If you took the jabs with or without boosting only a very recent (less than three months) booster had a positive effect.  Taking the originals or being boosted further in the past than that actually makes you MORE LIKELY to wind up in the hospital.

NOT just get a cold or mild flu — get screwed.

This is among people with normal immune systems so the claim that “well some people are compromised so maybe it didn’t work as well in them” doesn’t wash either as this is specifically among those who HAD functioning immune systems and then got jabbed which, it is now clear from the CDC’s own data, DAMAGED their immune response.

[Federal] Judge Grants Emergency Restraining Order Stopping [Illegitimate] Biden Administration from Removing Texas Border Barriers

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton previously filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration who were removing border security measures put in place by the state of Texas. {Background Here} October 27, Texas AG Ken Paxton asked the court for a restraining order against Joe Biden’s administration who are taking down border barriers and cutting through barbed wire in order to increase the flow of illegal aliens. [Court Filing Here] AG Paxton wants the court to stop Biden from opening the border.

Today, District Judge Alia Moses issued a temporary restraining order [pdf Here] stopping the Biden administration from removing the barriers.

The press release from Attorney General Paxton:

TEXAS – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has secured an emergency restraining order after federal agents were documented destroying barrier fencing to facilitate aliens’ entry near the Texas-Mexico border. Texas filed the initial lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), DHS Secretary Mayorkas, and other agencies on Tuesday, October 24, after numerous documented incidents of barrier destruction during a severe immigration surge in recent months.

These instances often included using wire cutters to create gaps in fencing then waving aliens through and assisting their entry in other ways. At times, agents were observed attaching ropes to pickup trucks to enable aliens to scale the riverbank and enter the United States. 

By Friday, October 27, federal agents were observed escalating their efforts to destroy Texas’s border barriers, using heavy machinery such as forklifts to uproot large sections of fencing to facilitate mass entry. In response, Attorney General Paxton immediately filed an emergency motion for a temporary restraining order.

Within half an hour of the filing, the Biden Administration further escalated the barrier destruction, as agents were filmed using a forklift to smash the fencing against the ground repeatedly.

On Saturday, Texas filed additional documentation about this incident, and the motion for a temporary restraining order was granted the next working day, Monday, October 30. The federal court has set the hearing on Texas’s motion for preliminary injunction seeking to prevent the agents’ cutting, destroying, damaging, or otherwise interfering with Texas’s concertina wire fence for November 7, 2023. 

“The federal government’s outrageous escalation in response to our lawsuit demonstrates Biden’s disturbing contempt for the State of Texas, for the citizens of the United States, and for our country’s entire foundation of the rule of law,” said Attorney General Paxton. “By acting quickly and monitoring their actions closely, we were able to secure a restraining order, and I am confident we will continue to prevail.”  (link)

"Abrupt Change Is Coming": Tucker Carlson Issues Dire Warning For America

Tucker Carlson delivered a sobering speech this week in which he offered a straightforward, chilling notion: That "Abrupt change is coming."

Carlson begins by laying out the significant disconnect between Washington DC and the average American citizen's struggles - particularly how  skyrocketing food inflation and housing inaccessibility for the younger generation, is fermenting a dangerous brew of widespread public disenchantment.

Thanks to political deecisions such as draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the nation has been left vulnerable to deeper economic shocks. The public sentiment, particularly in rural areas, echoes this anticipation of a looming financial crisis, making the societal divide even more palpable.

"If something really dramatic in your country happens, like young people can't get married, you know, or buy houses, or have any hope for a future that approaches the middle-class upbringing they had, then you've got a huge problem, and someone should be responding to that."

"One thing Americans are not used to is being poor...but what if we ran out of money at the very same moment that American society is more fractured, our social fabric is in tatters, and we've let in millions upon millions of people who have no affinity for the United States," Carlson posited. "If your economy is like on the brink of collapse, you know, if your country is literally bankrupt, someone would say that, and if food inflation gets so crazy that people are actually complaining about it... it doesn't make me an expert on the people or anything, but I do live among people who aren't rich, and they're like legit upset about what groceries cost."

Surveillance Overreach and the erosion of Civil Liberties

Drawing parallels with East German surveillance tactics, Carlson slammed the measures the state employs under the guise of national security. This overreach, he warned, erodes the personal freedoms of citizens, setting the stage to foment civil unrest and potential authoritarian control, under which genuine public grievances are suppressed rather than addressed.

