneumonia! We have penicillin.”

“Not anymore,” explained godmother “The production of penicillin requires chemical extraction using isobutyl acetate, which, if you know your organic chemistry, is petroleum-based. Lots of people are dying, which is problematic because there’s not any easy way of disposing of the bodies since backhoes need hydraulic oil and crematoriums can’t really burn many bodies using as fuel Swedish fences and furniture, which are rapidly disappearing – being used on the black market for roasting eggs and staying warm.”
This represents only a fraction of Greta’s day, a day without microphones to exclaim into and a day without much food, and a day without carbon-fibre boats to sail in, but a day that will save the planet.

Ann Coulter: Attack of the Woke Teen Career Killers

I was a mere 70 pages into Donald McNeil’s brief about his firing from the New York Times when I emailed a dozen of my friends to demand they read it immediately. But they don’t have my perseverance, so here are the highlights.

Two years after McNeil chaperoned a group of high schoolers on a trip to Peru to learn about rural health care, The Daily Beast published an article detailing the students’ list of denunciations against him, including the career-ending claim that he’d used the “N-word.”

Days later, it came out that he had used the word in response to a student’s question about a high school girl who’d been suspended from school for using the infamous word. He repeated it in order to ask how she’d said it.

This paragraph, particularly the parenthetical, is all you need to know about McNeil’s misadventure in Peru:


None of the students on this resume-padding trip were black. There was one Asian, and the rest were white, dripping with white privilege. (Who else goes on a Princeton-bait trip to Peru in high school to learn about “rural health care”?) Twenty of the 22 students were girls. All appear to be complete idiots.
 
McNeil went on the exact same trip and gave the same lectures to a different group of high school students the summer before and got rave reviews. But the 2019 batch were in the advanced Spotting Racism class.

During McNeil’s struggle sessions with his interrogators at the Times, he was accused of an array of crimes against political correctness. Here’s a sampling:

Charlotte (Behrendt, associate managing editor for employee relations): “Did you say the word “n****r” on this trip?”

McNeil: “Yes, I did.” [Explains context.]

Charlotte: “Did you say there’s no such thing as white privilege?”
 
McNeil: “No. That’s ridiculous …”

Charlotte: “So you didn’t say there was no such thing?”

McNeil: “No. Absolutely not. That doesn’t even make any sense.”

Charlotte: “Did you say there is no such thing as institutional racism?”

McNeil: “No, I didn’t …”
 
Charlotte: “Did you say it was OK to wear blackface?”

McNeil: “No, I didn’t.”

Charlotte: “Did you say climate change didn’t matter because it only killed poor people?”

McNeil: “What? No, of course not.”

Charlotte: “Did you make fun of a student’s hometown?”

McNeil: “I don’t think so. What hometown?”

McNeil’s unprovoked attack on someone’s hometown consisted of his hearing that one student was from Boston, and saying, “Nice town … except for that baseball team.” [Yankees-Red Sox rivalry ensues.]

Charlotte: “Did you tell a joke about a doctor and a Jewish mother?”

McNeil: “A doctor and a Jewish mother …? I don’t think so … Do you know the joke?”

McNeil later remembered that he’d used a stock joke from his usual speech to doctors:


The endless questioning of McNeil’s jokes and comments feels like a weird, stressful dream. But the little Nazi block watchers held a trump card: They’d asked him about the “N-word” and … HE RESPONDED!

Fired.

McNeil’s story goes far beyond him, a crotchety leftist, angry about people walking in parks during the COVID shutdowns. Way too much of his response consists of his submission to the woke overlords, admitting that maybe he IS a racist and denouncing his grandfather as an anti-Semite. So forget McNeil. It’s Iran-Iraq.

Nonetheless, his story gives readers a terrifying glimpse of the next generation of grim conformists being pumped out by the nation’s education establishment.

