THE STATE OF THE DISUNION XII

sic semper tyrannis

Will We Reach Herd Immunity Against the Tyranny Variant?

The only hope is that enough Americans will have been inoculated after this bout of madness to be immune to, and deeply skeptical of, the next attempt to erode their rights.

The fact that over 800,000 people in the United States have reportedly died from [or with] COVID-19 is barely noted by the corporate propagandists, no doubt because it isn’t politically useful now that Bad Orange Man is gone. Or it could be that the media doesn’t want to highlight yet another failure of the woefully incompetent [and illegitimate] Biden Administration with Grandpa Dementia barely cracking the 40 point approval mark.

If Trump were still in the White House, we all know 800,000 deaths would have been trumpeted on every front page, the topic of every single leftist outlet’s headline for weeks. CNN would have already resurrected their morbid death count ticker claiming that every single death was due to great and terrible Trump.

The fact is 800,000 is probably inflated, much like everything else in this country right now. We have long suspected that hospitals and hospices have attributed more deaths to COVID than is accurate (particularly since they were literally financially incentivized to do so). You got hit by a bus? We’d better mark you down as another COVID death just to be on the safe side. Five gunshot wounds but positive for COVID? COVID for sure. Motorcycle crash death? Clearly the damnable COVID took another soul in mid-ride. Knife to the heart? COVID. Stage 4 cancer? COVID.

The real question we need answered is whether people are dying with COVID or from it. Some of us have been asking for that debate since the spring of 2020. Plenty of people have gotten it and have recovered. Plenty of people have gotten it and died, but there were other factors leading to their deaths such as pneumonia, a weakened immune system or some other condition. Some doctors have suggested that the COVID deaths among otherwise healthy people with no underlying conditions or serious comorbidities is probably in the one percent range, or 8,000 total since this all began (let that sink in when you consider the utter carnage of our economy and small businesses). The CDC stats show very clearly that 94 percent of the individuals who supposedly died from COVID did so, on average, with three serious comorbidities. In fact, a lot of those comorbidities can probably be traced back to something most people don’t want to talk about: obesity.

According to some medical experts, nearly 78 percent of reported COVID deaths are directly linked to the patient’s weight. That’s a startling number and an uncomfortable one. If you start talking about obesity you start messing with all sorts of big corporations from fast food giants to big sugar—and we can’t have that. Heck, you might even be attacked for fat shaming. So we continue on like little children, ignoring reality in the hope it will somehow just vanish and we can go on our merry way.

Such social delusion appears to be the goal of social media and news censorship of factual COVID information, which seems to know no bounds. No questions, peasants! Accept the so-called expert narrative as gospel truth. In fact, Facebook recently went so far as to censor an article about the dangers of COVID censorship.

The good news is that the end of all of the COVID madness is apparently in sight. While low IQ pundits and hosts on MSNBC and CNN were doing their best to whip up one more frenzy of lockdowns and mandates over the “great and terrible” Omicron variant, the truth is Omicron, while highly contagious, is not evenly remotely deadly. It means most people, even the triple vaccinated (technically triple jabbed with a therapeutic medicine, as we don’t actually have a vaccine), multiple booster shots while wearing five masks Karens are probably going to get it—which means we’ll reach herd immunity and be back to normal within a few months

That’s the good news. The bad news? Once COVID fades into the background, most if not all of our major institutions will still be broken. The CDC and NIH need serious reform. Corporate propagandists will still be around, acting not so much as “news sources” but as outlets for administrative state narratives. Tyrants from the federal to the local level will be looking for the next fear tactic to scare Americans into abdicating more power to the state. Big Tech will still be censoring and shutting down anything it disagrees with as it tramples the Bill of Rights.

The only hope is that enough Americans will have been inoculated after this bout of madness to be immune to, and deeply skeptical of, the next attempt to erode their rights. We will get some inkling of whether that’s the case in the coming elections. If Americans are acquiring a herd immunity to tyranny, look for them to actually demand their supposed representatives look out for and defend their rights. (read more)

Manufactured Pandemic: Testing People for Any Strain of a Coronavirus, Not Specifically for COVID-19

I work in the healthcare field. Here’s the problem, we are testing people for any strain of a Coronavirus. Not specifically for COVID-19. There are no reliable tests for a specific COVID-19 virus. There are no reliable agencies or media outlets for reporting numbers of actual COVID-19 virus cases. This needs to be addressed first and foremost. Every action and reaction to COVID-19 is based on totally flawed data and we simply can not make accurate assessments.

This is why you’re hearing that most people with COVID-19 are showing nothing more than cold/flu like symptoms. That’s because most Coronavirus strains are nothing more than cold/flu like symptoms. The few actual novel Coronavirus cases do have some worse respiratory responses, but still have a very promising recovery rate, especially for those without prior issues.

The ‘gold standard’ in testing for COVID-19 is laboratory isolated/purified coronavirus particles free from any contaminants and particles that look like viruses but are not, that have been proven to be the cause of the syndrome known as COVID-19 and obtained by using proper viral isolation methods and controls (not the PCR that is currently being used or Serology /antibody tests which do not detect virus as such). PCR basically takes a sample of your cells and amplifies any DNA to look for ‘viral sequences’, i.e. bits of non-human DNA that seem to match parts of a known viral genome.

The problem is the test is known not to work.

It uses ‘amplification’ which means taking a very very tiny amount of DNA and growing it exponentially until it can be analyzed. Obviously any minute contamination in the sample will also be amplified leading to potentially gross errors of discovery.

Additionally, it’s only looking for partial viral sequences, not whole genomes, so identifying a single pathogen is next to impossible even if you ignore the other issues.

The Mickey Mouse test kits being sent out to hospitals, at best, tell analysts you have some viral DNA in your cells. Which most of us do, most of the time. It may tell you the viral sequence is related to a specific type of virus – say the huge family of coronavirus. But that’s all. The idea these kits can isolate a specific virus like COVID-19 is nonsense.

And that’s not even getting into the other issue – viral load.

If you remember the PCR works by amplifying minute amounts of DNA. It therefore is useless at telling you how much virus you may have. And that’s the only question that really matters when it comes to diagnosing illness. Everyone will have a few viruses kicking round in their system at any time, and most will not cause illness because their quantities are too small. For a virus to sicken you you need a lot of it, a massive amount of it. But PCR does not test viral load and therefore can’t determine if it is present in sufficient quantities to sicken you.

If you feel sick and get a PCR test any random viral DNA might be identified even if they aren’t at all involved in your sickness which leads to false diagnosis.

And coronavirus are incredibly common. A large percentage of the world human population will have coronavirus DNA in them in small quantities even if they are perfectly well or sick with some other pathogen.

Do you see where this is going yet? If you want to create a totally false panic about a totally false pandemic – pick a coronavirus.

They are incredibly common and there’s tons of them. A very high percentage of people who have become sick by other means (flu, bacterial pneumonia, anything) will have a positive PCR test for Covid even if you’re doing them properly and ruling out contamination, simply because coronaviruses are so common.

There are hundreds of thousands of flu and pneumonia victims in hospitals throughout the world at any one time.

All you need to do is select the sickest of these in a single location – say Wuhan – administer PCR tests to them and claim anyone showing viral sequences similar to a coronavirus (which will inevitably be quite a few) is suffering from a ‘new’ disease.

Since you already selected the sickest flu cases a fairly high proportion of your sample will go on to die.

You can then say this ‘new’ virus has a CFR higher than the flu and use this to infuse more concern and do more tests which will of course produce more ‘cases’, which expands the testing, which produces yet more ‘cases’ and so on and so on.

Before long you have your ‘pandemic’, and all you have done is use a simple test kit trick to convert the worst flu and pneumonia cases into something new that doesn’t actually exist.

Now just run the same scam in other countries. Making sure to keep the fear messaging running high so that people will feel panicky and less able to think critically.

Your only problem is going to be that – due to the fact there is no actual new deadly pathogen but just regular sick people, you are mislabeling your case numbers, and especially your deaths, are going to be way too low for a real new deadly virus pandemic.

But you can stop people pointing this out in several ways.

1. You can claim this is just the beginning and more deaths are imminent. Use this as an excuse to quarantine everyone and then claim the quarantine prevented the expected millions of dead.

2. You can tell people that ‘minimizing’ the dangers is irresponsible and bully them into not talking about numbers.

3. You can talk crap about made up numbers hoping to blind people with pseudoscience.

4. You can start testing well people (who, of course, will also likely have shreds of coronavirus DNA in them) and thus inflate your ‘case figures’ with ‘asymptomatic carriers’ (you will of course have to spin that to sound deadly even though any virologist knows the more symptom-less cases you have the less deadly is your pathogen.

Take these 4 simple steps and you can have your own entirely manufactured pandemic up and running in weeks.

They cannot “confirm” something for which there is no accurate test.(read more)

The Prevailing Corona Nonsense Narrative

There has been no epidemic of COVID-19 of national scope in any country, no pandemic internationally, for the general population SARS-CoV-2 is not a killer virus, and it is the same in every country.

[...]

The prevailing corona narrative is this: Since early 2020, there is a pandemic of a perennial killer virus, that must be searched for with the Corman-Drosten RT-PCR test in everybody, that is even spreading epidemiologically relevantly asymptomatically, against which there is no basic or cross-immunity, whose provoked disease, COVID-19, is barely treatable, which is becoming increasingly infectious and dangerous due to erratic mutations, and which can only be overcome by non-pharmacological measures that have never been applied before, such as antisocial distancing, masks in public sphere, contact tracing, isolation, quarantine, school closures and curfews, nowadays called lockdowns, even for asymptomatic, previously called healthy, people, and by serial vaccination of the entire world population.

All myths of the prevailing corona narrative are made up out of a fact-free vacuum

Based on the current state of science, these are my top 10.

1. There has been no epidemic of COVID-19 of national scope in any country, no pandemic internationally, for the general population SARS-CoV-2 is not a killer virus, and it is the same in every country.

In many countries, for example in Switzerland, there was no exceptional excess mortality when adjusted to changing demographics. The excess mortality in other countries is the best proof that the real killer is not the virus, but our paradoxical response to it, which differs from country to country and from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Also, the occupancy of the intensive care units, whose capacities have been massively reduced in the course of the alleged pandemic, has never been unusually high.

If the causes of death are established correctly by substituting the number of deceased from whatever cause within 28 days after a positive RT-PCR test with the number of deceased from COVID-19, the infection fatality rate, IFR, is below that of influenza viruses, which are deadly to some people, of course, and, unlike SARS-CoV-2, sometimes are also deadly to children.

2. The indication to test, namely not only critically ill hospitalised patients with a need forspecific antiviral therapy, in the surveillance system for respiratory infections and in an epidemiological study cohort, but to test even asymptomatic people and, on top of that, to test only for one single of all respiratory viruses that must be considered in the differential diagnosis of respiratory infections, is wrong.

3. The Corman-Drosten RT-PCR test is neither diagnostic for an infection with SARS-CoV-2 nor for a sickness or death from COVID-19. On November 27th 2020, an international group of 22 life scientists, including myself, published an ‘External Peer Review of the Corman-Drosten Paper’, the recipe by which laboratories developed the RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2. In it, we declared that conflicts of interest existed, that the alleged peer review within 24 hours was absurd, and ten fundamental scientific flaws. This most momentous medical publication of 2020, which can hardly be surpassed in terms of lack of scientificity, should never have been published.

The Corman-Drosten RT-PCR test protocol is fabricated poorly and vaguely, without validation and standardisation. From a laboratory survey conducted in Germany, we know that due to cross-reaction with other beta coronaviruses its specificity of about 98.6%, corresponding to 1.4% false positives, which is already low in the absence of any virus, is further reduced to up to 92.4%, corresponding to 7.6% false positives, during the flu season. These rates offalse positive tests may seem low to many laypeople and allegedly even to many ‘experts’, because they do not realise that in the virtual absence of the virus between the flu seasons, at prevalence close to 0, almost all positive RT-PCR tests are false positives. Please consider that if we test 1000 men with a 99% specific pregnancy test, 1%, 10 tests, will be positive and because of prevalence 0 of pregnancy in men, these positive pregnancy tests are all false positives. Everywhere, the test is performed differently and at too high cycle thresholds.

Although studies have shown that no culturable viruses are present in samples with a Ct value above 28, the tests are still carried out with cycle threshold values above 35. Their results are reported without reference to clinical symptoms and findings, worldwide. The Corman-Drosten RT-PCR test is scientifically incorrect and serves mostly to create an epidemic of case numbers, a testing pandemic.

4. There is no epidemiologically relevant asymptomatic transmission of respiratory viruses. What we learned in medical school has been confirmed also for SARS-CoV-2 by numerous peer reviewed studies. The ‘asymptomatic contact’ invented by Prof. Drosten in the Letter to the Editor of January 30th 2020 was very much symptomatic: the patient had suppressed her symptoms with medication.

Therefore, all non-pharmacological interventions for asymptomatic, formerly called healthy, people beyond the proven effective measures to contain the spread of respiratory viruses, namely hygiene and self-isolation of sick people, are harmful and ineffective also against SARS-CoV-2.

5. There is effective prophylaxis, for example, healthy lifestyle, lots of social contacts, and vitamin D3, and there is effective, well tolerated, low cost therapy of COVID-19, for example, anti-inflammatory drugs, topical budesonide, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, and anticoagulants.

6. Unlike influenza viruses, SARS-CoV-2 does not mutate erratically, but slowly and permanently. For this reason alone, even the most effective vaccines always lag behind its new variants.

7. SARS-CoV-2 is not becoming more and more contagious AND more and more dangerous. Like all other respiratory viruses, it obeys the laws of evolution. Without human intervention, the variant that spreads most easily prevails. That is why it is becoming more and more contagious indeed, but less and less dangerous, of course.

8. SARS-CoV-2, like all viral pathogens of acute respiratory infections, does not occur perennially, but seasonally, in our mid-northern latitudes from November to April.

What ‘experts’ call the heroic overcoming of the pandemic of a killer virus by non-pharmacological interventions and vaccination of the whole populace, we doctors call, the end of the flu season.

9. Due to basic and cross-immunity, during each flu season only about 10-20% of the population contract the seasonal beta corona and influenza viruses. This is also true for SARS-CoV-2.

An ‘nth wave of a respiratory virus’ is a biological impossibility.

Rather, the season of Corona-19 is followed by that of Corona-20 and now by that of Corona-21, to which most people are partially cross-immune, at least.

10. The alleged pandemic of the alleged killer virus SARS-CoV-2 cannot be overcome by vaccinating the entire world population, including the immune or recovered. The serial experimental mRNA and DNA injections are unnecessary because the IFR is 0.15%, for less than 70-year-olds below 0.05%, for children 0.00%, and even much lower if the causes of death are established correctly, so below that of seasonal influenza. Moreover, SARS-CoV-2 is mutating permanently and always in the sense that it becomes more infectious while less dangerous. The experimental foreign gene injections are ineffective.

We had already known this from the registration studies, which are not worth the paper they are written on. For example, the mRNA injections reduced the risk of mild COVID-19 disease absolutely by less than 1%. There were no data for severe courses, for disease transmission and for over 75-year-old sick persons. Their ineffectiveness has alsobeen proven in the real world by now.

Finally, the gene injections are unsafe. They can cause anaphylactic reactions, thromboembolism, thrombocytopenia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, and myocarditis in the short term. There is possible immunosuppression and antibody-dependent enhancement, ADE, in the medium-term. And in the long term there are possible autoimmune diseases, cancer and infertility, risks that have not been ruled out yet.

Furthermore, natural immunisation is stronger and more sustainable than the best vaccine, and immune or recovered people do neither need basic immunisation nor a booster. Or, if you had gone through measles, mumps andrubella as a child or had received the basic MMR immunization, did anyone ever recommend that you get vaccinated against measles, mumps and rubella for the first time or again? The mainly testing pandemic present since the end of the 2020 flu season,at least, can only be overcome by ending the unscientific testing of even asymptomatic people.

These are the major myths of the prevailing corona narrative. We doctors and scientists have not been allowed to debunk them publicly for over a year and a half. If we dare to fulfil our moral duty, we are ignored and censored at best, libelled, banned or forcibly detained psychiatrically, at worst.

