Editor's Note:
This district judge is in Texas. Any appeal from the illegitimate Biden regime would be heard by the reliably conservative 5th Court of Appeals. Let's hope they also hoover up six months worth of the dregs of the third world dispersed by the Air Force, Catholic Charities, etc. and send them back south of the Rio Grande. It never made sense to let in "asylum seekers" since only 10% (at most) of asylum claims are accepted. Biden's handlers welcomed them and sent them throughout the land because they want to replace traditional Americans with ignorant peasants or gang members or West Africans or Haitians.

Biden's handlers ignored the 1 May 2021 withdrawal date agreed in the Doha
peace talks between the U.S. and the Taliban. Trump told Biden not to keep
U.S. troops in Afghanistan after that date. The Taliban stated they would
consider any forces remaining past 1 May to be foreign invaders.

Weaponizing Fear, Biden Administration Contemplating Mandating Vaccines for Interstate Travel – They Won’t, But They Will Push Further

Many outlets have reported on a leak from the White House that JoeBama was considering a vaccine mandate for interstate travel. These public probes into how far they can go should not come as a surprise; however, as each day passes more and more people are realizing COVID fear is being weaponized.

As a result of a larger awakening;
which must be maintained with large trumpet by every ally of freedom; further federal mandates will get a lot more push-back and become harder and harder to execute.

VIA Associated Press – […] The sharper federal approach comes as nearly 90 million eligible Americans still have not been vaccinated and as Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert, says shots are the only path for the nation to contain the delta variant.

[…] Still, while more severe measures — such as mandating vaccines for interstate travel or changing how the federal government reimburses treatment for those who are unvaccinated and become ill with COVID-19 — have been discussed, the administration worried that they would be too polarizing at this time. An administration official said the interstate travel vaccination requirement was not under consideration at the moment.

That’s not to say they won’t be implemented in the future, as public opinion continues to shift toward requiring vaccinations as a means to restore normalcy. (read more)

CTH has been warning about the Chicago network behind Biden and their objective.  We have accurately predicted their moves, but what we cannot determine is how the larger American electorate will respond to these encroachments.

[December 2020] Why is COVID-19 being disproportionately hyped as such a dangerous threat, when the reality of the statistical danger is much less than the intense level of hype?… That is the key question.

The answer is… social changes under the guise of COVID-19 mitigation, are the entry point for the goals and aspirations of the political left on a national and global scale. COVID-19 is a virus, but also a very important political weapon, and we are discovering what the purpose of the hype is all about. What follows below will help understand; and when you encounter the fear it will help to reconcile/explain what people cannot figure out.

Joe Biden is an avatar; a political pawn; a cognitively declining guy who has no idea what is happening around him. The people behind Biden, those in real control of what this is about, have not hidden their goals and aspirations. These are not stupid people. They are scheming, conniving, ever-planning, ever-manipulating & Machiavellian types within the political system; lusting for power, influence and affluence.

What they are planning to do is weaponize COVID-19 to attain ideological objectives. This is why they hyped the fear within it for almost a year. Nothing within their plan requires the approval or consent of any representative body in Washington DC. COVID is the tool to “fundamentally change” the way the United States exists.

On October 23rd, 2020, those behind the Biden campaign dropped all pretense, openly having their candidate state publicly his intention to control the lives of all Americans using the authority of a weaponized federal government to advance national COVID-19 regulations.

The Dept of Transportation would be the agency enforcing a national interstate transit mask and/or vaccine requirement. However, don’t focus on the DoT part of what he was saying in 2020… that was only one creek… Instead focus on the downstream use of all federal regulatory agencies and how they align within a Federal COVID compliance agenda… that’s the river.

Think about the Dept of Agriculture (SNAP/food stamps), the Dept. of Labor, the Dept of Education, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Housing and Urban Development, Health and Human Services, Dept of Labor, Dept of Energy and how they would join with the DoT to create the aggregate raging river of regulation.

Think about the federal government using mandates for enforced national COVID-19 compliance rules. Think about USDA (Dept of Agriculture) and OSHA federal inspections for social distancing, masks, vaccinations (etc) in all businesses, not just restaurants.

Think about the COVID-19 regulatory and compliance system and what political beneficiaries stand to gain.

Think about the Dept of Education using COVID to restructure the way education is taught and the downstream regulations on charter schools and non-compliant educational systems that do not meet the ideological objectives of the master control plan.

Think about how the Dept. of Labor (complaint division) can be weaponized against political opposition based on arbitrary mask/vaccine inspections under the guise of employee health and safety…. using federal COVID compliance rules.

Think about required days off for the entire employee base if a single infection is identified in the workplace. Paid days off…. funded by Federal Government. Think about how that changes the income dependency dynamic.

Think about the larger Green New Deal (goals and objectives), and then contrast those objectives while aligning an overlay map of how federal COVID mitigation rules can be applied as a back door to the EXACT SAME objective.

Far beyond masks and even vaccines…. Workspaces being forced to be redesigned. New rules on labor density. New rules on labor/manufacturing and office proximity. New rules on uniforms. New rules on hand-washing stations. New rules on sick pay, shift hours, time-off when a COVID infection is detected in the workplace.

Think about everything from rules on surfaces, to rules on packaging, to rules on ALL business operations as an outcome of federal regulatory policy under the guise of CVOID-19 mitigation. OSHA, Labor, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Education, Housing, Health and Human Services, and even federal building permits… the entire regulatory system and compliance network.

Think about Housing and Urban Development (HUD) having new rules about dwellings and complexes for housing grants. Population density; the need to move into the suburbs and the confiscation of private property to “ensure the common safety” of the citizens.

Think about those types of business regulations applied on a National level…. and then, as seen in prior Democrat administrations with IRS etc, think about them also being enforced through the prism of political affiliation.

Think about how states that refuse to participate in the mandates will be cut off from federal grants and funding for college tuition, Medicare and/or medicaid reimbursement, etc. etc.

Think about what happens to Main Street USA?

Think about companies on the NASDAQ or national companies on the stock-market?

Think about how those USA-specific federal COVID compliance regulations apply when considering U.S. business operations -vs- just taking operations overseas without those worries.

Think about who in Washington DC then takes control of what types of business interests are allowed to operation…. who determines the winning and losing.

Think about how Federal COVID-19 regulations can be used to put the multinational corporate world back (the globalists) on their former financial pathways, even without TPP and TTIP trade deals.

[Every domestic regulation weaponized against Main Street USA is a win for the Wall Street multinationals.]

Think about how much China and Europe would love to see our economy knee-capped in a Biden regulatory stranglehold; essentially achieving the same objectives as the Paris Climate Treaty.

Think long and hard about how far the tentacles of achieving the Green New Deal can extend under the auspices of federal COVID-19 mitigation.

Remember, those who are working on this don’t care about the middle-class and they have not for decades. The visibility of the ‘rust belt’ is the reference. This is about government bureaucrats using their DC power-base to control trillions in economic value and sell their ability to influence the winners and losers to the highest foreign bidder.

Look at what blue states and federal agencies have already done to seize power and control. Now think about that same manipulative intent spread throughout the entire country by weaponizing federal agencies with advanced COVID-enabled regulation.

That should start to frame the reference point going forward. Remember, within all totalitarian states religion is a risk… the assembly for religious worship is always considered a risk to by those who demand control over free-thought and lives.

The national legislative priority will be focused on retention of that power system by generating an entirely new form of congressional representation. New states, new senators, new election systems, and funding for the needs of the executive…. that will be the focus of the facilitating legislative branch.

Those behind the executive branch; those controlling Joe Biden; will harness and weaponize the power; a power dynamic created by fear.  Meanwhile the legislative leftists will attempt to ensure the new systems they create under the guise of COVID-19 are never in a position to be withdrawn.

That’s the bigger picture.

That’s what they mean by “Build Back Better“.

This ain’t their first rodeo…. (read more)

Taliban Take Kandahar and Now Control Majority of Afghanistan, Capital City Kabul Likely to Fall in Days – State Dept. Evacuating U.S. Embassy

The Taliban in Afghanistan have been taking back territory and attacking U.S. allied forces ever since the U.S. military began a withdrawal. On July 8th Joe Biden was asked if the U.S. embassy in Kabul would be evacuated giving a familiar reference to the U.S. collapse in Vietnam.  In July he said no.  Biden was leaving 650 military personnel in Kabul to guard the embassy and diplomats.

Two days ago Biden announced sending 3,000 U.S. troops to begin the embassy evacuation. That is correct.  Biden is sending 3,000 soldiers back to Afghanistan to help evacuate Americans. Another 3,500 soldiers will be on standby. Biden is sending more soldiers back to Afghanistan than the 2,500 he withdrew to begin with.

Considering that Joe Biden has a documented political history of getting everything exactly wrong; meaning the outcomes are exactly the opposite of every contention he has ever made; it is worth noting what Biden claims will not happen – because this is exactly what is likely to happen.

As if on cue from divine or karmic providence, exactly what Joe Biden said in July would not occur, is exactly what is occurring in August….  Afghanistan’s second and third largest cities, Kandahar and Herat, fell to the Taliban on Thursday and Friday. (read more and watch video)

Producer Price Index Records Highest Inflation Rate in History Since Tracking Began

The “producer price index” is essentially the tracking of wholesale prices at three stages: Origination (commodity), Intermediate and Final.  The Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) released stunning price data [Available Here] showing a dramatic 7.8% price increase in Final Demand products at the wholesale level.

When you see the wholesale level of prices almost double the increase in consumer level inflation rate, you can predict that consumer prices will likely go even higher.  The future finished goods at a retail level will carry the current wholesale price increase.  Stuff costs a lot now… and stuff is about to cost even more pretty soon.

Big CheeseFood products are fast-turn consumable goods, and the inflation in the food sector is jaw-dropping already.  However, fresh and processed foods turn at different inventory levels.

Obviously fresh foods spoil fastest (think produce, fish, meats and dairy) so they are replenished more quickly and the thin supply chain (field to fork) passes along increased costs fast. Processed foods have a longer shelf life (boxed, canned, frozen, etc), and as a consequence have a much larger inventory level in manufacturing, warehousing and retail storerooms/shelves.  Within processed foods, there is a lag between cost increase at origination and that cost hitting the stores.

The problem identified within the current ‘producer price index’ is that price increases in the raw material and intermediate material are building into the supply chain.  Keep in mind the entire supply chain is dependent on energy costs and the fuel prices that impact transportation.

The retail consumer supply chain for manufactured and processed food products includes bulk storage to compensate for seasonality.  There are over 800 commercial and public warehouses in the continental 48 states that store frozen products (2020 data).  The previously processed food price increases are currently reflected on store shelves (already hurting).  However, the coming processed food price increases will be much, much higher.  We will see even higher prices on processed foods in the supermarket.

