Judge Ketanji Brown Jackass is not qualified to be a Supreme.

As the confirmation hearing for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson went into hour 13, Sen. Marsha Blackburn asked the Supreme Court nominee on Tuesday to define the word “woman.”

“I can’t — ” Jackson replied.

“You can’t?” Blackburn said.

“Not in this context. I’m not a biologist,” Jackson said.

“The meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn asked. …

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn said, before turning to Thomas, who has been at the center of the debate over policies for transgender athletes.

Blackburn asked what message allowing Thomas to compete sends to “girls who aspire to compete and win in sports?”

“Senator, I’m not sure what message that sends. If you’re asking me about the legal issues related to it — those are topics that are being hotly discussed, as you say, and could come to the court,” Jackson said before Blackburn cut her off, to explain her view of what message this delivers to young women.

“I think it tells our girls that their voices don’t matter,” Blackburn responded. “I think it tells them that they’re second-class citizens. And parents want to have a Supreme Court justice who is committed to preserving parental autonomy and protecting our nation’s children.”  (read more)

The very term “Russian disinformation” has become a crucial tool of psychological warfare. It has become the media/free speech element to a wider deep state war against “deplorables” and America First conservatives more generally.

One would think that the spectacular implosion of the Russian disinfo scam on the Hunter Biden issue would discredit this tactic. Yet right now, in the midst of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, it is as strong as ever. Plus, the intel parasites who cynically use the “disinformation” label for political purposes obviously assume they will never have to face accountability. And why should they? With America verging toward full-blown nuclear war with Russia, the regime will only apply the disinformation label more aggressively in the era to come.

Thus, it is important to recognize the ploy for exactly what it is. The “Russian disinformation” canard has never been about stopping foreign threats. It has always been about protecting our corrupt power elite from the justified anger of the American people.

But we can whine and complain all day about media and Deep State unfairness. Here are some more practical takeaways from this sham:

1. Never believe the “disinformation” scam ever again, for any reason. The intelligence services have entirely forfeited any and all public trust on this topic. At this very moment, hundreds of Republican lawmakers, pundits, and D.C. creatures are being herded like cattle into supporting greater censorship of Russia, China, or anyone “supporting” them. This is a grievous blunder. Indeed, lower-level establishment flunkies and stooges will only have themselves to blame when these new powers are turned back against them. Of course, the ability to wield these tools like a weapon over a cowed populace is exactly the real purpose of expanding such powers in the first place.

2. Take the news out of the press’ hands. In hindsight, it was clearly a mistake for Rudy Giuliani to try and carefully release the laptop’s contents through press outlets. The story trickled out too slowly, and it was too easy for the press and Big Tech to unite in simply shutting out the New York Post entirely. If the laptop’s entire contents had simply been uploaded online for anybody to read, a la Wikileaks, suppressing the story would have been much harder, verging on impossible.

3. Defund the intelligence state. America’s intelligence agencies have essentially gone rogue. They spied on the Trump campaign in 2016 and sabotaged President Trump internally from 2017 onward. They constantly deliver preposterous lies in the guise of “expertise”, which is then used to justify mass censorship and the stripping of Americans’ rights. Oh, and they’re the same group behind warrantless espionage and the Iraq War and so much else. The intelligence agencies have become one of the chief impediments to American liberty, and they have declared American nationalists, populists, and conservatives a de facto enemy class. Breaking the power of these agencies should be the primary political goal of all decent Americans in the years to come. A good blueprint for a future Republican presidency? Declassify everything, so agencies can no longer conceal their blunders, lies, and outright crimes under the cloak of “national security.”

Those are just a few starting points. The key point is this: The press, Big Tech, and the intelligence services cannot be shamed into greater honesty. They have no shame whatsoever, so complaining about them and crying flagging hypocrisy is useless. Pointing and sputtering about their lies two years later only gives them the power trip of appreciating how successful the lies were. So don’t just point and sputter: Do better, and build an America where the perpetrators of these lies get the treatment and attention they deserve. (source)

The Takeover of America's Legal System

Ok, so we’ve lost a lot. A whole lot. But at least we haven’t lost the law. That’s how we comforted ourselves. The law would be the bulwark against this nonsense. The rest we could work on building anew.

But what if the country’s legal system was changing just like everything else?

Today, Aaron Sibarium, a reporter who has consistently been ahead of the pack on this beat, offers a groundbreaking piece on how the legal system in America, as one prominent liberal scholar put it, is at risk of becoming “a totalitarian nightmare.”

In 2017, the super lawyer David Boies was at a corporate retreat at the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida, hosted by his law firm, Boies, Schiller and Flexner. Boies was a liberal legend: He had represented Al Gore in Bush v. Gore, and, in 2013, successfully defended gay marriage in California, in Hollingsworth v. Perry, paving the way for the landmark Supreme Court ruling two years later.  

On the last day of the retreat, Boies gave a talk in the hotel ballroom to 100 or so attorneys, according to a lawyer who was present at the event. Afterwards, Boies’s colleagues were invited to ask questions.

Most of the questions were yawners. Then, an associate in her late twenties stood up. She said there were lawyers at the firm who were “uncomfortable” with Boies representing disgraced movie maker Harvey Weinstein, and she wanted to know whether Boies would pay them severance so they could quit and focus on applying for jobs at other firms. Boies, who declined to comment for this article, said no.

That lawyers could be tainted by representing unpopular clients was hardly news. But in times past, lawyers worried about the public—not other lawyers. Defending communists, terrorists, and cop killers had never been a crowd pleaser, but that’s what lawyers had to do sometimes: Defend people who were hated. 

When congressional Republicans attacked attorneys for representing Guantanamo detainees, for example, the entire profession rallied around them. The American Civil Liberties Union noted that John Adams took pride in representing British soldiers accused of taking part in the Boston Massacre, calling it “one of the best pieces of service I ever rendered to my country.”

But that’s not how the new associates saw Boies’s choice to represent Weinstein. They thought there were certain people you just did not represent—people so hateful and reprehensible that helping them made you complicit. The partners, the old-timers—pretty much everyone over 50—found this unbelievable. That wasn’t the law as they had known it. That wasn’t America.

“The idea that guilty people shouldn’t get lawyers attacks the legal system at its root,” Andrew Koppelman, a prominent liberal scholar of constitutional law at Northwestern University, said. “People will ask: ‘How can you represent someone who’s guilty?’ The answer is that a society where accused people don’t get a defense as a matter of course is a society you don’t want to live in. It’s a totalitarian nightmare.”

‘Operating in a Panopticon’

The adversarial legal system—in which both sides of a dispute are represented vigorously by attorneys with a vested interest in winning—is at the heart of the American constitutional order. Since time immemorial, law schools have tried to prepare their students to take part in that system.

Not so much anymore. Now, the politicization and tribalism of campus life have crowded out old-fashioned expectations about justice and neutrality. The imperatives of race, gender and identity are more important to more and more law students than due process, the presumption of innocence, and all the norms and values at the foundation of what we think of as the rule of law.

Critics of those values are nothing new, of course, and certainly they are not new at elite law schools. Critical race theory, as it came to be called in the 1980s, began as a critique of neutral principles of justice. The argument went like this: Since the United States was systemically racist—since racism was baked into the country’s political, legal, economic and cultural institutions—neutrality, the conviction that the system should not seek to benefit any one group, camouflaged and even compounded that racism. The only way to undo it was to abandon all pretense of neutrality and to be unneutral. It was to tip the scales in favor of those who never had a fair shake to start with.

But critical race theory, until quite recently, only had so much purchase in legal academia. The ideas of its founders—figures like Derrick Bell, Alan David Freeman, and Kimberlé Crenshaw—tended to have less influence on the law than on college students, who by 2015 seemed significantly less liberal (“small L”) than they used to be. There was the Yale Halloween costume kerfuffle. The University of Missouri president being forced out. Students at Evergreen State patrolling campus with baseball bats, eyes peeled for thought criminals.

At first, the conventional wisdom held that this was “just a few college kids”—a few spoiled snowflakes—who would “grow out of it” when they reached the real world and became serious people. That did not happen. Instead, the undergraduates clung to their ideas about justice and injustice. They became medical students and law students. Then 2020 happened. 

All of sudden, critical race theory was more than mainstream in America’s law schools. It was mandatory. 

Starting this Fall, Georgetown Law School will require all students to take a class “on the importance of questioning the law’s neutrality” and assessing its “differential effects on subordinated groups,” according to university documents obtained by Common Sense. UC Irvine School of Law, University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law, and Boston College Law School have implemented similar requirements. Other law schools are considering them. 

As of last month, the American Bar Association is requiring all accredited law schools to “provide education to law students on bias, cross-cultural competency, and racism,” both at the start of law school and “at least once again before graduation.” That’s in addition to a mandatory legal ethics class, which must now instruct students that they have a duty as lawyers to “eliminate racism.” (The American Bar Association, which accredits almost every law school in the United States, voted 348 to 17 to adopt the new standard.)

Trial verdicts that do not jibe with the new politics are seen as signs of an inextricable hate—and an illegitimate legal order. At the Santa Clara University School of Law, administrators emailed students that the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse—the 17-year-old who killed two men and wounded another during a riot, in Kenosha, Wisconsin—was “further evidence of the persistent racial injustice and systemic racism within our criminal justice system.” At UC Irvine, the university’s chief diversity officer emailed students that the acquittal “conveys a chilling message: Neither Black lives nor those of their allies’ matter.” (He later apologized for having “appeared to call into question a lawful trial verdict.”) 

Professors say it is harder to lecture about cases in which accused rapists are acquitted, or a police officer is found not guilty of abusing his authority. One criminal law professor at a top law school told me he’s even stopped teaching theories of punishment because of how negatively students react to retributivism—the view that punishment is justified because criminals deserve to suffer.

“I got into this job because I liked to play devil’s advocate,” said the tenured professor, who identifies as a liberal. “I can’t do that anymore. I have a family.”

Other law professors—several of whom asked me not to identify their institution, their area of expertise, or even their state of residence—were similarly terrified.

Nadine Strossen, the first woman to head the American Civil Liberties Union and a professor at New York Law School, told me: “I massively self-censor. I assume that every single thing that is said, every facial gesture, is going to be recorded and potentially disseminated to the entire world. I feel as if I am operating in a panopticon.” 

This has all come as a shock to many law professors, who had long assumed that law schools wouldn’t cave to the new orthodoxy.

At a Heterodox Academy panel discussion in December 2020, Harvard Law School Professor Randall Kennedy said that, until recently, he’d thought that fears of law schools becoming illiberal—shutting down unpopular views or voices—had been overblown. “I’ve changed my mind,” said Kennedy, who, in 2013, published a book called “For Discrimination: Race, Affirmative Action, and the Law.” “I think that there really is a big problem.”

The problem has come not just from students, but from administrators, who often foment the forces they capitulate to. Administrators now outnumber faculty at some universities—Yale employs 5,066 administrators and just 4,937 professors—and law schools haven’t been spared the bloat. Several law professors bemoaned the proliferation of diversity, equity, and inclusion offices, which, they said, tend to validate student grievances and encourage censorship. 

The distinction between DEI and the rest of the administration is often wafer thin. At Yale Law School, the Office of Student Affairs told students in an email last week that they could “swing by” the office to grab a “Critical Race Theory T-Shirt!” The T-shirt repeated the phrase “reparations & prison abolition” five times, Bart Simpson-style, before delivering the kicker: “critical race theory & yale law school.”

Law school deans have further entrenched this culture. In 2020, 176 of them petitioned the American Bar Association to require “education around bias, cultural competence, and anti-racism” at all accredited law schools, which led to the new ABA standards this February. 

As the new ideology has been institutionalized, the costs of disobeying it have grown steeper, both for faculty and for students. ​​

At the University of Illinois Chicago, for example, a law professor’s classes were cancelled and his career threatened for including a bleeped out “‘n____’” on an exam in a hypothetical scenario about employment discrimination. (He had used the same scenario for years without incident.)

A Harvard Law professor told me that students face “social death” if they buck the consensus. Students at other law schools—including Yale, NYU, Boston College, Georgetown, and Northwestern—told me much the same thing. “You want to have friends, so you don’t want to say anything controversial,” one Georgetown Law student explained. 

At Boston College Law School this semester, a constitutional law professor asked students: “Who does not think we should scrap the constitution?” According to a student in the class, not a single person raised his hand.

Those students and organizations who do dissent often encounter a tsunami of hate. When members of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law’s Federalist Society chapter invited the conservative writer Josh Hammer to campus in October 2021, the law school’s all-student listserv lit up with invective. 

“I’d be completely unsurprised (and in fact, willing to bet) that Joshie Hammer fucks (or at least tries to fuck—he probably was rejected repeatedly) we the trannies in his free time,” one student emailed. “Or—more likely—he just wants (and needs) to get just fucked in the ass . . . Maybe our lovely, idiotic FedSoc board is experiencing a similar dilemma within their own psychosexual selves.”