Yet, in the second year, as medical students we had to study basic epidemiology. There we learned that in the event of a possible epidemic of national scope, a study cohort representative of the population must be formed immediately. Its purpose is to monitor the prevalence, incidence, and severity of the disease and the status of immunity, here by testing for antibodies AND T-cell immunity. Thus, in April 2020 we would already have realised that there was no epidemic of national scope, presumably that almost everyone was already largely immune and that there was exactly 0 scientific evidence for painful and costly nonsensical interventions, for the enactment of epidemic laws, for the drafting of COVID laws and for digital COVID certificates.

Allegedly, no one in the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and in its affiliated Swiss National COVID-19 Science Task Force has the knowledge of a second-year medical student. For, although it is 20 months since the WHO declared the COVID pandemic, such a representative epidemiological surveillance cohort does not exist. Even worse, from week 13 to 44/2020 the FOPH had also paused the surveillance system of viral respiratory infections based on representative medical practices, thereby completing the blind flight in favour of total interpretive sovereignty of the arbitrarily manipulable useless RT-PCR test ‘case numbers’. Do not gloat. It is the same shame in your country.

It is wrong to test symptomatic people for only one of all respiratory viruses. It is insane to do this only with a hypersensitive, nonspecific RT-PCR test with cycle threshold above 35, without considering number of cycles, symptomatology and clinical context. It is even more insane to mass test also asymptomatic, previously called healthy, people in this way. And it is the coronation of insanity to serially administer unnecessary, ineffective, unsafe experimental mRNA and DNA injections tothe entire world population, on top of that without regard to their immune status. Do you want to be a statistic? Because this is how you end up a statistic.

What I am about to show you is very powerful.

For those of you looking for something to show the fence sitters or the people who haven’t begun to stir, this might be a great way to prevent them from engaging in self-harm due to ignorance.

I don’t usually engage with these conversations myself. I feel my energy is best spent teaching the teachers.

However, as most of you ARE teachers of some sort, formally or informally within your own circles, I’d like to support all of you in having these kinds of conversations with others if you are willing and you have the energy.

What I’m about to show you is a Twitter feed pushed into a Telegram channel.

That’s all it is.

Very simple.

But what it’s doing is super important.

It posts tweets that contain keywords associated with death, injury, or illness as a result of the shot.

What you need to understand about this…

IT IS POSTING ALL DAY LONG, EVERY DAY, OFTEN ALMOST ONCE PER MINUTE.

Vaccinated Women Are Now Lying About Their Vax Status As More Men See Them As Infertility Risk

Everyone was told that those who did not get the jab would regret it, but now it seems that the opposite is true. In a startling reversal, women who have had the COVID vaccine are being shunned in the dating scene by potential partners due to issues with possible birth defects and infertility.

Women in New York have started lying about their vaccination status because of widespread perception among men that they are infertile or will bear children with birth defects. One man, who wants to remain anonymous, said:

“In clubs, they claim they’re NOT vax’d. They say things like ‘Oh COVID is bullshit‘ or ‘I don’t want to try this new experimental shot‘.

However, after going out with them several times, the women finally admit they took the vax . . . and watch as most potential husbands leave them almost on the spot.”

The person went on to say that at least two separate women asked him why he would break off relations with them over something like the jab, and he told them:

“I don’t want defective children and I won’t get closer to a girl who lied to my face from the start.”

Reports of women who have been vaccinated experiencing birth defects are skyrocketing across the world. A very early theory raised by many respected doctors was that the mRNA vaccine would interfere with a protein called Syncytin-1, which is crucial in pregnancy.

Unfortunately, many women ‘trusted the science‘ from the MSM and are now reaping the consequences of their government’s actions in amplifying propaganda and silencing dissenting voices.

As a reminder of the kind of propaganda that was being pushed at the time, FullFact published a ‘fact check‘ categorically denying that the vaccines cause any problems with pregnancy before any long-term studies were done on this question.

“There is no scientific reason the vaccine might be expected to affect pregnancy. Studies observing pregnant women who have been vaccinated have found people are not more likely to suffer a miscarriage if they have had the COVID-19 vaccine.

It is hard not to feel sorry for such young women who went along with the lies and mass formation. It was entirely correct to be concerned about a rushed and untested pharmaceutical product based on new technology.

For those ‘purebloods‘, the men and women who have managed to last this long and withstand the pressure to get vaccinated, there is widespread expectation that unvaccinated women and unvaccinated sperm will be extremely valuable. Indeed, some have joked that it may be the next Bitcoin.

THE STATE OF THE DISUNION IV

Secrets Are the Coin of the Realm

America is controlled by secrecy

Threat inflation has become a tool of political repression

What does it mean when President Biden declares an event in which four people died, all of them Trump supporters and only one by violence, the “worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War,” and The New York Times marks the anniversary by proclaiming that “Every Day Is Jan. 6 Now”? The implication is politics as permanent crisis, which sounds strikingly like a definition of war.

This obvious threat inflation, which should be familiar after September 11, is used by governments and private corporations alike to award themselves more unaccountable power. To work, it relies on the public being cowed by the expertise and authority of institutions that operate in secret. These methods have proved to be highly effective for defending the power of America’s bureaucracies.

The problem with bureaucratised secrecy is what it does to the rest of society. As illusions come to seem real and formal mechanisms of truth-seeking appear blocked off, conspiracies offer themselves as a virtuous alternative. To encourage this in a country that already has a deep, native strain of paranoia and wild truth-seeking is a dangerous gamble.

The elements of fantasy and stagecraft present on January 6, from the costumed pageantry at the storming of the Capitol [by federal agents] to the Broadway kitsch at its anniversary commemoration, point to the event’s dual origins in the US security state and the paranoid imagination that is a byproduct of government secrecy run amok.

“Secrecy is an institution of the administrative state that developed during the great conflicts of the twentieth century. It is distinctive primarily in that it is all but unexamined,” the scholar and American statesman Daniel Patrick Moynihan wrote toward the end of his long career in public life, when he turned his attention to the power in the shadows.

Moynihan, a Democratic Senator from New York, was known for his polarising work on race, poverty and the breakdown of the American family. But in his final published book, the liberal Cold Warrior delivered a revisionist account of the US conflict with the Soviet Union. Though he never wavered on the righteousness of the anti-Communist cause, Moynihan argued that the effort had been weakened and warped by the growth of a bureaucratic culture of secrecy. He delivered a measured but devastating attack on the underworld of administrative institutions better known today as “the deep state”.

In Secrecy: The American Experience, published in 1999, Moynihan argued that US policy had been systematically distorted by intelligence agency assessments that exaggerated the economic and military power of the Soviet Union. Because the agencies operated in secret, the exaggerations were not only shielded from scrutiny but had the perverse effect of fuelling their own growth. Over time, this process fundamentally transformed the American political system. “Secrecy is a form of regulation,” Moynihan wrote in the book’s opening line. This new form of regulation supervened democratic procedures and transferred power to bureaucracies operating in the shadows of the elected government.

Despite his criticisms, Moynihan maintained that secrecy was “at times legitimate and necessary”. But he observed a typology of secrets in which there were two critical distinctions. The first was between secrets applied to foreign affairs in the interest of national security, and those used domestically to regulate the activities of American citizens. The second, related division was between functional and symbolic secrets.

Influenced by the sociologist Edward Shils’s 1956 book The Torment of American Secrecy, Moynihan elaborated a theory of secrets as social agents in bureaucratic societies. In his introduction to Secrecy, the historian Richard Gid Powers describes the contours of that approach: “Drawing on Max Weber and Emile Durkheim, [Moynihan] saw how he could discuss secrecy as a form of regulation (Weber) that could often take a ritualistic form (Durkheim) in order to stigmatize outsiders and critics (as distinguished from the functional secrecy that seeks simply to keep critical information from the enemy).”

As secrecy expands into a basis of governing power, what is human — to fear the unknown — metastasises into a culture of consuming paranoia and conspiracy. Moynihan was not alone in foreseeing this outcome. The American diplomat George Kennan, another stalwart of the Cold War, expressed his own reservations about the normalisation of espionage as an instrument of policy. “We easily become ourselves the sufferers from these methods of deception,” Kennan warned. “For they inculcate in their authors, as well as their intended victims, unlimited cynicism, causing them to lose all realistic understanding of the relationship, in what they are doing, of ends and means.”

Unlimited cynicism occluding cause and effect for perpetrator as well as victim — who may not be so easy to tell apart — is an apt framework with which to approach the inept fantasy of insurrection that took place on January 6, 2021, in Washington D.C.

For four years, while Donald Trump was President, US intelligence agencies colluded with members of Congress and the media to foment a conspiracy about collusion between Trump and Russia. The claims relied on secret smoking gun evidence that was supposedly in the possession of the proper authorities and would, any day, result in the President and his associates being tried for treason. Of course, this never happened, because what the secrecy concealed was not damning evidence, nor merely the lack of it, but the record showing how Clinton lawyers, ex spies, and current federal agents had, together, manufactured the false collusion narrative. Predictably, the official state-sanctioned conspiracy produced as its mutant offspring the counter-conspiracies of the Right, of which the most notorious was [the intelligence operation called] QAnon, a group that would play a leading role in the Capitol riot.

Feeding on the cynicism of his supporters and the brazen interventions of the deep state into the 2020 election — most notably the suppression of reporting on Hunter Biden’s business ties on transparently spurious national security grounds — Trump spent weeks after the vote stoking the fury of his supporters with a manic “stop the steal” campaign that made no distinctions between reasonable questions of electoral interference and ridiculous ones, and showed little concern for the line between protest and mob violence. The day after the riot, the president, realising that he had gone too far, denounced his supporters who had attacked security officers and breached the Capitol building as having “defiled the seat of American democracy”. Not long after, he was back to defending them. At no point did he accept any responsibility for the national humiliation.

While Trump has continued his stop the steal campaign, in terms of both cynicism and impact, it is dwarfed by what his opponents have carried out in the government and press. There is considerable evidence that US security and intelligence agencies had prior knowledge of a planned march on January 6 and were present in some capacity among the groups that breached the Capitol. We know, for instance, that a leader of the Proud Boys, a group that the Wall Street Journal called “key instigators” of the Capitol Riot, spent the past decade as a “prolific” FBI informant.

An investigation by the New York Times based on confidential records and sources found that “federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into the assault on the Capitol, even as it was taking place, than was previously known”. The Times’ efforts pick up on reporting on the FBI’s role in the riot by the Right-wing news site Revolver, which has focused on Ray Epps, the former president of the Oath Keepers militia movement. Epps, who unlike some 700 other people involved in the riot has never been arrested or charged with a crime, can be seen on video taken at the riot telling people to “go into the Capitol”.

The FBI has a record of hyping up threats and encouraging terrorists plots that it can then bust to justify its mission. Consider an ongoing case involving the plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan. For months the plot was marshalled as evidence of the existential danger posed by Right-wing extremist groups, but those claims have unraveled as it turned out that the FBI had 12 informants inside the organisation accused of planning the crime. The informants “had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception”, reported Buzzfeed. “The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them.”

And yet these dubious pseudo-events, which never posed any immediate threat to America’s democracy or its security establishment, are compared to the worst attacks in American history. At the January 6 commemoration last week, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi brought out liberal godhead Lin-Manuel Miranda along with the cast of Hamilton to perform a virtual performance. This moment of supreme kitsch was only scarcely more ridiculous than Vice President Kamala Harris, in her commemorative remarks, comparing the largely symbolic riot to Pearl Harbor and 9/11.

The purpose of these gross exaggerations is to demand that Americans forfeit their rights in the name of security and convince the public, or some electorally significant fraction of it, that it is wise and just for the US government to prosecute a counterterrorism campaign against Trump supporters. The project uses the full power of the American security establishment as a get-out-the-vote arm for the Democratic party.

Secrecy, like conspiracy, dulls the impact of reality. Long after they have been exposed, the afterlife of secrets continues to debase the currency of truth. It is notable, for instance, that contrary to the inflamed rhetoric from the White House and prominent Democrats, no charges related to insurrection have been brought against any of the more than 700 defendants charged with participating in the Capitol riot. Instead, the government has mostly pursued a strategy of seeking the harshest sentences possible for trespassing. To one side, this is evidence that no insurrection took place; that even the government doesn’t believe the threat it’s selling. But to the other side it has roughly the opposite meaning, signalling that the US government is soft on Right-wing extremism and that power is working behind the scenes to protect the coup-plotters.

It remains necessary to counter lies with truth, but not sufficient. Until the rule of secrecy itself is ended and power in democracies again becomes visible and accountable, the arms race of paranoia and conspiracy will continue. That way lies ruin. (read more)

There Are Legitimate Limits to Federal Jurisdiction

THE STATE OF THE DISUNION II

Flawed Assessment from a Hyperventilating Leftist

The next US civil war is already here – we just refuse to see it

The right has recognized that the system is in collapse, and it has a plan: violence and solidarity with treasonous far-right factions

Nobody wants what’s coming, so nobody wants to see what’s coming.

On the eve of the first civil war, the most intelligent, the most informed, the most dedicated people in the United States could not see it coming. Even when Confederate soldiers began their bombardment of Fort Sumter, nobody believed that conflict was inevitable. The north was so unprepared for the war they had no weapons.

In Washington, in the winter of 1861, Henry Adams, the grandson of John Quincy Adams, declared that “not one man in America wanted the civil war or expected or intended it”. South Carolina senator James Chestnut, who did more than most to bring on the advent of the catastrophe, promised to drink all the blood spilled in the entire conflict. The common wisdom at the time was that he would have to drink “not a thimble”.

The United States today is, once again, headed for civil war, and, once again, it cannot bear to face it. The political problems are both structural and immediate, the crisis both longstanding and accelerating. The American political system has become so overwhelmed by anger that even the most basic tasks of government are increasingly impossible.

The legal system grows less legitimate by the day. Trust in government at all levels is in freefall, or, like Congress, with approval ratings hovering around 20%, cannot fall any lower. Right now, elected sheriffs openly promote resistance to federal authority. Right now, militias train and arm themselves in preparation for the fall of the Republic. Right now, doctrines of a radical, unachievable, messianic freedom spread across the internet, on talk radio, on cable television, in the malls.

The consequences of the breakdown of the American system is only now beginning to be felt. January 6 wasn’t a wake-up call; it was a rallying cry. The Capitol police have seen threats against members of Congress increase by 107%. Fred Upton, Republican representative from Michigan, recently shared a message he had received: “I hope you die. I hope everybody in your family dies.” And it’s not just politicians but anyone involved in the running of the electoral system. Death threats have become a standard aspect of the work life of election supervisors and school board members. A third of poll workers, in the aftermath of 2020, said they felt unsafe.

Under such conditions, party politics have become mostly a distraction. The parties and the people in the parties no longer matter much, one way or the other. Blaming one side or the other offers a perverse species of hope. “If only more moderate Republicans were in office, if only bipartisanship could be restored to what it was.” Such hopes are not only reckless but irresponsible. The problem is not who is in power, but the structures of power.

The United States has burned before. The Vietnam war, civil rights protests, the assassination of JFK and MLK, Watergate – all were national catastrophes which remain in living memory. But the United States has never faced an institutional crisis quite like the one it is facing now. Trust in the institutions was much higher during the 1960s. The Civil Rights Act had the broad support of both parties. JFK’s murder was mourned collectively as a national tragedy. The Watergate scandal, in hindsight, was evidence of the system working. The press reported presidential crimes; Americans took the press seriously. The political parties felt they needed to respond to the reported corruption.

You could not make one of those statements today with any confidence.

Two things are happening at the same time. Most of the American right have abandoned faith in government as such. Their politics is, increasingly, the politics of the gun. The American left is slower on the uptake, but they are starting to figure out that the system which they give the name of democracy is less deserving of the name every year.

An incipient illegitimacy crisis is under way, whoever is elected in 2022, or in 2024. According to a University of Virginia analysis of census projections, by 2040, 30% of the population will control 68% of the Senate. Eight states will contain half the population. The Senate malapportionment gives advantages overwhelmingly to white, non– college educated voters. In the near future, a Democratic candidate could win the popular vote by many millions of votes and still lose. Do the math: the federal system no longer represents the will of the American people.

The right is preparing for a breakdown of law and order, but they are also overtaking the forces of law and order. Hard right organization have now infiltrated so many police forces – the connections number in the hundreds – that they have become unreliable allies in the struggle against domestic terrorism.