The same price increases will happen for restaurants, perhaps faster, as they follow the similar supply chain to fresh foods.

BigAg has likely already made deals with their congressional sales-force for increases in government welfare payments (EBT and Foodstamps, WIC etc.).  BigAg lobbies congress for higher reimbursement rates so they can raise the prices of food and export domestic product to other nations.  Food assistance payments increase, and BigAg benefits.  In essence, BigAg takes the fed food subsidies and fattens their profit margin.  Then, they pay back the politicians.  It’s a circle of money. Study Finds Children Born During Lockdown Have Lost IQ Points, Impaired Cognitive Functioning

Lack of human contact, mask mandates to blame.

A new study has found that mean IQ scores of young children born during the pandemic have tumbled by as much as 22 points while verbal, motor and cognitive performance have all suffered as a result of lockdown.

“With limited stimulation at home and less interaction with the world outside, pandemic-era children appear to have scored shockingly low on tests designed to assess cognitive development,” reports the Guardian.

The study was conducted by researchers at Brown University and included 672 children born both before and after the pandemic began in March 2020.

“In the decade preceding the pandemic, the mean IQ score on standardised tests for children aged between three months and three years of age hovered around 100, but for children born during the pandemic that number tumbled to 78,” the study found.

Researchers concluded that the primary reason for the impairment on cognitive functioning was lack of stimulation and interaction at home.

According to lead study author Sean Deoni, “The ability to course-correct becomes smaller, the older that child gets,” meaning that this inferior foundation is likely to impact the child throughout adolescence and into adulthood.

As Michael Curzon notes, all of these factors were exacerbated by lockdown measures which kept babies and young children away from other children, as well as mask mandates.

“Children born over the past year of lockdowns – at a time when the Government has prevented babies from seeing elderly relatives and other extended family members, from socialising at parks or with the children of their parent’s friends, and from studying the expressions on the faces behind the masks of locals in indoor public spaces – have significantly reduced verbal, motor and overall cognitive performance compared to children born before, according to a new U.S. study. Tests on early learning, verbal development and non-verbal development all produced results that were far behind those from the years preceding the lockdowns.”

The study was conducted in the state of Rhode Island and included predominantly white children.

The fate of poorer children from less affluent socio-economic backgrounds, most of whom will be non-white, is likely to be significantly worse.

However, don’t expect many leftists, who in general have vehemently supported draconian lockdowns, to care much about that. (

Study Finds Most Highly Educated Americans Are Also the Most Vaccine Hesitant

Narrative fail.

A new report by researchers at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh has found that the most highly educated Americans are also the most vaccine hesitant.

The researchers canvassed no fewer than 5 million Americans who responded to surveys on whether they were “probably” or “definitely not planning on getting a COVID vaccine.

The results will shock many.

“More surprising is the breakdown in vaccine hesitancy by level of education,” reports UnHerd. “It finds that the association between hesitancy and education level follows a U-shaped curve with the highest hesitancy among those least and most educated. People a master’s degree had the least hesitancy, and the highest hesitancy was among those holding a PhD.”

In addition, while the lowest educated saw the largest drop in vaccine hesitancy for the first five months of 2021, those with PhD’s were the most likely to not change their minds. (read more)

The Potemkin regime in Washington installed the Potemkin regime in Kabul.

That is the single fact one needed to know to foretell the events of this month.

The Potemkin Pentagon admits to spending $88 billion dollars to train the Potemkin Afghan army. The Potemkin regime in Washington wasted over a trillion dollars and several thousand American lives to make Afghanistan safe for the CIA's horticultural hobby, to make the Middle East and Central Asia safe for the regime in Tel Aviv/Jerusalem, to engage in the fool's errand of "Nation Building," to send pallets of $100 dollar bills to pay off warlords and war profiteers, and to assemble a coalition of the coerced to show the world it still had vassals.

The inside job known as, "9/11,"  was not planned in Afghanistan. The scion of a Saudi construction empire was dying of kidney disease and had nothing to do with "9/11." The fictitious "al Qaeda," the boogeyman du jour had nothing to do with "9/11."

It was a con from day one.

The Neocons knew it was their con.

The pundits, shills and bloviators all knew it was a con.

The New York Times and CIA house organ Washington Post knew it was a con.

Our fair-weather allies who take our money and ridicule us in private knew it was a con.

Congressmen and Senators knew it was a con.

Alas, an NFL player who was killed by friendly fire in Afghanistan and thousands of naïve kids, who enlisted thinking they were teaching the perpetrators of "9/11" a lesson, never got the memo. Their government used and abused them. Their government took advantage of their patriotism and ignorance.

The Afghan War was not a replay of The Great Game. It was not a noble cause. It was not well thought out.

It was a "take the money and run" con.

It is fitting that a Potemkin President, the mentally failing Alzheimer in Chief, installed by massive, coordinated, nationwide electoral fraud, should preside over this debacle.

P. S.: If you speak Pashtun, have a full beard, and can fit in with the frenzied mobs during the last days of "democratic" Kabul, you can be assured a Pulitzer if you capture videos and still images of the last helicopters evacuating the U.S. embassy in Kabul. (What do we do about the evil savages in our midst? Could we prevent their predations?)

The Horrible Death of Samantha Josephson

In March 2019, Samantha Josephson, a white 21-year-old from New Jersey, was finishing her senior year at the University of South Carolina. When she learned she had been accepted to Drexel Law School on a full scholarship, she decided to celebrate at the Bird Dog, a pub in the Five Points night-club area of Columbia. Her boyfriend Greg Corbishly was not with her that night, but she kept in touch by calling and texting.

She called to tell him she had sent for an Uber to take her home, and he tracked her ride, using the Find My Friend app. He knew the route from the Bird Dog to her home; he had taken it many times himself. He noticed that she was going in the wrong direction, and that the app stopped tracking her. He assumed she had left her phone in the Uber car. Josephson’s roommates called him the next morning, saying she had not come home, so he drove two hours to Columbia to look for her.

Josephson’s roommate testified in court that she began to worry about her friend when she learned Josephson had not showed up at work that day. She and the boyfriend went to the Bird Dog, where staff let them look at security camera footage that showed Josephson getting into a black Chevrolet Impala, which she appeared to think was her Uber ride. They called the police.

Miss Josephson’s body was discovered that day by hunters in the woods of New Zion. She had been dumped not far from the home of the parents of the 27-year-old black man — Nathaniel Rowland — who would be charged with her murder.

The trial

Mr. Rowland’s trial, which brought to light many details of the murder, began on July 19 and ended on July 27. It was largely ignored by national media; the New York Times never mentioned it, though the Washington Post and New York Post wrote about the trial’s conclusion.

The presiding judge, Clifton Newman, was black, and several of the jurors were black. In opening statements, a white public defender said testimony would show that Mr. Rowland’s car had been used without his permission, and that his father would testify that he was at a party that night, so could not have been the killer. In the end, the defense called no witnesses, and Mr. Rowland did not testify.

Surveillance video from a nearby Wendy’s showed Mr. Rowland in his black Impala that night. Several cameras caught the car in motion, as Mr. Rowland circled several times around the Bird Dog, making U-turns, “like a shark hunting for prey,” as an officer later put it. At one point, he went the wrong way down a one-way street. Cameras also caught a sheet tied to the driver’s side headrest.

In the videos, Josephson is standing by herself on the sidewalk in front of the busy restaurant, talking on her phone, as Mr. Rowland’s car drives past her and pulls into a parking space to turn around. His Impala jumps a curb to pull into an empty handicapped space next to Josephson. She opens the rear, driver’s-side door, says something, and gets in.

Cell phone towers tracked both Josephson’s and Mr. Rowland’s phones, which traveled together for 20 minutes before her phone turned off at 2:33 a.m. Rowland’s phone was traced to the Rosewood neighborhood of Columbia, where his sister lives.

Later that night, surveillance cameras from two ATMs caught a man of the same size and build as Mr. Rowland unsuccessfully trying to withdraw money using what the ATMs detected to be Josephson’s bank card. His face was not clear because he pulled his jacket up to cover his nose and mouth.

A phone tech from Cellular City testified that a man came to his shop that night, wanting to sell a rose gold iPhone 7 Plus for $300. There was no password lock on the phone, and he saw a photo of white woman. He was not willing to pay $300, so he gave it back. During the trial, the Cellular City employee identified Mr. Rowland as the man who tried to sell him the phone.

Mr. Rowland’s girlfriend and the mother of his child, Monica Howard, testified that Mr. Rowland came home the night before the killing, but when she woke up the next morning to go to work, he was gone. She no longer went partying with him, she said, because she was working double shifts at McDonald’s to support the daughter they had together. Miss Howard was annoyed that Mr. Rowland was gone that morning, because she had given him her work shirt to launder, and had left her McDonald’s visor in the back seat of his car. Her story was corroborated by phone records; at 5:31 a.m., she sent him a text, “Wya,” meaning, “Where you at?”

Mr. Rowland eventually showed up in his black Impala. Her work shirt was still wet from being washed, but she put it on. She asked where her visor was, and he replied, “In the country.”

She asked, “Why is it in the country?”

He told her that it had blood on it. When she asked why, he said, “Mind your business.”

As her boyfriend drove her to work, Miss Howard noticed dried blood on the dashboard and the back seat. She asked if he had hit a dog. Mr. Rowland again said, “Mind your business.” She also noticed a spotted sheet, covered with blood, tied to the driver’s side headrest.

After she came home from work, Miss Howard saw Mr. Rowland wearing blue surgical gloves and cleaning his car with wipes. She asked why he was washing the car with wipes. He said, “Mind your business.”

Their daughter was at Miss Howard’s mother’s house, and they went to pick her up. Miss Howard drove while Mr. Rowland sat in the passenger seat, cleaning a multi-tool that had two knife blades. Miss Howard noticed that the car smelled of chlorine, and she saw a bottle of bleach in the car. Mr. Rowland told her he did not want to put their daughter in the back seat because of the blood, but it was the only place the booster seat would go, so they strapped her in. The child’s shoes had blood on them when they got home, and Miss Howard texted her mother about that.

Miss Howard noticed that Mr. Rowland had a rose-gold iPhone, in perfect condition, which she assumed was a woman’s phone. She asked him where he got it, and he said he had found it. Mr. Rowland left home at about midnight.

When Miss Howard saw a news report about Samantha Josephson’s disappearance, and saw a video of her boyfriend’s car, she knew what had happened, but she was afraid to call the police. She was awakened later that night when the police came to her house to question her. She told them everything she had seen.

Mr. Rowland was sitting in his car alone when police found his vehicle at about 2:30 a.m. There was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the car. The officer asked him to get out and he complied, but kept his hands in his pockets. The officer said, “Get your hands out of your pockets. What are you, crazy?”

