In a famous exchange in the The Sun Also Rises, Ernest Hemingway wrote: “How did you go bankrupt?” Bill asked. “Two ways,” Mike said. “Gradually, then suddenly.” “Gradually” and “suddenly” applies to higher education’s implosion. During the 1990s “culture wars” universities were warned that their chronic tuition hikes above the rate of inflation were unsustainable. Their growing manipulation of blanket federal student loan guarantees and part-time faculty and graduate teaching assistants always was suicidal. Left-wing indoctrination, administrative bloat, obsessions with racial preferences, arcane, jargon-filled research and campus-wide intolerance of diverse thought shortchanged students, further alienated the public and often enraged alumni. Over the past 30 years, enrollments in the humanities and history crashed. So did tenure-track faculty positions. Some $1.7 trillion in federally backed student loans have only greenlighted inflated tuition — and masked the contagion of political indoctrination and watered-down courses. But “gradually” imploding has now become “suddenly.” Zoom courses, a declining pool of students and soaring costs all prompt the public to question the college experience altogether. Nationwide undergraduate enrollment has dropped by more than 650,000 students in a single year — or more than 4 percent alone from spring 2021 to 2022, and some 14 percent in the past decade. Yet the U.S. population still increases by about 2 million people a year. Men account for about 71 percent of the current shortfall of students. Women number almost 60 percent of all college students — an all-time high. Monotonous professors hector students about “toxic masculinity” as “gender” studies proliferate. If the plan was to drive males off campus, universities have succeeded beyond their wildest expectations. The number of history majors has collapsed by 50 percent in just the past 20 years. Tenured history positions have declined by one-third to half at major state universities. In the past decade alone, English majors across the nation’s universities have fallen by a third. At Yale University, administrative positions have soared more than 150 percent in the past two decades. But the number of professors increased by just 10 percent. In a new low/high, Stanford recently enrolled 16,937 undergraduate and graduate students but lists 15,750 administrative staff — in near one-to-one fashion. In the past, such costly praetorian bloat would have sparked a faculty rebellion. Not now. The new six-figure salaried “diversity, equity and inclusion” commissars are feared and exempt from criticism. Since 2020, the old proportional-representation admissions quotas have expanded into weird “reparatory” admissions. Purported “marginalized populations” have often been admitted at levels greater than percentages in the general population. Consequently, “problematic” standardized tests are damned as biased and antithetical to “diversity.” To accommodate radical diversity re-engineering, the only demographic deemed expendable are white males. Their plunging numbers on campus, especially from the working class, are now much less than their percentages in the general population — regardless of grades or test scores. At Yale, the class of 2026 is listed as 50 percent white and 55 percent female. Fourteen percent were admitted as “legacies.” In sum, qualified but poor white males without privilege or connections seem mostly excluded. Stanford’s published 2025 class profile claims a student body of “23 percent white.” Fewer than half of the class is male. Stanford mysteriously does not release the numbers of those successfully admitted without SAT tests — but recently conceded it rejects about 70 percent of those with perfect SAT scores. In fact, universities are quietly junking test score requirements. Ironically, these time-honored standardized tests were originally designed to offer those from underprivileged backgrounds, or less competitive high schools, a meritocratic pathway into elite schools. At Cornell, students push for pass/fail courses only and the abolition of all grades. At the New School in New York, students demand that everyone receives A grades. Dean’s lists and class and school rankings are equally suspect as counterrevolutionary. Even as courses are watered down, entitled students still assume that their admission must automatically guarantee graduation — or else! Skeptical American employers, to remain globally competitive, probably will soon administer their own hiring tests. They already suspect that prestigious university degrees are hollow and certify very little. Traditional colleges will seize the moment and expand by sticking to meritocratic criteria as proof of the competency of their prized graduates. Private and online venues will also fill a national need to teach Western civilization and humanities courses — by non-woke faculty who do not institutionalize bias. More students will continue to seek vocational training alternatives. Some will get their degrees online for a fraction of the cost. Alumni will either curb giving, put further restrictions on their gifting or disconnect. Eventually, even elite schools will lose their current veneer of prestige. Their costly cattle brands will be synonymous with equality-of-result, overpriced indoctrination echo chambers, where therapy replaced singular rigor and their tarnished degrees become irrelevant. How ironic that universities are rushing to erode meritocratic standards — history’s answer to the age-old, pre-civilizational bane of tribal, racial, class, elite and insider prejudices and bias that eventually ensure poverty and ruin for all. It’s Time To Admit It:
EVs Are EVIL
We’ve had enough of the left’s guilt-tripping anyone who drives a gasoline-powered car. If anyone should be ashamed, it is those who are smugly plugging in their cars each night. They are the ones responsible for raping the planet, poisoning entire communities, enriching genocidal tyrants, and creating a massive hazmat problem while doing nothing to stop “climate change.” Does that sound harsh? Here’s one recent bit of evidence. A Bloomberg investigation found that the aluminum Ford is using to build its “eco-friendly” EV pickup comes from Brazil. “There, in the heart of the Amazon, rust-colored bauxite is being clawed from a mine that has long faced allegations of pollution and land appropriation,” it found. A class action lawsuit against the mining company accuses it of polluting the water, causing cancer, hair loss, neurological dysfunction, birth defects, and increased mortality. While all cars use aluminum to cut pounds, EVs use far more to offset the enormous weight of the batteries themselves. “For consumers seeking to lower their carbon footprints, the environmental and social costs of electric vehicles may be greater than they realize,” Bloomberg says. No kidding. Here’s the dirty, rotten truth about EVs. EVs aren’t “zero emissions” vehicles. All an EV does is shift the emissions elsewhere — namely, over to gigantic monopoly power companies that burn natural gas, coal, garbage or, horror of horrors, employ nuclear fission. Plus, making electric cars releases far more CO2 than is emitted in the production of conventional cars. EV enthusiasts say these aren’t problems because over its lifetime, an EV will produce fewer total CO2 emissions. But that claim depends on a wide range of variables — such as the range of an EV, how long the batteries last, the energy source used to produce electricity, etc. — that can dramatically affect the EV’s carbon-cutting picture. One study by the University of Michigan found that EVs can emit more CO2 than conventional cars. It said that depending on the fuel used by power plants in a given area, an EV can produce as much CO2 as a gas-powered car that gets just 29 miles per gallon. EVs aren’t cheaper to operate. Another selling point of EVs is supposed to be that, while they are far more expensive to buy, they are cheaper to drive. But that depends entirely on the relative cost of electricity and gasoline. A study by the Anderson Economic Group found that with gas prices on the decline and electricity costs climbing, it’s cheaper to operate a mid-priced gas-powered car than a comparable EV, particularly when you factor in the extra time and hassle involved in recharging an EV. EVs are built with slave labor. While gasoline is produced almost entirely from domestic supplies of oil, the lithium, cobalt, graphite, and rare earth minerals needed to make batteries mostly come from places such as China, Congo, Indonesia, Iran, and other countries that are noted for gross human rights violations, and are often mined and produced using forced and child labor. “The road many of these materials take to consumers is littered with human rights abuses,” says Human Rights Watch. Take the cobalt mines in Congo, where most of that stuff is found. Siddharth Kara, a fellow in public health at Harvard, describes it as “modern-day slavery. It’s not chattel slavery from the 18th century where you can buy and trade people and own title over a person like property. But the level of degradation, the level of exploitation is on par with old-world slavery.” EVs are environmental rapists. Mining and refining the minerals needed to make EV batteries is also an environmental disaster. To make just one EV battery requires 25 pounds of lithium, 60 pounds of nickel, 44 pounds of manganese, 30 pounds of cobalt, 200 pounds of copper, and 400 pounds of aluminum, steel, and plastic. Writing in these pages, Ronald Stein noted that “you must process 25,000 pounds of brine for the lithium, 30,000 pounds of ore for the cobalt, 5,000 pounds of ore for the nickel, and 25,000 pounds of ore for copper. All told, you dig up 500,000 pounds of the earth’s crust for just one battery.” In Indonesia, where nickel for EV batteries is largely produced, “polluted air and water are causing respiratory problems, sickness, and eye injuries and destroying forests and fisheries. The rush to expand production has pushed local communities and infrastructure to the brink of collapse,” Wired reports. “So, the next time you are thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle or driving your EV car, before congratulating yourselves on saving the