That was nothing compared to what happened at Yale Law School earlier this month, when the school’s chapter of the Federalist Society hosted a bipartisan panel on civil liberties. More than 100 law students disrupted the event, intimidating attendees and attempting to drown out the speakers. When the professor moderating the panel, Kate Stith, told the protesters to “grow up,” they hurled abuse at her and insisted their disturbance was “free speech.”

The fracas caused so much chaos that the police were called. After it ended, the protesters pressured their peers to sign an open letter endorsing their actions and condemning the Federalist Society, which they claimed had “​​profoundly undermined our community's values of equity and inclusivity.”

“I’m sure you realize that not signing the letter is not a neutral stance,” one student told her class group chat. She was upset that the panel had included Kristen Waggoner of the Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative legal nonprofit that’s won a slew of religious liberty cases at the Supreme Court.

As similar messages clogged listservs and Discord forums, nearly two-thirds of Yale Law’s student body wound up signing the letter.

Stith, the professor who was lambasted for telling students to “grow up,” doesn’t see the pile-on as an isolated incident. 

“Law schools are in crisis,” she told me. “The truth doesn’t matter much. The game is to signal one’s virtue.” (read much more)

How Are Those Sanctions Working Out, Guys?

Unfortunately, the sanctions the US put on Russia do not appear to be harming Russia at all, even as they are furthering the destruction of the economy of the West, and setting the stage for a collapse of the dollar as reserve currency.

Russia has just announced that if Europe wants its oil, they’re going to have to pay in rubles. This will heavily reenforce the ruble, of course. Presumably, it will make up for most or all of the damage that the sanctions have caused.

Russia will now accept payment for gas exports to “unfriendly countries” in rubles only, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the government on Wednesday.

The president explained that Russia plans to abandon all “compromised” currencies in payment settlements. He added that illegitimate decisions by a number of Western countries to freeze Russia’s assets destroyed all confidence in their currencies.

“I have decided to implement in the shortest possible time a set of measures to change the payments for – yes let’s start with this – for our natural gas supplied to the so-called unfriendly countries in Russian rubles, that is to stop using all compromised currencies for transactions,” the Russian president said.

“It doesn’t make sense to deliver our goods to the EU and the US and get paid in dollars and euros,” he added.

For those who don’t know the details: it is impossible for Europe to shut off Russian gas any time soon. They will literally freeze to death, or have to figure out some kind of wooden steam system.

People were saying Russian might just shut off the gas and let Europe deal with the situation, but this is much better.

The ruble bottomed out on March 7, and has been largely recovering. It’s only down 13% over the month of war.

If you consider that Russia is currently under the most severe economic sanctions in history by the most powerful economic entity in history – it’s not looking too bad.

That 13% isn’t going to affect anyone’s life in Russia, it only affects international trade. Not a big deal. No one in Russia is suffering from this, unless you consider being denied PornHub, Netflix, and McDonald’s as “suffering.”

This ultimatum to Europe will give it its 13% back.

Meanwhile, the Russian stock market, which was closed on the day of the incursion into the Ukraine, was reopened and is doing fine.

Russia’s stocks continued to rise sharply on Thursday as the Moscow Exchange reopened for limited trading this week, after suspending most of its transactions on February 28.

The ruble-based MOEX benchmark went up more than 11% to 2,743 points. The dollar-denominated RTS index of leading Russian stocks was down slightly, to 888.59 points.

The Moscow Exchange resumed trading in 33 Russian equities, including shares of Gazprom, Sberbank, Aeroflot, and other domestic firms. Oil majors Rosneft and Lukoil were both up by 20% and 16%, respectively. Aluminum company Rusal rose more than 14%, while Norilsk Nickel jumped more than 22%.

So, basically, the US operation against Russia has been like a situation where a guy breaks into your house and is waving around a gun at your family, then he goes ahead and puts the gun in his mouth and blows his own brains out. You’re going to have to clean the brains off the wall, and repair the locks on the door, but otherwise you’re going to be good. The intruder, however, is not so good. He’s just blown his own brains out.

This is all happening very quickly.

It’s hard to keep up with.

But the US has effectively committed a very public suicide in the name of a bizarre moral signaling campaign about how they are very good people and so oppose the very bad Russians.

It now looks to me as though this thing was planned over a very long period of time. Since the Maidan, Russia, presumably working with China, has set a trap for the United States in the Ukraine. They knew that after the revolution, the West wouldn’t be able to help itself, and would move NATO forces into the country, and NATOize the country, and so they planned the response – and understood the US response.

There had to be an invasion, because they had to get the US to act in this deranged way, which is the result of both unfathomable hubris and the general degrading of the culture into a state of nonstop moral panic.

The US has already lost.

Putin has demonstrated hypersonic missiles in the Ukraine. These cannot be shot down by any of NATO’s missile defense systems, meaning if NATO tries to attack Russia conventionally, Russia can strike targets across Western Europe. Moreover, there is just no way to invade Russia.

The only remaining options are to back off or start a nuclear war.

It is looking like they will do some kind of chemical attack false flag hoax in the Ukraine, but I don’t even understand what purpose that serves. The only people who will believe that are the “international Community,” which America is already dragging down to hell with them.

There are other theories. Alex Jones and others are saying that Western intelligence is planning to assassinate Joe Biden and blame Russia. That seems a bit outlandish, but I guess you never know. Still, I don’t really see what purpose that would serve. Russia can just say they didn’t do it. Then what changes?

The wheel is already turning.

Putin puts Biden’s King in Check

The absolute stupidity of those in the Biden Administration will go down in history as probably the dumbest ever in the history of the world, not just the United States. Besides disrupting energy supplies, and subjecting the world to a shortage of wheat when Russia and Ukraine represent 30% of the world exports, Biden’s sheer stupidity in just reading what his staff of climate zealots tell him is beyond belief. There is a crisis unfolding even in base metals like nickel.

Removing Russian banks from SWIFT but leaving the energy intact so Europe has power, was so brilliant they obviously never played chess. Putin just put Biden’s king in check by ordering Europe to pay for gas now in Rubles. That will provide support for the Ruble, and undermine Europe and its Euro as well as the dollar in the long run.

First of all, when Biden freezes all of Russia’s reserves, why would you continue to get paid in dollars that Biden could freeze? That makes no sense. This is why I warned that using SWIFT as a political tool would destroy the world economy. There is no putting this back together again. The foundation of TRUST has been lost.

What I would do if I were Putin is to create a two-tier monetary system like South Africa once had with the Financial Rand and Domestic Rand. What I would do to put Biden in Checkmate would be to back ONLY the domestic Ruble with gold to restore confidence among the Russian people, but leave the Ruble float for international transactions – the opposite of what FDR did in 1934.

Biden has destroyed the world economy. This is so devastating going forward, that what comes post-2032 when the world economy finally crashes and burns because of these idiots, there will be a whole new regime change on a global scale. (read more)

End of Petro-Dollar Begins, Russia Instructs Central Bank to Organize Payments From Hostile Countries in Rubles

It’s a smart move by Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Facing financial sanctions and economic pressures from the U.S, NATO, EU and western allies, Putin stated today that all oil and gas payments must be made in Russian rubles.

The EU has few options as they are reliant upon Russia for energy products oil and gas.  If Putin organizes payment in rubles, his currency will automatically increase.  This sets the stage for other less hostile countries like the BRICS alliance to assist Putin ideologically and financially by transacting in rubles through the Russian central bank.

(Oil and Gas) – […] Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that Russia would start charging the countries it considers “hostile” in rubles for its natural gas.

“I have taken a decision to switch to ruble payments for our natural gas supplies to the so-called hostile states, stop using the compromised currencies in such transactions,” Putin said, per a transcript published on the Kremlin website as carried by Bloomberg.

The Russian President—whose list of “hostile” states includes the United States, all EU member states, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, South Korea, Japan, and many others – has ordered the Bank of Russia, the central bank, to develop a system for payments in rubles within a week.  

“At the same time, I want to emphasize that Russia will definitely continue to supply natural gas in line with the volumes and prices, pricing mechanisms set forth in the existing contracts,” Putin said at a government meeting today.

It makes no sense for Russia to export goods to the EU or the United States in U.S. dollars or euros, Putin added.  (more)

COVID-19 - A Biological Weapon Targeting Ethnicity and Body Systems

Much of this essay is based on the testimony of a long list of eminent physicians and scientists to the Grand Jury of the Court of Public Opinion on COVID-19, chaired by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich.[1][2] The content here follows closely on that of my previous essay, A COVID-19 Theory I Cannot Prove.[3]

First, Let’s Think

In one article (Part 4) of a series titled ‘Propaganda and the Media’ that I wrote for the Saker, I began with this observation:

“If I were a dictator, one of my first dictates would be that every adult must take at least one university-level course in logic. In today’s world, with what is essentially an international criminal element in control, one which effectively manages public perception through their leverage over the mass media, readers would benefit immensely from some exposure to the principles of logic.”[4]

Consider for a moment the “China virus”, the Wuhan lab-leak theory, the myriad other claims of China contaminating the world with COVID-19, some American groups even dramatically filing spurious lawsuits against China. Yet this was always nonsense.

Let’s review something very basic. COVID-19 exploded in Wuhan and began to spread, so the health authorities first isolated Wuhan and then locked down the entire province of Hubei. The pathogen did escape Wuhan, but not Hubei. Almost all the infections and nearly every death were in Wuhan or Hubei. The virus did not escape to infect any other city or province in China. Shanghai had only a few infections and deaths while a great many cities and provinces had none, and it ended quickly.

But COVID was so determined to distribute its benefits to a greater portion of mankind that it decided to bypass China and attack the US instead, followed by Europe, Africa, the rest of Asia, and so on. Well, how would this work, exactly? If the virus couldn’t escape Hubei to attack China, how – exactly – could it have escaped to attack the US? HOW did COVID make a flying leap out of Wuhan, bypass the Chinese Mainland altogether, and land in the streets of New York, Rome, Hamburg, and Tokyo? If the virus were progressively leaking out of Wuhan – the “dictatorial and draconian prison” – and escaping to infect every other continent and country, how could it avoid contaminating all of China in the process?

It doesn’t matter if COVID was a lab leak in Wuhan because it didn’t escape beyond Wuhan. We have long since had proof that the virus strains in other countries were very different from that in China and thus must have arisen from another source, but the Western conviction remains that this is a “Chinese” virus that spread throughout the world. Almost no one seems to have the clarity of thought to realise this would have been impossible and that the incessant media attacks were merely a psy-op to deflect suspicion and blame the victim. And yet I have no doubt that most reading this will be unable to recognise the logic and will stubbornly continue to believe there must have been some way for the ‘China’ virus to have infected the world. And not only to infect the world, but to have infected nearly half of the countries on the same day. The logical impossibility of that, seems to have no apparent effect on stillborn minds.

China was unhappy when the US curtailed all flights from China to the US because the flights were from infection-free areas, that action widely seen as merely one more economic-warfare attack on China. And yes, there were some Chinese citizens travelling the world and who produced a positive PCR test (quite possibly a false positive), but these were discovered in foreign cities in ones and twos, hardly sufficient to suddenly inflame a simultaneous worldwide pandemic in 200 countries.

The incredibly rapid spread of COVID-19 should have aroused enormous suspicions around the world because natural pandemics don’t act in this fashion without a lot of help. SARS-Cov-1 touched only 24 countries in 8 months while SARS-Cov-2 hit 196 countries in 1 month, and it is confirmed that not one of those countries has ever found a patient zero. Why doesn’t that set off the alarm bells?

Where Are We Going?

In major international matters such as these, there are no accidents. The eventual outcome, whatever it is and however odd it appears to be, was the planned result. I would refer you to ZIKA, the illness that never was. If you recall, all the media hype quickly turned to massive coverage about microcephaly, proven to be unrelated but used as a psychological weapon in an astonishing push by literally scores of NGOs (all American-financed and almost all Jewish-organised) for removing the abortion legislation in all of Latin America. And that was the result; so far, three nations have rescinded their abortion legislation in what was the last hold-out.

In all major international events, the “official narrative” promulgated by the mass media usually reveal to us the main purpose. With 9-11, it became clear immediately that Iraq was the purpose and the target. With ZIKA, it became immediately clear that the purpose was the removal of abortion restrictions in all of Latin America. With Ukraine, it was obvious almost immediately that the purpose was the re-colonisation of Europe. All of this was evident from the content of the media flood, with literally hundreds of articles every day in the Western and other press, pushing our thinking in those directions.

Much of the fall-out of COVID is yet to come. It will surely be major since most advanced economies took a beating. It seems clear that one of the planned results was the destruction of China’s economy, and perhaps Russia’s as well, but the Western nations weren’t exactly spared either so that suggests something worthy of the cost.