Mr. Rowland started running but was caught two blocks away. Samantha Josephson’s DNA was found on his bandana, shoes, and socks, and under his fingernails. Miss Josephson’s iPhone was in the car and child safety locks were turned on. Police concluded that Mr. Rowland had used this feature to trap his victim, because Josephson would not have been able to open the rear doors or windows. Josephson’s bare footprint was on the car’s rear window, a sign that she had tried to kick her way out.

Samantha Josephson’s blood and DNA were found all over the car: the rear seat, the rear center console, the driver’s side headrest, the gearshift, the seat backs, and the roof. Miss Howard’s McDonald’s visor was found in the trunk; it also had Josephson’s blood on it.

Police searched the backyard of Mr. Rowland’s and Miss Howard’s apartment and found the murder weapon inside a plastic shopping bag left in a trash can. The double-bladed multi-tool had both Mr. Rowland’s and Samantha Josephson’s DNA on it. There was also a spotted sheet in the bag with Josephson’s DNA on it. This appears to have been the one visible in the videos. The bag also contained blue surgical gloves, a shirt, and a pair of pants that had DNA from both people, and paper towels that tested positive for Josephson’s blood. Her blood was also found on Mr. Rowland’s daughter’s shoes.

There was an envelope in the trash, with Josephson’s blood on it, and these words, in Mr. Rowland’s handwriting: “Duck tape – tape whole body/gloves/All black/Flip phone/Gasoline/Matches.”

Despite this list, Josephson’s body was neither taped nor burned. She was found on her back, fully clothed, with her shirt pulled up toward her head. That probably happened when she was dragged by her feet to where she was dumped. Her shirt, which was orange, was so soaked with blood that it looked red. She had stab wounds from head to toe. The toe straps were broken off, but her sandals were still attached to her ankles. Markings on her face were consistent with being dragged. There was no sign of a struggle at that location where she was found. Forensic investigators determined that she was killed in the car.

Dr. Thomas Beaver, a forensic pathologist, did the autopsy and found that Josephson had 120 stab wounds, mostly on the right side of her body. He testified that the average human has over a gallon of blood in his body, but Josephson had only two tablespoons, making it hard to get a large enough sample even for toxicology tests.

Dr. Beaver found three wounds he considered lethal:
• A stab wound behind her ear, through her skull, and into her brain.
• A stab wound that damaged the hyoid bone in her neck.
• A stab wound that cut her carotid artery and made her bleed out.

The doctor also found:
• A collapsed right eye.
• Many stab wounds to her ear, lower back, side, arms, elbows, and leg, including a 7cm deep wound on her thigh, which was the deepest.
• A defensive wound to her palm that went completely through her hand.

The doctor testified that a pattern of close stab wounds showed she had been stabbed very rapidly. He also found wounds that were exactly parallel to each other, which came from Mr. Rowland’s multi-tool. She was stabbed with both the double and single blades.

Mr. Rowland faced three charges: Murder; kidnapping; and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He was not charged with a hate crime, nor was he charged with rape. No one mentioned his motive during the trial.

Was Mr. Rowland pretending to be an Uber driver? He might have known that ride-share services are popular with students who get so drunk they can’t drive. An Uber customer gets a photo of his driver, but Josephson’s driver that night was a black man of the same build as the killer. In the dark, she probably couldn’t tell them apart. The real driver testified at trial that when he showed up, she wasn’t there. Her killer got to her first.

Closing and verdict

Mr. Rowland’s defense had weak closing arguments. Instead of the seemingly competent white woman who gave the opening statement, a black woman handled the close. It was almost as if the team had decided the case was hopeless, so the black woman might as well get some experience.

Her arguments made no sense. “I’m almost confused. After all these years, why it is that we even bother with DNA testing?” she asked. She continued:

Why do we take swabs and submit them to analysts if we’re going to stand here and try to convince y’all that it doesn’t matter what they say? Then why do we do it? I don’t have an answer to that. If we’re not supposed to pay attention to what the scientists tell us, then why are we sending stuff to science?

She tried to sow doubt by saying that Mr. Rowland had run from the police because the officer shouted, “Are you crazy?” and not because he was guilty. She said that riding in a car with blood in it does not make you a murderer, and that if it did, Mr. Rowland’s girlfriend should have been charged. She reminded the jury that when Mr. Rowland was arrested, he had no injuries, and a scraping from under Josephson’s fingernail did not show Mr. Rowlands’s DNA, which suggested she did not fight back. (There were scratches on his jacket that showed Josephson had been clawing at him as she tried to fight him off.) After less than two hours of deliberation, the jury found Nathaniel Rowland guilty of all three charges. The Josephson family hugged each other and cried.

The sentencing hearing was held immediately after the verdict. In her victim impact statement, Marci Josephson, the victim’s mother said, “Her dreams were my dreams, and her death was my death. I close my eyes and I feel what she endured at his hands, 120 times, over and over and over, fighting for her life, locked in his car . . . The final moments, her bare feet kicking and fighting for her life. I visualize the blood flowing from her body. . . . For what? The $35 a college student has in her bank account? . . . I was planning my trip to Columbia in 2019 to watch my daughter graduate from college. Instead, I went to Colombia to gather her belongings. . . . I try to move forward each day, but forever will be broken.”

Josephson’s father tearfully said that the loss of his daughter was so terrible he considered suicide several times.

Mr. Rowland said, “I know I’m innocent, but I guess what I know, what I think really doesn’t matter. I just wish the state would have done more in finding out who the actual person was, instead of being satisfied with detaining me and proving my guilt.”

Mr. Rowland’s mother tried to tell Judge Newman that her son was innocent, but he cut her off. “Ma’am, I’m not going to hear any claims of innocence,” he said. “He has been convicted by the jury.”

Judge Newman also said he was convinced of the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. “All roads led to you,” he told Mr. Rowland. “Every speck of evidence led to you.” The judge added that this was the “most severe” murder he had seen, and that leniency was not part of his DNA. He sentenced Nathaniel Rowland to life in prison. In South Carolina a life sentence means there can never be parole. Prosecutors, for reasons they did not disclose, did not seek the death penalty.

Samantha Josephson’s parents established the #WHATSMYNAME Foundation in honor of their daughter, to promote rideshare safety. Uber added new safety features to the rideshare app after the killing.

Why did Nathaniel Rowland kill Samantha Josephson? When a reporter asked prosecutor Byron Gipson, he said, “It was absolutely a random act of violence. That’s one of those questions Mr. Rowland would have to answer at some point in time.”

If the races had been reversed, this case would have been a huge media sensation and there would have been immediate accusations of “racism.” The media would have rooted mercilessly through the killer’s background, looking for evidence. In this case, there was none of this, not even a psychiatric evaluation of the killer. I have had to look for motives myself.

So far as I can tell, Mr. Rowland had only one former felony arrest, “for obtaining a signature or property under false pretenses.” A brutal killer might well have had a long record of violent crimes.

Why, to put it bluntly, didn’t he rape Josephson? He was heterosexual, she was attractive, and rape is almost obligatory in cases like this. (read more)

How the CIA made Google

Inside the secret network behind mass surveillance, endless war, and Skynet—

Google styles itself as a friendly, funky, user-friendly tech firm that rose to prominence through a combination of skill, luck, and genuine innovation. This is true. But it is a mere fragment of the story. In reality, Google is a smokescreen behind which lurks the US military-industrial complex.

The inside story of Google’s rise, revealed here for the first time, opens a can of worms that goes far beyond Google, unexpectedly shining a light on the existence of a parasitical network driving the evolution of the US national security apparatus, and profiting obscenely from its operation.

Google: seeded by the Pentagon

In 1994 — the same year the Highlands Forum was founded under the stewardship of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the ONA, and DARPA — two young PhD students at Stanford University, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, made their breakthrough on the first automated web crawling and page ranking application. That application remains the core component of what eventually became Google’s search service. Brin and Page had performed their work with funding from the Digital Library Initiative (DLI), a multi-agency programme of the National Science Foundation (NSF), NASA and DARPA.

But that’s just one side of the story.

Throughout the development of the search engine, Sergey Brin reported regularly and directly to two people who were not Stanford faculty at all: Dr. Bhavani Thuraisingham and Dr. Rick Steinheiser. Both were representatives of a sensitive US intelligence community research programme on information security and data-mining.

Thuraisingham is currently the Louis A. Beecherl distinguished professor and executive director of the Cyber Security Research Institute at the University of Texas, Dallas, and a sought-after expert on data-mining, data management and information security issues. But in the 1990s, she worked for the MITRE Corp., a leading US defense contractor, where she managed the Massive Digital Data Systems initiative, a project sponsored by the NSA, CIA, and the Director of Central Intelligence, to foster innovative research in information technology.

“We funded Stanford University through the computer scientist Jeffrey Ullman, who had several promising graduate students working on many exciting areas,” Prof. Thuraisingham told me. “One of them was Sergey Brin, the founder of Google. The intelligence community’s MDDS program essentially provided Brin seed-funding, which was supplemented by many other sources, including the private sector.”

This sort of funding is certainly not unusual, and Sergey Brin’s being able to receive it by being a graduate student at Stanford appears to have been incidental. The Pentagon was all over computer science research at this time. But it illustrates how deeply entrenched the culture of Silicon Valley is in the values of the US intelligence community.

In an extraordinary document hosted by the website of the University of Texas, Thuraisingham recounts that from 1993 to 1999, “the Intelligence Community [IC] started a program called Massive Digital Data Systems (MDDS) that I was managing for the Intelligence Community when I was at the MITRE Corporation.” The program funded 15 research efforts at various universities, including Stanford. Its goal was developing “data management technologies to manage several terabytes to petabytes of data,” including for “query processing, transaction management, metadata management, storage management, and data integration.”

At the time, Thuraisingham was chief scientist for data and information management at MITRE, where she led team research and development efforts for the NSA, CIA, US Air Force Research Laboratory, as well as the US Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) and Communications and Electronic Command (CECOM). She went on to teach courses for US government officials and defense contractors on data-mining in counter-terrorism.

In her University of Texas article, she attaches the copy of an abstract of the US intelligence community’s MDDS program that had been presented to the “Annual Intelligence Community Symposium” in 1995. The abstract reveals that the primary sponsors of the MDDS programme were three agencies: the NSA, the CIA’s Office of Research & Development, and the intelligence community’s Community Management Staff (CMS) which operates under the Director of Central Intelligence. Administrators of the program, which provided funding of around 3–4 million dollars per year for 3–4 years, were identified as Hal Curran (NSA), Robert Kluttz (CMS), Dr. Claudia Pierce (NSA), Dr. Rick Steinheiser (ORD — standing for the CIA’s Office of Research and Devepment), and Dr. Thuraisingham herself.