environment, remember that it came at a cost of entire mountains in developing countries, thousands of square miles of land, and billions of gallons of oil and fuel,” Stein writes. Processing this stuff also requires massive amounts of water. It can take half a million gallons of water to produce a metric ton of lithium, for example. Aimee Boulanger, executive director of the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance, told the Washington Post that “It is hypocritical to say we are here with these electric vehicles to solve our climate problems if, in making them, we contaminate a community’s drinking water or dry up the irrigation wells they rely on.” There’s also the looming problem of what to do with the mountain of used lithium-ion batteries that will soon pile up, along with their tendency to burst into flames and emit toxins into the air, ground, and water. It’s time to end this hypocrisy. It’s time to admit that EVs are being wildly oversold. It’s time for EV owners and manufacturers to answer for the environmental and human rights crimes they are bankrolling in the name of “climate change.” It’s time for those
of us who drive gasoline-powered cars to take pride

Is there a Wuhan to Qom non-stop flight? It would have to have been a non-stop flight because there were no intermediate outbreaks that early in the pandemic of lies. Curiously, the strain circulating among the mullahs was distinct from the Wuhan strain. One strain did not mutate or evolve from the other. Those strains were distinct creations. Soon thereafter, the outbreaks in northern Italy and New York City were making headlines. The New York strain was also distinct. It targeted African-Americans. The creators of of the pandemic used gene targeting to tailor each strain to attack a particular race. As the pandemic of lies unfolded, variants conveniently appeared whenever vaccine uptake was waning or new draconian measures needed to be justified. Astoundingly, each new successive variant was genetically unrelated to the previous variant in circulation. That is, for example, omicron did not evolve from delta. How curious is that? It is as though Matt Hancock could merely ask, "When do we deploy the new variant?" and through immaculate conception, a new variant would burst forth from the ether. The unraveling of the Covid-Con accelerates. A perpetrator that hates both China & Iran, one with a global network of biolabs, will be unmasked. The screening technique is a formally FDA approved, non-invasive scan that is known to be extremely accurate and has the benefit of being a non-invasive, and thus not danger-carrying, procedure. We have been told the risk of this complication from the jab is “tiny”, but that this sort of result would come from a “tiny” incidence is extremely unlikely. Even with all the self-selection bias that would obviously be in play here going from a one in many thousands to a 50% rate is extraordinarily improbable. A 10:1 amplification I can accept as potentially within the boundaries of reason given this sort of self-selection, but that means the true rate of damage is closer to 5% — and that’s very, very bad. Indeed at that rate the elevated “all cause” mortality we’re seeing will likely persist for years if not a decade or more as even at a sub-clinical level this kind of damage erodes the margin on your cardiac system and, as you age, you’re more-likely to hit that now-lowered limit and get hosed. There is no fixing it either, despite the snake oil that many will and do peddle, if you got hit. Transgender is not a type of person. It is the conglomerate name for an array of corporate pressures which groom children and adults for industrial body dissociation, thus opening humanity to further corporate encroachments into our bodies. It is the colonization of humans, directly targeting the next generation. It is, as renowned transhumanist Martine Rothblatt states, “the on-ramp to transhumanism.” The word transgenderism is not fit for communication. It does not define anything clearly, but rather obscures the industry manifested in its name. It’s an umbrella term with no borders, under which sit too many conflicting ideas, allowing its definitional goalposts to move whenever anyone critiques its ideology and the markets formed around it. Instituting gender identity as a legal concept deconstructs what it means to be human, since we are a biologically and sexually dimorphic species. What is happening is that the corporate state is deconstructing sex as a step toward alienating us from our humanity. Endless discussions about “gender identity” obscure this fact. For a decade, a progressive-coded language of body dissociation has taken shape simultaneously on the landscape of multiple Western civilizations. Terms such as gender identity, transitioning, body dysphoria, pregnant men, cervix havers, gender binary, and sexual “spectra” of various kinds have been relentlessly repeated in the mainstream media. These terms, used repeatedly, dissociate individuals from their sexed realities. They are now embedded into our legal structures under a frame of human rights. When we view humanity