"When your country is at war, civil liberties disappear, and we saw this in the last 20-year war on terror, and I supported all that stuff, and I have egg on my face. I'm worse than that; I'm ashamed of the measures that I supported," Carlson said, adding that there are "angry people who feel like they have no recourse, who don't think elections are real... they have real grievances, legit grievances, and the only way to tone those grievances down is not by creating some East German surveillance state, which we have done, or throwing people in prison for loitering outside the capital, which is their house after all. That doesn't work long term."

Bomb bomb Iran...

Carlson also cautioned over diving headfirst into a conflict with Iran if the Hamas-Israel war becomes a wider conflict.

"I have no love for Iran, and I can certainly see why people want to attack Iran. All I'm asking is just to put one person on TV to point out that there are consequences to the United States that may not be entirely positive to doing this," he said.

And to that end, let's stop sending taxpayer dollars to fight proxy wars that don't benefit the American public.

"Abrupt change is coming, and that's very, very disconcerting. And so, rather than reassure people, that you know, we kind of got your back a little bit, by the way, we're going to spend a hundred billion dollars on other people," Carlson continued.

A Nation Divided

Perhaps most striking was Carlson's reflection on the internal fragmentation within the U.S. The current socio-political environment has nurtured a population divided, marked by an influx of individuals who may lack any profound loyalty to the country, further straining social cohesion. This scenario is a ticking time bomb, especially if economic destabilization were to strike a nation now unfamiliar with profound poverty and lacking a united front.

Carlson also highlights the fragility of a nation that, on the surface, appears robust and stable. Beneath this facade, according to Carlson, are brewing discontent and potential chaos, exacerbated by leaders who seem to prioritize peripheral issues over the imminent threats to national stability.

"The moral duty of the people running a country is to look out for the people in that country, period. That's always true, and it doesn't mean they can't help other people, but if they pay no attention whatsoever, and in a moment when every person...can feel that something bad's coming, everybody knows that."

In short: Unless there is a significant shift in how America's leaders approach these glaring issues, the United States might be unrecognizable in the aftermath of the "abrupt change" Carlson is warning about.

In last week’s column, we noted the popularity of Hamas terrorists with BLM representatives. This week, we’ll consider the other main contingent of Hamas Boosters: foreigners, who, for reasons I can’t understand, are in my country.

     In the past few weeks, Muslims and Arabs have poured into the streets in nearly every U.S. city to celebrate the slaughter of Israelis, while wearing scarves, keffiyehs and other clown outfits, waving the flags of Palestine, Egypt, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Yemen, Turkey, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, and on and on.

It’s so obvious that these people don’t belong here that the immediate reaction of a number of politicians was to demand that their visas be revoked. (Nobody looked at anti-war protests in the '60s and said, Revoke their visas!)

     Question: Why are we importing millions of people from lesser cultures who will inevitably despise and resent the West for its very success?

     This isn’t the old They hate us for our freedoms! Rather, it is simply an acknowledgment of the fact that the most common and destructive human emotion is jealousy. People will brag about being gluttons, prideful, greedy, angry, lustful and lazy. The only venal sin no one will cop to is envy. That’s how insidious it is.

     Consider the “open letter” from 33 Harvard student groups blaming Israelis for their own slaughter. In addition to about a dozen Muslim and Arab groups, the letter was signed by clubs for immigrants from various locales notable for their high levels of corruption and leprosy (e.g., Bangladesh, Nepal, Bengal and South Asia).

     You think Harvard had a problem with the “Bengali Association of Students” before the 1965 Immigration Act?

     Freshly installed and deeply unimpressive Harvard president Claudine Gay (daughter of Haitian immigrants) issued a kumbaya statement in response to the bloodthirsty student letter, expressing sadness about both the 1,500 slaughtered Israelis AND “the war in Israel and Gaza now underway.”

     At this, billionaire donors to the university finally began to notice the insanity they’ve been funding. A couple of Israeli billionaires, Idan and Batia Ofer, quit Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government board in protest. Another Jewish billionaire, Bill Ackman, demanded the names of the students behind the letter. Gentile -- and Republican! -- Ken Griffin (cumulative gifts to Harvard: more than $500 million) also raised a ruckus.

     The same thing happened at other institutions of higher learning.