Some people were very concerned that we were headed for an ID-2020 world society where the vaccination passports were to become universal and then morph into an absolute societal control system worldwide. I agree the signs were there, but now suddenly that seems to have been abandoned, with restrictions being removed everywhere in spite of the fact that many countries are still experiencing high new infection rates. That tells us that the objective has already been accomplished, that COVID has served its purpose and can be permitted to quietly die and be replaced once again by the seasonal flu.

In the case of COVID, all of the media push was fear-mongering, toward the extreme lethality of the virus and the absolute necessity of all persons being vaccinated. Anyone offering a contrary or even a cautionary view was crushed, the reputations of even very qualified medical personnel being horribly trashed, and even Facebook and Twitter censoring everyone who spoke out. That tells us this was the main point.

So the question is: WHY did those responsible want everyone vaccinated with an mRNA vaccine that has proven to be largely ineffective, where in many countries nearly all new infections occur in the fully-vaccinated? This naturally raises a suspicion that the vaccine was not meant primarily (or perhaps even secondarily) to control the virus.

COVID-19 as Biological Weapon
Dr. Shankara Chetty

We can begin with Dr. Shankara Chetty, a medical doctor and biological scientist in South Africa who was deeply engaged in treating COVID-19 in his country. His testimony is similar to that of many others in like positions, and is powerful and direct.[5]

Dr. Chetty stated that nearly everything about COVID-19 seemed suspicious to him from the outset. He claimed physicians were being pushed hard to use a PCR test when “this kind of test is never used as a diagnostic tool”. And it worried him that the results of this inappropriate test were being used to determine public health measures. There were two items of special concern to him; one was that the government was telling the people to not go to a doctor but to stay at home and, if they became seriously or critically ill, to go to the hospital. Similarly, doctors were told to not treat patients because there was no treatment. In particular, the government was directing doctors and hospitals against the use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin which would normally have been the treatment of choice.

The second concern was that so-called experts advising the government didn’t question any of the items he knew were wrong or suspect, and the government was following their advice. Dr. Chetty said he quickly developed a very healthy suspicion about what he was being told because the government experts “were punting this narrative” when there was no existing proof for any of it and where some of their statements were provably untrue.

Thus, when the virus first reached South Africa, (the first wave), he ignored the PCR tests and diagnosed the illness by its symptoms, the loss of smell and taste, though that was suspicious also because those symptoms didn’t normally occur with a virus. He said what the patients seemed to have was just a common flu, and that most patients recovered quickly with little more than a sore throat.

He said the first treatment drug that came to his mind was hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) because it had been used for decades, was well-known, and had broad antiviral properties. He’d been treating patients with it for 30 years and never had a side effect with it. In preparation, he bought a big stock, all he could find, and two days later the government pulled it from the shelves.

In every case with symptoms of consequence, he treated his patients with HCQ and all fully recovered within a few days or a week at the most. There were no recurrences or secondary infections, meaning that a solid immunity had been established. This is very different from the experience in the Western countries where many had been re-infected, especially those who had received several injections (vaccinations).

But there was a secondary symptom of breathlessness which occurred later “in a small subset” of patients and with potentially serious effects, and which was responsible for the deaths. Some cases were minor, some more severe and lasted longer, but some were serious, occurring very suddenly and progressing very quickly with patients needing a ventilator within a day. The breathlessness seemed to always occur exactly one week after appearance of the first symptoms, the patients having been perfectly fine the day before and completely recovered from the virus. He noted that the same was also happening in Italy, which indicated the two countries were dealing with the same strain.

He said there was no relation between the severity of the initial symptoms (from the virus) and the onset of breathlessness on the 8th day. So he was dealing with a non-linear illness that was bi-phasic with no correlation between the phases, meaning two different pathologies that were unrelated, and which were not influenced by any pre-existing health issues. He concluded that he was dealing with some kind of hypersensitivity, that these people were having some sort of allergic reaction. The pneumonia (from the virus) was gone and he was now dealing with another pathogen.

Dr. Chetty’s grand discovery, and his conclusion, were that the COVID virus was not the pathogen. It did cause an infection but our immune system was strong enough to fight it off. But after that, the debris left behind by the 8th day caused allergic reactions and it was this that was killing people. The spike protein was the primary pathogen and this was responsible for the illness, hospitalisations and deaths. For those who were not allergic to the spike protein, their body would clear it away, but for those who were allergic, and if the allergy were severe, it could kill them. It’s the same as a bee sting; most people have only an itch while a few will obtain a body rash that requires some time to abate. But if your allergy is severe, you will die without immediate treatment. He noted also that a study in China found a very high correlation between allergic markers and the spike protein, confirming that his diagnosis had been correct and that it was not the virus but a severe allergy to the spike protein that was responsible for the injuries and deaths.

He put these patients on steroids and antihistamines, and all fully recovered without need for supplementary oxygen or ventilators. Dr. Chetty said he treated about 10,000 patients, none of whom experienced any injury and with not a single death.

With his suspicion from the start that they were dealing with a lab-made virus, he wrote an article on what he had learned about treating the virus, and “that was where the trouble started”. He said in his article that if people applied the early treatment, then the use of an mRNA vaccine developed hastily and rushed to market would be unnecessary. He shared his findings with everyone who came to mind, beginning with the President of South Africa, various government members, and the country’s health systems. They all ignored him. He sent his findings to all the hospitals and labs, with the same result. He also sent it to every doctor he knew, with somewhat better results.

In an attempt to gain more traction for what he had learned about COVID, Dr. Chetty submitted his paper to “every publication I could find”. All refused to publish it, usually on the grounds that they needed the copyright or they published only from subscribers. He said that when his government and health officials ignored him and the medical journals chose to “cherry-pick” vital scientific health knowledge, he knew he was dealing with a vast “collusion”. And when he considered the political drama with HCQ, the sanitation measures, all the media hype and misinformation, the so-called “medical experts” advising his government, the intense push for vaccines, he knew there was “a bigger plan in play” and that the virus had to have been a deliberately-released lab creation.

Interestingly, Dr. Chetty shared what he had learned with his colleagues in India and experienced a grateful reception. At the time, one province in India was suffering an enormous COVID attack that was apparently suppressed in record time and with few deaths, from following Dr. Chetty’s treatment recommendations. Even more interesting were reports of phone discussions between Biden and Indian President Modi with the word on the street that India would not reveal their methods of treating the coronavirus in return for favors from the US.

But there was much more. South Africa experienced four “waves” of the COVID virus, and all were different. During the first wave, the symptoms were loss of taste and smell, but these disappeared in the second wave, and were replaced by new symptoms. In the second wave, the allergic symptom, the breathlessness, disappeared to be replaced by gastrointestinal problems, and with reactions that were much more severe than in the first wave. So, there was still an allergic reaction on the 8th day but now in the intestinal tract instead of in the lungs.

Dr. Chetty was convinced that the spike protein was the culprit, and it had changed in a way that gave it a new affinity for receptors in the gastrointestinal system, which reinforced his conviction he was dealing with a lab-made virus. He discovered that only the spike protein had mutated, not the rest of the virus, which he said was very strange because that doesn’t happen in nature. Very importantly, Dr. Chetty noted that while engineering a virus in a lab, you can also engineer the mutations it will undergo.

With the third wave, the symptoms on the 8th day were not breathlessness or gastroenteritis, but now the mutated spike protein attacked the cardiovascular (circulatory) system. He said he expected that Omicron, with 50 new mutations in the spike protein, was yet another new engineered virus. It then became clearly evident that Omicron was neuro-toxic, affecting the nervous system. So, South Africa’s four waves presented entirely different initial symptoms and the mutated spike protein attacked four different major body systems: respiratory, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and neural.

There was something even more startling. In the first wave, Dr. Chetty had only black people as patients. In the second wave it was mostly patients of Indian descent who came to him. He said, “No black patients any more, all Indians”. It was the second wave that severely ravaged India, and in Dr. Chetty’s second wave he had mostly Indian patients, presumably the same strain. In the third wave, there were almost no black or Indian patients; instead, they were “all white and Muslim”. You can recall that in the US, the first wave especially affected blacks. With China, COVID was initially 100% Chinese-specific until the virus mutated. This toxicity of the spike protein to a particular body system may be universal. Some countries were exposed to more strains than others, not all with the same number of strains (waves), and in other countries other major body systems were affected, the reproductive system being one. Also, the ethnic-specificity of different waves in different countries may be universal but we don’t have the information because the media control the narrative and these topics are subject to a full news embargo.

Dr. Chetty said these discoveries drew his attention to “something far more sinister”. He said he had always had thoughts in the back of his mind about COVID having been a pre-planned deliberate release, and that he now finally understood that it had to have been done according to a pre-arranged plan. Dr. Chetty said he repeatedly thought about COVID having been engineered, and that if it could affect different systems and different ethnicities, “that is a very bad omen”. He said “This is a preamble to ethnic cleansing. It was a practice lesson in how to affect different systems and different population groups with mutations that you engineer into a virus.” And he knew not only that he was dealing with a bio-weapon, but that Pfizer and others were going to expose the entire planet to the toxic spike protein. “If you demonstrate that the spike protein is the primary pathogen, [and expose this], that shows the vaccines in a very dangerous light.”

Dr. Soňa Peková

Next, we have the testimony of Dr. Soňa Peková,[6]

a Molecular Biologist from the Czech Republic, whose observations and conclusions were nearly identical to those of Dr. Chetty. She observed as well that all subsequent waves contained many mutations and were genomically different from each other. They discovered that each “wave” was created by a different strain of the virus, but also that the various strains were not directly inter-related. This meant that a new wave was not a direct descendant, a mutated resurgence, from the prior wave, but the introduction into the population of a completely new strain of the virus.

Dr. Peková noted that in the transition from one “wave” to another, the virus lost many of its mutations from the previous wave, something that is not evolutionarily possible. A virus is not able to erase mutations and return to the original blueprint. A virus cannot “shed” mutations once adopted; it simply continues adding new changes, which again means that each new wave was a new strain of the virus that had been manufactured and then introduced into the population.

It should be noted that it was due only to the very up-to-date tools in this lab that these discoveries could be made. It was possible to do this only by using ‘next-generation’ sequencing; the more common tools would never have discovered this. Dr. Peková’s lab analysed more than 30,000 samples, using this new tool for the full sequencing of the entire genome, of the individual waves and the individual viruses. It was due only to the next-generation sequencing that they could actually identify the genetic diversity among the waves.

Next generation sequencing (NGS), is a DNA sequencing technology which has revolutionised genomic research. Using NGS an entire human genome can be sequenced within a single day. In contrast, the previous Sanger sequencing technology, used to decipher the human genome, required over a decade to deliver the final draft. Although in genome research NGS has mostly superseded conventional Sanger sequencing, it has not yet translated into routine clinical practice.

Dr. Peková said the waves of COVID “smashed through the country” in “an orchestrated way”, to the extent that it was even announced months in advance that it would happen, that a new wave would come. She said it was so strange; her country was clear in the summer of 2020, there being no virus present at that time, so how could the government know that there would be a rapid and abrupt new wave coming soon? “How were they able to predict there would be another wave coming in September? It was announced ahead of time, and the waves appeared as predicted.” She said further, “to have a respiratory disease starting at the end of August is impossible; we never see this in the warm summer but only later in the year with the cold and rain.”

The wave circulating in Czechia in Nov 2020 was genomically quite different from that in the Spring, but Czechia had closed its borders and it was deemed impossible to experience a new pathogen in a confined population. So their question was “what or where was the source of those new generations”? Dr. Peková stated very firmly that even the mass media admitted “There is no known origin of the Omicron variant”, so “in my eyes it came from a lab, and it was deliberately leaked. All the clues show that it is on purpose.”

Dr. Luc Montagnier

In early 2020, Dr. Luc Montagnier, who was awarded a Nobel Prize for the discovery of the virus that causes AIDS, stated, “We have carefully analyzed the description of the genome of this RNA virus. We weren’t the first, a group of Indian researchers tried to publish a study showing that the complete genome of this virus has within the sequences of another virus: that of HIV.” [NOTE: the Indian group did publish their discovery but were apparently under intense pressure to withdraw it, the media quickly insinuating the withdrawal was due to inaccuracy but the picture was by no means clear on that, and the pressure appears to have been political rather than scientific.] Dr. Montagnier’s point was that the COVID genome does indeed contain spliced segments of HIV RNA, something that cannot be a coincidence and could have occurred only in a lab. I believe he stated as well that the presence of these HIV segments could not have resulted from any natural evolutionary process.[7]

Epilogue

The waves in different countries were not all the same, and not every country had the same number of waves. Some like South Africa had four while others had as many as six, and it now appears that all the waves were of different viruses with each attacking a different specific body system, and many of them were also specific to one ethnic group or another. When you combine this with the fact that the outbreaks occurred in multiple locations and must have been inflicted with a huge amount of pathogen to create nearly vertical infection patterns and in high numbers, and the fact that no country has ever reported finding a ‘patient zero’, there is no way to deny that this entire adventure was deliberately inflicted on the people of the world.