and our sexed realities as another frontier to open markets for corporate profiteering, what is referred to as a “human rights movement” for people who disown their sex begins to take another shape. It’s time to maximize your business growth.” — DMI Consulting Body dissociation as a progressive and liberating identity is marketed to children by activist organizations, corporations, Hollywood, the music, fashion, and beauty industries, by the medical establishment, on social media, and in schools. The power of the message that dissociating from one’s sexed body is progressive comes from its relentless saturation throughout the mainstream media, an oligopoly that constructs a hegemonic narrative and many of whose outlets are supported by BlackRock and Vanguard, two American multinational investment companies with trillions of dollars in assets and a concerted interest in this narrative. Authentic Brands Group received an $875 million investment from BlackRock in 2019. Authentic Brands Group owns 50 brands, including Sports Illustrated, which has now featured two men posing as women on its covers. Its Aeropostale brand donates money to LGBT causes from its “gender-neutral” collection. Vanguard is the largest shareholder of Marqeta Inc., a global credit card-issuing platform. Visa, with Marqeta Inc., supports Daylight, the new “queer credit card” and digital banking platform. Daylight markets its card to sell assisted medical tech fertility procedures to the lesbian and gay community and to those children who are now offered the invitation to purchase synthetic sexes (the T and Q in LGBTQ+) at the cost of their future fertility. It is the first LGBTQ+ financial technology, or fintech, banking platform. Global Market Insights projects a compound annual growth rate of 11.5% between 2023 and 2032 for surgeries to create synthetic sex characteristics. This growth rate does not consider growing trends in clavicle-shortening surgeries, operations on men’s feet to make them appear smaller, or the complications created by these unnecessary operations to attack and rearrange the sex and other characteristics of healthy young bodies to help men appear as the opposite sex, as eunuchs, or as both sexes. This market analysis doesn’t include the dangerous drugs used on young people, such as puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. Increased sales of anesthesia, antibiotics, and anti-rejection medications for creating synthetic sex body parts used to socially obscure sex are also not accounted for in the projected growth market. Medical supplies, research, clinics, and special training for new and complex surgeries are not tallied in the projected profits. The Great Rebrand The word transgenderism is a rebranding of the word transsexualism, which is rooted in transvestic fetishism. Transsexualism is the colloquial term for the autogynephilia paraphilia, whereby men, aroused at the fantasy of themselves as females, wear stereotypical women’s clothing, specifically undergarments, to satisfy a sexual compulsion. This used to happen in private. When pharmacology and technology made it possible for the tiny number of men with this fetish to escalate their behaviors to appropriate surgically constructed facsimiles of female biology, or synthetic sex characteristics, transsexualism took root in the medical industry. As the technology and pharmaceuticals to perform more realistic synthetic sex surgeries advance, society is forced by market growth to publicly accept this paraphilia and the ideology developed around it—which denies our biological reality, raising us above and uprooting us from the real world. A paraphilia of adult men is a difficult sell, but wrapped in human rights and co-opting the natural rebelliousness of youth, it hits the marketing sweet spot. Global Market Insights reports that “rising cases of gender dysphoria and robust advancements in sex reassignment procedures will drive the market outlook.” Further, they state that “the introduction of new government policies that support sex reassignment surgery should motivate a large section of the population to opt for these procedures.” Augmenting humanity in this way is on the rise because it is possible. The positive promotion of these surgeries—for which our societies are being overhauled—is driving demand. Advances in AI, genetics, data collection, biotech, reproductive technology, and neurological implants, happening in tandem with the marketing of body dissociation to youth, will see greater profits for the techno-medical complex and more intimate intrusions into our biology in the future. When the rebranding of transsexualism marketed to children was initially launched a decade ago, it was framed as a treatment for body dysphoria, a health issue previously affecting a minuscule part of the population. The more it was promoted in mainstream media, the more rapid the rise in children claiming an alternate sex identity. It was quickly framed as a progressive, desirable, and edgy lifestyle for youth. Young women who have undergone mastectomies of their healthy breasts are posing for corporate advertisements for underwear, shaving