Michael German, a former FBI agent who worked undercover against domestic terrorists during the 1990s, knows that the white power sympathies within police departments hamper domestic terrorism cases. “The 2015 FBI counter-terrorism guide instructs FBI agents, on white supremacist cases, to not put them on the terrorist watch list as agents normally would do,” he says. “Because the police could then look at the watchlist and determine that they are their friends.” The watchlists are among the most effective techniques of counter-terrorism, but the FBI cannot use them. The white supremacists in the United States are not a marginal force; they are inside its institutions.

Recent calls to reform or to defund the police have focused on officers’ implicit bias or policing techniques. The protesters are, in a sense, too hopeful. Activist white supremacists in positions of authority are the real threat to American order and security. “If you look at how authoritarian regimes come into power, they tacitly authorize a group of political thugs to use violence against their political enemies,” German says. “That ends up with a lot of street violence, and the general public gets upset about the street violence and says, ‘Government, you have to do something about this street violence,’ and the government says, ‘Oh my hands are tied, give me a broad enabling power and I will go after these thugs.’ And of course once that broad power is granted, it isn’t used to target the thugs. They either become a part of the official security apparatus or an auxiliary force.”

Anti-government patriots have used the reaction against Black Lives Matter effectively to build a base of support with law enforcement. “One of the best tactics was adopting the blue lives matter patch. I’m flabbergasted that police fell for that, that they actually support these groups,” German says. “It would be one thing if [anti-government patriots] had uniformly decided not to target police any more. But they haven’t. They’re still killing police. The police don’t seem to get it, that the people you’re coddling, you’re taking photographs with, are the same people who elsewhere kill.” The current state of American law enforcement reveals an extreme contradiction: the order it imposes is rife with the forces that provoke domestic terrorism.

Just consider: in 2019, 36% of active duty soldiers claimed to have witnessed “white supremacist and racist ideologies in the military”, according to the Military Times.

At this supreme moment of crisis, the left has divided into warring factions completely incapable of confronting the seriousness of the moment. There are liberals who retain an unjustifiable faith that their institutions can save them when it is utterly clear that they cannot. Then there are the woke, educational and political elites dedicated to a discourse of willed impotence. Any institution founded by the woke simply eats itself – see TimesUp, the Women’s March, etc – becoming irrelevant to any but a diminishing cadre of insiders who spend most of their time figuring out how to shred whoever’s left. They render themselves powerless faster than their enemies can.

What the American left needs now is allegiance, not allyship. It must abandon any imagined fantasies about the sanctity of governmental institutions that long ago gave up any claim to legitimacy. Stack the supreme court, end the filibuster, make Washington DC a state, and let the dogs howl, and now, before it is too late. The moment the right takes control of institutions, they will use them to overthrow democracy in its most basic forms; they are already rushing to dissolve whatever norms stand in the way of their full empowerment.

The right has recognized what the left has not: that the system is in collapse. The right has a plan: it involves violence and solidarity. They have not abjured even the [heavily federal agent infiltrated] Oath Keepers. The left, meanwhile, has chosen infighting as their sport.

There will be those who say that warnings of a new civil war is alarmist. All I can say is that reality has outpaced even the most alarmist predictions. Imagine going back just 10 years and explaining that a Republican president would openly support the dictatorship of North Korea. No conspiracy theorist would have dared to dream it. Anyone who foresaw, foresaw dimly. The trends were apparent; their ends were not.

It would be entirely possible for the United States to implement a modern electoral system, to restore the legitimacy of the courts, to reform its police forces, to root out domestic terrorism, to alter its tax code to address inequality, to prepare its cities and its agriculture for the effects of climate change, to regulate and to control the mechanisms of violence. All of these futures are possible. There is one hope, however, that must be rejected outright: the hope that everything will work out by itself, that America will bumble along into better times. It won’t. Americans have believed their country is an exception, a necessary nation. If history has shown us anything it’s that the world doesn’t have any necessary nations.

The United States needs to recover its revolutionary spirit, and I don’t mean that as some kind of inspirational quote. I mean that, if it is to survive, the United States will have to recover its revolutionary spirit. The crises the United States now faces in its basic governmental functions are so profound that they require starting over. The founders understood that government is supposed to work for living people, rather than for a bunch of old ghosts. And now their ghostly constitution, worshipped like a religious document, is strangling the spirit that animated their enterprise, the idea that you mold politics to suit people, not the other way around.

Does the country have the humility to acknowledge that its old orders no longer work? Does it have the courage to begin again? As it managed so spectacularly at the birth of its nationhood, the United States requires the boldness to invent a new politics for a new era. It is entirely possible that it might do so. America is, after all, a country devoted to reinvention.

Once again, as before, the hope for America is Americans. But it is time to face what the Americans of the 1850s found so difficult to face: The system is broken, all along the line. The situation is clear and the choice is basic: reinvention or fall. (read more)

THE STATE OF THE DISUNION I

Is this the end of progressive America?

Multiple fronts of resistance are taking shape

Over the past several decades, the progressive Left has successfully fulfilled Antonio Gramsci’s famed admonition of a “long march through the institutions”. In almost every Western country, its adherents now dominate the education system, media, cultural institutions, and financial behemoths.

But what do they have to show for it? Not as much as they might have expected. Rather than a Bolshevik-style assumption of power, there’s every chance this institutional triumph will not produce an enduring political victory, let alone substantially change public opinion.

Even before Biden’s botched Build Back Better initiative, American progressives faced opposition to their wildly impractical claims about achieving “zero Covid” and “zero emissions”, confronting [fictitious] “systemic racism” by defunding the police, regulating speech, and redefining two biological sexes into a multiplicity.

Increasingly, the “march” has started to falter. Like the French generals in 1940 who thought they could defeat the Germans by perfecting World War One tactics, the progressive establishment has built its own impressive Maginot Line which may be difficult to breach, but can still be flanked.

That is not to deny the progressives’ limited successes. It has certainly developed a remarkable ability to besmirch even the most respected institutions, including the US military. But that is where its achievements stop.

While the Pentagon’s top brass focused on “domestic terrorists” and a progressive social agenda, it calamitously bungled its withdrawal from Afghanistan and appears utterly unprepared for Chinese or Russian competitors. And the effect of this progressive march is plain to see: the percentage of Americans who feel “a great deal of trust and confidence in the military” has dropped in just three years to 45% from 70%.

This decline in trust in major institutions, so evident in America, is also rife across Europe and Australia. In Europe, for example, young people express less pride in their cultural and religious heritage, and are almost three times as likely as their elders to believe that democracy is failing.

The great paradox of progressivism is that nowhere are its shortcomings more evident than in its geographic heartland: the dense urban centre. Conventional wisdom has dictated that America’s high-tech economic future will be shaped in dense urban areas, where superstar companies stand the best chance of recruiting superstar employees.

But while the upper crust of the labour force continue to head to the dense urban cores, on the ground people are moving in the other direction. Across the high-income world, not only in America but Europe as well, the vast preponderance of growth has taken place in suburbs and exurbs. In the last decade over 90% of all US metropolitan population growth and 80% of job growth took place on the periphery. On the ground, then, the progressive dream is withering.

The pandemic has greatly enhanced these trends, with downtown neighbourhoods recovering far less quickly than suburban, exurban, and small towns. But even if these changes are not permanent, at least not entirely, city residents will still have to contend with another pitfall of the progressive agenda: rising crime. Twelve American cities have experienced record homicides this year; all are ruled by Democratic, often progressive, leaders, many of whom explain away crime and excused, even praised, the looting and mayhem caused by protestors in the summer of 2020.

Yet despite this visceral impact on urban neighbourhoods, it is in education that our new hegemony could have its most long-lasting impact. The West’s new educational mandarins, increasingly strident and increasingly influential, have no use for our liberal inheritance, which they consider little more than a screen for racists and misogynists.

In Canada, we have seen an instance of “flame purification” for everything from old encyclopaedias and maps to Depression-era cartoons. In America, the disconnect between the professoriate and the people also keeps growing, as conservatives head towards extinction on many campuses: on some well-regarded campuses such as Williams, Swarthmore and Bryn Mawr, the ratio of Democrats to Republicans reaches between 70 and 132 to 1.

These trends have long been evident in the fading humanities and social sciences, but now even the sciences are becoming politicised. Perhaps it’s no surprise, then, that universities are losing credibility even among some traditional Leftists, who marvel at how they burnish their progressive credentials while making huge profits off their endowments and seriously underpaying most of their employees.

And just as with the growing disaffection for the military, teachers, students and parents are starting to push back. A number of teachers who have been “cancelled” or otherwise threatened for dissenting are now fighting back in the courts. There’s also considerable criticism from parents and alumni, some of whom are now pledging not to contribute to their schools, and instead support well-publicised and well-funded efforts to start new initiatives, such as the recently announced University of Austin. Even more importantly, would-be students are also voting with their feet: after decades of rapid expansion, the number of college students enrolments fell by 5% last decade, and dropped an additional 6.5% since 2019.

Likewise, only one in three Americans have confidence in their public schools, where the education establishment’s goal seems to be to obliterate merit. In my adopted home state of California, this “post-colonial” approach includes deemphasising the importance of tests, excusing bad behaviour, and imposing ideology on often ill-educated students. The San Diego Unified School District, meanwhile, is busily getting rid of mandates for such things as knowing course material, taking tests, handing in work on time, or even showing up; all these, the district insists, are inherently “racist”. This in a state that ranked 49th in the performance of poor, largely minority students. (Still, the situation could be worse: neighbouring Oregon no longer requires any demonstrable proof of competence to graduate.)

In the past year, this blindness has incited considerable public outrage. Criticism of Critical Race Theory buoyed the Republican win in Virginia in November, and has become a rallying principle for parents around the country, including a recall drive against San Francisco school board members.

Other parents are trying to opt out of the public system altogether. The pandemic saw the departure of more one million American students from public schools, while 1.2 million families switched to home-schooling last academic year, bringing the total number of home-schooled students to 3.1 million, roughly 11% of the total. According to the Census Bureau, Black and Hispanic families now have the highest estimated rates of home-schooling, at 16% and 12%, respectively.

Meanwhile, the mass media, particularly its legacy outlets, constitute another progressive bastion losing credibility. One recent survey found that barely one in three Americans trusts the media, including a majority of Democrats, while only 15% of Americans have confidence in newspapers. Part of this surely stems from their bias: although there remain some powerful conservative voices, notably on talk radio and Newscorp properties, the vast majority of journalistic power lies with the Left. It’s the same story with social media, which increasingly dominates news access and is also widely distrusted.

But the media’s Maginot Line may prove more vulnerable than expected, and this breach is certainly a far better prospect than those that came with the German flanking. There is a definite challenge not just from the traditional Right but a plethora of new publications which offer intelligent analysis outside the establishmentarian party line, as well as from Substack. Unless the media oligarchs find ways to repress these elements, a resurgence of free thinking may rescue journalism from progressive editors and journalism schools.

The shift in the media parallels that in mass culture. As late as the Fifties, mass culture was seen as largely neutral. But in recent decades, it shifted towards a more monochromatic look — one which a significant portion of the public are fed up with. Gender flipping may excite progressive creatives, but politically correct remakes of household favourites have proved box offices disasters. Indeed, it’s striking that openly conservative presenters, such as Fox’s Greg Gutfeld, now do better in ratings than their more established network rivals like Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon.

Yet perhaps nothing is more ironic, and potentially dangerous, than the takeover of the corporate suite by progressive ideology. Traditionally, the dispersion of ownership and the conflicting views of entrepreneurs and inheritors fuelled the dynamism of democracy: you had far-Left businessmen like George Soros and doctrinaire Right-winger [Crony Capitalist]s like the Kochs in competition. They fought it out, and sometimes even aligned. But they came from diverse viewpoints.

Today this diversity of viewpoints is being obliterated by design, with corporate behaviour now married closely to the notion of the “great reset” and “de-growth”: an economy where improving conditions for the masses is replaced with lowering carbon emissions and diversity tokenism. Such standards, of course, do not apply to snotty private schools attended by their offspring, or areas that are home to their mansions.

The oligarchs may feel they deserve dispensation from the masses by their “good deeds”, but people are not as stupid or malleable as the ruling elites believe. Trust in major corporations, never too robust, is below 20%, less than one third that for small businesses. It is slowly becoming apparent that ‘woke capitalism’ will never solve divisions which are essentially economic. The key, notes Richard Parsons, former President of Citigroup, lies not with racial quotas or hiring transgender workers but the economic growth and opportunity. There will never be “unity”, he suggests, until people “feel it in their pockets”.

The question now is whether there will be sufficient pushback to turn the tide. Unlike local school boards, online magazines, and even alternative colleges, it’s difficult to replace or challenge an Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google, or Morgan Stanley. Yet fortunately these institutions do not yet control all wealth. Big companies may have shamed themselves out of oil and gas, but investors are ramping up due to the soaring price of these assets.

So, here’s the good news. On what sometimes seems the inexorable course towards progressive capture, we can see multiple fronts of resistance, and the early congealing of independent-minded forces, from the rational Right to the traditional liberal-left. Our society may never regain the feistiness of previous eras, and our new elites might continue marching through our institutions. But as they become increasingly discredited, they would be unwise to forget that all long marches one day come to an end. (read more)

MESSING WITH YOUR MIND IV

Editor's Note: We at USAAPAY.com boycott any business that features a disproportionate number of blacks in their advertising. Blacks are about 1/8 of the population of the U.S. Equity demands that blacks in print or video ads account for about 1/8 of the actors.

Why are Caucasians Vanishing in TV Commercials?

Commercials take up
27% of commercial television screen time and are the main source of income for TV and radio stations. In most cases, advertisements on all channels appear simultaneously, so don't try to change the channel, there will be commercials elsewhere, too. Nowadays they have also taken over the Internet. For financial support, websites have to run ads on their pages, the largest share supplied and controlled by Google. Ads pry into your eyes, unceremoniously interfere with text, and on YouTube, in the most inappropriate places, they cut into the action of films, lectures, and concerts, tearing apart musical performances. There's no escaping commercials, we've grown accustomed to them, and they become almost as much a part of our lives as food, toilets, and sleep.

In the United States today, the White population (not including Hispanics) is 57.8%. In real life, Caucasians are still in the majority, but now on TV and the Internet, they are swept under the rug like trash. Blacks comprise 14% of the U.S. population but appear in 50% of commercials. White actors now appear to promote health insurance, gold, loans, and some medicines. Moreover, if a White person appears in a commercial, he/she is usually old, sick, a freak, or at the very least, an appendage to a Black partner. If there's a doctor on the screen, he's usually Black, while the patient is usually White. Caucasian young men appear in only 4% of the commercials! If some aliens began to study the population of Planet Earth through our TV commercials they would have a somewhat distorted picture of Americans, to put it mildly.

So why do advertisers ignore the long-standing rules of marketing, and to the detriment of their own financial interests, fill the media space with content that displaces and degrades its biggest market segment? The answer is simple. At the heart of this nonsense is political correctness in a form even an Orwell could not have foreseen.  Business executives go out of their way to publicly show their conformity with the universal “diversity” and "critical racial theory" (CRT), demanding that the White man be blamed for all the sins one can imagine.  Replacing ancient, long-vanished oppression of Blacks with real oppression of Whites, overcompensating and planting racism-in-reverse.

Why does the White population, which is still in the majority in the U.S., accept the banishing and belittling obediently and silently?  Why is there no public criticism, much less resistance to the idiocy? Why don’t people don’t tell political correctness to go to hell? After all, the U.S. is not Stalin's USSR, and anyone who disagrees with the party is not yet sent to a camp or shot. Why is there such stifling conformity among the American people, formerly known for their independence and freedom of speech? The answer is simple and sad: the reason is fear, albeit on a more vegetarian level than it was under Soviet rule.

Ordinary people keep their mouths shut for fear of losing their jobs, not getting a holiday bonus, not getting promoted, or being socially ostracized This is understandable, and I wouldn't blame them, although I wouldn't respect them either. But what are people of higher position afraid of — the heads and owners of businesses? What is threatening them? Indeed, nobody is going to drive them out of their positions or take their business, though fear of boycotts can be realistic.  They are afraid of various inconveniences: negative articles in the leftist press, social shunning, frivolous lawsuits, loss of state and federal licenses, government contracts, unexpected audits by the IRS, fines for alleged violations of minorities’ rights, and the like small and large troubles.