COVID-19 indeed appears to have been a biological weapon but it was of much larger scope than merely a US bio-warfare attack on China. This was a bio-warfare attack on all the people of the world. The Americans were heavily complicit, but it wasn’t their plan; they were “just following orders”, almost certainly using their bio-weapons labs as the source and their military bases as the distribution system. There is nothing else that fits the known facts. Admittedly, it would have been technically possible to accomplish this by different means, but that would have been much more difficult and cumbersome. There is no other practical distribution system that would suffice.

And this, based on circumstantial evidence alone, had to have been a Jewish program. The most damning evidence is the one that is most obvious – the mass media which worldwide is almost entirely controlled by Jews. The entire Western media and also in much of the rest of the world, were all onside, pushing precisely the same agenda, with the same daily floods of doomsday news, of magnificent falsehoods, tales of death and depression everywhere, with intense psychological manipulation for which these people are famous, and the intense push to manipulate everyone to accept the spike injections. There is no Gentile organisation anywhere with the power to assemble and energise the Jewish media as a group to do anything, and certainly nothing of this scale. Logic alone tells us this had to be a Jewish agenda. There is no other possibility that fits all the facts. And of course, Pfizer and Moderna, both Jewish companies, were in the forefront of the injection schemes. Gilead is another, with its Remdesivir.

In all countries where we have information, “medical experts” were giving incredibly wrong advice to the governments who were unanimously accepting it, over-riding the many and loud objections by their own health staff. It is especially damning that, again in most countries where we have information, the governments instructed the public to not see a doctor if they were ill, but to stay at home and wait, and go to a hospital if they became critical. And doctors in many countries were firmly told to not see or treat COVID patients, and that there was no treatment possible. And yet treatment was available and all those lives could have been saved since it now appears true that hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin are in fact effective treatments. And this was apparently all done for the sake of pushing the spike injections. And we still do not know why.

It should not be ignored that only in China was containing the virus the main task. In all of the West, containment was half-hearted and leaky at best, lockdowns and quarantines intended to fail. If you have a barn with three doors and you want to prevent your horses from running off, you lock all the doors; you don’t leave one wide open. The so-called “restrictions” in the West were meant only to provide a public image of ‘doing something’ while actually doing nothing consequential. And that means the virus was meant to sweep through the Western populations to assist the scare-mongering into injections.

The prospect of the forced injections is especially disturbing because most Western nations have now been conditioned to this, and it will appear again. I recall reading a statement by a Robert Kagan look-alike who said that the only way to get full control of the world’s population would be to “line everyone up and give them a vaccination”. It will happen again. Bill Gates said “Next time, we will do in in 6 months.” It didn’t work perfectly this time, but it may have worked well enough; in many countries a very high percentage of the population were vaccinated with the mRNA vaccines, many of them multiple times, and we still don’t know what was contained in them. My instinct tells me that the vaccination programs contain most of the secret to this.

To actually force people to be vaccinated by threatening publics with fines and prison sentences, refusing them entry to most public facilities, to deny parents access to their own children, just for the sake of the vaccination, means that jabbing everyone was of extreme importance to the plan. And the extreme attacks on the supposed “anti-vaxxers” was not an accident. Anyone speaking against the untested COVID vaccines was derided, attacked, de-platformed, excoriated as scum and a mentally-unbalanced conspiracy theorist. I have seldom seen such vicious attacks on sincere people with genuine concerns.

There are more chapters to this story – all damning – dealing with the PCR test, the treatments and medications, and of course the injections (vaccinations). I will deal with them in subsequent articles. With all the pieces assembled, it seems impossible to avoid the conclusion that COVID-19 was a lab-created virus unleashed upon the world according to some master plan. It also seems impossible to explain why so many governments would have participated in this massive fraud, apparently willingly. Nevertheless, whatever the end purpose or motivation, this does not bode well for the common people, except perhaps in China and Russia and possibly one or two other countries who have not been party to this. Mike Lindell Drops 88-Page Forensic Report Showing Conclusive Evidence of Manipulated Voter Files From Mesa County, Colorado

For several months, Mike Lindell has been championing a forensic review of voter files from Mesa County, Colorado.  In a series of forensic reports looking into Colorado’s use of Dominion vote tabulators, a data forensic team led by cyber-security expert Doug Gould have been reviewing electronic files from the 2020 election. {Direct Rumble Link}

According to Mike Lindell, Doug Gould and the team of forensic analysts who just completed the work, have conclusive evidence that files were manipulated and deleted during a May 2021, software update driven by the system vendor, Dominion.  Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters made a copy of the election files before and after the Dominion vendor installed software.  A forensic review of those files shows a difference in the actual voting tabulation.

Mike Lindell notes he is filing injunctions immediately against seven states to stop them from using these electronic systems in the 2022 election, and later more injunctions will be filed in other states.  The evidence to support those injunctions is included in the 88-page report.

I hope Lindell is successful, because part of the motivation for Joe Biden to continue extending the national state of emergency over COVID, appears to be the ongoing effort to use expanded mail-in ballots in the 2022 election. (read more)

The Battle in Mariupol Is Intense and Filled With Western Propaganda – Russian Military Fighting Ukrainian Azov Battalions and Ultranationalists in Eastern Region

The picture in Eastern Ukraine is becoming clearer as the residents begin being able to talk openly about the key battleground in Mariupol.

Keep in mind, the western narrative about the battles in Eastern Ukraine are all framed around calling the Ukrainian military, spearheaded by the Azov battalions and the ultranationalists, as the good guys.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  According to increasingly obvious reports, coming from ordinary citizens in/around Mariupol, the Ukrainian army has been using them as human shields and keeping them from evacuating.

There is a lot of war fog surrounding the conflict, however, it is the absence of any pro-Ukraine army sentiment from the local residents that supports the evidence the Ukraine military (Azov Nazi battalion, supported by U.S. and NATO alliance) are actually the bad guys in this region.  The eastern region conflict has been ongoing for years, with Russia supporting the residents and the Ukraine military attacking them.

The Russian army has been fighting the Ukraine military in/around Mariupol while the Azov battalions have kept the citizens captive.  However, the Russians are now surrounding the Ukraine military and slowly clearing each of the surrounding villages allowing the formerly captive people to leave or seek safety.

At least in this part of the conflict, the U.S. and NATO alliance is supporting the brutality against Eastern Ukrainian citizens by supporting the Nazi factions of the Ukraine military.   There is a genocide happening in this region, but it is the Ukraine military, the far-right ultranationalists in the Azov battalions and others doing the killing, not the Russians.

If the residents in Eastern Ukraine do not align with the ultranationalist factions of the Ukraine military and fight the Russians, they are subjected to gross human rights abuses, beatings and threats against their families.  Western nations are supporting this activity and deploying extreme propaganda messaging to cover it up.

There are no pro-Ukraine military stories from the residents in this region of the conflict.  All of the residents in the Eastern Ukraine region, including the city of Mariupol, are saying the Russian military are the liberators of the region.  A Telegram Channel is documenting the evidence – SEE HERE.

Against the reality of that situation in Mariupol, President Zelenskyy, NATO and the western media are promoting a narrative that runs completely counter to what little truth is able to escape from the area.

Within the western propaganda, the Russians are reported to have “taken captives,” with a propaganda spin of Russia setting up concentration camps for the citizens in/around Mariupol.

(MSM) […] Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the siege of Mariupol would go down in history for what he described as war crimes committed by Russian troops and raised the specter of a “third world war” if negotiations with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin fail.

“To do this to a peaceful city, what the occupiers did, is a terror that will be remembered for centuries to come,” Zelenskyy said in a video address to his nation Sunday.

 Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said Russia is killing citizens in Ukraine because its invasion has stalled, describing the tactic as “disgusting.”

“We’ve seen deliberate targeting of cities and towns and civilians throughout the last several weeks,” Austin said on CBS’ “Face The Nation.” (read more)

The propaganda out of the Mariupol battle space is extreme.

As the Ukrainian military (Azov, etc.) take up positions in schools and public buildings, any Russian attack against those troops is then called an attack against civilians.  There is zero evidence of that taking place; exactly the opposite is true.  The Ukraine forces in this region are using the citizens as shields and cannon fodder against the Russian forces.

Again, when you are trying to find the truth, the voices on the ground are the most likely source of actual information.  In the example of the area in/around Mariupol, the people who live there are pointing out that the Ukraine military, paramilitary enforcers, and ultranationalists are the terrorists.  The Russians are viewed as the liberators.

Despite how the media is portraying this, there is ZERO evidence from the citizens in/around the area to support the western narrative.  That tells us the locals are up against the totality of western propaganda.

We have reached the economic destruction phase of management’s Silent War plans. The lockdowns that destroyed millions of small businesses over two years for a sniffles bug weren’t enough. It’s time for the scorched earth period of the show, the ‘set your own house on fire’ scene of the second act in the globalist’s prepared play.

The price of oil is exploding up and gushing over the world like James Dean in the movie Giant. Soccer moms who spend all day watching real housewives reruns have no idea what’s coming, but when they do, they’ll unthinkingly alter their behavior and go out and buy the latest EV the government wants them to. Consumer behavior nudged through intentional economic pain.

The average price of gas will soon have doubled from a year ago. The American middle and working classes who don’t nudge will require diapers when filling the tank. The price of anything that needs to be transported will sky rocket. For the western consumer that’s pretty much everything.

This is intentional. The fear and angst from the plandemic are wearing off. The plebs had a brief taste of new normalcy, with masks, child abuse at schools, job losses and myocarditis management pills, but now must be herded back into the proper psychological corrals. All of it helps hide the “sudden death syndrome” now plaguing the Covidian Borg. The farcical news bulletins get more hilarious by the day.

It’s not just sudden death gaslighting and the price of oil. Russia and Ukraine provide nearly a third of the global wheat supply, much of it to Egypt and North Africa. The Black Sea has been closed to exports while the bear does his mauling and the comic lets his people get mauled on orders of the empire, so that wheat exports are intentionally stalled.

The price of wheat will bring out the self-immolators of the Maghreb as it did during the last Arab spring. Global management would love to see thousands of self immolators this time around instead of just one. Will they be able to afford gasoline to pour over themselves if they can’t afford the wheat? Perhaps they can use their credit cards to stick it to the bankers before they go.

The crowds in Iraq are already getting restless on the wheat front. We know what happens when crowds in Iraq start forming and there are no Abrams Tanks with depleted uranium shells aiming their guns at them.

Speaking of depleted uranium, where will the empire get theirs when Russia shuts down exports? The pentagon desk responsible for anticipating this one was on paternity leave for breast feeding duty. Diversity is our strength.

It’s not just wheat, oil, depleted uranium and transport costs. Commodities across the board are trading like porn site shit coins. The price of Nickel shot up 250% in one day. At some high rise in Hong Kong there's a Chinese chicken little trader furiously chain smoking Marlboros in his underwear eyeing the street below.

The price of natural gas is the highest ever. The new German Frau in charge of Europe’s continued destruction claims there’s enough on reserve from those evil Ruskie pipes (that the EU commissioned for years) to keep the volk varm through the end of winter. Except the long range forecast for the northern mainland is an extended winter through April. Let’s hope for the sake of European virtue signaling operations against Russia those windmills don’t freeze again.

Everything is right on schedule, even the entire global supply chain being completely off schedule is right on schedule.

The cooking oil shortages have hit Indonesia and Malaysia and will spread to all of southeast Asia. That’s a billion more people who will be fomenting anger soon, but that’s exactly what Herr Schwab wanted. “Zer is more emotional turmoil in zee world. People in some parts of zee world are angry,” he said in 2017 and again last year. Herr Schwab loves it when the masses get angry. Angry people are good for engineering more chaos.

The World Economic Forum website is full of useful self-help advice about how to navigate our uncertain world they have so kindly engineered for us. They say not to embrace ‘toxic positivity’, which might undermine the feelings of another, and might be too condescending. Get it?

And so we must all heed the advice of global management on our own psychological states while they set infernos everywhere. Why wouldn’t we take advice on this subject from a globally interconnected cabal of sociopaths and psychopaths?

There was an air raid siren that went off across the city of Prague in the aughts every other Thursday at quarter to noon. After decades of no bombs dropping, and two generations not knowing the pain and suffering of war it was ignored by the people. In our post modern world it was a warning to the public to know that there was something there to warn them about something in the past that required a warning.

There are presently warnings going off to let the people know of the Silent War against them, and the people have been conditioned to ignore them. Alex Jones is but one of those sirens. The Borg mock and chide him to their own detriment while we fill his meme jar with pennies from heaven. You cannot force the Borg to water. Certainly not to the Alex Jones oasis that portends the suffering is only just beginning.