     Sorry to roll my eyes, but where have they been? The gleeful cheering for the mass murder of Israelis is only the latest expression of hate by inferior cultures toward the superior culture of the West -- of which the donors are a shining example.

     Here are a few other signposts of our descent into Calcutta.

     In the last few years, statues of one great man after another have been toppled, among them: Christopher Columbus, Ulysses S. Grant, Thomas Jefferson, Robert E. Lee, Teddy Roosevelt and Francis Scott Key. White, white, white, white, white and white.

     Portraits of scientists at Rockefeller University who’d won the Nobel Prize or Lasker Award had to be removed on the grounds that they were all white men. The portraits made medical student Max Jordan Nguemeni Tiako sad, so they had to go.

     The Metropolitan Museum of Art disemboweled Beethoven’s opera, “Fidelio,” to turn it into a story about BLM triumphing over a white supremacist conspiracy to oppress immigrants and people of color (with a discussion sponsored by Columbia University on dismantling “systems of incarceration”).

     Responding to student demand, the University of Pennsylvania removed a portrait of William Shakespeare and replaced it with a picture of a black feminist writer.

     And how did Gay become the president of Harvard in the first place? Obviously, it was a rigorous competition -- just as it was for Vice President Kamala Harris, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson and Sen. Laphonza Butler.

     Gay’s “historic” appointment gave Harvard its first black president! (Who could’ve seen that coming?)

     The shocked Harvard alums might not even be admitted today, with their cisgender white privilege. The college's admissions office describes its job as “antiracism work.”

     But when the exact same people who hate our country turned out to hate Israel, too, our clueless elites were gobsmacked. Gee, where’d that come from? We thought you liked us.

Of course barbarians hate Israel! Surrounded by enemies, Jews transformed an unforgiving desert into a first-rate civilization. Did anyone imagine the Holocaust would temper the bitter jealousy? That’s like heterosexual white coeds claiming to be “binary” to earn woke street cred. You’re still pretty, and they still hate you.

     The conflict is far larger than a few hundred disaffected immigrants, “colonized” and “indigenous” people cheering mass murder by invading paragliders.

     This is an endemic problem. Israel can’t do much about the neighborhood, but why on Earth is the U.S. importing preposterous foreigners from third-rate cultures? The failure of their ancestors to create anything worthwhile, certainly compared to the stupendous accomplishments of the West, is too glaringly obvious. Inviting millions upon millions of them here, to gawk at our magnificent civilization, is a guarantee of perpetual strife and resentment.

     It could never work. It was always an insane idea.

     Instead of trampling on the free speech rights of people who hate the West, how about avoiding the problem altogether by leaving them where they are? They’ll like it! Vastly fewer “white supremacists” to oppress them. They can hate us all they want. Just do it from their own countries.

You're allowing it, you're sponsoring it, you're endorsing it and you're smugly letting it approach at high speed.

What am I talking about?

This.

$1.695 trillion of deficits this year, up by $320 billion or twenty three percent in one year, a year in which Biden claimed he had "cut the deficit" from Trump's time in office and the Republicans held the House and rather than rein in spending granted Biden unlimited borrowing authority -- which he immediately used.

Rates are continuing to go higher because of this, and only this.

Net interest was $659 billion or roughly 39% of the entire deficit, it will keep climbing and, within a couple more years, be the entire deficit and more -- at which point the entire federal budget folds back and the market realizes that it is not fundable.

At the same time mortgages, car loans, credit card interest and all other forms of borrowing (and incidentally, all forms of insurance are borrowing even though you probably don't recognize that) have skyrocketed in cost and will continue to until and unless the deficit spending stops.

In a few more years rates on all sorts of loans will be in the double digits and lending will effectively stop.  If you are currently dependent on the capacity to "put it on your credit card" you will be forced to go without whatever that is, up to and including groceries, gas in your car and the electric bill.  Think not?  CRapital One is already charging more than 30% interest on some credit cards.

To those who say that corporations should pay "their fair share" the entire corporate tax burden was $522 billion so you would have to quadruple it in order to bring the budget into balance.  That would be very close to an effective 100% tax rate for many businesses and nobody in their right mind would run a business, nor would there be a price on a stock with an effective 100% tax rate.  The price and value of both is zero.

The excuse of Covid has expired; the pandemic is over.  Spending never went back down and in fact it advanced further, so spare me the lies from both the left and right about how we had to "help people" in a temporary situation.  Neither political party intended for anything to be temporary; that is now documented fact and anyone lending money now knows it and will not fall for that lie (and thus price interest lower) based on that lie again.