People think that if they keep quiet, then the pendulum will swing back and everything will sort itself out. But comfort kills the will to resist and produces conformism, which inevitably leads to stagnation, degradation of society, reduction of living standards and, finally, to loss of that very comfort.

So what are we to do? I am not calling anyone to the barricades but only ask: Don't live by lies. The least any of us can do today is not participate in lies of the CRT and other political correctness: not watch their movies, not read their newspapers, not vote for the conformist candidates, not support them financially, and certainly never buy anything that in a politically correct manner is singing and dancing on a TV or computer screen. Dr. Robert Malone Reveals CIA Psychological Operation Pushing COVID-19 Hysteria, Vaccines

CIA allegedly managing psyops for the UK while MI6 manages psyops against US

Speaking to radio host Stew Peters, Dr. Robert Malone exposed what he described as a “handshake agreement” psychological operation “managed” by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and their international colleagues in the UK against the American and British populations with regards to the COVID-19 vaccines.

Dr. Robert Malone, whose work pioneered the creation of modern mRNA vaccines, recently told radio host Stew Peters that U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and their international colleagues in the United Kingdom are “managing” a psychological operation, otherwise known as “psyops,” on the American and British populations with regards the controversial COVID-19 vaccines, which do not prevent vaccinated individuals from contracting or spreading the virus.

The psyops, according to Peters and Malone, are designed to convince people in the US and UK to agree to be injected with the controversial COVID-19 vaccines, which Dr. Malone said have been linked to a “huge number of deaths and adverse events,” despite the U.S. government “manipulating data” on them.

“There’s psyops happening, conflicting ones, all over the globe,” Peters said to Dr. Malone. “This is what I’m really most interested in, I think, hearing from you about because we know that our CIA is involved in psyops.”

Dr. Malone replied, “So here’s the game. The way it’s playing is that the CIA is managing the psyops for the domestic US government outside of the US borders, and their equivalent colleagues over in the UK are managing the psyops against the United States.”

“So you don’t believe that the CIA is actively involved in getting Americans to agree to get vaccinated through a psyop?” Peters asked.

“They don’t have to,” Dr. Malone said. “It’s a wink-wink, nod-nod, agreement so they have cover, legal cover, because they’re not allowed to do this against the United States, and so what they do is get their buddies in the UK do to it against us, and the folks in the UK aren’t allowed to do it against their people, so we do it against the UK.”

“It’s a handshake agreement,” Dr. Malone said. (read more)

Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments on Vaccine Mandate – Leftist Judges Cite Embarrassingly False Data Attempting to Defend Administration

One would think a United States Supreme Court hearing containing emergency oral arguments about a federal mandate that impacts more than 100 million Americans in the workforce would mean the justices would be well prepared and full briefed with the latest information.

Alas, in an embarrassing display of judicial outlooks, activism and incompetence, the leftists on the court appeared to just be making stuff up in order to protect the current White House occupant.

Justice Breyer cited 750 million Americans infected yesterday as his reference point to justify his support for Joe Biden.  Unfortunately for justice Bryer there are only 350 million Americans alive.  It would be an ordinarily embarrassing mistake if the issues were not so serious.  However, given the nature of the constitutional issue here, these types of statements only reflect the abject nonsensical nature of a highly politicized supreme court.

Taking Breyer’s ball of insanity across the finish line, Justice Sotomayor, another leftist communist in a black robe, stated: “100,000 kids are currently in the hospital”, FALSE; that the “Omicron variant has been more deadly than Delta,” FALSE; COVID deaths are at an “all time high”, FALSE; and worse yet, “OSHA’s regulatory authority is part of the federal police power,” again FALSE.

Additionally, as to the aspect of the argument surrounding Monday’s federal deadline of mask enforcement for all unvaccinated workers, all of the leftist communists on the court held firm in their belief that masks stop the virus, false.  This issue has even been conceded by officials in the same administration now tasked with enforcing a mask mandate they admit is not based in science.

As TechnoFog accurately noted in his immediate reaction: “It’s hard to convey the disrespect showed by Justices Sotomayor and Breyer today. 100 million Americans are affected by the Biden COVID mandates. And these Justices showed up unprepared, inventing COVID numbers to support whatever legal conclusion they’ve already reached.”  Techno is unfortunately accurately stating the obvious.

[Obese lesbian] Justice Sonia Sotomayor, a diabetic since childhood, didn’t even appear in the courtroom, choosing to remain in her office at the court and take part remotely. Two lawyers, representing Ohio and Louisiana, argued by telephone after recent positive Covid-19 tests.

WASHINGTON – Supreme Court justices seemed divided during an oral argument hearing on Friday as plaintiffs challenged President Joe Biden’s vaccine-or-test mandate, just days before it is slated to take effect for workplaces with 100 or more employees.

The first attorney to speak Friday was Scott Keller, representing the National Federation of Independent Business that is challenging the mandate enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Keller asked the justices to “immediately stay” the agency’s Emergency Temporary Standard before Monday.

Justice Clarence Thomas opened by asking: “How are we to decide when an emergency temporary standard or emergency temporary standards are necessary?”

The liberal-minded justices primarily questioned the legitimacy of arguments against the mandate, citing that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect hospital capacities. They also noted the inherent ease of spread of COVID-19 among peers. Meanwhile, the majority of conservative-leaning justices raised more skepticism about OSHA’s ability to issue a nationwide vaccine-or-test mandate. (more)

There is a glimmer of hope, as noted by the Associated Press: “The Covid circumstances did not appear to outweigh the views of the court’s six conservatives that the administration overstepped its authority in its vaccine-or-testing requirement for businesses with at least 100 employees.

“This is something the federal government has never done before,” the chief justice, John Roberts, said, casting doubt on the administration’s argument that a half-century established law, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, confers such broad authority.”

Justice Roberts, Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Coney-Barrett, probably hold the key to the outcome in both cases (mask and vaccine mandate).  Unfortunately, all three have been receptive to state-level vaccine requirements in preceding cases.  Whether they will support the first ever federal vaccine mandate, is yet to be determined.

Ugh. (read more)

More preliminary evidence that the vaccines have led to a spike in deaths

A recent shocking report in American Thinker suggests that life insurance payouts are considerably worse than executives expected.  Obvious question: Is it an aberration, or is it for real?  Alas, a cursory examination suggests that it may be for real.

The scan of the following insurance companies confirms the initial report.  For Prudential, they have had a massive 87% increase in death benefits paid comparing the third quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021.  Such a detailed breakdown wasn't available for New York Life, but their 2021 year to date (1 Jan to 30 Sep) death benefit payout is up by 27%.  Examining Pacific Life documents identifies multiple units.  For Pacific Life, the year-to-date claims are up by only 12%.  But for a subsidiary, Pacific Life and Annuity, claims are up by over 80%.  This is an opportunistic search; more data may be forthcoming.

Life insurance companies have strong incentives to be accurate in their reporting to financial markets.  It is possible that these deaths represent neglected care, the postponed treatments of heart disease, cancer, and the like.  But that seems unlikely, given the spike in the third-quarter deaths.  And presumably COVID already took the most vulnerable in 2020 in the absence of a vaccine.  These massive claims seemed to be a phenomenon of the third quarter — about six months after the vaccine regimen became widely available.  This just offers further evidence that something is very wrong with these vaccines.

End the mandates.  End the vaccination program.  And let's start asking Pfizer what they knew and when. (read more)

Bhakdi/Burkhardt pathology results show 93% of people who died after being vaccinated were killed by the vaccine

The vaccine was implicated in 93% of the deaths in the patients they examined. What's troubling is the coroner didn't implicate the vaccine in any of those deaths.

Summary

The vaccines are bad news. Fifteen bodies were examined (all died from 7 days to 6 months after vaccination; ages 28 to 95). The coroner or the public prosecutor didn’t associate the vaccine as the cause of death in any of the cases. However, further examination revealed that the vaccine was implicated in the deaths of 14 of the 15 cases. The most attacked organ was the heart (in all of the people who died), but other organs were attacked as well. The implications are potentially enormous resulting in millions of deaths. The vaccines should be immediately halted.

No need to worry. It is doubtful that anything will happen because the work wasn’t published in a peer-reviewed journal so will be ignored by the scientific community. That’s just the way it works.

The paper

I got an email from Mike Yeadon, former VP of Pfizer, who urged me to check out this video. He wrote me this email on 12/24/21:

https://www.bitchute.com/video/fHIT55iM4Zv9/

Steve,

This is about the worst 15min I’ve ever seen.

Mass covid19 vaccination is leading to mass murder.

Mike

The video references this paper, posted on December 10, 2021, On COVID vaccines: why they cannot work, and irrefutable evidence of their causative role in deaths after vaccination by Sucharit Bhakdi, MD and Arne Burkhardt, MD. It has been getting a lot of attention lately.

The authors did an autopsy in 15 patients who died (from 7 days to 6 months) after receiving the COVID vaccine. These were all cases where the coroner ruled as NOT being caused by the vaccine.

They discovered that in 14 of the 15 patients there was widespread evidence of the body attacking itself, something that is never seen before. The heart was attacked in all 14 cases.

A number of salient aspects dominated in all affected tissues of all cases:

  1. inflammatory events in small blood vessels (endotheliitis), characterized by an abundance of T-lymphocytes and sequestered, dead endothelial cells within the vessel lumen;

  2. the extensive perivascular accumulation of T-lymphocytes;

  3. a massive lymphocytic infiltration of surrounding non-lymphatic organs or tissue with T-lymphocytes.

Lymphocytic infiltration occasionally occurred in combination with intense lymphocytic activation and follicle formation. Where these were present, they were usually accompanied by tissue destruction.

Here's the video presentation of the results.

VAERS as well as other independent studies (e.g., see this vaccine injury paper) shows the vaccines are killing people and that cardiac events were highly elevated. This study is consistent with those results.

This work independently validates the analysis of Peter Schimacher who showed a minimum of 30% to 40% of the deaths after vaccine were caused by the vaccine.

Reactions from a level-headed scientist (name withheld to protect him from attack)

If the autopsy findings are confirmed by other pathologists with additional samples, and if they are combined with the findings of Dr. Hoffe (>60% inoculant recipients have elevated D-dimer tests and evidence of clotting) and Dr. Cole (increase in cancers after inoculation, including twenty-fold increase in uterine cancer), we are seeing a disaster of unimaginable proportions.  The conclusion (if supported by further data) is that essentially EVERY inoculant recipient suffers damage, with more damage after each shot.  Given the seriousness of the types of damage (autoimmune diseases, cancer, re-emergent dormant infections, clotting/strokes, cardiac damage, etc.), these effects will translate into lifespan reduction, which should be counted as deaths from the inoculations.  So, in the USA, where ~200M people have been fully inoculated, the number of deaths will not be the 10,000 or so reported in VAERS, or the 150,000+ scaled-up deaths from VAERS, but could be closer to tens of millions when the inoculation effects play out!

What the above three findings (Burkhart, Hoffe, Cole, and I suspect many others who have not yet come forward) show is that the post-inoculation effects are not rare events (as reported by the media-gov't), but are in actuality frequent events.  They may be, in fact, universal, with the severity and damage different for each recipient

The question in my mind is whether it is possible to reverse these inoculation-based adverse events.  Can the innate immune system be fully restored?  Can the micro clotting be reversed?  Can the autoimmunity be reversed?  I have seen a wide spectrum of opinions on whether this is possible, none of which is overly convincing.

Are we headed for the situation where the ~30% unvaxxed will be devoting their lives to operating whatever is left of the economic infrastructure and serving as caretakers for the vaxxed?

I realize the above sounds extreme, and maybe when more data are gathered from myriad credible sources the results and conclusions may change, but right now the above data seem to synchronize with the demonstrated underlying mechanisms of damage.  Additionally, we seem to be doubling down on inoculations, with fourth booster being proposed for Israel, and UK suggesting quarterly boosters.

There is no stopping condition

I asked the CDC for the stopping condition for the COVID vaccines: you know, like how many kids have to die before they pull the plug, ... Do you want to know what they said?

Remember Jacob Clynick, the 13-year old from Minnesota who died of cardiac arrest on June 20, 2021, just 3 days after his second Pfizer shot?

I sent an email to everyone at the CDC who was involved in the investigation of his death asking them what the stopping condition was for these vaccines. How many kids have to die? How many adults have to die? How many previously healthy Americans have to be permanently disabled?

I received no reply.

That’s pretty much what I expected.

If you don’t believe me, you are welcome to ask them yourself. You can find their emails here. If you do ask and get a response, please post their response in the comments.

But this tells you everything you need to know, doesn’t it?

Ask your blue pill friends what the stopping condition is

If you are trying to convince your blue pill friends that there really is something very seriously wrong, simply ask them to tell you the stopping condition. If they don’t find it troubling that they can’t answer your question, then they are unreachable and you are wasting your time.

You don’t need to be much of a critical thinker to figure this out:

Your safety is not their priority

Their priority is vaccinating everyone in America. Period.

There is no stopping condition. There never was one. Nobody in Congress will set a stopping condition either. Once everyone is vaccinated, then they do it again with a booster. And another booster. Each one makes you sicker and sicker.

By giving you a vaccine that compromises your immune system and makes you more susceptible to getting Omicron, they can keep the “emergency” alive so that the EUA can be renewed so that they can keep vaccinating you again and again.

See my earlier articles on negative vaccine efficacy for details. All of these studies show the more you vaccinate with these vaccines, the more you compromise people’s immune systems:

  1. The Lyons-Weiler paper

  2. The Harvard study

  3. The German study

  4. The Denmark study

  5. German government data (this is from The Expose)

A note to the so-called “fact checkers” of the world

PLEASE fact check this!!! I’d love to be wrong. Prove me wrong. Tell us all what the stopping condition is and when it was created. Show us the documents. (read more)

How to tell if someone famous died from the vaccine

A handy guide for determining whether the vaccine caused the death

This isn’t a definitive methodology, but it usually gets the right answer.

Telltale signs include:

1.Person was recently vaccinated.

2.Company the person works for recently enforced vaccination or face job loss.

3.The person is young with no health conditions.

4.The cause of death is not revealed or unknown (or is cardiac arrest, bleeding in the brain, and other low-probability events that don’t fit the person’s history).

5.The press describes the death using terms like unexpectedly, sudden death, left this world abruptly, tragic loss, unexplained death, etc.

6.Readers are cautioned “please refrain from reporting rumors and speculative reports”

7.The fact that the person was recently vaccinated is always omitted from the news story.

8.If you do a twitter search with the person’s name and “vaccine” you get lots of hits

9.The first thing you see is “she absolutely did not die from the vaccine!!”

10.The company/family denies that the vaccine caused it without supplying any evidence to back it up

11.The cause of death was consistent with a vaccine death (which can happen within 6 months of the last shot) which is a huge range of neurological, cardiovascular, or immunological symptoms

The liberal fantasy of the Capitol coup

Just like after 9/11, America's elites have weaponised their trauma

When, after 9/11, the neocons agitated for regime change in the Middle East, they believed that history was on their side: so they conjured up the existential threat of weapons of mass destruction, just in case history had other ideas. More than a decade later, this tactic has found favour with a wholly different tribe: America’s liberal establishment.

Just like the neocons before them, they are bewitched by the prospect of war with an enemy they believe poses a threat to their way of life. The only difference is that this deadly menace doesn’t live in some far-off land, but right at home. They might even live next door.

As The New York Times put it in an editorial last week, “the Republic faces an existential threat from a movement that is openly contemptuous of democracy and has shown that it is willing to use violence to achieve its ends”. And there is only one way to survive this threat: to “mobilise at every level”. The NYT was, of course, referring to the attack on the Capitol last January: “Jan. 6 is not in the past,” we’re warned. “It is every day”.

It is hard to exaggerate the feverish excitement with which many progressives responded to the Capitol riot. While the spectacle of hundreds of Trump supporters smashing their way into one of the sacrosanct sites of American democracy generated widespread condemnation, for many progressives the dominant emotional register was one of apocalyptic disgust — and arousal.