The past few years were act one. Act two is in full force. Organized destruction of the global economy is accelerating. They have killed capitalism to usher in more corporate-state fascism.

The infernos are presently raging everywhere, not just at false flag nuclear facilities in Ukraine. All the institutions of the west are so sufficiently degraded or in ashes, there would be no point in trying to resurrect any of them, if only because there’s nothing left to start with. Science is bought and owned by management. We are told to worship it as our new God. Government agencies are bought and owned by woke corporations, another new God. Universities are a joke. Media work for intelligence agencies. Hospitals work for government death accelerators. Public education is organized child abuse and institutional sexual confusion by teacher’s unions. Bankers at half a dozen institutions own everything. Our noble overlord Bill Gates is the largest farmland owner in America, just in time for global food shortages. Now that’s a man with his finger on the pulse of the future eager to extinguish other pulses to fulfill his Ted Talk prophecies.

And just to keep us on our toes they conveniently forgot to shut down the biolabs in Ukraine where secret experiments on Ukrainian soldiers have been taking place through third-party pentagon contractors since 2004. They knew for months the bear would maul and did everything they could to anger the bear so he did maul, but somehow forgot to clear out those labs before he mauled? Cue the “conspiracy theorists” making noises about the next intentional virus release.

The east and west are all pointing to the biolabs and yelling different things, making false flag accusations. Everyone is looking at the biolabs in Ukraine as the source of the next scamdemic because they are all pointing in that direction. Would the media and global managers who knew what future they’re planning point us in the right direction?

The documents uncovered by investigative reporter Dilynana Gaytandzhieva reveal the deadliest ‘bioweapon’ in these U.S. funded Ukraine labs is hemorrhagic fever. Not exactly the source of a new pandemic since it’s insufficiently viral, meaning it’s not likely to leave Ukraine. But it’s all a nice source of distraction and diversion from the bigger killer they’re clearly engineering - mass economic pain and in some parts of the world, starvation.

In the west they’ll get you both ways. If they don’t get you coming, they’ll get you going to spend money that you earned, which will soon be as worthless as the German Reichsmark in 1923. Commodity inflation is just one mode of suffering, almost as sinister as currency inflation and wage stagnation.

Trillions of dollars were printed to bail out the 0.1% while deliberately destroying those millions of small businesses. Equities and assets were artificially inflated through a massive spending bubble that will soon go “POP!”. Whatever remains of 401k’s will come in handy for one or two tanks of gas on the drive to the nearest pawn shop, sky scraper or high speed train tracks.

Now management has a convenient out. There’s an angry evil bear to pin it all on. They’re presently trying to blame inflation, gas prices, dollar debasement and the coming economic suffering on Putin and Russia. He is their scapegoat for their intentional destruction of the old system, in preparation for their new system. The west is in deep trouble when Putin tells the truth about their ruling elites who lie about Putin.

But it’s all to prepare for their new system of total surveillance through one digital pass (money, health, transport, society) which is based on China’s model. It’s the gamification of social life. You gain points when you contribute to Fauci’s “common good”, and lose points when you don’t obey. All the central banks of the west are currently creating the greatest system of humanity’s enslavement ever devised - central bank digital currencies - CBDCs.

Programmable digital currencies that are tied to your behavior and submission and can be shut off for wrong-think. Did you march on the Champs-Élysées or Trafalgar Square last Sunday, or downtown New York or join in your local neighborhood protest against trans men going into teenage girls’ bathrooms? Your digital wallet was just frozen for holding the wrong political views. Sorry. You just got knocked off by a bureaucratic mushroom at the treasury department. Game over. You Were Born With a Brain Allowing You To Process Information

CTH has encountered criticism for our position on information.  Perhaps it is important to step back and explain exactly why we should not be playing by rules established to control us while engaged in the battle of ideas.  First, my position:

…”There is no such thing as “disinformation” or “misinformation”.  There is only information you accept and information you do not accept.  You were not born with a requirement to believe everything you are told; rather, you were born with a brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.”…

There are only two elements within the public discussion of information, truth and not truth.

In an era filled with “fact-checkers” and institutional guardians at the gates of Big Tech, let me explain exactly why it is important not to accept the speech rules of the guards.

When you accept the terms “disinformation”, “misinformation” or the newest lingo, “malinformation,” you are beginning to categorize truth and lies in various shades.  You are merging black and white, right and wrong, into various shades of grey.

When your mind works in the grey zone, you are, by direct and factual consequence, saying there is a problem.  You are correct; however, this is where people may make a mistake. That problem is supposed to be there.

It is not a solution to the problem to try and remove the grey simply because it takes too much work to separate the white pixels from the black ones.  You were born with a gift, the greatest gift a loving God could provide.  You were born with a brain and set of natural instincts that are tools to do this pixel separation, use them.

If you define the grey work as a problem you cannot solve on your own, you open the door for others to solve that problem for you.  You begin to abdicate the work, and that’s when trouble can enter.  The sliding scale of Pinocchios is one of the most familiar yet goofy outcomes.

Put more clearly, when you accept the terminology “disinformation”, you accept a problem.  The problem is then the tool by which authorities will step in to make judgements.  Speech, in its most consequential form, is then qualified by others to whom you have sub-contracted your thinking.

When you willingly sub-contract information filters to others, you have lost connection with the raw information.   CTH was founded upon the belief that truth has no agenda, nor does it care about you, your feelings, or your opinion of it.  It just sits there, empirically existing as evidence of information in its most pure form.

The search for truth, in all things, is the mission objective of this assembly.   Often, we don’t like the truth; often, the truth is bitter, cold, challenging and even painful to accept.  However, the truth doesn’t care.  Information in its most raw form is ambivalent to your opinion.  If you struggle to accept these things, that’s when you need grey.  The New York Times is not called the “grey lady” accidentally.

Personally, I am an absorber of information – perhaps on a scale that is unusual.  But I do not discount information from any form until I can put context to it and see if the information makes sense given all the variables present.  When something doesn’t feel right, it’s almost always because it isn’t right.

Often, I find myself struggling in the grey and complex.  It is not unusual to spend days researching, digging, clarifying a situation, only to discover the path to finding the truth is in another direction entirely.   Erasing everything and starting over is frustrating, but it is genuinely the only approach that works; and often finding truth is supposed to be difficult, that’s why it is rewarding.

In the digital information age, we are bombarded with information.  It is easy to be overwhelmed and need to find something or someone who has better skills at separating the black grains from the white ones.  All opinions in this quest should be considered; thus, it is important to allow the free flow of information.

I am not necessarily a speech absolutist.  There is some language that needs to be constrained if we are to participate in a respectful society, with grandma’s rules and knowing the audience.  The CTH has guidelines for comments for this exact reason.  However, those constraints need to be based on a set of inherent values.   When it comes to information it is important to draw a distinction from speech.

There needs to be an open venue for all information. Unfortunately, when we begin to apply labels or categorization to information, there’s an opportunity for information to be manipulated – even weaponized.  Saul Alinsky spent decades pondering the best techniques to weaponize information and speech.  Alinsky’s intentions in the endeavor to change society by changing how language and information was used were not good. He devoted his completed rulebook book to Lucifer.

Be careful about anyone saying we need to label or categorize information in order to control or remove speech from the discussion.

You were not born with a requirement to believe everything you are told; rather, you were born with a God-given brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.

I think it is the beginning of a new Cold War. I think the Russians will gradually react quite adversely and it will affect their policies. I think it is a tragic mistake. Those Who Chose Shaming Over Science

For the first 62 years of my life, I don’t recall anyone calling me a selfish idiot, much less a sociopath or a mouth-breathing Trumptard. All that changed when Covid rolled in and I expressed, ever so gingerly, a few concerns about the lockdown policies. Here’s a sampling of what the keyboard warriors threw back at me:

• Enjoy your sociopathy.
• Go lick a pole and catch the virus.
• Have fun choking on your own fluids in the ICU.
• Name three loved ones that you’re ready to sacrifice to Covid. Do it now, coward.
• You went to Harvard? Yeah, right, and I’m God. Last I checked, Harvard doesn’t accept troglodytes.

From the earliest days of the pandemic, something deep inside me—in my soul, if you will—recoiled from the political and public response to the virus. Nothing about it felt right or strong or true. This was not just an epidemiological crisis, but a societal one, so why were we listening exclusively to some select epidemiologists? Where were the mental health experts? The child development specialists? The historians? The economists? And why were our political leaders encouraging fear rather than calm?

The questions that troubled me the most had less to do with epidemiology than with ethics: Was it fair to require the greatest sacrifice from the youngest members of society, who stood to suffer the most from the restrictions? Should civil liberties simply disappear during a pandemic, or did we need to balance public safety with human rights? Unschooled in the ways of online warriors, I assumed the Internet would allow me to engage in “productive discussions” about these issues. So I hopped online, and the rest was hysteria.

Village idiot, flat earther, inbred trash, negative IQ… Let’s just say that my thin skin got the test of a lifetime.

And it wasn’t just me: anyone who questioned the orthodoxy, whether expert or ordinary citizen, got a similar skinburn. In the words of one community physician, who for obvious reasons shall remain anonymous: “Many doctors including myself, along with virologists, epidemiologists and other scientists, advocated a targeted approach and a focus on the most vulnerable cohorts of patients, only to be dismissed as anti-science, tin foil hat kooks, conspiracy theorists, antivax and other equally colorful disparaging labels.”

Early in the game I decided I wouldn’t respond to such insults with more insults—not because I’m especially high-minded, but because mudslinging contests just leave me angry and it’s not fun to walk around angry all day. Instead, I took the shaming on the chin (and still walked around angry).

The Shame Game

The shaming impulse asserted itself right from the start of the pandemic. On Twitter, #covidiot began trending on the evening of March 22, 2020, and by the time the night was over, 3,000 tweets had coopted the hashtag to denounce poor public health practices. When CBS News posted a video of spring breakers partying in Miami, outraged citizens shared the students’ names in their social media networks, accompanied by such missives as “do not give these selfish dumbfucks beds and/or respirators.”

In the early days of the pandemic, when panic and confusion reigned, such indignation could perhaps be forgiven. But the shaming gained momentum and wove itself into the zeitgeist. Also: it didn’t work.

As noted by Harvard Medical School epidemiologist Julia Marcus, “shaming and blaming people is not the best way to get them to change their behavior and actually can be counterproductive because it makes people want to hide their behavior.” Along similar lines, Jan Balkus, an infectious disease specialist at the University of Washington, maintains that shaming can make it harder for people to “acknowledge situations where they may have encountered risk.”

If shaming “covidiots” for their behavior doesn’t accomplish much, you can be sure that shaming people for Wrongthink won’t change any minds. Instead, we heretics simply stop telling the shamers what we’re thinking. We nod and smile. We give them the match point and continue the debate in our own heads.

Gloves Off

For two years I’ve been that person. I’ve smiled politely while dodging insults. To put my interlocutors at ease, I’ve prefaced my heterodox opinions with disclaimers like “I dislike Trump as much as you do” or “For the record, I’m triple-vaxxed myself.”  

Just today, I’ll allow myself to drop the pandering and call it as I see it.

To everyone who dumped on me for questioning the shutdown of civilization and calling out the damage it inflicted on the young and the poor: you can take your shaming, your scientific posturing, your insufferable moralizing, and stuff it. Every day, new research knocks more air out of your smug pronouncements.

You told me that without lockdowns, Covid would have wiped out a third of the world, much as the Black Death decimated Europe in the 14^th century. Instead, a Johns Hopkins meta-analysis concluded that lockdowns in Europe and the US reduced Covid-19 mortality by an average of 0.2%. 

What’s more, long before this study we had good evidence that anything less than a China-style door-welding lockdown wouldn’t do much good. In a 2006 paper, the WHO Writing Group affirmed that “mandatory case reporting and isolating patients during the influenza pandemic of 1918 did not stop virus transmission and were impractical.”

You told me that social interaction is a want, not a need. Well, yes. So is good food. In truth, social isolation kills. As reported in a September 2020 review article published in Cell, loneliness “may be the most potent threat to survival and longevity.” The article explains how social isolation lowers cognitive development, weakens the immune system, and puts people at risk of substance use disorders. And it’s not like we didn’t know this before Covid: in 2017, research by Brigham Young University professor Julianne Holt-Lunstad determined that social isolation accelerates mortality as much as smoking 15 cigarettes per day. Her findings splashed the pages of news outlets around the world. 

You told me we need not worry about the effects of Covid restrictions on children because kids are resilient—and besides, they had it much worse in the great wars. Meanwhile, the UK saw a 77% increase in pediatric referrals for such issues as self-harm and suicidal thoughts during a 6-month period in 2021, in relation to a similar stretch in 2019. And if that doesn’t shake you up, a World Bank analysis estimated that, in low-income countries, the economic contraction ensuing from lockdown policies led 1.76 children to lose their lives for every Covid fatality averted. 