Thuraisingham goes on in her article to reiterate that this joint CIA-NSA program partly funded Sergey Brin to develop the core of Google, through a grant to Stanford managed by Brin’s supervisor Prof. Jeffrey D. Ullman:

“In fact, the Google founder Mr. Sergey Brin was partly funded by this program while he was a PhD student at Stanford. He together with his advisor Prof. Jeffrey Ullman and my colleague at MITRE, Dr. Chris Clifton [Mitre’s chief scientist in IT], developed the Query Flocks System which produced solutions for mining large amounts of data stored in databases. I remember visiting Stanford with Dr. Rick Steinheiser from the Intelligence Community and Mr. Brin would rush in on roller blades, give his presentation and rush out. In fact the last time we met in September 1998, Mr. Brin demonstrated to us his search engine which became Google soon after.”

Brin and Page officially incorporated Google as a company in September 1998, the very month they last reported to Thuraisingham and Steinheiser. ‘Query Flocks’ was also part of Google’s patented ‘PageRank’ search system, which Brin developed at Stanford under the CIA-NSA-MDDS programme, as well as with funding from the NSF, IBM and Hitachi. That year, MITRE’s Dr. Chris Clifton, who worked under Thuraisingham to develop the ‘Query Flocks’ system, co-authored a paper with Brin’s superviser, Prof. Ullman, and the CIA’s Rick Steinheiser. Titled ‘Knowledge Discovery in Text,’ the paper was presented at an academic conference.

“The MDDS funding that supported Brin was significant as far as seed-funding goes, but it was probably outweighed by the other funding streams,” said Thuraisingham. “The duration of Brin’s funding was around two years or so. In that period, I and my colleagues from the MDDS would visit Stanford to see Brin and monitor his progress every three months or so. We didn’t supervise exactly, but we did want to check progress, point out potential problems and suggest ideas. In those briefings, Brin did present to us on the query flocks research, and also demonstrated to us versions of the Google search engine.”

Brin thus reported to Thuraisingham and Steinheiser regularly about his work developing Google.

UPDATE 2.05PM GMT [2nd Feb 2015]:

Since publication of this article, Prof. Thuraisingham has amended her article referenced above. The amended version includes a new modified statement, followed by a copy of the original version of her account of the MDDS. In this amended version, Thuraisingham rejects the idea that CIA funded Google, and says instead:

“In fact Prof. Jeffrey Ullman (at Stanford) and my colleague at MITRE Dr. Chris Clifton together with some others developed the Query Flocks System, as part of MDDS, which produced solutions for mining large amounts of data stored in databases. Also, Mr. Sergey Brin, the cofounder of Google, was part of Prof. Ullman’s research group at that time. I remember visiting Stanford with Dr. Rick Steinheiser from the Intelligence Community periodically and Mr. Brin would rush in on roller blades, give his presentation and rush out. During our last visit to Stanford in September 1998, Mr. Brin demonstrated to us his search engine which I believe became Google soon after…

There are also several inaccuracies in Dr. Ahmed’s article (dated January 22, 2015). For example, the MDDS program was not a ‘sensitive’ program as stated by Dr. Ahmed; it was an Unclassified program that funded universities in the US. Furthermore, Sergey Brin never reported to me or to Dr. Rick Steinheiser; he only gave presentations to us during our visits to the Department of Computer Science at Stanford during the 1990s. Also, MDDS never funded Google; it funded Stanford University.”

Here, there is no substantive factual difference in Thuraisingham’s accounts, other than to assert that her statement associating Sergey Brin with the development of ‘query flocks’ is mistaken. Notably, this acknowledgement is derived not from her own knowledge, but from this very article quoting a comment from a Google spokesperson.

However, the bizarre attempt to disassociate Google from the MDDS program misses the mark. Firstly, the MDDS never funded Google, because during the development of the core components of the Google search engine, there was no company incorporated with that name. The grant was instead provided to Stanford University through Prof. Ullman, through whom some MDDS funding was used to support Brin who was co-developing Google at the time. Secondly, Thuraisingham then adds that Brin never “reported” to her or the CIA’s Steinheiser, but admits he “gave presentations to us during our visits to the Department of Computer Science at Stanford during the 1990s.” It is unclear, though, what the distinction is here between reporting, and delivering a detailed presentation — either way, Thuraisingham confirms that she and the CIA had taken a keen interest in Brin’s development of Google. Thirdly, Thuraisingham describes the MDDS program as “unclassified,” but this does not contradict its “sensitive” nature. As someone who has worked for decades as an intelligence contractor and advisor, Thuraisingham is surely aware that there are many ways of categorizing intelligence, including ‘sensitive but unclassified.’ A number of former US intelligence officials I spoke to said that the almost total lack of public information on the CIA and NSA’s MDDS initiative suggests that although the progam was not classified, it is likely instead that its contents was considered sensitive, which would explain efforts to minimise transparency about the program and the way it fed back into developing tools for the US intelligence community. Fourthly, and finally, it is important to point out that the MDDS abstract which Thuraisingham includes in her University of Texas document states clearly not only that the Director of Central Intelligence’s CMS, CIA and NSA were the overseers of the MDDS initiative, but that the intended customers of the project were “DoD, IC, and other government organizations”: the Pentagon, the US intelligence community, and other relevant US government agencies.

In other words, the provision of MDDS funding to Brin through Ullman, under the oversight of Thuraisingham and Steinheiser, was fundamentally because they recognized the potential utility of Brin’s work developing Google to the Pentagon, intelligence community, and the federal government at large.

The MDDS programme is actually referenced in several papers co-authored by Brin and Page while at Stanford, specifically highlighting its role in financially sponsoring Brin in the development of Google. In their 1998 paper published in the Bulletin of the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committeee on Data Engineering, they describe the automation of methods to extract information from the web via “Dual Iterative Pattern Relation Extraction,” the development of “a global ranking of Web pages called PageRank,” and the use of PageRank “to develop a novel search engine called Google.” Through an opening footnote, Sergey Brin confirms he was “Partially supported by the Community Management Staff’s Massive Digital Data Systems Program, NSF grant IRI-96–31952” — confirming that Brin’s work developing Google was indeed partly-funded by the CIA-NSA-MDDS program.

This NSF grant identified alongside the MDDS, whose project report lists Brin among the students supported (without mentioning the MDDS), was different to the NSF grant to Larry Page that included funding from DARPA and NASA. The project report, authored by Brin’s supervisor Prof. Ullman, goes on to say under the section ‘Indications of Success’ that “there are some new stories of startups based on NSF-supported research.” Under ‘Project Impact,’ the report remarks: “Finally, the google project has also gone commercial as”

Thuraisingham’s account, including her new amended version, therefore demonstrates that the CIA-NSA-MDDS program was not only partly funding Brin throughout his work with Larry Page developing Google, but that senior US intelligence representatives including a CIA official oversaw the evolution of Google in this pre-launch phase, all the way until the company was ready to be officially founded. Google, then, had been enabled with a “significant” amount of seed-funding and oversight from the Pentagon: namely, the CIA, NSA, and DARPA.

The DoD could not be reached for comment.

When I asked Prof. Ullman to confirm whether or not Brin was partly funded under the intelligence community’s MDDS program, and whether Ullman was aware that Brin was regularly briefing the CIA’s Rick Steinheiser on his progress in developing the Google search engine, Ullman’s responses were evasive: “May I know whom you represent and why you are interested in these issues? Who are your ‘sources’?” He also denied that Brin played a significant role in developing the ‘query flocks’ system, although it is clear from Brin’s papers that he did draw on that work in co-developing the PageRank system with Page.

When I asked Ullman whether he was denying the US intelligence community’s role in supporting Brin during the development of Google, he said: “I am not going to dignify this nonsense with a denial. If you won’t explain what your theory is, and what point you are trying to make, I am not going to help you in the slightest.”

The MDDS abstract published online at the University of Texas confirms that the rationale for the CIA-NSA project was to “provide seed money to develop data management technologies which are of high-risk and high-pay-off,” including techniques for “querying, browsing, and filtering; transaction processing; accesses methods and indexing; metadata management and data modelling; and integrating heterogeneous databases; as well as developing appropriate architectures.” The ultimate vision of the program was to “provide for the seamless access and fusion of massive amounts of data, information and knowledge in a heterogeneous, real-time environment” for use by the Pentagon, intelligence community and potentially across government.

These revelations corroborate the claims of Robert Steele, former senior CIA officer and a founding civilian deputy director of the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, whom I interviewed for The Guardian last year on open source intelligence. Citing sources at the CIA, Steele had said in 2006 that Steinheiser, an old colleague of his, was the CIA’s main liaison at Google and had arranged early funding for the pioneering IT firm. At the time, Wired founder John Batelle managed to get this official denial from a Google spokesperson in response to Steele’s assertions:

“The statements related to Google are completely untrue.”

This time round, despite multiple requests and conversations, a Google spokesperson declined to comment.

UPDATE: As of 5.41PM GMT [22nd Jan 2015], Google’s director of corporate communication got in touch and asked me to include the following statement:

“Sergey Brin was not part of the Query Flocks Program at Stanford, nor were any of his projects funded by US Intelligence bodies.”

This is what I wrote back:

My response to that statement would be as follows: Brin himself in his own paper acknowledges funding from the Community Management Staff of the Massive Digital Data Systems (MDDS) initiative, which was supplied through the NSF. The MDDS was an intelligence community program set up by the CIA and NSA. I also have it on record, as noted in the piece, from Prof. Thuraisingham of University of Texas that she managed the MDDS program on behalf of the US intelligence community, and that she and the CIA’s Rick Steinheiser met Brin every three months or so for two years to be briefed on his progress developing Google and PageRank. Whether Brin worked on query flocks or not is neither here nor there.

In that context, you might want to consider the following questions:

1) Does Google deny that Brin’s work was part-funded by the MDDS via an NSF grant?

2) Does Google deny that Brin reported regularly to Thuraisingham and Steinheiser from around 1996 to 1998 until September that year when he presented the Google search engine to them?

Long before the appearance of Sergey Brin and Larry Page, Stanford University’s computer science department had a close working relationship with US military intelligence. A letter dated November 5th 1984 from the office of renowned artificial intelligence (AI) expert, Prof Edward Feigenbaum, addressed to Rick Steinheiser, gives the latter directions to Stanford’s Heuristic Programming Project, addressing Steinheiser as a member of the “AI Steering Committee.” A list of attendees at a contractor conference around that time, sponsored by the Pentagon’s Office of Naval Research (ONR), includes Steinheiser as a delegate under the designation “OPNAV Op-115” — which refers to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations’ program on operational readiness, which played a major role in advancing digital systems for the military.