Spare me also the often-repeated claim that Social Security is the problem.  This year Social Security took in $1.020 trillion in taxes for the retirement fund and another $173 billion for disability.  Medicare took in $358 billion in taxes.

Medicare and Medicaid spent $2.147 trillion, or $1.789 trillion more than taken in from tax receipts and that understates the total because Medicaid is partially forcibly funded by the States as the "price" of accepting the program.  That is greater than the entire federal deficit and it is up by $80 billion over last year.  Since the pandemic is "over" so should be any excess spending directed at the most-vulnerable, that is the elderly and poor, but obviously it is not so those claims were lies as well.  Never mind all the "old and vulnerable" that Covid killed and since you can only die once that total should have, for several years, dropped precipitously.

Social Security spent $1.419 trillion and this year had a 15% operating deficit.  Of note is that Medicare and Medicaid were only 17% funded while Social Security is unfunded by approximately the same percentage.

The entire problem has been in the medical monopolies for the last three decades and still is yet both parties always accuse anyone attempting to address the issue as "intending to cut Social Security" and "throw Granny in the street."

There is no path for The Fed to come in and "rescue" the economy from this problem because the problem doesn't rest in the general economy.  The Fed cannot lower rates or tamper with the bond curve again without causing an immediate reflexive move higher in prices because the former outlets from this inflationary impulse have been exhausted: The expansion of global trade has ceased and we have sanctioned enough people that this means of sequestering the impulse has been closed off, never mind that China, which was one of the sinks for said impulse, is out of absorption capacity itself and facing both financial and demographic pressures that prevent it from turning that back on even if they wanted to, and they don't -- they've already stolen what they want to steal.

Is not a doubling of your food bill over the last few years enough?  How's your homeowners and car insurance cost looking?  Want more of that?  Every additional dollar of deficit spending will force those prices upward.

Corporate excess domestic private savings have been deeply negative since 2005 and while they showed signs of recovery in 2017 Covid put a stop to that and their negative trajectory has continued despite the end of the pandemic, with a record negative run rate that over the last several quarters indicates abject bankruptcy for corporations is around the corner.  As such trying to tax businesses is a waste of time as they have no surplus to tax and of course bankrupt firms lay off their staff which will force unemployment to skyrocket at the same time government has no available funds with which to help and in fact those bankruptcies will drop tax receipts making the deficit worse.

The extraction rackets of the last decade or so are emblematic of that graph and prove that for the most part the so-called "recovery" since the 2008 crash was a lie and worse, the actual indicator of it showed up in the beginning of 2005, two years before it all went to Hell.  All of it -- literally all -- was "funded" with inflated credit that anyone with two nickels worth of intelligence knew was unsustainable and would blow up in our face.  We are now roughly two years beyond when that trend dove last time except this time it is twice as bad.

Do you really think we won't get the same result -- times two or worse?

Speaking of personal tax receipts at both the state and federal levels they're falling.  How is this possible when we're told we have a "robust" economy and employment situation?

There is no "easy" way out of this. If we do not dismantle all of the medical monopolists right now, throwing those who refuse to obey 100+ year old that twice has been ratified at the Supreme Court in prison, and mean it, doing whatever we have to with those on K Street and elsewhere that cajole, wine, dine and bribe Congress and the Executive along with every single State Government in the Union -- not over the next five or ten years with some sort of alleged "reform" that is promised but never happens but rather right here, right now -- along with cutting off all the freebies and slamming every illegal alien's fingers in the door we are headed for fiscal and shortly thereafter social and civil collapse.

Oh those nice illegals will be happy to help with that collapse too and I'll lay odds they'll go on a crime spree making Al Capone's look like a bedtime story; they have plenty of experience with that in their origin nations and zero national pride in our country -- right?

Think I'm wrong?  Go look over in Europe where they threw open the door and what happened there.  Sweden anyone, which now has the highest per-capita rate of rape in Europe.  That's ok with you, I presume?  Your wife, daughter -- or you, if you're the female half of the population -- are good with challenging Sweden for the title in that category, yes?  After all its only 59% of the rapists in Sweden that were, according to a fairly recent study, migrants despite being a much smaller percentage of the population.