You told me that vaccinated people don’t carry the virus, taking your cue from CDC director Rachel Walensky’s proclamation in early 2021, and we all know how well that aged.

You told me I had no business questioning what infectious disease experts were telling us to do. (I’m paraphrasing here. What you actually said was: “How about staying in your lane and shutting the eff up?”) I got my vindication from Dr. Stefanos Kales, another from Harvard Medical School, who warned of the “dangers of turning over public policy and public health recommendations to people who have had their careers exclusively focused on infectious disease” in a recent CNBC interview. “Public health is a balance,” he said. Indeed it is. In a 2001 book called Public Health Law: Power, Duty and Restraint, Lawrence Gostin argued for more systematic assessments of the risks and benefits of public health interventions and more robust protection of civil liberties. 

So yeah. I’m upset and your finger-wagging posse left me alienated enough that I had to go looking for new tribes, and in this quest I’ve been rather successful. I have found more kindred spirits than I could ever have imagined, in my city of Toronto and all over the world: doctors, nurses, scientists, farmers, musicians, and homemakers who share my distaste for your grandstanding. Moscow (Pravda):  American experts believe that despite the fact that relations between the US and Russia reached the worst point since the Cold War, Putin delivered until Obama only minor troubles. Analysts believe that this is the “calm before the storm.”

The regime behind “Joe Biden” appears to relish the prospect of dragging out this crisis as long as possible, despite the fact that we have about zero national interest in the fate of Ukraine, except perhaps for our fears about the dark secrets that reside there….

Amid an all-out campaign of contrived World War Three hysteria, our country aims to send about $14-billion in aid to Ukraine post-haste, including more javelin anti-tank missiles and weapons described as “kamikaze drones,” posing some thorny questions for curious observers.

How do we propose to get these things into Ukraine? Fly the stuff in on USAF C-17 Globemaster transport planes? To what airfield, exactly? And with what assurance that they can make delivery without encountering, shall we say, induced mechanical failure before landing? Drive the weapons across the border from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Moldova? Do you not suppose that Russia has satellite surveillance of the limited number of road crossings along that frontier, and will be watching for truck convoys?

More likely, that dollar number and the weaponry talk are fantasies intended to propitiate the roughly thirty percent of Americans whom, pollsters report, are avid for an apocalyptic nuclear showdown with Russia. Thirty percent, by the way, is the estimate by psychologists of any given population susceptible to mass formation psychosis — the transfiguration of anxiety-and-anomie-driven persons from something like harmless grasshoppers into ravaging human locusts.

That group derangement phenomenon has been managed artfully by America’s Deep State in recent years starting with the Russia Collusion hoax against the alleged monsterdom of Mr. Trump, then shifted to the frenzy around Covid-19 virus, with all its sickening rituals of obedience and submission, and now segued seamlessly to the melodrama of Vladimir Putin cast as King Kong manhandling Fay Wray as personified by Ukraine.

Readers assure me that Russia is “getting its ass kicked” in that sore-beset, yawning expanse of wheat and mud that has been, one way or another, a domain of Russia longer than the USA has been nation — except the past thirty-odd years when it has been a playground for homegrown oligarch-looters, US State Department and CIA gamesters, and grift-seeking rogues such as Mr. Hunter R. • Zelensky is literally a criminal thug who got paid tens of millions of dollars to serve as a puppet for the West and local Jewish oligarchs, and there is still no evidence he is in Kiev at all – people are being told he’s a hero because he is sending people (non-Jews) to die for no reason
• The fact that WWIII could happen on purpose or by accident at any minute

• Biological “research labs” are indistinguishable from biological weapons labs, in the same way that “defensive nukes” are the same thing as “offensive nukes”

Russia Falsely Blamed for Mariupol Theater Destruction

Since its special military operation began on Feb. 24 to demilitarize and deNazify Ukraine, Russian forces struck military targets exclusively.

They’ve taken great pains to protect civilians.

No credible evidence disputes the above reality.

Yet on March 16, the US-installed, Nazi-infested, Kiev regime falsely accused Russia of conducting an airstrike on a Mariupol theater.

Scores, perhaps hundreds, of city residents reportedly used it to shelter from harm’s way.

It’s known that at least 130 civilians in the facility left the building unharmed. See below for more on this.

No Mariupol bombing occurred by Russian forces. 

On Thursday, Russia’s UN envoy Vassily Nebenzia explained the following:

“(A)s early as March 13,” city residents able to escape through a Russian protected humanitarian corridor explained that the (US/Western supported) Nazified Azov battalion “was holding a huge number of people in that building (as human shields) and preparing a bloody provocation.”

“Russian armed forces were informed about the situation…”

“The theater building wasn’t designated as a target for an air strike anyway.”

Claims otherwise by hegemon USA, its NATO vassal states, colonized Ukraine and MSM co-conspirators are “barefaced lie(s),” Nebenzia stressed.

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman General Igor Konashenkov explained the following about the incident:

For days, “it was known from the refugees who got out of Mariupol that the Nazis of the Azov battalion might be holding civilians hostage in the theater building, using the upper floors as firing points.”

Based on “available reliable information,” Azov neo-Nazis bear full responsibility for a “bloody provocation by blowing up the theater building they had mined.”

Perhaps the incident was a made-in-the-USA false flag to wrongly blame Russia for what no evidence suggests that it had anything to do with.

The puppet Zelensky regime falsely accused Russian forces of shelling civilian areas of the city.

According to Ukrainian media fake news:

Russia’s military “dropped a bomb on the building where hundreds of Mariupol civilians were hiding (sic).”

On Thursday — stopping short of laying blame where it belongs — an unnamed Ukrainian official said everyone in the Mariupol theater survived.

Yet here’s how MSM Biden regime press agents reported on the incident:

As expected, NYT fake news falsely accused Russia of conducting an (air)strike (that) reduced (the Mariupol) theater to rubble (sic).”

Further bald-faced Big Lies followed, falsely blaming Russia for “thousands of civilian casualties (by) increasingly aiming bombs and missiles at towns and cities…leveling them (sic).”

According to WaPo fake news, “a Russian airstrike hit and largely destroyed the (Mariupol) building while hundreds of residents were taking refuge inside (sic).”

On Thursday, WSJ editors turned truth on its head by falsely accusing Russia of committing a “massacre in Mariupol.”

As always in lockstep with each other on invented US enemies, MSM across the board falsely accused Russia of bombing and shelling civilian targets during its ongoing operation, including the Mariupol theater.

After the incident occurred, images showed no casualties or ambulances on the scene.

AP News reported the following:

“More than a day after the (Mariupol incident), there were no reports of deaths.”

Reuters reported much the same thing, saying:

Mariupol’s city council “said on Thursday it was still not possible to estimate the number of possible casualties” — apparently because civilians in the facility were unharmed.

City residents continue leaving the city through a Russian humanitarian corridor.

Its forces largely control the city.

Mopping up operations continue to liberate it entirely from the scourge of US/Western supported neo-Nazi thugs. (read more)

Putin: Destined to Hang or Drown?

As we end this third week of World War III it’s becoming clear that the West’s end-game strategy is now regime change in Russia. As the money and weapons pour into Ukraine the Ukrainian Flag further morphs into the 21st century’s version of ‘Old Shoe,’ all around the Twittersphere.

Zelenskyy’s even been invited to the Oscar’s for pity’s sake.

If you were ever in doubt about this, just watch Senator Lindsey Graham (Neocon – SC) triple-down on assassinating a world leader.

Speaking at a press conference, Graham said “I hope he will be taken out, one way or the other,” adding “I don’t care how they take him out. I don’t care if we send him to The Hague and try him. I just want him to go.”

“It’s time for him to go,” Graham further said of Putin, echoing Joe Biden’s blurted remarks that “He’s a war criminal.”

“I wish somebody had taken Hitler out in the ’30s. So yes, Vladimir Putin is not a legitimate leader. He is a war criminal.” Graham declared.

Graham further proclaimed that Russia is “going to have zero future” under Putin, adding “I think the world is better off without Putin – the sooner the better, and I don’t care how we do it.”

This is called Saying the Quiet Parts Out Loud.

Even Paul Craig Roberts is trying to figure out why Putin isn’t treating his enemies more ruthlessly. We awake Americans have a real sense of the depravity that our leaders carry and at times I think we get carried away with our own insights here.

As I said would happen, Russia’s go-slow war has played 100% into their enemies’ hands. Russia needed a quick victory to forestall a devastating psyops campaign against her and to intimidate further NATO expansion. What the Kremlin achieved by  believing that the West would respect  humanitarian intentions is infamy.  Instead of discouraging provocations of Russia that will eventually lead to nuclear war, the Kremlin’s liberal goody-goodly war policy, which the West sees as  irresolution, has encouraged more provocations 

Dr. Roberts’ thesis is one I’ve heard from multiple people, including from my friend Dexter White on two recent podcasts we did (here and here). Putin’s slow rolling the Ukraine operation has further emboldened Neocon crazies whose whole being is focused on interpreting every action by their enemies as a weakness to exploit.

This analysis further solidifies my conclusion that they are left-brain possessed, betraying all the attributes of someone psychologically unbalanced to the point of madness. They become paranoid psychotics seeing everything in terms of their enemy.

It’s the most popular refrain of desperate globalists, “Putin did it.”

It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not. What matters is keeping people in that suggestible state. It’s easy to do since they, themselves, are there too.

]Faggot] Lindsey Graham likes to play tough guy. So does Biden. Neither of these men have ever been in a real fight with their bodies on the line in their life. They’ve never really been in a life-threatening situation. For them their fear is far worse, it’s reputational which means fear of exposure.

They hide behind cameras, their positions, and their egos.

They live in fear of being shamed.

It’s easy to dismiss Graham as a buffoon, because he is. But he’s also a very important cog in the machine. So, when he speaks it’s important. Don’t be flip about these statements, they absolutely mean something.

If you look around D.C. you see the same psychological projection of inner rot every time one of these war mongers gets in front of a camera to manufacture consent. They are also fearful of the shame of exposure which drives them to madness like Lindsey displays now on a nearly daily basis.

This push for regime change in Russia, however, begs a very important question: “Why have they gone this far? Why do they think they can get regime change when Putin has 70+% support?”

Is it because they really are scared of the emerging facts on the ground, that Russia is grinding out, inevitably and inexorably, a victory in Ukraine on Russian terms that isn’t a reflection of bad military strategy and/or poor intelligence and logistics?

Or is it something deeper?

Something Darker

Alistair Crooke and I talked about this in our latest podcast. Russia’s collective psyche is a reflection of Putin’s. You’ll see that their anger and frustration is now real and complete. The West hates Russia and Russians with a burning passion that is irrational.

The fear of loss of potency has made war-mongers out of way too many folks because they refuse to blame themselves for this mess:

• That they allowed Biden to take the White House
• That they believed all the crude propaganda about Trump and Putin
• That they still wear their masks, now with Ukrainian Flags on them, to show their wisdom over those who are now clearly traitors.
• That their paychecks are getting smaller by the day.

When you see a push poll by Pew that states more than one-third of Americans are willing to risk nuclear war to stop Putin in Ukraine, you know something has gone way off the rails, and it ain’t the Russians.

It’s not fear that makes the Russian people and Putin angry, it’s disappointment at having their hand of friendship consistently slapped away so thoroughly in the post-Soviet era.

What goodwill that existed in the West towards Russia in the 1990’s, seeing them as victims of a terrible evil to be pitied, has morphed into disgust for following a man into war for threatening their comfortable existence behind their iPhones.

When Putin speaks now he is visibly, viscerally angry. He’s been systematically, for years, cutting Russia off from the influences of the ill-liberalism of the West.

Putin knows he’s been pushed into this by people who are powerful but psychologically small. And the Russian people have been deeply disrespected to the point of war. That’s why his poll numbers rise while Bidens’ barely budge.

That all leads to regime change as the end-game because it may be the only option, which implies continued escalation to the point of something unthinkable.

And it makes perfect sense that’s what they are planning, not just regime change, but a wider war (see the buildup of NATO troops) to grind Russia into a paste and atomize it, Russian culture and the Russian people.

That said, Davos has very little human intelligence on the ground to actually make that happen. All the sanctions and expelling diplomats helped Russia’s and Putin’s security.

The U.S. Embassy in Moscow has less than 50 people in it.

While that is a sad state of affairs and means there is little to no hope of diplomacy, it also means there isn’t any infrastructure to do what Lindsey is so desperately saying… Someone take him out, anyone!

That’s a sign of creating the new narrative while simultaneously betraying helplessness, in my view.