From the 1970s, Prof. Feigenbaum and his colleagues had been running Stanford’s Heuristic Programming Project under contract with DARPA, continuing through to the 1990s. Feigenbaum alone had received around over $7 million in this period for his work from DARPA, along with other funding from the NSF, NASA, and ONR.

Brin’s supervisor at Stanford, Prof. Jeffrey Ullman, was in 1996 part of a joint funding project of DARPA’s Intelligent Integration of Information program. That year, Ullman co-chaired DARPA-sponsored meetings on data exchange between multiple systems.

In September 1998, the same month that Sergey Brin briefed US intelligence representatives Steinheiser and Thuraisingham, tech entrepreneurs Andreas Bechtolsheim and David Cheriton invested $100,000 each in Google. Both investors were connected to DARPA.

As a Stanford PhD student in electrical engineering in the 1980s, Bechtolsheim’s pioneering SUN workstation project had been funded by DARPA and the Stanford computer science department — this research was the foundation of Bechtolsheim’s establishment of Sun Microsystems, which he co-founded with William Joy.

As for Bechtolsheim’s co-investor in Google, David Cheriton, the latter is a long-time Stanford computer science professor who has an even more entrenched relationship with DARPA. His bio at the University of Alberta, which in November 2014 awarded him an honorary science doctorate, says that Cheriton’s “research has received the support of the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for over 20 years.”

In the meantime, Bechtolsheim left Sun Microsystems in 1995, co-founding Granite Systems with his fellow Google investor Cheriton as a partner. They sold Granite to Cisco Systems in 1996, retaining significant ownership of Granite, and becoming senior Cisco executives.

An email obtained from the Enron Corpus (a database of 600,000 emails acquired by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and later released to the public) from Richard O’Neill, inviting Enron executives to participate in the Highlands Forum, shows that Cisco and Granite executives are intimately connected to the Pentagon. The email reveals that in May 2000, Bechtolsheim’s partner and Sun Microsystems co-founder, William Joy — who was then chief scientist and corporate executive officer there — had attended the Forum to discuss nanotechnology and molecular computing.

In 1999, Joy had also co-chaired the President’s Information Technology Advisory Committee, overseeing a report acknowledging that DARPA had:

“… revised its priorities in the 90’s so that all information technology funding was judged in terms of its benefit to the warfighter.”

Throughout the 1990s, then, DARPA’s funding to Stanford, including Google, was explicitly about developing technologies that could augment the Pentagon’s military intelligence operations in war theatres.

The Joy report recommended more federal government funding from the Pentagon, NASA, and other agencies to the IT sector. Greg Papadopoulos, another of Bechtolsheim’s colleagues as then Sun Microsystems chief technology officer, also attended a Pentagon Highlands’ Forum meeting in September 2000.

In November, the Pentagon Highlands Forum hosted Sue Bostrom, who was vice president for the internet at Cisco, sitting on the company’s board alongside Google co-investors Bechtolsheim and Cheriton. The Forum also hosted Lawrence Zuriff, then a managing partner of Granite, which Bechtolsheim and Cheriton had sold to Cisco. Zuriff had previously been an SAIC contractor from 1993 to 1994, working with the Pentagon on national security issues, specifically for Marshall’s Office of Net Assessment. In 1994, both the SAIC and the ONA were, of course, involved in co-establishing the Pentagon Highlands Forum. Among Zuriff’s output during his SAIC tenure was a paper titled ‘Understanding Information War’, delivered at a SAIC-sponsored US Army Roundtable on the Revolution in Military Affairs.

After Google’s incorporation, the company received $25 million in equity funding in 1999 led by Sequoia Capital and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. According to Homeland Security Today, “A number of Sequoia-bankrolled start-ups have contracted with the Department of Defense, especially after 9/11 when Sequoia’s Mark Kvamme met with Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld to discuss the application of emerging technologies to warfighting and intelligence collection.” Similarly, Kleiner Perkins had developed “a close relationship” with In-Q-Tel, the CIA venture capitalist firm that funds start-ups “to advance ‘priority’ technologies of value” to the intelligence community.

John Doerr, who led the Kleiner Perkins investment in Google obtaining a board position, was a major early investor in Becholshtein’s Sun Microsystems at its launch. He and his wife Anne are the main funders behind Rice University’s Center for Engineering Leadership (RCEL), which in 2009 received $16 million from DARPA for its platform-aware-compilation-environment (PACE) ubiquitous computing R&D program. Doerr also has a close relationship with the Obama administration, which he advised shortly after it took power to ramp up Pentagon funding to the tech industry. In 2013, at the Fortune Brainstorm TECH conference, Doerr applauded “how the DoD’s DARPA funded GPS, CAD, most of the major computer science departments, and of course, the Internet.”

From inception, in other words, Google was incubated, nurtured and financed by interests that were directly affiliated or closely aligned with the US military intelligence community: many of whom were embedded in the Pentagon Highlands Forum. (read more)

(A paraphrase from the New Testament: Crucify him! Crucify him!)
Had the Rwandan desecrated a 15th century mosque in Mecca and murdered a muslim cleric, he would have been crucified. He would not have been swiftly dispatched during one of the weekly beheadings in Mecca.
The Rwandan murdered a priest who fed and sheltered him. Even worse, he desecrated and partially destroyed an architectural masterpiece of Western Civilization. A gruesome public execution is called for. Otherwise, without such deterrence, more pagans or muslims will be emboldened to destroy other architectural landmarks.

Rwandan immigrant suspected of killing French priest who sheltered him

PARIS, Aug 9 (Reuters) – A Rwandan immigrant in France already under investigation for setting the Nantes cathedral on fire last year has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a Roman Catholic priest, prosecutors said on Monday.

The 40-year-old man surrendered to police mid-morning and admitted to killing the head of the religious congregation where he was staying as he awaited trial for the cathedral fire. …

“At this stage of the investigation there seems to be no terrorist motive whatsoever,” Le Goater said.

Following the cathedral fire in July 2020, the suspect was held in detention until late May when he was then released under judicial supervision and placed in the abbey, the prosecutor said. After talking about wanting to leave, he was transferred to a psychiatric hospital where he stayed until the end of July.

The killing will raise pressure on President Emmanuel Macron over his security and immigration policy, eight months out from a presidential election that will see his biggest challenge come from the far right.

“So in France you can be an illegal immigrant, torch Nantes cathedral, never be expelled and reoffend by murdering a priest. What’s happening in our country is unprecedented: the total failure of the state,” tweeted far-right leader Marine Le Pen.

France’s immigration authorities had handed the Rwandan national an expulsion order in 2019, but he remained in the country as he awaited trial.

Prosecutors allege that a year later he set fire to Nantes cathedral. The July 2020 blaze engulfed the inside of the 15th-century cathedral, destroying a grand organ, stained-glass windows and a painting. (read more)

Stunning Video Explanation – Dr Douglas Frank Shows How The 2010 Census Was Used to Create the Algorithm That Fabricated the 2020 Electronic Vote Outcome

This is a stunning video and represents the best presentation to show how the 2020 election was determined; not by actual people voting but by algorithms inserted into election tabulation machines.  {Direct Rumble Link}

Dr. Douglas G Frank explains information he discovered as he reviewed election outcomes. Dr. Frank found the baseline for the 2020 vote was created by applying an algorithm that used the 2010 census to fabricate the illusion of registered voters at a state level (predetermined) and then results are controlled at a county level.

Every state is impacted, and every county within the state generates the exact same age and voter registration ratio.   So far they have identified 3,006 counties with the exact same predictable voter outcome and ratio. This really is a must watch. (read more)

Arrest Warrants Issued For 52 'Fugitive' Democrats After Texas Supreme Court Slaps Down Democrat Judge

Arrest warrants have been issued for 52 'fugitive' Democrats
who dramatically fled the state in a political stunt to block the passage of a GOP election integrity bill - only to spread Covid-19 throughout Washington DC.

On Tuesday night - hours after the
Texas Supreme Court temporarily suspended a Democrat Judge's order barring the arrest of the Democrat legislators - the Texas House of Representatives voted 89-12 to authorize state law enforcement to detain and potentially arrest the rogue lawmakers, according to Just The News.

The vote allowed the House sergeant-at-arms to send law enforcement officers to force the attendance of missing Democrats “under warrant of arrest, if necessary.”

House Speaker Dade Phelan subsequently signed arrest warrants Tuesday that were to be served on Wednesday morning.

Phelan spokesman Enrique Marquez said the warrants targeted 52 Democrats who failed to return during the fifth day of the House’s second special session, leaving the chamber eight members short of a quorum. -JTN

"The Supreme Court of Texas swiftly rejected this dangerous attempt by Texas Democrats to undermine our Constitution and avoid doing the job they were elected to do,"Abbott spokesperson, Renae Eze, told Fox News. "We look forward to the Supreme Court upholding the rule of law and stopping another stall tactic by the Texas Democrats."

The move follows a Saturday ruling by Travis County District Judge Brad Urrutia (D), who barred Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) and House Speaker Dade Phelan (R) from "issuing any warrant or other instrument" or "detaining, confining, or otherwise restricting a Texas House Democrat's movement without his or her consent."

And while the Justices must still decide the broader case, their reversal of Urrutia comes less than 24 hours after the handed Abbott another win - allowing him to punish the Democrats who fled Texas. Now, if the lawmakers who have already returned to the Lone Star State fail to head to Austin to form a quorum on their own accord, they could be arrested.

In a video posted to Twitter, 'fugitive' Rep Ron Reynolds said he and his fellow Democrats "would be going to a jail, we would be going to the House chambers where they would basically be forcing a quorum," adding "They would take us against our will to the House floor."

To establish a quorum and move forward, at least 51 Democratic lawmakers must return to Texas - a move which many Democrats continue to reject.

"We will continue to fight against the Republicans Voter Suppression bills," Reynolds told Fox News. "We are planning on staying in D.C. advocating for federal voting rights legislation until the U.S. Senate goes on August recess towards the end of the week."

Reynolds has become a leading figure in Texas’ push to counter GOP voting legislation that Democrats argue unfairly targets Black and Brown voting rights.

The Texas lawmaker, who was arrested last week while protesting the U.S. Senate to pass voting reform, said state lawmakers are relying on federal reform to bar restrictive voting policies.

Texas Republicans argue the laws would merely secure the elective process.

"We are optimistic that Leader Chuck Schumer will bring up HR For the People Act for a vote this week," Reynolds said.

Twenty-five Texas Democrats have remained in Washington, D.C. while at least four lawmakers have returned to Austin, including state Representatives James Talarico, Joe Moody, Mary Gonzalez, and Art Fierro.