cream, sneakers, and feminine product lines as well as walking fashion runways and appearing on the cover of Vogue. An environment of threat has taken root for anyone who won’t accept the narrative that this is a human right. Why are governments rapidly overhauling societies grounded in acknowledging the reality of our species’ sexual dimorphism to accommodate what was once a tiny fraction of men with a paraphilia? Autogynephilia—or more colloquially, transsexualism—reduces women’s wholly sexed humanity to purchasable parts to assuage men’s fixations. It has been rebranded to “transgenderism” to groom youth into body dissociation, opening them to commercialization and experimentation for the engineering of our species’ evolution. There has never been a purported human rights movement that’s gained the support of the corporate world, governments, and the financial industry like what’s now framed as “new sexes.” Over a decade, the philanthropic, political, legal, and human rights structures, the tech industry, and the largest financial houses in the world have supported special rights for people who claim a synthetic sex identity, an identity made possible by the techno-medical complex that both profits off them and uses the lesbian, gay, and bisexual human rights frame to drive a narrative of progressiveness. The End of Humanity When sex is abolished as a meaningful category, so is humanity as we know it. This is the point of the burgeoning gender industry. Beyond profiteering—of which there is plenty, with newly constructed identities requiring a lifetime of medical attention and technologically assisted reproduction once child patients are sterilized—it grooms the public. It assesses their acceptance of biomedical intrusions that change how we see ourselves. Will people accept the abuse of children’s sex if they believe it’s in good faith? How far can we go with our techno-medical intrusions into humans and the attack on women’s humanity as wholly sexed beings different from men? In a landscape where technological reproduction reigns, having sex for recreation will be the sole objective of the sex act—for as long as we are still human. This landscape is being cultivated by men with fetishes promoted by the highest levels of government and whose goal is to change laws about what constitutes manhood and womanhood. Men like Rachel Levine, Sam Brinton, Danica Roem, and Petra De Sutter are figureheads to help groom us as citizens into abolishing the sex boundary between men and women. To believe that all our institutions and laws are being rapidly changed because powerful corporate entities care about people who have body dysmorphia is an absurdity so great that in believing it, we might as well live inside a global cult. We are so ensconced in a corporately constructed virtual reality, where some people live outside the parameters of our sexually dimorphic species, that we can’t see we have been indoctrinated. Martine Rothblatt, the American entrepreneur and self-declared transsexual transhumanist who believes transgenderism is the on-ramp to transhumanism, is a man with a plan to deconstruct sexual dimorphism toward an end goal of lifting humans out of their biology and creating God with technology. He comingles with those at the highest echelons of politics, technology, biopharmaceuticals, Hollywood, and the LGBT Business network. In 2016 he lectured in Canada on the need for “tech transhumanists” to “create a political apparatus comparable to WPATH” (World Professional Association of Transgender Health). He suggested this will establish social validity for “tech transhumanists” in the way WPATH has done for “tech transgenders.” Also a lawyer, Rothblatt created the first legal framework for passing gender bills worldwide. He worked for NASA, and he helped on the Human Genome Project at the UN level. He owns a biopharmaceutical corporation, a xenotransplantation farm, and a 3D organ printing corporation, and he has created a religion of disembodiment with his mentor William Sims Bainbridge. He has built a robot of his wife and lectures broadly on the melding of humanity with, and the sentience of, AI. Rothblatt has been writing about the changes to humanity that will deconstruct sexual dimorphism since 1995. He likens sexual dimorphism to South African apartheid (pdf pg. 8). He has written about the technological future of reproduction, where humans, melded to technology, will not need to copulate. Dr. Heather Brunskell-Evans, an academic philosopher in the UK, reported in 2021 a quote by Gendered Intelligence (GI), a global “transgender” lobby group advocating that children should be liberated to manipulate their sex characteristics. GI asserts that freedom for children and young people lies in “dismantling the culturally ascribed power of the biological.” This is a fascinating statement. The message from GI seems clear: the biological reality of sex is a social construct, one perceived to wield too much power. A recently published UK Ministry of Defense report details advances in human augmentation, not just as they pertain to the Ministry of Defense but to our lives as human