These holy terrors are tormenting newsrooms across New York City — at New York Magazine, the New Yorker, and the New York Times. They are true believers, not original thinkers — race-obsessed, gender-obsessed, anti-white, anti-American, and much, much stupider than reporters used to be. Just tell me what I’m supposed to think and I’ll think it. These are the sort of people who ought to be office managers ordering staples and mouse pads, not people who report news.

This is why newspapers can’t be trusted anymore. Reporters need to have a normal person’s understanding of what words mean, so they can get on with the story.

If a field is described as “barren,” we don’t need to know the precise size, type, and amount of vegetation per square foot. But if we find out that by “barren,” reporters mean “lush,” then every word becomes suspect, and we’re going to need six paragraphs detailing the precise amount of greenery in the field. Not one word they use can be believed.

More to the point, if reporters call someone a “white supremacist,” we need to know if the Times’ definition of “white supremacist” includes a person who:

— questions race preferences in hiring and college admissions;

— believes most people are in prison because they committed crimes; or

— admires Western culture.

And if they say someone is “anti-Semitic,” we better not find out they’re talking about a guy who told a joke about his mother saying he’d never make it through med school.

These sourpuss zealots are in such a mad race to show their wokeness, they are useless as conduits for the news. What they do isn’t “reporting.” It’s terrorism. (read more)

Hollywood Celebrities Rage at Gov. Abbott for Opening Texas, Lifting Mask Mandate: ‘GOP Is a Death Cult’

Rancor over Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) announcing the end of the Lone Star State’s coronavirus mask mandate on Tuesday didn’t come from Joe Biden but from the Twitter accounts of the many of the left-wing celebrity elites who helped put him in the White House.

Indeed, seven months after requiring all Texans to wear a mask in public places [with minimal compliance outside of big, Democrat-run cities], Gov. Abbott told a group of small business and community leaders that “It is time for Texas to be open 100 percent. Everybody that wants a job should be able to get a job. Every business that wants to be open should be open.”

While acknowledging that “COVID-19 has not disappeared,” Abbott noted “the recoveries, vaccinations, reduced hospitalizations, and safe practices that Texans are using” to determine that “state mandates are no longer needed.”
 
Abbott said that by March 10 “about 7 million shots will have been administered in Texas and over half of seniors in Texas will have received a vaccine shot.” Addressing concerns over the potential for future coronavirus flare ups, Abbott said local leaders still reserve the latitude to enact some restrictions but said Texans won’t be hit with fines or see jail time for failing to follow local restrictions.

It didn’t take long for celebrities to shriek and show their disapproval with Abbott’s decision.

“Only another white man could figure out a way to become a worse person than [Spanish-surnamed] Ted Cruz,” comedian and former talk show host Chelsea Handler said.

AOC Rages over Texas Reopening: ‘This Endangers the Entire Country and Beyond’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) raged after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) rolled back coronavirus restrictions in the state, including the mask mandate, on Tuesday, warning that the move “endangers the entire country and beyond.”

“93.2% of Texans aren’t fully vaccinated. The state just endured one disaster worsened by selfishness + denial of basic science, and now conditions are being set for another,” the far-left Democrat said, expressing outrage over the governor’s decision to roll back the [widely ignored] statewide mask mandate, which had been in effect since July.
 
“Repealing the mask mandate now endangers so many people, especially essential workers & the vulnerable,” she continued, warning that reopening the state “endangers the entire country and beyond.

“We are in a pandemic. We know that COVID spread isn’t neatly contained by state borders, and explosions in COVID cases can increase the likelihood of new COVID variants to develop or spread to new places,” she added. “It’s dangerous”:




 Gov. Abbott made the announcement on Tuesday during an event in Lubbock, Texas, telling the group of business and community leaders that it is “time for Texas to be open 100 percent.”

“Everybody that wants a job should be able to get a job. Every business that wants to be open should be open,” the Republican governor said, noting that Texas now has sufficient tools to protect Texans from the Chinese coronavirus.