Here, finally, was irrefutable proof that they had been right all along: that Trump’s hateful rhetoric would finally become a hateful reality. Here, finally, was a war that could give their lives meaning. There were now Right-wing insurrectionists among them, and they would need to be fought. It was almost as if, on some deep level, they had wanted the Capitol siege to happen.

Every group that spoils for war needs a wound or trauma to mobilise around. For the neocons and the liberal hawks who supported them, it was the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. That wound would take a lifetime to heal; but it was also massively generative, filling a spiritual void at the heart of American life at the End of History.

In the half-decade prior to 9/11 one of the biggest political stories in America centred on President Clinton’s marital infidelity with a 22-year-old intern. Was a blowjob really an act that existed outside of the realm of “sexual relations”, as Clinton had sought to claim? And should his receiving them in the Oval Office warrant his resignation? In America, the period leading up to 9/11 was, in other words, one of monumental banality and puerility.

The instant the second plane hit the south tower of the World Trade Centre on 9/11 that period came to an abrupt end. America had entered, in Martin Amis’s expression, “the Age of Vanished Normalcy”: idle talk about illicit blowjobs would no longer cut it. This was a time of war, a clash of civilisations. Such was the level of danger that we could no longer wait for threats to gather, but would need to pre-emptively act to stop them from emerging.

It was all very dramatic and clarifying, as Christopher Hitchens acknowledged from the very start: “I am not particularly a war lover, and on the occasions when I have seen warfare as a travelling writer, I have tended to shudder. But here was a direct, unmistakable confrontation between everything I loved and everything I hated.” Hitchens, who confided that he felt “exhilarated” at the prospect of this confrontation, would soon go on to insist that it was a matter of moral principle for the US to topple the Saddam Hussein regime. He was less rousing and persuasive on whether it was the prudent thing to do, but prudence was never Hitchens’s metier.

The storming of the Capitol was to elite liberals what the destruction of the World Trade Center was to the neocons: a bracing vindication that they had been right all along, and a pretext for engaging in a battle that would give their lives a greater meaning and a chance to prove their virtue. What could be more exhilarating than taking on the historic forces of white supremacy now threatening to destroy the republic? And what could be more virtuous?

None of this is to deny the vast ideological differences between the neocons and modern progressives, the most salient of which is that the latter would never support an American-led occupation of a Muslim-majority country. Nor is it to make a false moral equivalence between the events of 9/11, where more than 3,000 civilians were murdered in carefully coordinated attacks, and the events of January 6, where the only person who was shot and killed was one of the rioters.

Yet the parallels between these two political tribes are striking. So keen were the neocons to invade Iraq that they had to drastically inflate the threat-level of the Saddam Hussein regime. They did so by arguing that the threat was “existential”: that if Saddam were to remain in power, he would not only continue to amass WMDs, but would likely use them to attack America. It later transpired that this argument was based on unreliable evidence: no major stockpiles of WMD were ever found and Saddam’s relationship with al Qaeda was overblown. But such was the war fever that had gripped the neocons that they were apt to ignore any evidence that contradicted their conviction.

Today’s liberals are similarly flushed with ideological fervour, believing that they are in a cosmic struggle of Manichean proportions: they are the elect, the chosen ones, and they believe that their responsibility to purge all traces of white supremacy and hateful extremism is a grave one. Indeed, such is their keenness to root out white supremacy that they are apt to find it everywhere, even where it patently doesn’t exist. They are equally apt to inflate its threat where it does exist, like comparing the storming of the Capitol on January 6 to the terror attacks of 9/11.

Note my use of inflate: no one would deny that there is a white power movement in the US, and there is much evidence to suggest that far-Right terrorism in America has increased markedly over the last few years. It is, however, important to maintain a sense of proportion: America is intensely divided right now, but the idea that the country is in the grip of a perpetual far-Right insurgency is catastrophic to a pathological degree.

In his 1989 article The End of History?, Francis Fukuyama declared that the great ideological battles of the 20th century were over and that Western liberal democracy had triumphed. This, he argued, was a good thing. But, concluding his essay, he lamented: “The struggle for recognition, the willingness to risk one’s life for a purely abstract goal, the worldwide ideological struggle that called forth daring, courage, imagination, and idealism, will be replaced by economic calculation, the endless solving of technical problems, environmental concerns, and the satisfaction of sophisticated consumer demands.”

More than two decades later, people in liberal democratic societies such as America enjoy a level of freedom, opportunity and material wealth unmatched anywhere else. And yet, as the response to the Capitol riot shows, they suffer from a deficit of meaning and spiritual fulfilment. This, as Fukuyama observed, fuels a sense of nostalgia for history and all its dramatic entanglements. “Such nostalgia,” he noted, “will continue to fuel competition and conflict even in the post-historical world for some time to come.”

So when The New York Times publishes an editorial on how “every day is Jan. 6 now”, it is hard not to see this as a form of nostalgia for the kind of historical drama and contention that is clearly missing from the lives of the comfortable, Ivy-League educated, New-York based journalists who wrote it and who represent the vanguard of what Wesley Yang calls the “successor ideology”. Their hysteria, then, says more about themselves than the events of last year.

In his memoir, the Vietnam War veteran Philip Caputo reflects on his motivations for enlisting in the war. Preeminent among them was the desire “to prove something: my courage, my toughness, my manhood, call it whatever you like”. For those Western liberals who secretly wish for an impending civil war at home, the thing they most want to prove is not their courage, and it certainly isn’t their toughness or manhood, something which they would no doubt contemptuously regard as toxically heteronormative. Rather, what they desperately want to prove is their virtue — even if it means engaging in irresponsible fear-mongering and flagrant exaggeration. (read more)

One year later, no one charged with sedition in Capitol riot, despite initial DOJ hype

O
ne year after the Capitol riot, no one has been charged with sedition or insurrection, despite initial Justice Department claims that such charges were likely and former President Donald Trump being impeached for allegedly inciting an insurrection.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a Wednesday speech ahead of the riot’s anniversary that more than 725 defendants have been arrested. However, none of the charges have been for sedition or insurrection.

The riot disrupted the certification of [illegitimate] President Joe Biden’s victory over Trump.

Michael Sherwin, the now-former acting U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, told 60 Minutes in March that authorities were investigating Trump’s potential criminal liability and that he also believed the evidence existed to file sedition charges against some involved in the riot.

“It's unequivocal that Trump was the magnet that brought the people to D.C. on the 6th,” Sherwin said. “Now the question is, is he criminally culpable for everything that happened during the siege, during the breach?”

Sherwin, who subsequently left the DOJ for private practice, was asked about possible sedition charges and claimed, “I believe the facts do support those charges, and I think that, as we go forward, more facts will support that.”

Much of that echoed what Sherwin said immediately after the riot. When asked in January 2021 about whether Trump’s actions were being investigated, he said, ”We're looking at all actors."

Sherwin had announced the creation of a specialized "strike force of very senior national security prosecutors and public corruption prosecutors" whose sole directions were to determine whether there should be "significant cases tied to sedition and conspiracy.” He added that "we are closely looking at evidence related to the sedition charges” and claimed that “the results will bear fruit very soon."

That hasn't happened.

The Justice Department said that as of the end of 2021, more than 225 defendants had been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding law enforcement officers and contended that 140 police officers were assaulted during the riot.

Prosecutors say that at least 275 defendants have been charged with obstructing a congressional proceeding, while roughly 40 defendants have been charged with some sort of conspiracy charge. The FBI said it still wants help identifying 350 suspects, including over 250 who allegedly assaulted officers.

Sherwin continued to hint at possible charges against Trump during an interview with CBS News this week.

"It didn't matter if you were a speaker that day or if you were a congressman, if you were in the executive office, the president, or if you were just one of the vendors selling popcorn that day — if your conduct fit the crime, we had the evidence, you were charged,” Sherwin said.

U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta criticized the Justice Department last year in a rare rebuke after DOJ officials speculated in the media about possible sedition charges against members of the Oath Keepers.

“I was surprised — and I’m being restrained in my use of terminology — surprised, to say the least, to see Mr. Sherwin sitting for an interview about a pending case in an ongoing criminal investigation,” the judge said, adding, “As for the New York Times story, I found it troubling that sources within the Department of Justice were detailing the possibility of additional charges in a pending criminal case in an ongoing criminal investigation.”

The judge said the defendants should only have to defend themselves against the actual charges brought against them, not speculation about what might be coming.

John Crabb, who ran the criminal division for the prosecutor’s office, told the judge that the matter would be referred to the Office of Professional Responsibility for investigation.

Prominent Democrats, including Biden and those leading the congressional investigation into the riot, repeatedly claimed that Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick died as a result of the violence at the Capitol, despite the medical examiner’s office in Washington concluding that his “cause of death” was from a stroke and that the “manner of death” was “natural.”

A Democratic pretrial impeachment memo against Trump falsely claimed that “the insurrectionists killed a Capitol police officer by striking him in the head with a fire extinguisher.”

The medical examiner also said that two protesters had fatal heart attacks during the riot and that another died of a suspected drug overdose.

The only person determined to have been killed during the riot was Ashli Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran and Trump supporter who was shot by a [black] Capitol Police officer as she attempted to climb through a broken window into the Speaker's Lobby. The officer was not charged.

BREAKING: Feds Finally Admit to Running Secretive DOJ “Commandos” at Jan. 6 Trump Protests

The Department of Justice admitted this week to running secretive DOJ “commandos” at the January 6 protests in Washington DC.

Four Trump supporters died that day including two women who were killed by Capitol Hill Police.

A third woman was nearly killed but was rescued by Green Beret Jeremy Brown.

The DOJ Commandos were given “shoot to kill” orders.

Now they’re admitting the government did in fact have commandos at the capitol on Jan. 6.

After nearly a year this information is finally coming out.

And they accused this website and others of being conspiracy nuts for reporting on the feds in the crowd that day. (read more)

Media Begins Their Week Long J6 Attack on Democracy Narrative Engineering Effort

Despite the predictability and transparency of the propaganda effort, the media and democrats are going all-in.  All the broadcast Sunday Talk shows were filled with the “democracy in danger” talking points using the January 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protests to drive the agenda.

We can likely expect an entire week of building apoplexy culminating in some form of DC release.  The Lawfare crew and the J6 committee members have been producing this pantomime for almost a year, and it kicks off the 2022 Democrat mid-year election effort.

Along with the traditional democrat pearl-clutchers the republican wing of the UniParty is putting forth the insufferables: Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Pete Meijer and the one-eyed Cheney, Dan Crenshaw.   Additionally, the collapse of the ‘winter of death’ narrative combined with the inability of a new canine in the White House to rebrand the occupant, means even more emphasis will be placed on the J6 nonsense this week.

You might have heard that congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green (MTG) was permanently removed from Twitter on Sunday under the pretext of breaking the approved speech rules for the Rona. However, it seems more likely -or at least more convenient- that her voice was removed due to the forward operational needs of the J6 engineering team.

It’s not going out on a limb to say the New York Times, Washington Post and Politico most likely have their J6 supportive articles written and in the queue for sequentially planned distribution all week.  Certainly, they will launch the first round of articles, based on J6 committee leaks, starting last Monday.

ABC kicked off a J6 poll today pushing the storyline that most republicans agree the events of January 6th were an attack against democracy. {LINK} And of course, President Trump is to blame for everything that took place.  Democrats are using this opportunity to try and get rid of the outsider threat once and for all.

Not to be outdone, the entire editorial board of the New York Times also claimed Sunday, “the survival of the American republic depends on looking backward to that day.” {LINK} A little dramatic flair from the professional couch fainters.

The democrats must distract to something, must point to something, because there’s literally not a single positive accomplishment for them to refer to on anything.   Gas prices have doubled, energy prices have skyrocketed, home heating costs have doubled, inflation at the grocery store is crushing every worker and, if you believe their fearmongering, COVID is worse than ever despite all the triple-vaxxed, boosted, double-maskers running around shouting at everyone to hide in the bunkers.

Think about it.  They really need the J6 narrative, because there’s literally not a good outcome the leftists can talk about.  The day after the J6 anniversary, on Friday January 7th, a new batch of December employment and economic statistics will be released.

Absent the FBI pulling the trigger on a mass casualty event they have in the queue, and absent a domestic terror event the FBI have prepared for political deployment, they really need the J6 narrative to suck up the oxygen and launch them into the 2022 mid-terms.   Watch out for whatever the DOJ/FBI and J6 committee have in mind.

Do not underestimate how the ‘six ways to Sunday‘ Fourth Branch of Government will coordinate inside government, and externally with partners like Lawfare, in an effort to protect itself.   An intercepted kidnapping plot of Nancy Pelosi or Kamala Harris would not surprise me in the least.  Nor would some kind of FBI-created death threat toward a high-profile Democrat government official.

If the J6 momentum stalls, the DOJ/FBI/Fourth Branch will need some big headline grabbing operation for everyone to focus on.  As the New York Times stated, “The survival of the American republic” depends on it.

Look out for something akin to the FBI operation using Cesar Syoc and his October 2018 ACME pipe bombs filled with “energetic material that may become combustible when subjected to heat or friction,” something like that.

Once you see the strings on the marionettes, it’s impossible to return to that moment when you did not see them. (read more)

The Extreme Tyranny Today Has Been Caused by Mass Voluntary Compliance

“A people enslaves itself, cuts its own throat, when, having a choice between being vassals and being free men, it deserts its liberties and takes on the yoke, gives consent to its own misery, or, rather, apparently welcomes it.”

“But O, good Lord! What strange phenomenon is this? What name shall we give it? What is the nature of this misfortune? What vice is it, or, rather, what degradation? To see an endless multitude of people not merely obeying, but driven to servility? Not ruled, but tyrannized over? These wretches have no wealth, no kin, nor wife nor children, not even life itself that they can call their own.”

Étienne de La Boétie, The Politics of Obedience

Who among you has no master? Who among you is not a slave? How can so many be ruled by so few? A huge preponderance of all societies cannot negate these questions, for there can be no certain answer or honesty from obedient and irresponsible fools. Ignorance is no excuse, cowardice is shameful, and indifference is immoral. Mankind has sunk to his lowest level, but compliant commoners fear not. The enslavement of billions at the hands of a few evil masters will allow the collective to wallow in self pity together; solidifying their happiness with their own servitude. For all of you who submit to orders, for all of you who have willingly given up your freedom, this is the bleak future you are building for yourselves and your children.

If you find these words harsh, so be it, for you are the cause of this madness; you are the cause of all this pain. Those with the ability to fight but unwilling to do so for their own freedom, are not worthy of empathy. The weakness of the human crowd has always been with us, but never at any level that is evident today. The human condition has deteriorated to such a miserable state as to be sickening. We are witnessing universal apathy at work. Watching millions, and even billions, bow to false authority in the face of extreme tyranny; tyranny that is levied only by the very few, is astounding. It is astounding not because it is unique or of value in any way, but because it is so horribly pathetic to watch.

The soul-less among us who have chosen to attempt total rule have succeeded at every turn, but they are not the real problem. They are however, now openly coming after all children, and plan to inject deadly poison into every child possible. This could never happen in any competent or moral society, but common love of family, self-defense, and morality have it seems, disappeared from view. What kind of parent would allow this to happen? Open toxic experimentation using children is now accepted policy by much of the population, and even with just minor threat or inconvenience, a high percentage could be injected with a bio-weapon with the blessing of those charged with protecting their own. By simply saying no, and standing by that decision, this atrocious plot to destroy children for life could be stopped. But will the sheep stop it? At this point, any mass uprising and refusal to allow this madness to continue seems far removed from the minds of this robotic and compliant proletariat.

As of late, there has been much talk and publicizing about pushback and resistance, but the tyranny has never slowed, and in fact is getting worse with every passing day. The monsters in charge are still laughing. If there were real resistance, resistance with teeth, how could this happen? Actually, it could not. The false hope evident is based on smoke and mirrors due to indifference, and is being promoted by the mainstream of course, but also by many ‘alternative’ sources who continually talk out of both sides of their mouths while claiming to be advocates of liberty. Any acceptance of the ‘Covid virus’ narrative, a complete lie to be sure, negates any argument being levied by claimed do-gooders calling themselves libertarians, alternative voices, or tellers of truth. Attempts at having it both ways are not only futile, but are helping the master-class in their efforts to fool the public, and therefore are very dangerous to the sought-after audience of those relying only on hope and the eternal seeking of the easy way instead of accepting reality. Intentionally reporting only ‘good news’ does not good news make, especially in times fraught with lies, deceit, criminal mandates, psychological torture, manslaughter, and murder by the state. In fact, that strategy does much more harm than good.