beings. “Human augmentation has the potential to impact every facet of our lives and even change the meaning of what it means to be human. It could challenge philosophical concepts, our belief systems, and ethical and legal frameworks in ways we have not anticipated,” it states. Aren’t we witnessing those changes now, in the new industry of gender, framed as a human rights movement? When discussing puberty blockers—drugs which have been shown to cause irreversible harm—Gendered Intelligence states, “It is important that children and young people…can experiment, change their mind, try out new styles, express themselves.” They are advocating for children to have free rein in choosing to augment their sex characteristics and to use dangerous drugs to do so. Laws are being rapidly adjusted across many countries simultaneously, aided by LGBT NGOs, billionaires, and “transgender” organizations, to make legal adjustments allowing for the depathologization of disembodiment. Follow the Trail President Biden recently passed a bill in which “gender identity” will override the sex-based rights of women. Language is being manipulated to obscure the sexed reality of men and women. Is it plausible that Biden doesn’t understand what he is doing? Biden was Vice President under Obama, financially assisted into office by the Pritzkers, one of the wealthiest families in the world. Jennifer Pritzker, one of the elite Pritzkers, is a man posing as a woman. Along with his family, he has spent millions of dollars to overhaul our institutions and social structures to redefine sex as a feeling. Obama was the first president to use the word transgender in a State of the Union address. He also called a special meeting for “transgender” students at the White House in 2015, earning him the title of “Trans President.” The corporate abolition of our sexed reality paves the way for humanity unmoored from the universe’s physical laws. It projects us into a virtual reality of which we are now on the precipice, where we are not a sexually dimorphic species. Zoltan Istvan, former presidential candidate and transhumanist, stated that “A great transhumanist war will occur between those who embrace radical technology in their bodies and those who don’t…. Those that side with technology and AI will win.” In 2015, he waxed philosophical and falsely teamed sexual orientation with transhumanist disembodiment.

The erstwhile “arsenal of democracy” is neither a democracy nor an arsenal. As I originally wrote in my July 10, 2022 article Wunderwaffe Du Jour:
The incontrovertible reality is that the US and its NATO allies are presently incapable of supplying the massive material demands of modern industrial warfare, as Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Alex Vershinin articulated so well in this essential June 2022 analysis: The Return of Industrial Warfare. And yet the public discussion of potential war always includes convinced voices proclaiming that, just like in the Second World War, US industry could very rapidly ramp up to produce armaments of surpassing quality, and in overwhelming quantities. This titillates the biases of American exceptionalists in general, and is a particularly seductive fantasy of the #EmpireAtAllCosts cult drones propagandizing for filthy lucre at the countless armaments-industry-funded “think tanks” in Washington and London. But the notion that the rapidly declining empire can resurrect the Arsenal of Democracy band for one final farewell tour is a singularly delusional vanity. You see, for all its massive plunder of the public purse, the US armaments industry is effectively a modestly scaled high-end boutique. And there is simply no way this domestic US industry can expeditiously expand its production. It would literally take years – probably a full decade – for the US to expand its military production to a seriously potent industrial scale. For one, the labor pool for these industries is extremely finite and highly specialized. In the overwhelmingly financialized and service-oriented US economy, there is a shocking dearth of technical expertise of ALL kinds. It’s not simply a boomer cliché that “kids these days are innocent of almost any mechanical know-how”. If the US wants to staff new armaments factories any time soon, it will have to import the skilled labor from Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. Beyond that, the permitting of new factories, with the attendant bureaucratic delays, public hearings, environmental impact studies, and various special interest road-blocking … well, everyone knows how these things work now in America. It took five years to build the Hoover Dam in the early 20th century. It would take FIFTY here in the early 21st century – if it could be built at all. Those clamoring for the US to intervene in the Ukraine war in order to “teach those filthy Russians a lesson they’ll never forget” simply have no conception of the catastrophe that would ensue were their dreams to be fulfilled. If the Pentagon consented to such an undertaking, it could probably amass no more than 250,000 combat-capable troops in the theater, and to do so would entail