“With the medical advancements of vaccines and antibody therapeutic drugs, Texas now has the tools to protect Texans from the virus,” he said.

“We must now do more to restore livelihoods and normalcy for Texans by opening Texas 100 percent. Make no mistake, COVID-19 has not disappeared, but it is clear from the recoveries, vaccinations, reduced hospitalizations, and safe practices that Texans are using that state mandates are no longer needed,” Abbott added.

Abbott said that over 7 million vaccines will have been given by next week, adding that the state administers “about 1 million” a week.

Texas is following Florida’s lead, as the Sunshine State has remained open under Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R) leadership. DeSantis pledged during his Tuesday State of the State address that he will continue to ensure that the state remains open for business.

“Friends, legislators, Floridians, lend me your ears: We will not let anybody close your schools, we will not let anybody take your jobs and we will not let anybody close your businesses!” DeSantis promised:

Notably, Florida, which has remained open, has reported significantly fewer new cases of the virus per capita in the last seven days than New York, which has seen some of the strictest restrictions in the country, according to March 2 data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Joe Biden: Texas, Mississippi Lifting Mask Mandates Is ‘Neanderthal Thinking’

[Illegitimate] president Joe Biden criticized the governors of Mississippi and Texas Wednesday for lifting their statewide mask mandates, describing it as “neanderthal thinking.”

“I think it’s a big mistake,” Biden told reporters at the White House.

Biden expressed his feelings on masks during an Oval Office meeting with Congressional Democrats on efforts to cure cancer.

“The last thing, the last thing we need is Neanderthal thinking that in the meantime, everything’s fine, take off your mask, forget it,” Biden said.

He again demanded that Americans and political officials “follow the science” on masks.
 
“It’s critical, critical, critical that they follow the science,” Biden said, repeating that Americans should wash their hands, wear a mask and stay socially distanced. ”

“I know you all know that,” he continued. “I wish to heck some of our elected officials knew it.”

Earlier Wednesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki also criticized American governors for lifting mask mandates during the coronavirus pandemic.

“The entire country has paid the price for political leaders who ignored the science when it comes to the pandemic,” she said.

Psaki commented during the White House press briefing on Wednesday afternoon in response to several questions about the Biden administration’s response to Texas and Mississippi lifting their statewide mask mandates on Tuesday.
 
She said Biden would likely speak with the Texas governor about his decision “at the next opportunity he has.”

Psaki repeated that Biden believed that mask-wearing could save 50,000 lives, urging Americans everywhere to continue to wear masks, despite state officials lifting their mandates.

“He’s hopeful that people in these states will continue to follow the guidelines that have been set out and the recommendations made by health and medical experts,” she said.

Earlier Wednesday, federal health officials shared a similar message, urging Americans in states to “do the right thing” by continuing to wear masks.

“Every individual is empowered to do the right thing here regardless of what the states decide,” Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said in a briefing with reporters Wednesday morning. (read more)

Media’s MeTooing of Andrew Cuomo Is Really About Protecting Four Democrat Governors

In a just world not plagued by a fake and corrupt media, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) would be on the edge of resigning his office today, not over a handful of times he allegedly got aggressive with women, but over his sociopathic executive order that required nursing homes to accept patients still infected with the coronavirus.

That, after all, is the real scandal here, the true scandal, an act so monstrous Cuomo knew he had to cover it up, which he did by falsely blaming the order on the Trump administration and then lying about just how many seniors died as a result.

But instead of being pressured to resign over that, he’s being hit with perfectly-timed allegations of sexual misconduct, two involving former staffers, one involving a complete stranger he met at a wedding.

As these things go, while his alleged behavior is inappropriate (especially in the workplace), it’s nothing compared to the credible allegations against His Fraudulency Joe Biden, which involve a full-blown sexual assault allegation. Biden got away with much, much worse, so…

So what’s going on? Why is America’s corrupt media not at all interested in some 15,000 dead senior citizens while they tar and feather Cuomo over the allegations he made three left-wing women uncomfortable?
 