As they say, don't mess with Texas. (read more)

Kill anything that moves

March 15, 1968 was a normal day in America. The sun was shining. The birds were chirping. Race riots in Mississippi were entering their fifth day or so. And at the other end of the globe, in Vietnam, soldiers of the Americal Division’s Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, were being briefed by their commanding officer, Captain Ernest Medina, about the exploits of the next day, which would later be dubbed the “My Lai massacre” – where 500 unarmed Vietnamese civilians were systematically butchered in over four hours, not counting a lunch break the soldiers took in the middle of the carnage. The orders were clear and explicit: the soldiers were to kill every single human being, burn all houses, kill all animals, destroy all food supplies and poison all wells.

As the briefing progressed, one incident stuck in the mind of artillery forward observer James Flynn, which he would recall years later. A soldier, whose name has been lost to history, expressed some apprehension about the wide-ranging nature of the orders. “Are we supposed to kill women and children?” he asked naively.

“Kill everything that moves,” came the reply.

BOMBSHELL: HHS documents admit the CDC has never isolated any “covid-19 virus” … PCR tests nothing but instrument NOISE … the global HOAX is rapidly unraveling
  • No isolated Certified Reference Materials for “covid-19” virus.
  • PCR tests that find “positive” results for covid merely the result of amplified instrument background.
  • FDA admits PCR tests were developed without any isolated covid-19 virus samples. So they simulated the virus.
  • Virologist Dr. Judy Mikovitz confirms common coronaviruses and monkey viruses fraudulently labeled “covid.”
  • Dr. Jane Ruby explains the lack of any viral isolate and why the pandemic is based on coordinated science fraud.
  • CDC FOIA documents reveal proof the CDC has never isolated covid-19.
  • The spike protein bioweapon is real, and covid “vaccines” are kill shots to achieve depopulation.
  • CDC Director Walensky admits the covid vaccine doesn’t stop covid infections.
  • Sen. Rand Paul calls for Americans to resist covid tyranny.

Last year when covid skeptics were saying “there’s no such thing as a covid virus,” I strongly disagreed. As a published food scientist, laboratory owner and inventor of two published patents based on mass spectrometry analysis, I was aware that SARS-CoV-2 had been genomically sequenced. Surely, I mistakenly thought, it had been isolated, purified and determined to be the cause of covid-19 sickness.

A year later, it turns out the skeptics were right. And the warnings of people like Dr. Thomas Cowan, Sally Fallon, Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Jon Rappoport, David Icke and others were right on the mark. (I have since apologized to them all in a public podcast.)

How did I come to realize the medical and scientific establishment has fabricated all this? And what’s the explanation for the very real sickness that people are experiencing?

I’ll share that story here, but in short, common cold viruses and monkey virus fragments found in flu shots are being mislabeled “covid,” and there is a weaponized spike protein bioweapon that’s being distributed via vaccine injections. That’s all real. But there’s no such thing as a real, physical, isolated covid-19 virus that has been harvested from sick people and shown to infect other people and make them sick. What we’re really witnessing here, it now seems, is three distinct things:

1) A cocktail of common cold viruses labeled “covid” which are circulating and causing sickness in some people, most likely because of the lack of immune system exposure to wild type viruses during all the global lockdowns.

2) A weaponized spike protein toxic nanoparticle that’s being injected into people as a “clot shot” … and it’s likely shedding, causing harmful side effects in other, unvaccinated people.

3) A wholly fraudulent PCR “casedemic” scheme that’s designed to flag almost anyone as “positive” based almost entirely on how many cycles the PCR sample prep instruments are instructed to carry out, thereby amplifying instrument noise to the point of a “positive” hit. Almost anything can be flagged as “positive,” including genetic material fragments from previous years’ flu shots.

These three things — combined with the media’s mass hysteria programming — have achieved a level of global fear and psychological terrorism that the world has never seen before. But it’s all based on lies, it turns out. And here’s how we know.

No certified reference materials for isolated SARS-CoV-2 “covid-19” virus

As a lab owner, published scientist and mass spec analyst myself, I am extremely familiar with the process of using certified reference materials (CRMs) to validate analysis methods and instrument calibration sequences. (I’ve spent far too many evenings creating serial dilutions of standards using a Gilson pipette, trust me…)

Here’s how the process normally works in a legitimate science lab:

Step 1) Acquire the CRM of the thing you want to test (“analyte”). This means acquiring a purified, isolated standard with a known concentration, usually in a carrier such as water, or as a dry powder. For example, when I’m testing for mercury in food, I have a certified mercury standard with a known concentration of mercury, dissolved in water, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid.

Step 2) Run the CRM as a sample, at different concentrations, to build a “curve” that effectively teaches the instrument what the analyte looks like and how the instrument detector responds to different concentrations of the analyte. The end result is a “quant curve” that will be used in step 3.

NOTE: Instruments will “match” the thing you’re looking for by a variety of methods, filtering out all other things that don’t match. In mass spec work, molecules are identified by their molecular mass, ion fragmentation patterns, and elution time on chromatography columns. For a substance to match, it has to hit all these parameters. In PCR testing, a “match” is a genomic sequence made of base pairs, defined in a digital library that may or may not have ever been run against a real, physical standard in the real world.

Step 3) Run unknown samples through the instrument (of blood serum, urine, saliva, water, food sample extracts, etc.) and see if the unknown sample contains any of the thing you were looking for (the analyte). Because you built a quant curve, you can also then determine the concentration of the analyte in the original sample. This is typically described as mass over volume, such as ng / ml (nanograms per milliliter). A nanogram is a billionth of a gram. When we test foods for glyphosate, we can detect as little as 1 nanogram per milliliter, which tells you something about the extreme sensitivity of high-end instruments.

This is the process to test something and identify how much of something is found in something else. For example, if you were going to determine if someone was sick with “covid,” you would need to determine the concentration of covid-19 viruses in their blood (i.e. the “viral load”). This is science / biology 101.

So what’s the problem, then?

You’d be stunned to realize how deep the science fraud really goes. Consider these critical points:

Point #1: There appear to be no isolated, purified Certified Reference Materials available for SARS-CoV-2 “covid”. I’ve seen companies that claim to be selling “isolates” containing covid viruses, but in their own description, they explain that their vials contain genetic material from “host cells” (human cells) as well as bovine serum cells, which means it’s a cocktail stew of who-knows-what. Yet it’s called an “isolate.”

Case in point: BEI Resources, which offers something they call an “isolate” of covid-19, that you can find at this link. As the description states for this covid-19 “isolate:”

…[T]his product is not suitable as a whole cell antigen preparation because the protein content is largely contributed by the host cell and the fetal bovine serum used during virus propagation.

In other words, most of the genetic material in the “isolate” is actually from human cells. So it’s not an isolate at all. The covid virus isn’t isolated. In fact, this “isolate” contains viral genetic material, human genetic material and bovine genetic material, plus whatever other viruses were present in the blood of the people and the cows. This could be millions of different nanoparticles present, each containing their own sequences of genetic material.

Point #2: If you have no isolated, certified reference materials, you can’t develop a legitimate analysis test. And this is exactly what the FDA admits in its own documents, which state that since covid-19 viruses weren’t available for the development of the PCR test, they “simulated” it by using human cells and gene bank coronavirus fragments. From the FDA’s own document:

Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV were available for CDC use at the time the test was developed and this study conducted, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA … spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.

In other words, they faked the covid virus by using gene bank cells which were deliberately and falsely labeled “covid.” This is how the PCR test was developed. The FDA admits it all. The PCR test is a fraud.

Point #3: If you don’t have a CRM isolate, you can’t calibrate instruments against a known sample. And this means the PCR tests aren’t being calibrated against anything real and physical. Instead, they’re relying on downloaded digital libraries provided by none of than the CDC, the very same Big Pharma front group that’s spearheading this covid scam.

Point #4: PCR instruments are incapable of quantitative analysis. The “positive” hits are nothing but amplified background noise. No PCR instrument can tell you how much of some genetic material was found in an original sample. It can merely detect the presence of material on a yes / no basis. In lab science, this is called a “qualitative” analysis, not a quantitative analysis.

In qualitative analysis, the key factor is the “Limit of Detection” (LOD) of the instrument. How little of the sample will still create a “hit” for the instrument? In all instruments, for the LOD to be scientifically valid, it must be something that rises above background noise, or it’s scientifically meaningless. All instruments produce background noise, which are “peaks” or “hits” that represent detector static, you might say. These exist at a background level even when you’re running nothing in the instrument.

Yet PCR instruments are taking background noise and amplifying it until they get a “positive” hit. This “positive” is then absurdly called a “covid case,” even though it means literally nothing from a legitimate science point of view.

The entire process being used today via PCR is complete junk science that wouldn’t pass even the most basic science lab audit. That’s why most of these PCR outfits aren’t ISO accredited, by the way. They couldn’t pass a single audit. (My lab is ISO accredited with an annual audit, including blind quantitation accuracy tests via mass spec instruments to make sure we are hitting our accuracy targets.)

Dr. Judy Mikovitz confirms it all in a recent interview

Dr. Judy Mikovitz, author of Ending Plague (, confirmed all this in a recent interview with me. Not only did she confirm that there is no isolated covid-19 virus that has been harvested and purified from a sick person and proven to cause disease in another person; she also confirmed that Dr. Fauci specifically chose a weaponized lab sample that was infected with a cocktail of coronaviruses to use as a basis for gain-of-function research via the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

In other words, Dr. Fauci knew he was building a Frankensteinian viral stew that the fraudulent CDC and complicit scientific community would simply label “covid.” Augmented by mass media hysteria, they could drive most of the population into submitting to vaccines which were engineered to inoculate the population with spike protein bioweapons, also developed under Fauci’s guidance and funding directives.

Thus, the real story here is that Fauci and the CDC used common coronaviruses to fake the covid pandemic in order to inject people with a real bioweapon: The augmented spike protein.

Importantly, Dr. Mikovitz confirms this all originated under the United States military, which means both the U.S. and Chinese military institutions were involved in the development and deployment of this global depopulation bioweapon (the spike protein):

Dr. Jane Ruby offers an outstanding explanation of the covid hoax on a recent Stew Peters broadcast

In yet another damning video, Dr. Jane Ruby, a contributor to Stew Peters’ broadcast (StewPeters.TV) further confirms this entire story, revealing that the covid-19 virus has never been isolated, purified and shown to cause covid illness. The plandemic has been faked:

CDC FOIA documents reveal no “covid-19” isolated virus in existence

Finally, new FOIA documents have surfaced, revealing the CDC has never isolated any covid-19 virus. A Canadian named Christine Massey has reportedly filed multiple FOIA requests with the CDC, requesting the following via the Freedom of Information Act:

All studies and/or reports in the possession, custody or control of the CDC and/or the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) describing the purification of any “COVID-19″ virus (including B.1.1.7”, “B.1.351”, “P.1” and any other “variant”) (via maceration, filtration and use of an ultracentrifuge; also referred to at times by some people as “isolation”), directly from a sample taken from a diseased human, where the patient sample was not first combined with any other source of genetic material (i.e. monkey kidney cells aka Vero cells; fetal bovine serum).