the evacuation of virtually every major US military base on the planet (and most of the minor ones). It could probably assemble an additional quarter million troops from the active reserves and National Guard units in the United States. That said, it is empirically impossible that 500,000 combat troops could be satisfactorily equipped for high-intensity conflict such as would be the scenario in a war between the US and Russia in eastern Europe. And even if they could be assembled and equipped, it would be an insufficient force to face over a million Russian troops, close to a third of which are already “battle-hardened” from almost a year of high-intensity combat in Ukraine. In anticipation of the casualties attendant to great power warfare, it would become necessary for the United States to reinstitute conscription almost immediately. If a strong anti-war movement had not already been incited by its previous actions, conscription in America would almost certainly induce a widespread political upheaval, with large and aggressive public protests cropping up in all the major cities of the nation. And, of course, it should go without saying that Russia would not simply remain passive (as did Iraq in 1991 and 2003) while the United States concentrated a huge force on its borders preparatory to an invasion. A shooting war would ensue even before the US was able to position in eastern Europe the men and equipment required to launch an assault against Russian forces in Ukraine. Most
meaningfully, even if the US/NATO could
magically materialize a million and a half
soldiers on the Polish, Romanian, and Lithuanian
borders, it would not be able to sustain such a
massive force for more than just a few weeks;
likely less than a month. It would turn into the
most humiliating military debacle in American
and European history, and the Russians would
sing songs about it for centuries to come.

This week, Edward Dowd, the former BlackRock trader-turned-Covid-statistician — and author of the new book Cause Unknown — released preliminary fourth quarter 2022 “excess deaths” numbers for group life insurance death claims compiled by the International Society of Actuaries (SOA). For the age group up to age 44 excess deaths rose above the baseline (normal): 13 percent in October, 21 percent in November, and 43 percent in December. For the age group 45 to 64, the death rate above baseline rose 4 percent in October, 16 percent in November, and 35 percent in December. Mr. Dowd says that he is told the rates moving into the first quarter of 2023 are higher still. This is what’s known as a trend, and a pretty ominous one. It boils down to an awful lot of people in the prime of life dying off, and more every month. Nobody in any of the US public health agencies is talking about this. One very prominent official, Rochelle Walensky, head of the CDC, is still busy arranging to dispense more Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines to America’s school-children — the “vaccines” being the prime suspects causing those stunning excess death rates among the young and employed demographic. Nice work, Rochelle! How do the approximately 70 percent of vaxxed-up Americans deal with this reality? Many, of course, are noticing vaxxed family members, friends, colleagues, sports figures, acquaintances getting sick and dying of sudden heart failure, strokes, aggressive cancers, strange neurological problems, and other mystifying syndromes. The aggregate reaction so far seems to be a numb despair. But then, the still-living vaxxed also have to contend with the anxiety over what is going on in their own bodies. Perhaps they’ve heard whispers from the more extreme voices on the margins of this discussion that every single person who got vaxxed might be subject to an early death one way or another. That’d be a reason to withdraw into the first stage of the Kübler-Ross Transect of Grief, which is denial… and just hunker down there… for now. It’s an awful lot to contend with. What’s next then? Consider that around 30 percent of Americans are not vaxxed, and are free of the anxiety that they are designated goners — notwithstanding the basic limits of the human condition. That 30 percent of Americans, and perhaps even some of the 70 percent vaxxed, will possibly be concerned with the other enormous threats to our national life: the insane Ukraine project, which looks like the overture to World War Three (no thank you); and the collapsing US economy, with features such as unaffordable food and fuel, scarcity of parts for fixing anything that’s broken, and a pretty good chance that retirement accounts will be wiped out in a coming equity-and-bond market “correction.” All of which is to
ask: when will the people of this land finally get
pissed-off at the managers who are running
everything? And when will the people start to
express their new-found rage? I’ll make a wild-hair
guess. By May, when the weather really starts
lightening up, the people will be out in the streets
looking to smash anything that appears to represent
authority. Welcome to the season of real chaos and
crisis, possibly many seasons, maybe years. Take