The answer is obvious…

Four other Democrat governors issued the same sociopathic nursing home order as Cuomo. Four other Democrats ordered infected coronavirus patients be admitted into nursing home facilities where 1) the most vulnerable live, and 2) they’re not set up to handle an infectious virus.

What this means is that if the corrupt media were to do the right thing (like that will ever happen) and go after Cuomo over his deadly nursing home policy, it would open a Pandora’s Box against these four Democrat governors and the Democrat party as a whole, which is something our fake media will never do.

Democrats must be protected at all costs, even if the cost is thousands and thousands of lives.

Only Democrats and the fake news media that shields them would be okay with closing schools (where there’s little to no risk) while pouring infection into nursing homes (where everyone’s at risk).

The media’s anti-science shielding of Democrats at the expense of the elderly and schoolchildren has been going on since the beginning of the pandemic. How else to explain the ongoing media jihad against Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), whose decision to leave Florida open for business and allow Floridians to make their own decisions about masks and social distancing, has proved to be an undeniable success?

But while Florida should be showing the country the way, the media have lionized failed governors like Cuomo and Whitmer, who not only infected their nursing homes but violated the Constitution in their zeal to lock down their states and force people into masks, even as the per capita death rate in their respective states eclipsed Florida.

The longer this pandemic rolls on, and the more we are able to compare and contrast the results of who did what, the more the Democrat/media narrative collapses. Florida tells us the Democrats’ fascist lockdowns — that have proven economically and psychologically devastating (especially for kids) — will be remembered as the worst domestic policy decision since Prohibition.

What’s more, former President Trump’s handling of the pandemic, especially his Operation Warp Speed — which produced a vaccine in less than a year (a true miracle) instead of the expected five years —  is by far the greatest success story of last year, as is Trump’s rollout of the vaccine, especially when compared to the media’s precious European Union.

So not only is Trump’s pandemic response, including his fight against lockdowns and school closures, proving to be correct and effective, the Democrat party’s response is proving to be worse than wrong:  it’s proving to be disastrous and deadly. And in the specific case of these five Democrat governors who ordered infection be poured into the homes of our most vulnerable, it is proving to be sociopathic.

Because these facts are becoming more obvious by the day, the establishment media can only protect the Democrat party one way — and that’s to take Cuomo down in a way that distracts from and erases a true scandal that four other high-ranking Democrats are just as guilty of. (read more)

'It Is Now Time To Open Texas 100%' Gov. Greg Abbott Says

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced he's lifting statewide executive orders that limit occupancy for businesses and require Texans to wear masks in public spaces.

"Effective next Wednesday, all businesses of any type are allowed to open 100%," Abbott said.

The governor said businesses can limit capacity or "implement additional safety protocols" if they wish and that counties can restrict occupancy if COVID-related hospitalization rates rise above 15% for seven straight days.

However, Abbott said, officials can't impose fines or ticket Texans for violating COVID-related restrictions like refusing to wear a mask or not following a county's orders.

"Under no circumstance can a county judge put anybody in jail for not following COVID orders and no penalties can [be] imposed for failing to wear a facemask," he said.

The governor said county judges can place caps on businesses if COVID hospitalizations rise above that 15% threshold, but that occupancy limits for businesses cannot go below 50%.

"At this time ... people and businesses don't need the state telling them how to operate," he said. (read more)

The Communist Takeover of the United States - Part II

This is Part Deux of my series on the Communist Takeover of the United States. Part I centered on the new President who oversees it all- Barack Obama. I do believe the new president is in fact, the old president. This is the third term of Obama.

The first time around, Obama tried his best to destroy America, American exceptionalism, our Judaeo Christian values, our capitalist economic system, our healthcare system (17.7% of the US economy), and the great American middle class.