Now, unfortunately that leads me into an ever darker place. They don’t just want regime change and some kind of negotiated settlement for Ukraine. That’s actually way off the table now.

They see the writing on the wall for their financial system which has failed. The only option they see now is making open preparations for WWIII thinking they still have the materiel and the manpower to enforce their Great Reset, which was always leading to war.

Lindsey Graham’s job is to build up the propaganda war to justify NATO’s entrance into Ukraine in the next few weeks.

The program now is WWIII, possibly with nukes and the abject humiliation of Russia and its eventual destruction.

And ours.

I begged off ‘working’ yesterday because of this realization. I was drained to the point of exhaustion and planned on sleeping my depression off. I re-watched part I of Oliver Stone’s The Putin Interviews from 2016.

I recommend everyone watch these films, they are an enlightenment.

If you want to know your enemy, you should study him. Demonizing him may win you friends at the water cooler, but it will cost you your soul. About 20 minutes in, during their first conversation, Stone brings up the multiple assassination attempts on Putin.

If you watch nothing else, watch this segment (click here) to get a better understanding of Russia and Putin. The punchline is simple:

Putin is well aware, hyper-aware of his situation. A person in his position who has been fighting this way for more than 20 years, a project he has dedicated the 2nd half of his life to, is not so stupid as to be the willing dupe of Davos nor is he blind to the capabilities or the ruthlessness of his enemies.

This is why I hold to the positions about Putin that I do. He may fail here. War is hell and nothing ever goes according to the plan on the white board.

But, if you are going to be led into war who would your bet on? People like Lindsey Graham could never stand in front of a camera and say what Putin said to Stone. Why?

Because there is no there there. He’s just a shadow projector with a hand puppet up its ass.

But if you turn the camera away from Graham and Biden and look at Putin, he’s speaking to the world now. That’s what his latest speech was about.

It wasn’t aimed at his enemies.

He’s done talking to them. They aren’t listening.

That speech was aimed at everyone else including Americans and Europeans, “This is what they think of you. This is what they are willing to do to demand your obedience,” They will steal your money, take your children, burn your life to the ground.

And it isn’t like he doesn’t have a very sound point, folks.

If anyone was calling for regime change now, it’s Putin.

It may have zero effect or play here in the West. In fact, I predict it will have almost zero effect. But it will resonate around the world in those places now very scared of the conflict that Biden and Davos are forcing on everyone.

Under those circumstances clarity comes quickly. Big decisions happen fast.

I think a global memetic collapse is in process as I type this. We can’t see it here in the West because we aren’t allowed to. But in parliaments and politburos around the that part that Davos just sees as ‘the help,’ it’s happening. The headlines are coming in almost too fast for anyone to keep up with.

This is what happens when fearful men become cornered. Davos is cornered. The drowning man will do everything to keep from drowning, including drowning his rescuer.

The hanged man has already accepted his fate. He is free.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin:

Good afternoon, colleagues.

Taking part in our meeting are senior Government officials, plenipotentiary presidential envoys in the federal districts and heads of Russian regions.

We are meeting in a complicated period as our Armed Forces are conducting a special military operation in Ukraine and Donbass. I would like to remind you that at the beginning, on the morning of February 24, I publicly announced the reasons for and the main goal of Russia’s actions. It is to help our people in Donbass, who have been subjected to real genocide for nearly eight years in the most barbarous ways, that is, through blockade, large-scale punitive operations, terrorist attacks and constant artillery raids. Their only guilt was that they demanded basic human rights: to live according to their forefathers’ laws and traditions, to speak their native language, and to bring up their children as they want.

During these years, the Kiev authorities have ignored and sabotaged the implementation of the Minsk Package of Measures for a peaceful settlement of the crisis and ultimately late last year openly refused to implement it.

They also started to implement plans to join NATO. Moreover, the Kiev authorities also announced their intention to have nuclear weapons and delivery vehicles. This was a real threat. With foreign technical support, the pro-Nazi Kiev regime would have obtained weapons of mass destruction in the foreseeable future and, of course, would have targeted them against Russia.

There was a network of dozens of laboratories in Ukraine, where military biological programmes were conducted under the guidance and with the financial support of the Pentagon, including experiments with coronavirus strains, anthrax, cholera, African swine fever and other deadly diseases. Frantic attempts are being made to conceal traces of these secret programmes. However, we have grounds to assume that components of biological weapons were being created in direct proximity to Russia on the territory of Ukraine.

Our numerous warnings that such developments posed a direct threat to the security of Russia were rejected with open and cynical arrogance by Ukraine and its US and NATO patrons.

In other words, all our diplomatic efforts were fully in vain. We have been left with no peaceful alternative to settle the problems that developed through no fault of ours. In this situation, we were forced to begin this special military operation.

The movement of Russian forces against Kiev and other Ukrainian cities is not connected with a desire to occupy that country. This is not our goal, as I pointed out openly in my statement on February 24.

As for the combat tactics drafted by the Defence Ministry of Russia and the General Staff, this has fully justified itself. Our fellows – soldiers and officers – are displaying courage and heroism and are doing all they can to avoid civilian losses in Ukrainian cities.

This is what I would like to say for the first time: at the very start of the operation in Donbass, the Kiev authorities were offered opportunities to avoid hostilities, via different channels, to simply withdraw their troops from Donbass as an alternative to bloodshed. They did not want to do this. Well, this was their decision; now they will understand what is happening in reality, on the ground.

The operation is being carried out successfully, in strict conformity with the approved plan.

I must note that, encouraged by the United States and other Western countries, Ukraine was purposefully preparing for a scenario of force, a massacre and an ethnic cleansing in Donbass. A massive onslaught on Donbass and later Crimea was just a matter of time. However, our Armed Forces have shattered these plans.

Kiev was not just preparing for war, for aggression against Russia – it was conducting it. There were endless attempts to stage acts of subversion and organise a terrorist underground in Crimea. Hostilities in Donbass and the shelling of peaceful residential areas have continued all these years. Almost 14,000 civilians, including children have been killed over this time.

As you know, there was a missile strike at the centre of Donetsk on March 14. This was an overt bloody act of terror that took over 20 lives. Shelling has been ongoing during the past few days. They are striking randomly at squares with the fervor of fanatics and the exasperation of the doomed. They are acting like the Nazis did when they tried to drag as many innocent victims as they could to their graves.

But what is shocking in its extreme cynicism is not just Kiev’s blatant lies and statements that Russia allegedly launched this missile at Donetsk (they have gone as far as this), but the attitude of the so-called civilised world. The European and American press did not even notice this tragedy in Donetsk, as if nothing happened.

This is how they have been hypocritically looking the other way over the past eight years as mothers buried their children in Donbass, as elderly people were killed. This is simply moral degradation, complete de-humanisation.

It was no longer possible to tolerate this outrageous attitude towards the people of Donbass. To put an end to this genocide, Russia recognized the people’s republics of Donbass and signed treaties of friendship and mutual aid with them. Based on these treaties, the republics appealed to Russia for military aid in rebuffing the aggression. We rendered this aid because we simply could not do otherwise. We had no right to act otherwise.

I would like to emphasise this point and draw your attention to it: if our troops had acted only within the people's republics and helped them liberate their territory, it would not have been a final solution, it would not have led to peace and would not have ultimately removed the threat – to our country, this time to Russia. On the contrary, a new frontline would have been extended around Donbass and its borders, and shelling and provocations would have continued. In other words, this armed conflict would have continued indefinitely. It would have been fuelled by the revanchist hysteria of the Kiev regime, as NATO deployed its military infrastructure faster and more aggressively. In this case, we would have been faced with the fact that the attack, the offensive weapons of the alliance were already at our borders.

I will repeat – we had no alternative for self-defence, for ensuring Russia's security, to this special military operation. We will reach the goals we set. We will certainly ensure the security of Russia and our people and will never allow Ukraine to be a bridgehead for aggressive actions against our country.

We remain ready to discuss matters of fundamental importance to Russia’s future during the talks. This includes Ukraine’s status as a neutral country, and demilitarisation and denazification. Our country has done everything it could to organise and hold these talks realising that it is important to use every opportunity to save people and their lives.

But time and time again we see that the Kiev regime, which its Western handlers have charged with the task of creating an aggressive “anti-Russia” stance, does not care about the future of the people of Ukraine. They do not care that people are dying, that hundreds of thousands, or even millions of people had to flee their homes, and that a horrendous humanitarian disaster is unfolding in the cities controlled by the neo-Nazis and armed criminals who were cut loose.

Clearly, Kiev’s Western patrons are just pushing them to continue the bloodshed. They incessantly supply Kiev with weapons and intelligence, as well as other types of assistance, including military advisers and mercenaries.

They are using economic, financial, trade and other sanctions against Russia as weapons, but these sanctions have backfired in Europe and in the United States where prices of gasoline, energy and food have shot up, and jobs in the industries associated with the Russian market have been cut. So, do not shift the blame on us and do not accuse our country of everything that goes wrong in your countries.

I want ordinary Western people hear me, too. You are being persistently told that your current difficulties are the result of Russia’s hostile actions and that you have to pay for the efforts to counter the alleged Russian threat from your own pockets. All of that is a lie.

The truth is that the problems faced by millions of people in the West are the result of many years of actions by the ruling elite of your respective countries, their mistakes, and short-sighted policies and ambitions. This elite is not thinking about how to improve the lives of their citizens in Western countries. They are obsessed with their own self-serving interests and super profits.

This can be seen in the data provided by international organisations, which clearly show that social problems, even in the leading Western countries, have exacerbated in recent years, that inequality and the gap between the rich and the poor is widening, and racial and ethnic conflicts are making themselves felt. The myth of the Western welfare society, the so-called golden billion, is crumbling.

To reiterate, the whole planet is now paying for the West’s ambitions and the West’s attempts to maintain its elusive dominance by any means possible.

Imposing sanctions is the logical continuation and the distillation of the irresponsible and short-sighted policy of the US and EU countries’ governments and central banks. They themselves have driven up global inflation in recent years, and with their actions caused rising global poverty and greater inequality across the world. The question now arises – who will answer for the millions who will die of hunger in the world’s poorest countries due to growing food shortages?

Let me reiterate, the global economy and global trade as a whole have suffered a major blow, as did trust in the US dollar as the main reserve currency.

The illegitimate freezing of some of the currency reserves of the Bank of Russia marks the end of the reliability of so-called first-class assets. In fact, the US and the EU have defaulted on their obligations to Russia. Now everybody knows that financial reserves can simply be stolen. And many countries in the immediate future may begin – I am sure this is what will happen – to convert their paper and digital assets into real reserves of raw materials, land, food, gold and other real assets which will only result in more shortages in these markets.

Let me add that the seizure of foreign assets and accounts of Russian companies and individuals is also a lesson for domestic businesses that there is nothing as reliable as investing in one’s own country. I personally have said that a number of times.

We appreciate the position of those foreign companies who continue working in our country despite the brazen pressure from the US and its vassals. They are sure to find additional opportunities for growth in the future.

We also know those who cowardly betrayed their partners and forgot about their responsibility to employees and customers in Russia, rushing to earn illusory dividends from joining the anti-Russia campaign. However, unlike Western countries, we will respect property rights.

Here is what I would like to point out. We must clearly understand that a new package of sanctions and restrictions would have been imposed on us no matter what. I want to emphasise this. For the West, our military operation in Ukraine is just a pretext for imposing more sanctions on us. Indeed, this time they are concentrated. In the same way, the West used the referendum in Crimea as a pretext, which, by the way, took place on March 16, 2014, eight years ago today, when the residents of Crimea and Sevastopol made the free choice to be one with their historical homeland.

To reiterate, these are just pretexts. The policy of containing and weakening Russia, including through economic isolation, a blockade, is a premeditated, long-term strategy. Western leaders are no longer hiding the fact that the sanctions are not directed against individuals or companies. Their goal is to deliver a blow to our entire economy, our social and cultural sphere, every family, and every Russian citizen.

In fact, the steps designed to make the lives of millions of people worse have all the attributes of an aggression, a war by economic, political, and informational means, and it is of a comprehensive and blatant nature. Again, the West’s top political circles do not even hesitate to talk about it openly.

The verbal tinsel of political correctness, inviolability of private property and freedom of speech was blown off overnight. Even the Olympic principles were trampled upon. They did not hesitate to settle their score through the Paralympic athletes. So much for “sport being separate from politics.”

In many Western countries, people are subjected to persecution just because they are originally from Russia. They are being denied medical care, their children are expelled from schools, parents are losing their jobs, and Russian music, culture, and literature are being banned. In its attempts to “cancel” Russia, the West tore off its mask of decency and began to act crudely showing its true colours. One cannot help but remember the anti-Semitic Nazi pogroms in Germany in the 1930s, and then pogroms perpetrated by their henchmen in many European countries that joined the Nazi aggression against our country during the Great Patriotic War.