There simply is no ‘virus pandemic,’ there is no Covid-19, and there are no variants of same, because no such thing as SARS CoV-2 or Covid has ever been separated, isolated, identified, or shown to exist. Not one sample from any sick human claimed to have this mystery disease, has ever been properly qualified or quantified. In addition, no PCR test can identify or diagnose any particular ‘virus,’ especially one that has never been proven to exist, so how can this scam be believed based on this nonsense? This is nothing more than a purposeful conspiratorial propaganda campaign being used to corral the easily led masses into accepting their own slavery.

If this were the first time in history that such a fraudulent strategy had been used to fool the people into voluntary submission, one might give pause when placing blame on the so-called victims. But this method, a purposeful plan in fact, has been used throughout history to tyrannize the common man. All that has been necessary for the falsely claimed ‘leaders’ to obtain more power and control over societies, has been to dumb-down, indoctrinate, and make dependent the masses, so that the tactic of fear alone could be used as a weapon. This tactic has now reached such a pinnacle of success that it defies imagination. Nothing is even hidden at this stage; completely open and obvious to any thinking individual, but lost to the hordes of obedient drones referred to as the public.

In recent American history, consider that every single war was a war of total aggression; never once meant to defend this country, but only to advance geopolitical desires, steal, maim, murder, and subdue both the resident and domestic populations. Consider the past fraudulent pandemic scares that included the HIV-Aids scam, and the deceit of the Swine Flu and Ebola epidemic as risks to the world. Consider the state-plotted attack called 9/11 that led to the horrendous “Patriot Act,” and the dishonest and murderous sham called the “War on Terror,” which was only a War of Terror. And now we have the bogus ‘coronavirus’ scare that has led to a fake ‘Covid’ pandemic. This is the epitome of insanity and madness, but it has been accepted by the bulk of humanity as real; all without even a shred of evidence or truth to support this obvious plot meant to allow the ‘elite’ few to achieve global dominance.

This is only a small handful of examples of the recent lies and fear-mongering used to frighten the masses into voluntarily accepting their own servitude. Why does anyone in this country believe one word written or spoken coming from government, world ‘health’ organizations, mainstream media, NGO’s and evil foundations, fascist pharmaceutical companies, defense contractors, banking and investment giants, and other corporate whores; all of whom are huge beneficiaries of this state war against humanity?

In a rational world, all this would be laughable, and all attempts to tyrannize the people would be ignored by the majority, but in this inverted hell on earth, everything is backward. Instead of simply saying no to government and its controllers, most bow down to all so-called authority, and in the process, become captive fools.

In this country, there are 330 million people, and a handful of evil want-to-be rulers. Let that sink into your clouded minds. Where lies the real power? We control our own destiny, so there is no excuse for any to allow this extreme tyranny. There is no excuse for failure. If this country and the world allow their own slavery, that is exactly what they deserve.

The Dishonest Reality of Hypocrisy Amidst Voluntary Acceptance of False Narratives

“The Ministry of Peace concerns itself with war, the Ministry of Truth with lies, the Ministry of Love with torture and the Ministry of Plenty with starvation. These contradictions are not accidental, nor do they result from ordinary hypocrisy: they are deliberate exercises in doublethink”
— George Orwell, 1984

How can most every country on earth with vastly different geopolitical makeups; different cultures, different political structures, different people, different intellect and wealth, different governments, different geography, and different desires, all at once act as one? Does this seem even remotely possible? Whether or not it seems possible, it has happened and is still happening today. This has been the case since the fraudulent ‘Covid pandemic’ was invented out of thin air and foisted on the world.

Yes, the spectre of hypocrisy rears its head often, while all along many of the perpetrators of such contradiction claim a superior, or more accurately, a ‘moral’ high ground in order to gain acceptance from all sides. This is the essence of attempted scrutiny at the expense of the truth, and is prevalent throughout the realm of not only much of the alternative media, but also many of those claiming the ‘libertarian’ position. This attitude does little more than convolute any real facts of the argument, and leads to confusion about, or even acceptance of, false narratives. Whether intentional or not, it is a very deceptive and dangerous practice.

A case in point would be the very many out there who criticize this ‘pandemic’ fraud while at the same time accepting the fake virus narrative of something called ‘Covid’ as a genuine natural disease. This is done so often as to be normal, and therefore, the confusion about the total illegitimacy of this fake ‘virus’ is evident; completely misunderstood by the bulk of what can easily be considered an ignorant mass collective called the public. So instead of large numbers of people being properly convinced that there is no such thing as SARS-CoV-2 or Covid-19, and tearing down the mainstream narrative so as to eliminate the tyrannical response and threat, the so-called righteous dual journalistic class continues to support both sides simultaneously.

This deception takes on many forms, from how to treat and cure ‘Covid,’ to what medications should be used to stop and eliminate ‘Covid,’ to the number of deaths due to ‘Covid,’ to discussions about the many types and variants of fake ‘Covid,’ to the number of ‘Covid’ patients overrunning hospitals, and now the so-called revelation that the newest ‘Covid’ variants are only “attacking” the vaccinated.

There is no such thing as ‘Covid-19.’ There is no pandemic other than the pandemic of mass ignorance, indifference, and gullibility. No such thing as ‘Covid’ has ever been isolated or identified by any person, scientist, ‘health’ organization, or any evil government. This fact alone exposes that no such thing as any ‘Covid’ variant exists or is even possible. Since the fraud called ‘Covid’ has never once been proven to exist, and the PCR testing has been proven to be a scam and completely useless in identifying anything called a ‘virus,’ how can so many continue to be fooled into believing in this delusional idiocy called the pandemic of Covid? Is it because of the ruling class, the government, and the mainstream media whores that are shills for the powerful? Or is it due to the claimed ‘truth-tellers’ that have taken up residence on both sides of this issue? All of these culprits are at fault of course, but the major problem is that the average human animal has not the inclination or ability to distrust the system, and question everything. When those pretending to be journalistic saviors are propagating on both sides of this supposed controversy, all that do not have the ability to think critically will remain confused, obedient, and in the dark.

But it does not end here, as the hypocrisy continues. Besides the acceptance of the ‘Covid’ narrative by those who should know better, now we have a similar situation concerning this bio-weapon called a ‘Covid’ vaccine. In defiance of all logic, the same people claiming to be against this fraud while at the same time supporting the ‘Covid’ narrative, many who continually claim to be supporters of freedom, are now using the ‘vaccine’ narrative to further confuse an easily confused populace by doing exactly what the state desires. That is to pit the ‘vaccinated’ against the unvaccinated by blaming the injection for causing more “Covid’ problems, when no such thing as ‘Covid’ exists. While one side is claiming that new ‘variants’ such as Omicron exists, and is a risk to everyone, the other side is touting the notion that it attacks mostly the previously ‘vaccinated,’ and both are wrong. This leads to the acceptance of fallacy by all. Nothing good can be gained by this approach. Only the truth is important, but few want to hear the truth.

The current headlines reek of this deceptive practice, and the result is simply more and more division, where none is necessary. There is no ‘Covid,’ so there is no real ‘vaccine’ for ‘Covid.’ There are no ‘Covid’ variants, because no such thing as ‘Covid’ has ever been identified. Therefore, additional injections of poison can only harm. The injection is nothing but a bio-weapon being used to control, maim, and kill those naïve enough to buy into the fearmongering hype that is being continuously propagated by many.

Adverse events due to getting toxic injections are real. Immune system destruction due to deadly fake ‘vaccination’ is real. Extreme sickness after injection is real. Death from injected poison called a ‘Covid’ vaccine is real. ‘Covid’ is not real, so all arguments about curing ‘Covid, about avoiding ‘Covid, about treating ‘Covid,’ about preventing ‘Covid,’ are straw man arguments that can only cause harm by presenting convoluted information to an already perplexed societal collective.

Language is important; language means things, and the resulting understanding or more likely, misunderstanding, of what is presented as fact is not always obvious. Be careful what you believe, as the risk of being convinced to accept one or the other position, will not necessarily mean that one side is right and the other wrong; it may mean only that all are being led into a circular vortex of deceit based on both intentional and non-intentional lies from both camps.

As I wrote some time ago:

“One of the aspects of the perpetuation of tyranny during this scam called the ‘Covid pandemic,’ is the “too smart by half” approach, which leads to a circular argument against a circular narrative. In this instance, nothing is ever fully refuted, little is ever achieved; the result being the promotion of the original narrative. This is very common concerning the current situation, and the most harm is being caused by many of those claiming to be on the side of right and liberty.”

“Words mean things, phrases mean things, debate can be deceiving, and language can go a long way to gaining control over people by promoting and maintaining the nefarious state narrative. Proper argument against wrong is vitally important, but arguing at the margins, arguing in circles, arguing to gain favor or position, or in-fighting to make a point, can do so much more harm than good, and in the process help to solidify tyranny.”

Accept nothing at face value, question everything, and make your decisions based on logic and reality backed by irrefutable facts. Once you arrive at this position, all doubt will disappear, a light will shine, and real knowledge will be the result. This attitude can only lead to a clear understanding of self, and truth will then and only then become apparent.

Global Collusion and Global Conspiracy Equal Global Tyranny

The character of the open conspiracy [the movement towards a world collective] will now be plainly displayed. It will have become a great world movement as widespread and evident as socialism or communism. It will largely have taken the place of these movements. It will be more; it will be a world religion.
— H. G. Wells

This should once and for all alert any human with even the most infinitesimal ability to think clearly, that this world is controlled not by its people at large, but by the very ‘elite’ few at the top of the power pyramid. No other explanation can describe this phenomenon of tyrannical global unity, cooperation, nearly identical political behavior, monetary manipulation, and purposeful financial ruin that has taken place over just the past two years. This was not for good, but for evil, and it was ubiquitous in nature. A once diverse, unique, and in many cases, distinctly opposite world, almost instantly became one, something so bizarre as to leave any intelligent and sane individual to trust nothing and question everything. Those who ignored this fantastic and queer behavior by all countries at once, those who accepted the state narratives without question, and those who complied with idiotic and despotic draconian measures; have proven to be the cause of the end of freedom, and have voluntarily allowed the onset of global totalitarian rule.

After thousands of years of distinct individual history, this world became a singular entity of oppression and authoritarian rule almost overnight; a hell hole of domination over humanity, which caused a total loss of sovereignty of the individual. This of course has led to mass universal slavery, which is the desired outcome of the world’s ruling class referred to as globalists. To not have seen this coming is outrageous enough in and of itself, but continuing to hide from this reality is unforgivable. Those who do not fight back against this hideous conspiracy deserve no sympathy from those willing to risk all in order to be free, for inaction in the face of this reign of terror against humanity is unconscionable. While constructed division can be the enemy of liberty, there will have to be a break between us in the end, as those who are willing to fight to be free cannot afford to be destroyed by those willing to live in servitude.

I say these things after much research and thought, and I took nothing lightly when coming to the conclusion that the bulk of societies are simply fodder for their masters. Once this is realized, it becomes evident that the ruled are more dangerous than the rulers, for they acquiesce to the narrative of the day, without thought of what the future consequences might be due to their inability to act on their own behalf, and instead surrender to dependency and continue to display an apathetic attitude toward their own lives and freedom. This is now our world, and it has been carefully crafted by those in power to become a world of uninformed, ignorant, and compliant collective fools waiting on others to save them instead of saving themselves.

Consider all that has happened to date concerning this global collaboration. What started with a ‘claim’ that a deadly virus had escaped from a Chinese lab that began to affect the entire world, turned out to be a complete and total fraud meant only to stoke fear, and allow for a global takeover of humanity at a level never before fathomed by any intelligent individual. A world of differing thought and culture suddenly became a world consumed by a singular false purpose; this almost instantaneously, and so the story goes. The only conclusion that can be considered is that this world is controlled by the very, very few. Since the beginning, the world acted in concert, something that is virtually impossible, but it happened nonetheless. Blame was at once concentrated, and then became irrelevant due to the supposed spread of something that has never once been separated, isolated, or identified, and has never been proven to even exist. This mattered not to the mindless horde of what is referred to as the ‘public,’ as they followed along the path of compliance just as they were instructed and expected to do. The threat was widely promoted by the state players, and the sheep succumbed and ran for cover.

All of this hype and fear-mongering by the powerful was ultimately very effective, and the people at large did exactly as they were expected to do, even to the point of destroying their own sustenance in favor of obeying the orders of their claimed betters. What mindset is necessary in order for the masses to allow such a travesty of reality to become normalized? Is it one of stupidity or is it one of fear and cowardice? I think it is one of fear, stupidity, and cowardice, and these attitudes lead only to a state of oppression, and not to any claim to freedom.

The most recent example of a global takeover has occurred over the past year and will most likely be met with the same indifference that has seemingly consumed this unconscious society since the beginning of this coup. It is the acceptance by the central banks around the world to create digital currencies and a digital system of monetary exchange, and all in lock step with one another, no different than what has happened to date concerning this fake pandemic. One year ago, 86% of the central banks worldwide were conducting research into central bank digital currencies, and as of just 4 months ago, 56 central banks were “publicly” communicating about their research and development efforts in this area of dictatorial planning. In order to solidify a technocratic takeover, the monetary system must become digital, and that plan is obviously in the works. Every central bank in the world, and at the same time, is considering a transition to digital currency, and this is only meant in my opinion to guarantee total control of all monetary systems and in turn, all social behavior worldwide.

With this change to a digital society will come total control over the masses, and this will lead to a society fully controlled by technocrats at the top of the power pyramid. What was once a dire threat of a mystery virus will turn into a dire threat due to the even more mysterious idiocy of man-made climate change. This will lead to a financial Armageddon, and full monetary control can only mean that society has succumbed to unrestricted rule. Once achieved, any escape from that system will be difficult or impossible to realize.

The entirety of this madness has been purposely orchestrated by the ruling element of the claimed global ‘elites,’ through global collusion and conspiracy; all leading to global tyranny at a level never imagined by most. This is our fate unless many more adopt a position of strength, and revolt against this onslaught of tyranny. This proper attitude by the majority has not been adopted to date, but only a large resistance can stop this assault on the people that is now so evident.

This has been a long-planned attack against all of humanity, and the state’s end game is now in sight. Unless we stop this madness now, we will all suffer the extreme consequences of totalitarian rule and a future of slavery at the hands of the few. Is this the best we can do, or are there enough of us willing to risk all in order to destroy the evil among us so as to regain our hope of freedom?

This world religion that rests on weakness, dependency, and apathy must be eliminated in favor of self-preservation, love, and compassion. The very survival of our species depends on a mass awakening and a respect for the sovereignty of the individual. This will require a complete negation of this cancer that is the religious worship of the state. The elimination of this governing system is what is necessary for any return to sanity. (read more)

THE COVID-CON V

Dr. Peter McCullough Conducts Grand Rounds on COVID 19

See and hear a brilliant man expound on a subject that he has devoted himself to for an intense, almost two years -- like a half a million other interested persons, take a look at the Rumble video of Joe Rogan’s interview of Peter McCullough MD of Dallas Texas—put up on December 15, 2021 here.   Dr. McCullough described it as a” grand rounds” during the give and take of the interview, and it certainly was to me, a physician who has been at many grand rounds events in my 50 year career.  Grand Rounds is the Medical School or Hospital event where members of the Medical Department display their erudition and eloquence on matters of import—in the case of this interview Mr. Rogan was the Inquirer and Dr. McCullough the eager and well-prepared respondent.  Their performance was extraordinary on both sides—good penetrating pertinent questions by Rogan and satisfying answers from McCullough, backed by his command of the medical concepts and the research pertaining to the subject—COVID 19.

Dr. McCullough is an Internist/Cardiologist of remarkable achievements; he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and trained at top institutions including the University of Washington, University of Michigan, and William Beaumont Hospital.  He is the Editor-in-Chief of Reviews in Cardiovascucular Medicine, and has authored over 650 published studies in the medical literature—an academic and clinical physician who provides care, teaches, does research and reviews other physicians’ research, and has served on federal agency committees overseeing drug and clinical research.