Obama gave it his best shot. He crippled America, but he couldn’t quite finish the job. He needed Hillary to be elected to finish the job, but we all know how that turned out. Trump managed to beat a rigged election by bringing out the biggest turnout of white middle class voters in history. Obama vowed never to let that happen again.

Hence the election of old, weak, feeble, brain-dead Basement Biden- hopelessly lost and confused with dementia. He’s fallen and he can’t get up. Obama likes it that way. Biden is Obama’s puppet and front guy. Obama can now finish the job and do it under the cover of darkness.

Biden gives him “cover.” Now Obama can carry out his plan more ruthlessly than he ever could when he was the first black president, and wanted to convince American voters he wasn’t “radical” or “extreme.” Back then, Obama had to move with caution. He had to “boil the frog slowly”- as I warned in my #1 national bestseller in 2013, The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide.

All that is history. No more moving with caution. See Biden’s record-setting Executive Orders. They are as radical and Marxist as anything ever seen in America’s history. Obama is running the show. He is back to finish the job he started in 2008. Here in Part II, I will explain the actual plan. I learned it at Columbia University from 1979 to 1983. I was Obama’s college classmate at the Ivy League college where Marxism and the destruction of America was taught in every classroom. The plan was called Cloward-Piven, named after a husband-wife team of Columbia professors.

Cloward and Piven created the perfect Marxist plan: get every American possible on welfare and other government handout programs, in order to overwhelm the system, bring the national debt to levels never imagined, bankrupt America, and bring business owners to their knees when the economy collapses. Then you’ve got a socialist country. I recognize exactly what’s happening today in America with Biden as PINO (president in name only). Obama is running the show and he’s using a modified version of the Cloward and Piven plan from our Columbia days.

Democrats (aka socialists and Marxists) tried to get everyone on welfare for the past 38 years since Obama and I graduated Columbia. They came close, but they never could never quite overwhelm and collapse the system. The success of capitalism, Reagan and Trump got in the way.

But now Obama has the modified the plan. He is going to use the next four years to open the borders and MAFA (Make America Foreign Again). This is a modified version of Cloward-Piven. If you can’t get every American on welfare, then change the composition of America.

Open the borders and recruit millions, eventually tens of millions, of foreigners who don’t speak English; who know nothing about American history, or the US Constitution; who have no education, talent or skills; who require cradle to grave welfare; who will vote Democrat forever more, in order to keep the welfare checks coming.

Soon, America is so filled with foreigners, America becomes foreign to Americans. And those foreigners tip the scale and overwhelm the system with all their welfare, food stamps, free healthcare, free education, and a thousand other needs. Have you seen Biden’s Executive Actions? Have you closely watched Biden’s first six weeks in office? It’s all dedicated to open borders. It’s an obsession. It’s all about illegal aliens. It’s about giving them every form of welfare imaginable. It’s about giving them rights, privileges and advantages American-born citizens don’t have.

This is the Cloward-Piven plan Obama and I learned at Columbia, modified by Obama. He’s overwhelming the system and collapsing the US economy by flooding our nation will illegal aliens. A Simple Test for the Extent of Vote Fraud with Absentee Ballots in the 2020 Presidential Election: Georgia and Pennsylvania Data

Abstract

This study provides two methods to measure vote fraud in the 2020 presidential election, though they provide varying degrees of evidence for fraud. To try isolating the impact of a county’s vote-counting process and the potential fraud, I first compare voting precincts in a county with alleged fraud to adjacent similar precincts in neighboring counties with no allegations of fraud. In measuring the difference in President Trump’s vote share of the absentee ballots for these adjacent precincts, we account for the difference in his vote share of the in-person voting and the difference in registered voters’ demographics. I compare data for the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections. There is some weak but inconsistent evidence of vote fraud for Georgia and Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, the evidence is strongest for the provisional ballots. Voters were allowed to correct defects in absentee ballots using a provisional ballot on Election day – implying an additional 6,700 votes for Biden.