In a response letter dated June 7th, 2021, the CDC responded:

A search of our records failed to reveal any documents pertaining to your request. Specifically, the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease apprises that CDC does not purify or isolate any COVID-19 virus in the manner the requestor describes.

The FOIA request is identified as #21-01075-FOIA.

In other words, the CDC has never isolated and purified any covid-19 virus, period.

The website of Dr. Robert O. Young reveals additional documents showing that the CDC has never isolated and purified the HPV virus, the Measles virus, the MERS virus, the Zika virus or the Polio virus, among others.

(We are working to reach out to Christine Massey to confirm the extent of her FOIA requests and invite her for an interview.)

On July 21st of this year, the CDC announced it is withdrawing its authorization of the current PCR test for covid-19, saying the PCR test would no longer be considered valid science after December 31st of this year. It then states that a new PCR test will, “facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses,” meaning the new test will reportedly be able to tell the difference between covid and the common cold. This implies that the current test — the one used to push global covid pandemic hysteria — does not achieve such a differentiation.

In effect, it appears the CDC has been fabricating the science behind global “pandemics” for decades, using the media to spread mass hysteria where no pandemic existed. One of the best and most recent cases is the recent Zika virus, where mainstream media outlets were screaming that babies born to new mothers in Florida would be born with shrunken heads (microcephaly) because of the Zika virus. Just as with the covid scheme, billions of dollars were funneled into pharmaceutical companies to research a vaccine for Zika, which turned out to be nothing more than fictional hype.

The covid-19 virus is a hoax, but the weaponized spike protein is very real and quite deadly

While the covid-19 virus appears to be nothing more than renamed cold viruses or common monkey viruses, the spike protein toxic nanoparticle — now being injected via vaccines — is a deadly biological weapon initiated in the USA, then augmented in Wuhan using U.S. taxpayer dollars.

It now seems obvious that the entire purpose of the covid hysteria was to herd people into accepting spike protein injections which are intentionally mislabeled “vaccines.” These spike proteins, from which the covid vax is now called the “clot shot,” cause blood clots, neurological injury, strokes, heart attacks, spontaneous abortions and universal vascular damage, even according to the mainstream Salk Institute. From their article on the spike protein and its damaging effects on the human cardiovascular system:

Now, a major new study shows that the virus spike proteins (which behave very differently than those safely encoded by vaccines) also play a key role in the disease itself.

…[T]he paper provides clear confirmation and a detailed explanation of the mechanism through which the protein damages vascular cells for the first time. There’s been a growing consensus that SARS-CoV-2 affects the vascular system, but exactly how it did so was not understood. Similarly, scientists studying other coronaviruses have long suspected that the spike protein contributed to damaging vascular endothelial cells, but this is the first time the process has been documented.

In the new study, the researchers created a “pseudovirus” that was surrounded by SARS-CoV-2 classic crown of spike proteins, but did not contain any actual virus. Exposure to this pseudovirus resulted in damage to the lungs and arteries of an animal model—proving that the spike protein alone was enough to cause disease. Tissue samples showed inflammation in endothelial cells lining the pulmonary artery walls.

The spike protein was developed as a bioweapon in order to cause widespread symptoms that can then be falsely labeled “covid” and then cited to push even more vaccine injections containing more spike protein bioweapons. The covid-19 “virus” is just a cocktail stew of monkey viruses and cold viruses, while the spike protein — which is what the vaccines contain as the antigen target — carries out the vascular damage, infertility damage, immune system damage, etc.

What’s the whole point in all this? Depopulation, of course.(read more)

The New Censorship

Is this the return of the Thought Police?

In 1984, George Orwell wrote: “The two aims of the Party are to conquer the whole surface of the earth and to extinguish once and for all the possibility of independent thought. When people ‘disappear’ no one is allowed to mention it, no one is mourned, no one person is important, only the Party and Big Brother are important.”

Today, Orwell’s Thought Police are, rather ominously, everywhere. There is a definite intellectual chill in the air. Reason and civility are all but gone in the public square. In its place, we have insults, shaming, censorship and self-censorship that is meant to “pass” for thought. Hotly internalized propaganda rules the day online. We have met Big Brother, and he is us.

In my view, people seem to develop some kind of psychoanalytic transference to their Listserv groups. In a way, the connection is an umbilical one. The darker side of this connection isn’t hard to find. Internet Listserv groups bully and purge dissident members—this has happened to me and to many others. Sometimes, a small group of people (teenage “mean girls” and their mothers, academics, journalists,) attack the same person over and over again, day after day, for months, even for years. Meanwhile, hundreds of onlookers remain silent. No one stops the attacks or calls for a more civilized fight.

Unlike in-person mobs, attackers on social media attack and instantly disappear. Often, people attack one by one, one after the other, in sequence, even when there are hundreds of them. As a result, individuals in cyberspace may continue to see themselves as individuals rather than as members of a lynch mob or as contributing to an atmosphere in which people are systematically demoralized or silenced.

This New Intolerance and the New Censorship that online mobs zealously enforce is narrowly focused, in ways that are hard to miss when you are a member of a targeted group. In my experience, being the object of mob opprobrium has everything to do with where one “stands” on ethnic bigotry towards the Jewish people, on Israel/Palestine, and on Islam. Meanwhile, Sunni-Shia fratricide, African genocides, worldwide sexual slavery, war-zone atrocities, the persecution of dissidents and infidels in the Islamic world go largely unremarked upon. This is by design. The only events that matter are those that might feed pathological obsessions with the Jews.

Once you’ve taken the “wrong” stand on Israel or Islam, your reputation precedes you. No matter what other subjects you may be talking or writing about, (gardening, cooking, grandchildren, feminism, the Crimean War), these positions will forever haunt you and block your path. This too is by design; it is a deliberate strategy to inhibit argument and free thought by directing the mob to attack those who dare to step out of line. This is why so few people take such stands. They can clearly see what happens to those who do.

Last week, I was being interviewed by a genuine, not a faux, feminist, who praised my work but then said: “Yes, but now I must ask you to explain your position on Israel.” Israel had nothing to do with our conversation, but it was now an important subject of the interview. What I was expected to “explain” was my failure to conform to a party-line norm. Until I did so, nothing I said on any other topic could legitimately be heard or praised.

About a month ago, the editor of a left-wing magazine said that the only reviewers he could find for my new book, A Politically Incorrect Feminist, insisted on using my memoir of feminism in New York City in the 1960s and ’70s as an opportunity to challenge my position on Israel/Palestine.

“But I don’t write about it in this book,” I said.

“It doesn’t matter. I cannot get anyone to review you without taking this into account.”

Once, one of my publishers strongly suggested that I hire a particular “progressive” publicist. She was, at first, excited to see my name in her inbox and said she would check out my website immediately. By the next day, she was suddenly far too busy to talk to me, work with me, or take my money.

I am only one person. I have endured hundreds of similar encounters while trying to write and think through the ideas to which I have devoted my life. I will continue to speak and write as I must. My point is to illustrate the way in which political censorship works in practice here and now.

Of course, there is more. Like other independent thinkers in what passes for public discourse in America these days, I have endured near-riots when I spoke on campus, where my public appearances often required police protection. This first happened to me in 2003, when I was not lecturing on any of these hotly contested subjects. Nevertheless, I was immediately challenged by a political operative who demanded to know “where I stood on the issue of the women of Palestine.” A semi-riot ensued and I had to be hustled out of the room for my safety. Now I know that the price for expressing dissenting ideas in public is the likelihood that a group of inflamed political “organizers” will try to threaten my safety and the safety of those who dare to entertain my views.

My esteemed ally and sister Ayaan Hirsi Ali has been disinvited from lecture dates and awards ceremonies many times; her dishonorable disinvitations have sometimes been spearheaded by feminists. I have also been dishonorably disinvited, more than once. The point of these de-platforming rituals, of course, is to demonstrate the difference between a Thought Crime and the Party Line. Over and over again, universities and institutions that are supposedly devoted to the free exchange of ideas fail this basic test, strengthening the extremists and the censors by handing them the victories they seek.

Even in America, books have been censored, canceled, or never accepted because the subject matter is seen as “Islamophobic” or “Zionist” or “blasphemous.” Understandably, publishers do not want their offices firebombed or their staff kidnapped, nor do they want to absorb the cost of increased security. Instead, they censor authors by refusing to publish work on matters of obvious social and communal importance. For years, Israeli consulates and embassies as well as Jewish synagogues and Jewish centers have been subject to threats and bombings, and have had to install ever-more-elaborate security measures to protect themselves against violence. Airports everywhere on earth have followed suit.

The threats that necessitate these measures are not posed by wild-eyed, book-burning neo-Nazis on the far right. They are a response to decades of Arab Palestinian bombings, hijackings and shootings, the hijacking of airplanes by al-Qaida, and state-sponsored terror campaigns run directly by high officials of the Iranian regime, which frequently threatens to commit genocide against Israel and its citizens—allegedly a high crime, according to the U.N. Is my saying so “Islamophobic?” The recent Big Brother tactics of Google, Facebook, and Twitter suggest that it is.

Europe is ground zero for the New Censorship. Recently, my esteemed colleague, the author Bruce Bawer, was asked to deliver a speech in Gothenburg, Sweden. He planned to talk about Freedom of Speech at the “Alternative” Book Fair, as those who wrote about Islam were not invited to the regular Book Fair. However, he was disinvited from the Alternative Fair due to threats of antifa violence. Then, the entire “Alternative” Book Fair was canceled.

Bawer published the speech he would have given, a mournful piece about how the “walls are closing in on free speech.” It was a eulogy, in the vein of what both British Foreign Secretary Sir Edward Grey said on the eve of Britain’s entry into World War I and what Sir Winston Churchill said in 1938, namely, that “the lamps/lights are going out all over Europe,” and that the “stations of uncensored expression are closing down.”

There, many truth-tellers have been sued (Geert Wilders), held in contempt of court and forced into exile (Oriana Fallaci), fined (Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff), forced into hiding and/or shot at (Salman Rushdie, Lars Vilks, Lars Hedegaard)—and/or have required 24/7 police protection (Seyran Ates, Magdi Allam). At one point, according to Magdi Allam’s wife, Valentina Colombo, with whom I met, Allam, who publicly converted from Islam to Catholicism, required six bodyguards.

On Oct. 25, 2018, the European Convention on Human Rights ruled that Sabaditsch-Wolff was not allowed to say that the prophet Muhammad was a pedophile, even if he married Aisha when she was 6 and consummated the marriage when she was 9 years old and he was 53. Saying so, violated the “peace” in Europe.