Most important, he treats and cares about patients and will not allow the nihilist “consensus” of the Fauci, organized medicine, and pharmaceutical combine vaccine-focused army to stand. He insists that physicians should be committed to treatment of COVID victims and not be so neglectful as to say—“no treatment, go home and come back when you really get sick and we’ll put you in the hospital and on a ventilator if you go bad.”  What they fail to say is that at that point you may be as much an income source as a really sick victim, but your chances of survival have degraded significantly.  McCullough has won the 2021 Humanitarian Physician of the Year award from Priority Health for his steadfast commitment to compassionate care of COVID-19 victims.

More important for this interview by Rogan, Dr. McCullough has treated COVID 19 patients from the beginning of the epidemic, not like so many TV and drug company shills, government agency “experts” who claim expertise but have no hands-on experience.  For example, in testimony before a Senate committee, attempting to refute Dr. McCullough’s testimony supporting early treatments, Dr. Jha of Brown University Medical School admitted he had never treated a COVID patient even though he condemned Dr. McCullough’s testimony advocating early treatment.

The federal agency Troika of Fauci, Brix and Redfield also have no actual clinical experience in treating COVID 19 or doing research on treatment of COVID; they just opine on their ill-founded and unprecedented lockdowns/school closings/social distancing/masks as though they represent the “consensus” and then they adhere to the “magical” vaccines that are not vaccines but new and experimental genomic protein stimulation experimental drugs with no studies to assure efficacy and safety.

Dr. McCullough is one of the remarkable physicians who has stepped forward to expose Tony (I am the Science) Fauci and other government malfeasants in this 2-year COVID 19 virus debacle. McCullough is a founder and current president of the CardioRenal Society of America and is consider a leader in academic medicine who has always advocated that doctors work in teams and has emphasized the lack of teamwork by our public health officials on national TV.

Dr. McCullough is an advocate of ambulatory treatment (before it gets bad) of COVID 19 and published articles advocating treatment with monoclonal antibodies, hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as well as other adjunctive treatments that are intended to prevent hospitalization of COVID 19 victims.  He and others have achieved excellent results with their protocols.

The Rogan interview was thorough, and Rogan played devil’s advocate on a number of issues, but Rogan also is an intelligent interviewer and very effective because he remembers who the expert is and who is the inquiring journalist.  I was impressed by his performance—short, insightful questions and good follow up questions for clarification.

In such an excellent situation Dr. McCullough thoroughly and insightfully, with good medical research references, made his case that the federal agency and organized healthcare and professional opposition to early treatment was malfeasance—motivated by financial and other factors that were driven by Vaccine Maker interests.  His disgust with the nihilistic approach of mainstream medicine and the aggressive censorship of early treatment and even late treatment was apparent and he backed his position with evidence a plenty.

The 2-hour 45-minute interview had the following highlights:

  • The early wrong-headed decision to push unprecedented lockdowns, school closings and masking when the initial information on the virus did not support such mitigation
  • Coincidental failure to properly address the high-risk populations
  • Suppression of early studies by Eastern Virginia and Henry Ford Medical system advocating early treatment protocols
  • Aggressive censorship of early treatment research and advocacy and condemnation of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin on the basis of bad studies
  •  Later failure to promote monoclonal antibodies that were clearly efficacious
  • Politically motivated nihilistic “consensus” that was clearly malfeasance
  • Promotion of vaccines that were “experimental” and had uneven and troubling results in studies of efficacy and safety
  • Denial of the clear and sensible truth that natural immunity was superior to the genomic experimental stimulant
  • Persecution and censorship of those who advocated more than nihilism in ambulatory treatment
  • Adoption of mass vaccination, mass testing of even asymptomatic persons, testing with tests that were unreliable in order to stir up a panic and fear
  • Persistent advocacy of masks and isolation when research results did not support the policies
  • Failure after the vaccines came out to properly assess the efficacy and risks resulting in unusual and previously never-seen rates of failure, on the efficacy side and harm and even death on the risk side
  • Persistent promotion of vaccines and then boosters as the magic bullet even after the vaccine failures were piling up
  • Refusal to pay attention to other countries’ successes with outpatient ambulatory prophylaxis and treatment protocols
  • Throughout the pandemic, widespread misuse of positive tests (case counts)  as a metric rather than hospitalizations and deaths, and failure to properly report cause of deaths and age related morbidity and mortality, all unrestrained forms of panic porn promoted by government agencies and the media

Dr. McCullough spends a significant time explaining the problem of the ethics of experimental treatments like the COVID genomic treatment, the rates of injury and the some of the problems that are now well known—sudden deaths, blood clotting events that cause injuries, myocarditis, immune deficiency problems.  Mr. Rogan did a very good vetting of the issues—including pressing hard on the question of rates of adverse events in a mass vaccination scenario.  Dr. McCullough was in his element and provided excellent evidence and references on the problem of the adverse vaccine events when measured against the risk of the disease in some age groups or even the risk of the disease in the setting of adequate treatments instead of nihilism.

The high rate of asymptomatic cases and the rate of infectivity of the asymptomatic carriers were also vetted very well to debunk the scare tactics being employed by vaccine pushers.  On the other hand, the high rate of infectivity in the vaccinated population, the so-called “breakthrough” infections, was discussed and the reasons such a counterintuitive event would occur—the super spreader vaccinated person who is free to roam school or the workplace while in the incipient phase of COVID-19.

Because Mr. Rogan is a curious man and a good interviewer, the long interview rolls along so that the viewer is not bored and Dr. McCullough's insights are put on display under Mr. Rogan’s inquest—so I can recommend you take the time—COVID is, after all, the signal event of the past decade or more, going all the way back to 9-11. THE COVID-CON III

Mass Psychosis — How an Entire Population Becomes Mentally Ill

A mass psychosis is “an epidemic of madness” that occurs when a “large portion of society loses touch with reality and descends into delusions." The results are always devastating.

The 20-minute video, “Mass Psychosis — How an Entire Population Becomes Mentally Ill,” created by After Skool and Academy of Ideas, is a fascinating illustration of how mass psychosis can be induced.

Mass psychosis is defined as “an epidemic of madness” that occurs when a “large portion of society loses touch with reality and descends into delusions.”

One classic historical example of mass psychosis is the witch hunts that occurred in the Americas and Europe during the 16th and 17th centuries, when tens of thousands of people, mostly women, were tortured, drowned and burned alive at the stake. The rise of totalitarianism in the 20th century is a more recent example of mass psychosis.

Man’s Worst Enemy

As noted in the video:

“The masses have never thirsted after truth. They turn aside from evidence that is not to their taste, preferring to deify error, if error seduce them. Whoever can supply them with illusions is easily their master; whoever attempts to destroy their illusions is always their victim.”

That’s a quote attributed to Gustave Le Bon, a French social psychologist renowned for his study of crowds. His book, “The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind,” takes a deep dive into the characteristics of human crowds and how, when gathered in groups, people tend to relinquish conscious deliberation in favor of unconscious crowd action.

Similarly, psychologist Carl Jung once stated that:

“It is not famine, not earthquakes, not microbes, not cancer, but man himself who is man’s greatest danger to man, for the simple reason that there is no adequate protection against psychic epidemics, which are infinitely more devastating than the worst of natural catastrophes.”

When a society descends into madness, the results are always devastating. Jung, who studied mass psychoses, wrote that the individuals who make up the affected society “become morally and spiritually inferior.” They become “unreasonable, irresponsible, emotional, erratic and unreliable.”

Worst of all, a psychotic mob will engage in atrocities that any solitary individual within the group would normally never consider. Yet through it all, those affected remain unaware of their condition and cannot recognize the error in their ways.

What Causes Mass Psychosis?

To understand how an entire society can be driven to madness, you must first understand what drives any given individual to insanity. Barring drug or alcohol abuse, or a brain injury, psychosis is typically triggered by psychogenic factors, i.e., influences that originate in the mind.

One of the most common psychogenic factors that can trigger psychosis is a flood of negative emotions such as fear or anxiety that drives the person into a state of panic. When in a panic, the natural inclination is to seek relief. A psychologically resilient individual may adapt by facing their fear and ultimately defeating it.

Another coping mechanism is a psychotic break. As explained in the video, a psychotic break is not the descent into chaos, but rather a reordering of one’s experiential world in a way that blends fact and fiction, reality and illusions, in such a way that a sense of control is restored and panic ends. The psychogenic steps that lead to madness can be summarized as follows:

  1. Phase of panic: Here, the individual begins to perceive the world around him or her in a different way and is frightened on account of it. There’s a perceived threat, whether it be real, fabricated or imagined. Confusion grows as they can’t find a way to rationally explain the strange occurrences taking place around them.
  2. Phase of psychotic insight: Here, the individual manages to explain his abnormal experience of the world by inventing an illogical but magical way of seeing reality. The term “insight” is used, because the magical thinking allows the individual to escape from the panic and find meaning again. However, the insight is psychotic, because it’s based on delusions.

Just as a psychologically weak and vulnerable individual can be driven to madness, so can large groups of weak and vulnerable people descend into madness and magical thinking.

Totalitarianism is a Society Built on Delusions

In the 20th century, we’ve seen a rise in totalitarianism, defined by professor and religious studies scholar Arthur Versluis as:

“The modern phenomenn of total centralized state power coupled with the obliteration of individual human rights: In the totalized state, there are those in power and there are the objectified masses, the victims.”

In a totalitarian society, there are two classes: the rulers and the ruled, and both groups undergo a pathological transformation. Rulers are raised to a god-like status where they can do no wrong—a view that easily leads to corruption and unethical behavior—while the ruled are transformed into dependent subjects, which leads to psychological regression.

Joost Meerloo, author of “Rape of the Mind,” compares the reactions of citizens living in totalitarian states to that of schizophrenics. Both rulers and the ruled are ill. Both live in a delusional fog, as the entire society and its rules are sustained by delusional thinking.

As noted in the video, only deluded people regress to a child-like state of total submissiveness, and only a deluded ruling class will believe they possess the knowledge and wisdom to control society in a top-down manner. And, only a deluded person will believe that a power-hungry elite ruling a mentally regressed society will result in anything but mass suffering and financial ruin.

The mass psychosis that is totalitarianism begins within the ruling class, as the individuals within this class are easily enamored with delusions that augment their power. And no delusion is greater than the delusion that they can, and should—indeed are destined to—control and dominate all others.

Whether the totalitarian mindset takes the form of communism, fascism or technocracy, a ruling elite that has succumbed to their own delusions of grandeur then sets about to indoctrinate the masses into their own twisted worldview. All that’s needed to accomplish that reorganization of society is the manipulation of collective feelings.

Killing of the Mind

Menticide is a term that means “killing of the mind,” and it’s an ancient way of controlling the masses by systematically killing the human spirit and free thought. It’s a system through which the ruling elite imprints their own delusional worldview onto society.

A society is primed for menticide by the intentional sowing of fear. A particularly effective way to induce fear and panic that results in psychosis is the unleashing of waves of terror, and it doesn’t matter if the “terror” in question is real or fictitious. The waves of terror technique can be graphed out as an escalating wave pattern where each round of fear is followed by a round of calm.

Contradictory reports, nonsensical recommendations and blatant lies are deployed intentionally, as it heightens confusion. The more confused a population is, the greater the state of anxiety, which reduces society’s ability to cope with the crisis. As the ability to cope withers, the greater the chances a mass psychosis will develop.

After a short period of calm, the threat level is elevated again, with each round of fearmongering being more intense than the one before. Propaganda—fake and misleading news—are used to break down the minds of the masses, and over time, it becomes easier and easier to control everyone as confusion and anxiety give way to the magical thinking and psychotic insight presented as solutions through the media.

As noted in the video, “Confusion heightens the susceptibility of a descent into the delusions of totalitarianism.” Or, as Meerloo noted in his book:

“Logic can be met with logic, while illogic cannot. It confuses those who think straight. The big lie and monotonously repeated nonsense have more of an emotional appeal … than logic and reason. While the people are still searching for a reasonable counterargument to the first lie, the totalitarians can assault them with another.”

The Rise of Technocracy

What sets modern-day totalitarianism apart from previous totalitarian states is technology. The means to incite fear and manipulate people’s thinking has never been more efficient or effective. TV, internet, smartphones and social media are all sources of information these days, and it’s easier than ever to control the flow of that information.

Algorithms automatically filter out the voices of reason and rational thinking, supplanting them with fear narratives instead. Modern technologies also have addictive qualities, so many voluntarily expose themselves to the brainwashing. Commenting on man’s reliance on technology, Meerloo notes:

“No rest, no meditation, no reflection, no conversation. The senses are continually overloaded with stimuli. Man doesn’t learn to question his world anymore. The screen offers him answers already made.”

Isolation — A Mass Psychosis-Inducing Tool

Aside from the onslaught of fearmongering and false propaganda, the ultimate tool to induce psychosis is isolation. When you are deprived of regular social interactions and discussions, you become more susceptible to delusions for a number of reasons:

  1. You lose contact with corrective forces of positive examples, role models of rational thinking and behavior. Not everyone is tricked by the brainwashing attempts of the ruling elite, and these people can help free others from their delusions. When you’re in isolation, the power of these individuals greatly diminishes.
  2. Like animals, human behavior is significantly easier to manipulate when the individual is kept in isolation. As animal research has discovered, conditioned reflexes are most easily developed in a quiet, secluded laboratory with a minimum of stimuli to detract from the indoctrination.

When you want to tame a wild animal, you must isolate the animal and patiently repeat a particular stimulus until the desired response is obtained. Humans can be conditioned in the same manner. Alone, confused, and battered by waves of terror, a society kept in isolation from each other descends into madness as rational thought is obliterated and replaced with magical thinking.

Once a society is firmly in the grip of mass psychosis, totalitarians are free to take the last, decisive step: They can offer a way out; a return to order. The price is your freedom. You must cede control of all aspects of your life to the rulers, because unless they are granted total control, they won’t be able to create the order everyone craves.

This order, however, is a pathological one, devoid of all humanity. It eliminates the spontaneity that brings joy and creativity to one’s life by demanding strict conformity and blind obedience.

And despite the promise of safety, a totalitarian society is inherently fearful. It was built on fear, and is maintained by it too. So, giving up your freedom for safety and a sense of order will only lead to more of the same fear and anxiety that allowed the totalitarians to gain control in the first place.

How Can Mass Psychosis Be Reversed?

Can totalitarianism be prevented? And can the effects of mass psychosis be reversed? Yes, but just as the menticidal approach is multipronged, so must the solution be. To help return sanity to an insane world, first you need to center yourself and live in such a way as to provide inspiration for others to follow.

As noted by Jung:

“It is not for nothing that our age cries out for the redeemer personality, for the one who can emancipate himself from the grip of the collective psychosis and save at least his own soul, who lights a beacon of hope for others, proclaiming that here is at least one man who has succeeded in extricating himself from the fatal identity with the group psyche.”

Next, you need to share and spread the truth—the counternarrative to the propaganda—as far and wide as possible. Because truth is always more potent than lies, the success of propaganda relies on the censoring of truth. Another tactic is to use humor and ridicule to delegitimize the ruling elite.

A strategy proposed by Vaclav Havel, a political dissident who became the president of Czechoslovakia, is called “parallel structures.” A parallel structure is any kind of business, organization, technology, movement or creative pursuit that fits within a totalitarian society while being morally outside of it.

Once enough parallel structures are created, a parallel culture is born that functions as a sanctuary of sanity within the totalitarian world. Havel explains this strategy in his book, The Power of the Powerless.

Last but not least, to prevent the descent into totalitarian madness, sane and rational action must be taken by as many people as possible. The totalitarian elite do not sit around twiddling their thumbs, hoping and wishing to increase their power and control. No. They are actively taking steps to augment their position. To defend against them, the would-be-ruled must be just as active and resolute in their counter-push toward freedom.

All of this can be extremely challenging as people around you succumb to collective psychosis.

But as Thomas Paine once said:

“Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered, yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.”

THE COVID-CON II

The Reality They Invent to Feed the Power They Crave

The early 20th century Catalan philosopher and nationalist activist, Eugeni d’Ors was renowned for his aphorisms. The most oft-repeated of these concerned the thinker’s need to raise “the anecdote to a category.”