Second, vote fraud can increase voter turnout rate. Increased fraud can take many forms: higher rates of filling out absentee ballots for people who hadn’t voted, dead people voting, ineligible people voting, or even payments to legally registered people for their votes. However, the increase might not be as large as the fraud if votes for opposing candidates are either lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate. The estimates here indicate that there were 70,000 to 79,000 “excess” votes in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Adding Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin, the total increases to up to 289,000 excess votes.

You’ll never believe what made Bill Maher’s audience clap

The headlines were about the fact that, when Megyn Kelly appeared on Bill Maher’s HBO show on Friday, she complained about the way her children’s pricey private schools in New York were indoctrinating them with pro-transgender values and anti-white animus. Bill Maher to his credit, agreed with Kelly that matters are getting seriously out of hand, at least when it comes to the anti-white hatred that’s becoming the norm in education. Maher’s always been a bit of maverick, though. The real surprise was the enthusiasm his audience showed for that sentiment.
 
For conservatives, nothing that Kelly said about her children’s experiences in New York’s toniest private elementary schools came as a surprise. Kelly said that, while she and her husband identify as “center-right,” she was okay with the fact that the schools were on the left side of the political aisle. That changed, though, when “they went hard left, and then they started to take a really hard turn toward social justice stuff.”

One of the hot-button issues was the schools’ efforts to normalize transgenderism, a form of body dysphoria that’s recognized as a mental illness when the subject is anorexia, not sex. Kelly told Maher that, when one of her sons was in third grade – that is, 8 years old, the school “unleashed a three-week experimental trans-education program.”

Not only did the children find it terribly confusing, but Kelly also said that what was going on was more like coercion than teaching tolerance. Thus, she said, “It wasn't about support — we felt that it was more like they were trying to convince them. Like, come on over.”

The same pressure was applied to her other son who, in kindergarten was made to participate in a class project that saw the children writing to the Cleveland Indians to complain about their mascot. “He’s six,” she said. Can he learn how to spell Cleveland before we activate him?”

That’s when Kelly dropped a line that should be at the forefront of every single parent’s brain as he or she fights the school’s efforts to coopt American children: “If he’s going to be activated, Doug [Kelly’s husband] and I should do it.” It’s up to the parents, not the schools, to set values for the children – but of course, that’s not how leftists see it.

Maher then chimed in that he’d been hearing from parents – leftist parents – about the relentless anti-white activism the New York schools, both public and private, are pushing.

It was with those words that the amazing thing happened: Maher’s audience applauded. Over the years, Maher’s audiences have always been trained seals, reliably clapping at every hard left, anti-George Bush, anti-Trump, pro-Obama statement the host utters. But this time, he said that the BLM rap pushing Critical Race Theory (“CRT”) on American society is dangerous insanity – and the audience clapped.

When evil or crazy people -- that would be the BLM, CRT crowd – take the bit in their mouths, there is no stopping the extremes to which they’ll go. Perhaps the reaction from Maher’s audience is telling us that the American people are finally ready to rein them in. After all, a leftist audience realized, as Kelly and Maher did, that the left’s anti-white racism is going to destroy America. (read more)

Joe Biden's Embrace of Fallacious Critical Race Theory

The fallacy that America is “systemically racist” is rooted in arguments that the white majority suffers from subconscious racism which contaminates the entire “system.”  Proponents of Critical Race Theory and government-created “Equity” insist they have yet-to-be-discovered solutions, including conditioning of those who suffer “white guilt” and white fragility.”  President Joe Biden has eagerly joined this crusade to…. eliminate subconscious racism!
 
White Americans are kept in the dark as to the details of this enlightened reprogramming, but are told that the Bill of Rights is an impediment to these lofty new goals to eradicate systemic biases.  The first step in eliminating subconscious racism is to stifle conscious thoughts: the liberties of Free Speech and Due Process are viewed as tools of oppression by the white majority.

It is axiomatic that government cannot eliminate subconscious racism.  Yet, government can be very effective at fomenting racism, as numerous current and historical examples demonstrate.  America is about to try its hand at this folly.