A massive attack against Russia has also been unleashed in cyberspace. An unprecedented information campaign has been launched through global social networks and all Western media outlets, whose impartiality and independence have proved to be a mere myth. Access to information is being restricted and people are being crammed full of all sorts of fake stories, propaganda, and fabrication, or simply put, snake oil. It even got to the point where American social media companies said straight out that it was possible to post calls for the murder of Russian nationals.

We realise what kind of resources this empire of lies has at its disposal but, all the same, when confronted with truth and justice, it is helpless. Russia will never stop trying to make its position clear to the whole world. And our position is honest and open, and an increasing number of people hear, understand and share it.

I want to be as direct as possible: hostile geopolitical designs lie behind the hypocritical talk and recent actions by the so-called collective West. They have no use – simply no use – for a strong and sovereign Russia, and they will not forgive us for our independent policy or for standing up for our national interests.

We still remember how they supported separatism and terrorism by encouraging terrorists and bandits in the North Caucasus. Just like in the 1990s and the early 2000s, they want to try again to finish us off, to reduce us to nothing by turning us into a weak and dependent country, destroying our territorial integrity and dismembering Russia as they see fit. The failed then and they will fail this time.

Yes, of course, they will back the so-called fifth column, national traitors – those who make money here in our country but live over there, and “live” not in the geographical sense of the word but in their minds, in their servile mentality

I do not in the least condemn those who have villas in Miami or the French Riviera, who cannot make do without foie gras, oysters or gender freedom as they call it. That is not the problem, not at all. The problem, again, is that many of these people are, essentially, over there in their minds and not here with our people and with Russia. In their opinion – in their opinion! – it is a sign of belonging to the superior caste, the superior race. People like this would sell their own mothers just to be allowed to sit on the entry bench of the superior caste. They want to be just like them and imitate them in everything. But they forget or just completely fail to see that even if this so-called superior caste needs them, it needs them as expendable raw material to inflict maximum damage on our people.

The collective West is trying to divide our society using, to its own advantage, combat losses and the socioeconomic consequences of the sanctions, and to provoke civil unrest in Russia and use its fifth column in an attempt to achieve this goal. As I mentioned earlier, their goal is to destroy Russia.

But any nation, and even more so the Russian people, will always be able to distinguish true patriots from scum and traitors and will simply spit them out like an insect in their mouth, spit them onto the pavement. I am convinced that a natural and necessary self-detoxification of society like this would strengthen our country, our solidarity and cohesion and our readiness to respond to any challenge.

The so-called collective West and its fifth column are accustomed to measuring everything and everyone by their own standards. They believe that everything is for sale and everything can be bought, and therefore they think we will break down and back off. But they do not know our history and our people well enough.

Indeed, many countries around the world have long put up with living with their backs bent, obsequiously accepting all the decisions that come from their sovereign, looking up to it subserviently. This is how many countries live. Unfortunately, in Europe, as well.

But Russia will never be seen in such a miserable and humiliated situation, and the fight we are waging is the fight for our sovereignty and the future of our country and our children. We will fight for the right to be and remain Russia. The courage and fortitude of our soldiers and officers, the faithful defenders of the Fatherland, should inspire us.

Colleagues,

Clearly, the ongoing developments are drawing a line under the global dominance of Western countries in politics and the economy. Moreover, they call into question the economic model that has been imposed on the developing countries and the entire world in recent decades.

Importantly, the obsession of the United States and its proponents with the sanctions is not shared by the countries that are home to more than half of the global population. These states represent the fastest growing and the most promising portion of the global economy. That includes Russia.

Indeed, it is difficult for us at the moment. Russian financial companies, major enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses are facing unprecedented pressure.

The banking system was the first to come under sanctions, but our banks dealt with this challenge. They are working literally around the clock to make payments and settlements between individual clients and to ensure the functioning of enterprises.

The second wave of sanctions was designed to set off panic in the area of retail. According to estimates, over the past three weeks, additional demand for goods has exceeded one trillion rubles. However, our manufacturers, suppliers, transport and logistics companies did everything humanly possible to avoid major shortages in retail chains.

I would like to thank the business community and the teams at companies, banks and organisations, which are not only responding effectively to sanction-related challenges but are also laying the foundation for the continued sustainable development of our economy. I would like to make a special mention of the Government, the Bank of Russia, regional governors and regional and municipal teams. In the current tough conditions, you are carrying out your responsibilities admirably.

Obviously, the attempts to organise an economic blitzkrieg against Russia, demoralise our society and push us around have failed, and so we are sure to see attempts to bring even greater pressure to bear on our country. But we will overcome these difficulties as well. The Russian economy will adapt to the new realities. We will strengthen our sovereignty in science and technology, allocate additional resources to support agriculture, the processing industry, infrastructure, and housing, and continue developing foreign trade ties to tap into rapidly growing, dynamic international markets.

Clearly, in the new realities we will have to make deep structural changes in our economy, and I will not pretend that they will be easy or that they will not lead to a temporary increase in inflation and unemployment.

In this situation, our task is to minimise such risks. We must not just meet all the social commitments of the state but also launch new, more effective mechanisms for supporting our people and their incomes.

We will focus on protecting mothers and children and supporting families with children. We have already made a decision – you know about it – to introduce as of April 1 payments for children aged 8 through 16 in low-income families. The size of the payment will range from 50 to 100 percent of the subsistence minimum for every child. Currently the national average is up to 12,300 rubles. Thus, we will have a uniform system of support from when a mother first becomes pregnant until the child turns 17.

I am instructing the Government to oversee the operation of this system so that it quickly detects any changes in the material status of families. That is, it is necessary to make sure families start receiving state support as soon as possible if the parents lost their jobs or faced other difficult circumstances.

I also ask the Government to promptly analyse the efficacy of the measures to support those who have lost their jobs. Such measures must obviously be expanded, through the social contract mechanism, among other.

I am aware that the price hikes are a big blow to people’s incomes, and so we will take action to increase all social payments shortly including benefits and pensions, we will raise the minimum wage and the minimum subsistence level and also the wages of public-sector workers. I ask the Government to calculate the exact parameters for the increases.

To emphasise, even under the current difficult conditions we must reduce poverty and inequality by the end of the year. This issue remains quite solvable even now. I ask the Government and the regions to focus on this task. I will add that we understand that it is not only an economic issue but also one of social justice.

At present, much depends on the lead of the heads of the constituent entities of the Federation and their readiness to assume responsibility. I signed an executive order today on additional powers for heads of regions – they will be authorised to take flexible and responsive decisions to support our citizens, the economy and social policy in light of the situation on the ground. Let me remind you that we streamlined our steps in fighting the coronavirus in exactly this way, making it possible to consider the situation in each region, city and village – and the situation is different everywhere.

I am instructing all the departments of federal bodies in the constituent entities of the Federation to coordinate their work with the regional authorities, and governors must establish operational centres to ensure economic development and to personally lead this work.

What is the priority here?

Private businesses must play the key role in overcoming the current problems as they can quickly rework logistics, find new suppliers and increase output of in-demand products. Supporting employment, incomes and wages and supporting the stable, balanced performance of the economy in general depend on how quickly private businesses will be able to find the right solutions and take them.

That is why we must respond to external pressure with the utmost entrepreneurial freedom and with support for business initiative.

I want the Government, law enforcement agencies and oversight authorities to continue their work on lifting unnecessary administrative and regulatory barriers. Furthermore, it is unacceptable to distract the private sector and regional authorities from addressing the most pressing tasks and burden them with all sorts of inspections and oversight procedures.

The lack of working capital and the unavailability or high cost of loans are among the key problems facing companies now, and the Central Bank was forced to take appropriate measures. In this regard, I am ordering the following steps to be taken.

First, companies that fulfill orders placed by government authorities and companies partly owned by the state should be paid for the delivered goods and services as soon as possible, and reinvest the proceeds into business. In this regard, I propose increasing the amount of advance payments under government contracts. The advance payment must amount to at least a half of the total amount of a contract, and the payment term for the delivered goods and services should be reduced to seven business days. A similar decision must also be made at the level of the constituent entities of the Federation, municipalities and companies with state participation.

Second, it is imperative to improve entrepreneurs’ ability to raise additional resources from development institutions, by which I mean expanding the Project Financing Factory’s activities (it is working well, and we know from practice that its services are in demand), providing resources for business investment plans through the Industry Development Fund (which is one of the really well-performing tools), the Bank for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, and also through regional support institutions, including guarantee funds. I hereby instruct the Government to allocate additional funds to the constituent entities of the Federation to fund these regional tools.

I want the Government and our colleagues in the regions to pay attention to the fact that the most important task is to ensure the availability of goods on the consumer market, primarily essential supplies, medications and medical products. Logistical complications and other objective problems that result in price surges must be resolved quickly. At the same time, it is imperative to rule out intervention in price regulation. The increased supply of goods and nothing else should lead to a decrease and stabilisation of prices.

Separately, I would like to address our exporters. Whenever deliveries to international markets do not run smoothly, you should send extra batches of goods to the domestic market rather than reduce your production rates. This should objectively reduce domestic prices, including those of gasoline, diesel, bitumen, metals, and other export goods. I want the Government and the Federal Antimonopoly Service, as well regional authorities, to monitor these markets at all times.

Furthermore, considering the new challenges faced by Russia, we must maintain and expand our long-term development agenda, including the implementation of all planned federal and regional projects. We must make full use of the potential of our budget system as a tool for stimulation.

As we agreed, federal funding for various projects, including construction projects, will be carried out in full. Moreover, in December we decided on allocating additional funds if construction costs went up for objective reasons.

I consider it important to note that there will be no problems with federal budget funding in the current situation. Our economy is generating adequate revenue. This means we will not have to resort to emissions. In simple terms, the Central bank will not have to print money. We have revenue – sound market revenue. The problem is not rooted in money. Let me repeat that we have the resources. The main difficulties are related to the supply of spare parts, technology and construction materials, and the need to organise the work of subcontractors. Therefore, the deadlines and the methods for implementing specific projects and project phases may be subject to change. This will require the smooth operation of government bodies and business representatives and expediting the implementation of import substitution programmes. This is an important point.

In the process, it is also important to simplify the procedure for cooperation between the regions and the federal government bodies and give the regions of the Federation more freedom in using resources and more opportunities for launching new construction projects and programmes.

Additional funding for road construction has already been allocated to the regions. I would like to ask the Government to consider an increase in funding other infrastructure facilities so work can start this year, and the possibility of building up purchases from Russian companies, for instance, with a view to upgrading public transport.

Obviously, this will be a serious additional burden on the budgets of the regions of the Russian Federation. Therefore, as we agreed, we will additionally adjust the subsidies to even out fiscal capacity. We will also use other measures for supporting regional finances. Thus, all payments on budget loans scheduled for this year will be suspended and payments on commercial loans will be replaced with budget loans wherever necessary. I would like to ask the Government to study this issue in detail and dig to the bottom of every case. Only a case-by-case approach will produce the desired effect.

In addition, the Finance Ministry will provide an additional unconditional credit line for every region. It will amount to 10 percent of total revenue with repayment no earlier than the end of this year.

We are going to maintain the same volume of infrastructure budget loans. I am instructing the Government to make arrangements for flexible management of this programme and to take account of the challenges involved in the implementation of the projects that I mentioned earlier. The regions should be able to take swift action on altering the portfolio and the contents of the projects, and focus on the ones that can be implemented as efficiently as possible in the current circumstances. If need be, we will explore the possibility of increasing the volume of infrastructure loans. This is possible and is quite feasible. In general, we will closely monitor regional finances and make additional decisions to support them, if need be.

I would like to emphasise that direct communication between all levels of government and a clear sequence of actions are of paramount importance now. The State Council and its specialised commissions have proved their effectiveness. I want the public administration commission led by Sergei Sobyanin to team up with our colleagues from the Government and to focus on problematic items on the regional agenda, to come up with the best solutions and to scale them to all Russian regions. We have gained extensive experience from combating the pandemic.

Our economy, the state budget and private sector possess the necessary resources to address long-term tasks. All strategic and national goals that we have set for the period to 2030 must be achieved. The current challenges and the opportunities that they offer should mobilise us – this is what we should set our minds to in order to achieve tangible results in the interests of our people.

Clearly, we will need to fine-tune our programmes, and we welcome the initiatives coming from business circles, academics, and public associations. In this regard, I want the regions to join in organising the forum convened by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives titled, Powerful Ideas for New Times, where every Russian citizen will have a chance to present their proposals and specific projects for advancing their respective cities, regions, and our country as a whole.

To reiterate, the current developments represent a challenge for all of us. I am confident that we will come through with dignity. By working hard and working together, by supporting each other, we will overcome all challenges and emerge even stronger, as has always been the case in the thousand-year history of Russia. That is how I want you to think about this work.