What all these European dissidents have in common is that they’ve dared to express their (positive) views about Israel, and their (less than positive) views about Islam, Islamism, Muslim immigration, Islamic gender and religious apartheid and jihad. Although Islam is not a race, such ideas are considered racist even if they are true, perhaps especially if they are true.

Many European countries still have “antiquated blasphemy laws” on the books which date back to the times when “insults to the church were not tolerated.” In addition, European countries are genuinely struggling to define “hate speech” (against Jews, Africans, and Muslim immigrants). Conservatives/civil libertarians believe that their truth speech is being censored and defamed—but so do those who are scorned as leftists.

In my view, European leaders and citizens are behaving like people who are terrified of provoking the barbarian supremacists in their midst. They also feel that they have much to atone for in terms of their past colonial adventures, and their past racist genocides, both in Europe and globally. Censoring the truth, lest it provoke violence, lest it reveal Europeans as the genocidal racists they or their ancestors have been, is what is also behind the New Censorship in Europe.

But deflecting anger about Europe’s past crimes isn’t justice and it harms the cause of human freedom everywhere. It’s a cheap dodge, for which Europe is paying a rising price. Let’s not make the same mistakes here. (read more)

[H]istoric (but not contemporary) slavery (and then only in America) [is the obsession of the Left.]

[...] However, the obsession with racial victimization über alles andere and the demand that only white folk atone for historical slavery has chased away reason. Historically, Black African Muslims sold other Black African Muslims, Christians, and pagans into worldwide slavery. Barbary pirates (swarthy-skinned North Africans as well as Turks) kidnapped Caucasian men and women and either kept them as slaves or sold them as slaves to others. Olive and dark-skinned ethnic Arab Muslims kept Black African slaves for centuries; some still do. Then, there is the long and sordid history of sexual slavery and the trafficking of girls and women and to a lesser extent of boys, a crime that is currently a pandemic that “sex-positive activists” often seem determined to ignore.

Homeland Security warns of 'increasing but modest' threat of violence from Trump conspiracy

DHS said it has no specific evidence of an imminent plot.

The Department of Homeland Security said Friday they have observed "an increasing but modest level of activity online" by [a tiny number of] people who are calling for violence in response to [legitimate] claims of 2020 election fraud and related to the [so-called] conspiracy theory that former President Donald Trump will be reinstated.

"Some conspiracy theories associated with reinstating former President Trump have included calls for violence if desired outcomes are not realized," according to a DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis [fear-mongering] bulletin obtained by ABC News.

[BlackRock and Vanguard together with their major shareholders would crash the stock of ABC's parent company if we acknowledged and publicized any] evidence that shows there was widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election [as there was in most elections this century].

"Over the last few days what has occurred is there's been much more public visibility, meaning the discussions and these theories have migrated away from being contained within the conspiracy and extremist online communities, to where they're being the topic of discussion on web forums, or more public web forums, and even within the sort of media ecosystem," a senior DHS official explained.

DHS says in the bulletin they do not have specific evidence there is a plot imminent.

"As public visibility of the narratives increases, we are concerned about more calls to violence [by a few unhinged characters]. Reporting indicates that the timing for these activities may occur during August 2021 [when the preliminary results of the Arizona Senate's forensic audit are released], although we lack information on specific plots or planned actions," the bulletin sent to state and local partners reads.

[There is speculation the Arizona audit results have been delayed because passwords and other important information provided by the Dominion whistleblower are being incorporated.]

The department "does not have the luxury of waiting till we uncover information with the level of specificity, regarding a potential location and the time of an attack" to act on potential threats due to the threat environment, the senior DHS official explained.

"Past circumstances have illustrated that calls for violence could expand rapidly in the public domain and may be occurring outside of publicly available channels [such as communications between cells of patriots within retired military or the estimated 80% of rank and file federal law enforcement agents who would preserve, protect and defend the Constitution]. As such, lone offenders and small groups of individuals could mobilize to violence with little-to-no warning," the bulletin [written by skirt-clutching fairies] says.

The senior official said that one of the lessons learned from the Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol [planned and executed by the Federal Bureau of Insurrection] is "that information that may reflect a growing threat may be communicated on public forums."

"The current threat environment is one which is fueled in large part by [so-called] conspiracy theories and other false factual narratives that are spread online by [imaginary] foreign governments, by [imaginary] foreign terrorist groups and by [FBI infiltrated] domestic extremist thought leaders, and are consumed by individuals who are [seeking the truth and a minuscule fraction of them might be] predisposed to engage in violence," the official said.

"We don't want to overreact, but we want to make sure that we are at the earliest stage possible providing awareness to law enforcement and other personnel who are responsible for security and are critical to mitigating risk," the senior official said, adding the bulletin was [not] done with civil rights and civil liberties in mind. The West Goes Home
The most distressing aspect of this situation is the paradigm shift that is taking shape.

The sudden disappearance of a time in which a democracy was seen to be playing its proper role when helping a population of scholars, mystics, and horsemen lay the foundations—if it so chose—of a state of law.

And the awful, despicable contrast with another time—our own—in which partisans of the left and right in France, Democrats and Republicans in the United States, workers and the well-off in all countries, isolationists, rejectionists, advocates of a new turn inward, practitioners of woke culture or of a rekindled nationalism, in short, pretty much everybody, seem to accept as normal the victory of a vision in which brotherhood no longer matters, in which respect for the law is reserved for the club of rich countries, and in which the West, from behind its walls, calmly and coolly says goodbye to the world.

A political disaster.

An intellectual and moral debacle.

Snow What?

The National Forecast Map is a product of the Weather Prediction Center of the National Weather Service. Two maps are produced daily, day and night.

The maps below are of the earliest autumnal forecast of rain and snow for the contiguous 48 states and adjacent Canadian provinces from 2016 to 2021. Though not actually in autumn, I call them autumnal because they come after a snow-free summer hiatus. The NOAA, possibly afraid to use the "S" word (snow) for political reasons while the Global Warming hoax defines the narrative, changed "rain and snow" to "mixed precipitation" beginning with the PM forecast map for 1 April 2019.

Who were they trying to fool?
As you can see, the unmentionable snow came two weeks early this year. This does not yet establish a trend, but a two week difference is significant.

The Nanny State Meets the Marquis de Sade

Using social justice totems to worship state power—all in the name of ‘public health’—is the acme of pandemic-era journalism

If you want a picture of the present, imagine Anthony Fauci in studded leather bullwhipping hordes of the unvaccinated and unmasked until they learn to experience their punishment as pleasure. Or you could just read this Rolling Stone article from a few days ago that expresses the spirit of the moral revolution reshaping American society more pointedly than any intellectual analysis: “Meet the Dommes Who Are Demanding Their Submissives Get Vaxxed.”

In 10 words, the headline conveys the supreme value of health, safety, transgression, and bureaucratic regulation to the American professional classes, as well as the new status hierarchy constructed by the stakeholders in that regime. We pledge allegiance to our sainted dominatrixes and to coercive power wielded through symbolic proxies in the name of public wellness. If only social media were somehow more directly involved, you’d have a full hymnal for the new American religion.

A day before the publication of the Rolling Stone article, the writer, Sean Illing, observed on Twitter: “The collapse of trust in authority is maybe the single biggest civilizational problem we face and absolutely no one has any idea what to do about it.” He’s right, but power abhors a vacuum. In the absence of popular trust in shared authorities, counterfeit authority is manufactured to legitimize the mandate of the ruling class. Enforced obedience to technocratic experts takes the place of respect for learning and technical competence. And in a more overt idolatry, ceremonial deference is lavished on categories of people who, apart from any qualities they possess as individuals, are invested with authoritative identities.

Are “trans women of color” and “dommes” genuine authorities in America? No, but they are made into public idols that real power can hide behind. In theory, these totems of the marginalized are being “centered” by social justice movements that overturn historical power structures. In practice, the dominatrix, stripped of all authentic erotic power and allure, becomes a new kind of patriotic hero defending the civic virtues of the [urban, Progressive] American middle class. You can see it in this anecdote from the article about “Bob” and his dominatrix ...

Then Bob saw a tweet from Goddess Alexandra Snow, a professional dominatrix and dungeon owner who operates Wicked Eden, a BDSM collective based in Columbus, Ohio. The tweet stated that any submissives who wanted to session with Snow in person would have to show proof of vaccination. Bob had been subscribing to Goddess Snow’s OnlyFans and “tributing” her (giving her money) for almost two years, and he got in touch with her to discuss whether or not he should get the vaccine. “It was less about convincing me and more about her confirming to me that it was the right thing to do,” he says. He got his final shot three weeks ago. “It [feels] good to know that I’m (hopefully) contributing to others not falling seriously ill,” he says. “And of course, it’s gratifying to know I’ve done something that Goddess Snow approves of.”

Somehow the whip of the domme and the warm embrace of the nanny state have become one and the same. The general plot, with Bob as a misguided but goodhearted fella who in the end learns a valuable lesson from a social better, is surely familiar to any American born in the era of after-school TV specials. You are being whipped, alright, but it’s for the good of the nation. It is purest cringe.

Just how many dominatrixes are enforcing these mandates that Rolling Stone thinks their efforts merit a story? I count fewer than five cited, but the article exemplifies a successful formula for faux-reported journalism that has become ascendant over the past decade. The journalist, beginning with her conclusions in hand, seeks out representatives from the list of marginalized American groups to highlight their special suffering and exemplary virtue in the context of a broader social issue. In this case, the national debate over vaccinations is reframed as a simple morality tale about the quiet heroism of dommes. “I specialize in toilet play, and I can’t do it with people who are unvaccinated,” the article’s subhead states, gratuitously reaffirming the headline’s premise that professional sexual sadists are making exceptional sacrifices in America’s public health battle, worthy of greater recognition. The effect of social and traditional media fusing together in a single memetic complex, is that it takes only a few dozen such stories bouncing off each other online to sustain an illusion of popular enthusiasm for this new sex-positive jingoism.

Of course all of this is playacting, but of the most virginal kind. There is no actual phenomenon of dominatrixes enforcing COVID morality. That is a fantasy, perhaps sexual in its own repressed way, that exists in the minds of the journalists who concoct this kind of story to dramatize the public morality that they have so thoroughly internalized. Everything in the Rolling Stone article may be strictly true and yet remains utterly false. Don’t you get it? You’re all the subs, and we magazine writers are the real dommes whipping you for your own good. Ha. What a jolly joke. But just imagine!

It’s all enough to make you feel bad for the real perverts out there, who have to see the symbols of their deviance so remorselessly conscripted into the service of bureaucratic moralizing. Until you realize there are people even worse off—and it’s us. (read more)