Government conditioning to eradicate human evil is hardly novel.  But what happens when government seeks to do great good, by conquering the individual human will to do great evil?  How will the BLM Utopian Police State eradicate human racism?  Is this not the same old reconditioning Kool-aid of Pol Pot and Mao, poured into newly-manufactured George Floyd bottles?
 

Anthony Burgess famously delved into this subject, in 1963.  In his iconic novel, A Clockwork Orange, a seemingly incorrigible criminal is redeemed using “science” -- only, the experiment fails miserably.  Burgess was delving into exactly the issue America’s extremist progressives deliberately obfuscate: the horror of government reprogramming.

In a 2012 essay, Burgess plainly explained what he had tried to express through fiction:


The goal of the “American Experiment” was to secure equal opportunity for all.   Efforts at “equity” aim for a sun that will melt the wings of such fairy-like dreams while depriving citizens of even an aspirational hope of equality of opportunity.  Today’s quixotic, counterproductive BLM movement is no different.  One does not abolish racism by decree, any more than lewd thoughts.  One conquers racism through love, not fear and hate.
 
This transfer of a sort of “dark-church” authority to the secular state is reflected in the COVID panic, and how quickly many Americans wish to abandon the Constitution in trust of Big Brother -- and Big Brother Pharma.  Orwell warned of the power of an omnipotent state to inflict unprecedented destruction upon the human condition.  It is ironic that ALL Americans are familiar with Orwell’s books, but so few absorb that his warnings applied to all government structures -- not just the Soviet Union.

Burgess explained that his title “Clockwork Orange” derived from “...an old Cockney slang phrase, implying a queerness or madness so extreme as to subvert nature, since what notion could be more bizarre than that of a clockwork orange?”  Today’s world looks more akin to a “Clockwork Black,” in which the techno-state and modern alienation have pushed humanity far away from awareness of its own soul.  Far too many Americans are lining up to be absorbed willingly into that dead machine.

Said Burgess:


Clearly, BLM activists (and Joe Biden) have not read Burgess.  Antifa is well-steeped in blackness. The Clockwork Black, ticks.

And so [the illegitimate] Joe Biden declared that “... he had a mandate to achieve racial justice and root out systemic racism in this country.”  As with other extremists, he defines neither what that term means, nor how he will eliminate subconscious bias.  Instead he confidently proclaimed:

Such common sense is shunned -- soon it will be silenced as a typical gaslighting by a white person who must be silenced.  There are ominous harbingers from the [illegitimate] Biden [regime]:

Woke Coke is No Joke

As much as conservatives in America love capitalism, many U.S. capitalists sure seem to hate conservatives — especially Christian conservatives.  On virtually every issue important to conservatives of all stripes, large U.S. corporations ("Big Corp" for this column) stand opposed — almost unanimously! — to American conservatives. 
 
In other words, to the detriment of America and the truth, Big Corp has gone "woke."  Coca-Cola provides the most recent and egregious example of gross corporate wokeness.  According to a whistleblower, Coca-Cola is forcing its employees to complete online training that instructs them on "What It Means to Be White" and how to "try and be less white." 

This racist training declares:


No doubt this garbage is directly the result of Coca-Cola bowing to the evil efforts of the "woke" army of Black Lives Matter (BLM) and the like.  As Al Perrotta recently put it, "of course, it's doubtful anybody with any brains in Coca-Cola's leadership really believes such racist, divisive gibberish.  But they do believe the Woke Warriors won't let them rest until they push this poison onto their employees." 

Thanks in large part to Big Corp, as cities were looted and burned across America in 2020, BLM raked in tens of millions of dollars.  As reported last year by Jordan Davidson at The Federalist, Amazon, Pepsi's Gatorade, Microsoft, Warner Records, Intel, and numerous other members of Big Corp helped to line the stuffed coffers at BLM.  This will do nothing if not embolden BLM and its allies to continue their violent, destructive, and grifting ways.  In addition, the lavish funding of BLM will further promote the group's racist agenda.  None of this is good for America. 