Ors was a humanist, and this being the case, his intellectual modus operandi was essentially accretional and synthesis-based in nature.

When we write as humanists, we select from the inventory of verbal metaphors we have acquired in the course of our lives to tell a story that we believe will enlighten and will capture the attention of our readers. In providing them with this carefully arranged series of “charged” anecdotes we trust that we are, in some way, facilitating their own ability to forge a broader and more categorical understanding of the concept or phenomenon under discussion.

Stripped of the self-indulgent dramatism he always brought to his life and work, Ors’ aphorism is little more than a pithy exhortation to engage in this process.

In general, scientific thinking works in the opposite direction. It looks at complex phenomena and seeks to understand them by analyzing their constituent parts and subsystems in great detail.

Though many seem to have forgotten it under the enormous pressures of academic hyperspecialization, there is an inherent yin-yang relationship between humanistic and scientific modes of explication.

The humanist who, in trying to explain a given social reality, ignores the gritty, and often highly significant details of the elements that make it up, will founder in a morass of vague assertions.

The scientist who seeks to explain the complexity of the same social phenomenon by fixating narrowly on one of its constituent realities, and drawing sweeping conclusions from it, is similarly condemned to grave imprecision.

If ever there was a field in which this inherent complementarity between these two dominant modes of thought must always be recognized and employed it is public health policy.

Owing to its enormous scope and complexity, public health demands both granular “micro” analyses and the ability to sketch broad and hopefully accurate narratives of large trends, forces and concerns. A skilled practitioner in the field must be deeply aware of the limits of his or her particular disciplinary purview and be disposed to good faith dialogue with others in the pursuit of the most effective and equitable solutions for the citizenry.

It is clear that nothing resembling the dual-track process I have just sketched out took place among those directing the US government’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic. And when we consider recently published in-depth accounts of the behaviors of the people involved in these efforts, such as those of Dr. Scott Atlas and Robert Kennedy Jr., there is every reason to believe that the imposition of what could be called “policy-making autism” was carried out by design.

Indeed, this intentional bad faith was clear to me as early as March of 2020, not because I then knew anything about the serial treacheries of characters like Anthony Fauci, Robert Redfield and Christian Drosten—I didn’t—but because I had spent much of the last quarter-century studying the pedagogy of nationhood; that is, the processes and mechanisms by which society’s sign-making elites seek to create and deploy new and embracing notions of “reality” among the general populaces nominally beholden to their power.

The first dead giveaway, as it usually is with such culture-planning operations, was the rigid lexical uniformity, and uncanny simultaneity of media messaging, especially in regard to the long-term historical significance of what is taking place.

No one with a modicum of proper intellectual restraint, or insight into the often serpentine routes of history, would ever deign to make prognostications about the dawn of a “new normal” in the midst of a crisis. That is, of course, unless he or she had a clear interest in establishing a narrative that through its early and frequent repetition, would effectively foreclose in all but the most hardy and self-confident thinkers the desire to pursue other interpretive possibilities.

The second was the absurdly open-ended nature of the new “war” in which—whether we agreed to it or not—we were now all said to be immersed.

When two decades or so ago, and the “War on Terror” was solemnly announced, I sarcastically commented to a number of friends, “And when it’s over, we’ll move on to the War on Original Sin..” Horror set in when not one of them chuckled, or even got my general drift.

Apparently, few of my interlocutors had ever pondered the historical dynamics of empire in any detail. More specifically, most seem never to have observed how, over time, the energies of every imperial leadership class eventually come to center on the task of justifying, to both the home-borne population and foreign victims alike, their monomaniacal and absurdly expensive need to project power.

The solution employed by US policy-makers to this classic late-imperial dilemma at the turn of the last century?

Declare war on a behavior—terrorism—, the definition of which is, of course entirely subjective. This, knowing full well that the preponderance of media power needed to imbue the wildly subjective term with a false aura of semantic solvency, and hence weaponizable potency in a given moment, was overwhelmingly on your side.

With this new enemy—polymorphic, omnipresent, and best of all, creatable on spec through media campaigns—the long anxious nights of imperial bureaucrats were finally brought to an end. Never again could their ever-expanding purchase on the lives of the proles at home and overseas be questioned. And, if someone had the temerity to do so, they could be shouted down (see preponderant media power above) as being selfishly uninterested in their fellow citizens.

Could the conceptual parallels between a “War on Terror” and the “War on Covid”—with its even more omnipresent, polymorphic, and fundamentally undefeatable “enemy”—be any clearer?

The third giveaway—perhaps the most telling—was the instant, lexically incorrect and eerily broad and simultaneous deployment of the term “case” in relation to the Corona phenomenon. Seeing this, it was immediately evident to me that we were once again being massaged or nudged, as had been the case in the years following September 11th, by what is sometimes called a “floating signifier” in linguistic and cultural analysis.

At the core of Saussure’s revolutionary restructuring of linguistics is the idea that all verbal meaning is relational; that is, we can only really truly understand a given word or utterance in its fullness if we are clued into the contextual armature “propping it up” within the semantic field at a given moment in time.

When we speak of floating or empty signifiers, we are referring to words or terms whose contextual armature is so vague or unclear as to deprive us of the ability to derive any clear or stable sense of meaning from them.

In recent decades, political and media leaders have learned just how useful the deployment of emotionally evocative, but contextually lacking signifiers can be in directing the citizenry to their desired ends.

“Weapons of Mass Destruction” is a classic example in this regard. What is exactly meant by the term and how it will concretely impact us is quite vague. And that’s just the point. They really don’t want or expect us to have a conversation aimed  at actually regressing the exact chain of semantic relations (or lack thereof) undergirding the term. Rather, they want us to be left with a vague but palpable sense of dread.

In the matter of rising Covid “cases,” it is similarly implied that a really negative process is underway. But the exact extent of the threat, who is most likely to suffer from it, and how severely are all left unsaid. This is the malign genius of making so-called “cases,” deprived of any worthwhile context, the fulcrum of the Covid discourse.

Responsible policy-making and policy implementation in a democratic society rely heavily on public pedagogy, which in turn, can only work in a context of respect for those to be taught.

Those tasked with leading the government effort to combat Covid (Drs. Birx, Fauci and Redfield) had ample opportunity to demonstrate that respect by carefully and frequently providing the public with the context needed to make precise sense of those vaunted case numbers. If we are to believe Scott Atlas, he effectively implored them to do so in each of his personal encounters with them.

However, they resolutely refused to do so.

There are only two possible explanations for this. a) these people are much dumber than they seem and honestly did not comprehend the grave semantic deficiencies and spiritually-damaging effects of the term “cases” in the manner they were deploying it, or b) they were quite happy to repeatedly, indeed obsessively use this floating signifier with its clearly foreboding connotations, but near complete lack of articulated relation to what most people would want to know about palpable risks, as a means of training the public to effectively detach public discourse from its empirical moorings. For me, at least, there is little doubt as to which explanation rings more true.

Once this “mini-course” in fear-tinged mental disjunction was offered to the public and accepted by it with little visible pushback in the first weeks and months of the crisis, Fauci, Birx and Redfield, along with their chosen spokespeople at the CDC and in the media, were in effect, “off to the races.”

With the basic template we rely on to make reasoned risk assessments about our lives effectively shattered, millions lapsed into the mental state that has always been the programmatic end goal of those, like Bruce Jessen and James Mitchell, who design torture programs for the US government: “Learned helplessness.”

When an individual enters this regressed mental space, the stature of all those presented to him as authority figures—no matter their actual level of competence or coherence—rises dramatically.

Indeed, considerable research suggests that a lack of coherence or predictability in such authority figures only enhances the now psychically helpless person or group of persons’ estimation of the “authority figure’s” irreplaceability and excellence. This suggests that there may have been more than a little “method” in the apparent “madness” of Fauci’s notorious flip-flops on key policy issues.

For a certain part of the population, perhaps bereft of rituals and practices designed to help them transcend the crude, cruel and ambiguity-generating rhythms of our now largely transactional culture, the surrendering the self to authority can take on an almost religious allure.

In this state such people find a certain sort of peace and meaning, and in homage to it, they begin to gleefully spout, and enforce the sanctity of, the very disjunctive logic previously used by the leaders of the cult to render inert their normal critical faculties.

Person A: I am really scared about Covid.

Person B: Do you know what the chances of dying for someone your age who happens to catch Covid?

Person A: No.

Person B: Well, according to the latest CDC statistics your chances of survival if you get it are 99.987%.

Person A: But I know of the cousin of a friend who was my age and healthy and who died. I also read a news report about a healthy young person dying in New York the other day.

Person B: Yes, the reports you speak of may be true. But they point to very particular instances that might not be representative of general trends, and thus are not really helpful in helping you determine your actual risk. The only useful way to do that is by looking at broadly-constituted statistics.

Person A: I knew it. I just knew it. You really are one of those conspiracy-loving Covid deniers who is happy to just let lots of people die.

This dialogue is, with only slight variations, quite representative of dozens I have had in real life during the last 22 months, maintained often with “well-educated” people who, in no small percentage, can rightfully place MAs and PhDs after their names on resumes.

In short, during the last 22 months the anecdote has truly and massively been elevated to a category, but not in the way Eugeni d’Ors envisioned it as occurring.

No, the anecdote has risen and become the category in the minds of millions of Americans, many of whom, at least before February of 2020, were believed to be well-versed in logical progressions of reason and well-ordered argumentation?

How did this happen? No one, of course, knows for sure.

But if we read books like Laura Doddsworth’s superb A State of Fear  and Thaler’s ever-creepy Nudge, the outlines of an answer emerge fairly quickly. And it goes something like this.

During the last three decades and possibly more, Western governments working hand in glove with large corporate interests have spent enormous energy and resources on perception management techniques designed to effectively undermine citizens’ ability to oppose the policies that these same elites, in their incandescent wisdom, have decided are best for the people.

The [false flag] attacks of September 11th gave these corporate and government leaders both the additional funds and the political latitude they needed to greatly accelerate work on these culture-planning processes. The [contrived] Covid crisis has put the whole game on steroids.

We have many ways of ignoring these frightening developments, most common and intellectually lazy of these being to dismiss them without examination under the rubric of “conspiracy theories.”

We must be better and braver than that, pledging, despite our fears, our discomforts and our incredulity, to go wherever the signs take us.

The dignity and freedom of our children and our grandchildren depends heavily on our willingness to do so. (read more)

THE COVID-CON I

The Zoom Class Gets Covid

For nearly two years, we’ve wondered how this will end. In retrospect, the clue is in how it began.

The initial lockdowns had a strong class-based component. The working classes were assigned the job of delivering groceries, tending to the sick, driving the trucks filled with goods, keeping the lights on, and keeping the fuel running. The professional class, among whom were the people who pushed lockdowns in the name of disease avoidance/suppression, were assigned the job of staying home in their pajamas and staying safe.

It all happened seemingly in an instant. We all had to figure out whether our job qualified and what we should do. More striking at the time was the very notion that government bureaucrats could slice and dice the population this way, deciding what can open and what cannot, who must work and who must not, what we can and cannot do based on our station in life.

So it now seems obvious to me. This whole disaster would finally come to an end (or at least the end would begin) when it became obvious that the great strategy of class division and demarcation would fail to protect the Zoom class from infection.

That day has finally arrived, with [fake] cases soaring in many parts of the country and hitting everyone of every class, whether they are being “careful” and adhering to the “mitigation measures” or not. What’s even more striking is how even the vaccines, which were supposed to codify the wisdom of class segregation, have not protected against infection.

All of this seems to have taken place over the course of December 2021, with the arrival of the seemingly mild Omicron variant. Still the other variants circulate widely, causing various degrees of severity with or without hospitalization much less death. In other words, millions from among all classes of people are finally getting sick [with colds, influenza or vaccine adverse reactions - all alleged to be Covid]. At this point, we seem to be seeing a big shift in attitudes.

A lot of this comes from casual conversation. A person comes down with Covid, perhaps confirmed by the newly fashionable at-home tests. “Did you get vaccinated?” the person is invariably asked. The answer comes back: yes and boosted. That’s when the chill happens. It appears that nothing can ultimately protect people from this. In which case, it is time we change our tune.

“Thousands who ‘followed the rules’ are about to get covid. They shouldn’t be ashamed,” headlines the Washington Post

Feeling ashamed about getting covid-19 isn’t healthy or helpful, experts agree…. Remember: You’re not a failure. “Millions of other people have gotten sick,” (Seema) Varma says. “Unfortunately, you’re not alone. You’re not the only one. You’re not the first one to get covid, and you won’t be the last.” And that positive test, she reiterates, “doesn’t make you an irresponsible person.”

So on the piece goes, with a complete flip of the narrative they have long preached: anyone who gets Covid has failed to comply, disregards Fauci’s advice, probably lives in a Red state, rejects the science, and otherwise bears the mark of selfishness and the desire to put freedom ahead of public health.

Getting Covid has heretofore been part of a human stain, consistent with the very long history of demonization of the diseased and the attempt to attribute sickness to moral sin. This impulse dates back to the ancient world, revived with a ferocity in 2020.

To be sure, the concept of class has always been less prescient in American history, due to our long history of having eschewed titles and social barriers and in favor of mobility and universal rights. Slavery was unsustainable in this history for this very reason. The American ethos has aspired perhaps not to a classless society but to one in which the concept is so opaque as not to have much cultural or political explanatory power.

That all changed with lockdowns. We were introduced to strict, state-imposed categories that had been previously unthinkable. Sheets were issued by public-health bureaucrats with long lists of institutions that could stay open and must stay open, businesses that must shut because they are “unessential,” and workers who were suddenly entitled to get paid even though they did not show up to their jobs. It became overwhelmingly obvious who was who.

In addition, this strict categorization of people and life conditions affected even sickness. Most governors in the US overrode the learned experience and knowledge of hospital administration and forcibly reserved medical services only for Covid patients or emergency services. “Elective” surgeries and procedures would just have to wait.

This was true. So too for essential and nonessential travel and activities too. As time went on, we gradually found out what was considered nonessential. It was church. It was singing. It was going to the beach, attending parties, holding parties, hanging out in a bar, traveling on vacation. Essentially, anything that would normally be considered fun came to be associated with disease, thus further cementing some kind of cultural relationship between sin and disease.

So powerful was this class demarcation that it overrode people’s normal political instincts. The left, long priding itself on its egalitarianism and universal class aspiration, took to the new class system very quickly and easily, as if the betrayal of all political ideals was just fine given the public health emergency. The demand that everyone go along with the experts was something that decades of American political experience had taught us to be gravely mistaken. But in a few fateful months lasting nearly two years, this demand drove out every other consideration.

The driving ambition here, though never explicitly stated, was to assign the burden of bearing the disease to the lessers among us. That is a conventional model used in illiberal societies throughout history. The elites who had both granted and benefited from lockdowns took it as axiomatic that they deserved disease purity and health more than those who worked to keep society running. And that scheme seemed to work for a very long time. They stayed home and stayed safe and kept clean while the virus circulated in season after season.

It’s hard to know what the end game here was. Did the Zoom class honestly believe that they could forever avoid exposure and infection and thus the development of natural immunity? Certainly they did for a time believe that the shots would spare them. Once that did not happen, there was a huge problem. There were no more tools remaining to perpetuate the disease castes that had been forged back in the day.

Now that the people who tried to protect themselves are no longer able to do so, we are seeing a sudden rethinking of disease stigmatization, class disdain, and the treatment of others as sandbags to shield people based on class. Now it is suddenly no longer a sin to be sick.

Fascinating! What went wrong here? Everything. The notion that public health should thusly divide people – based on one pathogen – contradicts every democratic principle. That idea still survives with the vaccines, regardless of the known limitations. The people who invested in these personally and socially will continue to use them to divide and conquer.

It’s all very dangerous to the notion of freedom itself. The proper way to demarcate the protected should relate not to class, income, and job but rather vulnerability, which in the case of Covid is mostly related to age [and obesity]. That’s how the 20th century learned to manage seasonal infectious disease and pandemics too.

What they attempted in 2020-21 was without precedent in the modern world. It did not finally work, even to achieve the aim of keeping the professional classes disease free. This is perhaps the moment when it all finally comes to an end, not with repudiation but with resignation, acquiescence, and surrender. You can stigmatize anyone but you go too far when we do that to the ruling class elites themselves. (read more)