Coca-Cola is far from alone when it comes to its corporate "wokeness."  Under Armour has also recently come under fire for forcing employees to endure "anti-white diversity training videos."  Long before "woke" and its derivatives entered our lexicon, Big Corp had surrendered to the agenda of the modern left.  Decades ago, Big Corp quickly got on the bandwagons of the radical pro-abortion agenda, the perverted LGBT agenda, and so on. 

According to recent polling by Echelon Insights, the top issues for Republicans (yes, not all Republicans are reliably conservative, but virtually all conservatives vote Republican) that are a "problem for the country" are (in order of importance): 


Other than perhaps "high taxes" (and even this means something different to individual conservatives from what it means to Big Corp), there's not an issue in this list that Big Corp has taken a stand on that is favorable to conservatism.  For example, "Corporate Supremacists" — as Brian Schuster described them in 2018 — "love mass immigration."  What he means is that they love illegal immigration.  One reason for this is, as Schuster put it:

Just after the 2020 presidential election, the New York Post reported that "Big Tech" began lobbying the incoming Biden administration to "reverse President Trump's stricter immigration policies."  According to the Post, "rescinding Trump's [immigration] actions is the industry's top priority next year."

Media corporations that are part of Big Corp are the main reason that conservatives are concerned about "liberal bias in the mainstream media."  Because this bias helps to further the left's agenda, other members of Big Corp play along.  In fact, in attempts to censor conservatives, many of them have sometimes engaged in advertising boycotts. 

Tragically, hundreds of members of Big Corp — including Amazon, Apple, AT&T, Best Buy, Capital One, Chevron, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Dell, Delta Airlines, Dominos, E-TRADE, Food Lion, General Motors, Google, Hershey, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg, MasterCard, Mattel, Microsoft, Netflix, Nike, PepsiCo, Sony, Starbucks, Target, Texas Instruments, Uber, and many others — have thrown their support behind the evil — and misnamed — "Equality Act."  Thanks to Democrat control and the support of Big Corp, this abomination recently passed the U.S. House.  Perhaps more than any other collection of words in recent history, the "Equality Act" epitomizes the "general moral decline" of America. 

As many others have already noted, the evil "Equality Act" promotes anything but "equality."  Among other disastrous consequences, if the "Equality Act" becomes law, it will make criminals out of those who live according to the biblical (and biological) view of who is a male and who is a female, it will gut religious liberty and compel speech, it will ruin women's and girls' sports, it will endanger women and girls, it will allow for children to be taken from their parents, and so on.  Yet Big Corp finds all of this not only acceptable, but necessary.

Clearly, these "woke" corporations have forgotten their foundations and forgotten what allows for their continued existence and prosperity.  They have forgotten — or choose to ignore — that they could prosper as they have only in the United States of America.  Most importantly, they have forgotten God and His law.  As I point out in The Miracle and Magnificence of America, the United States is the world's most enduring constitutional republic and the world's most powerful and prosperous nation — which has produced the world's largest and wealthiest corporations — because our Founders rightly feared God and dually embraced the principles of Christianity and free-market capitalism (as espoused by Adam Smith in The Wealth of Nations).

Many liberals in America — including many now in D.C.  — would've long ago shredded the U.S. Constitution.  The Constitution endures because it is worth conserving, and from the beginning of this great nation, conservatives in America have long understood that fact.  If anything is worth conserving, it is those things that have been settled for all time, and more than any other governing document written by mankind, the U.S. Constitution embraces this notion.

To the great detriment of America (or any nation), "wokeness" is a war on the truth.  Like individuals, corporations embrace this deadly ideology because they ignore God and go their own way.  As has been the case for all time, if we want this to change, we need revival and repentance in our corporate boardrooms.