Now add to that rate the fact that Sweden's economy is, thus far, in pretty good shape.  Take ours and trash it which is inevitable if we don't solve this problem right here and now; what do you think all those who have no employable skills will do when the "free stuff" dries up?

This isn't a political argument.

It's a mathematical statement of fact, exactly as it was 10+ years ago when I wrote Leverage and which has been ignored by both sides of the aisle, the media and virtually everyone in America since.

The Left’s Planned Destruction of the Judeo-Christian World

What is now occurring in Israel is no act of happenstance or the result of failed policy. It is the execution of a premeditated plan of destruction that Obama began, and Biden is trying to finish. The American left has long desired to eliminate Judeo-Christian followers. Their reasoning is simple: you cannot conquer, subjugate, and enslave a population that refuses to accept the rule of an earthly authority.

With Barack Obama leading the American left and pulling the strings on the Biden marionette, the plan is in motion. They seek to destroy Israel, followed by erasing Christians, whether through genocide (as in parts of Africa) or criminalizing Christianity.

In 2014, Israel initiated “Operation Protective Edge” to destroy “endless” miles of terror tunnels Hamas used to gain access into Israel and murder civilians. The Obama Administration assailed the Netanyahu government for using “disproportionate force” to protect their citizens from death at the hands of terrorists.

That same year, in a Tel Aviv speech, Philip Gordon, special assistant to U.S. President Barack Obama and the White House coordinator for the Middle East, made clear Barack Obama’s position. As reported on July 8 in Times of Israel:

Israel’s ongoing occupation of the West Bank is wrong and leads to regional instability and dehumanization of Palestinians, a top American government official said Tuesday in Tel Aviv, hinting that the current Israeli government is not committed to peace.

Gordon appealed to Israeli and Palestinian leaders to make the needed compromises to reach a permanent peace agreement. Jerusalem “‘should not take for granted the opportunity to negotiate’ such a treaty with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, who has proven to be a reliable partner,” Gordon said. Abbas’s administration has called for the extermination of all Jews as an Islamic imperative.

Whether Gaza or the West Bank, Obama placed greater concern on the quality of life of Palestinians who subscribe to terrorism than industrious Jews working to build a better life for themselves.

In a July 27, 2014, phone conversation with Prime Minister Netanyahu, Obama insisted on a Gaza cease-fire:

An immediate and unconditional ceasefire ending Israel’s assault on Hamas is a “clear strategic imperative” to Israel, U.S. President Barack Obama told Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in a phone call on Sunday.

Obama told Netanyahu he wants a ceasefire “that both allows Palestinians in Gaza to lead normal lives and addresses Gaza’s long-term development and economic needs, while strengthening the Palestinian Authority,” the White House said, in a readout of the call to reporters.

In terms of disproportionate force, what gives Barack Obama the right to say what a Jew’s life is worth? (The Biden administration is repeating the same line.) To those who have followed Middle East events, it is clear that the last thing to concern Obama was a Jew’s life. His position always focused on protecting the Palestinian right to kill Jews, while minimizing the consequences. Looking at today’s horrors in Israel and Obama’s lethargic response, how can any reasonable person believe otherwise?

In 2015, Obama promoted and signed the Iranian Nuclear Accord over bipartisan objection from the Senate on both constitutional and principled grounds. Obama ignored that. Obama’s agreement was structured to allow Iran to develop nuclear power readily convertible to a nuclear weapon. It also deleted existing sanctions, giving Iran the financial resources to pursue its oft-stated goal using nuclear weapons against the Jewish State. Additionally, the money allowed Iran to sponsor Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Majid Rafizadeh, an economist and business consultant who teaches at Harvard University, offered his analysis of the deal:

The international community would truly do itself a great service to recognize that the nuclear deal was nothing more than a pro-mullah agreement which provided Iran’s ruling clerics with billions of dollars to pursue their anti-American, anti-Semitic, anti-Iranian people and pro-terror activities, while simultaneously providing cover for Iran to pursue its nuclear ambitions.

When President Trump withdrew from the Iran deal, he reimposed sanctions and essentially cut off funding for terrorism. An important point lost on many today is that when we were mass-producing energy under President Trump, we drove down the price of oil in the marketplace. This further deprived Iran (and Russia) of resources to use against the United States and other Judeo-Christian nations.

As a parting shot at Israel, in 2016, Barack Obama refused to block an anti-Israel resolution at the United Nations condemning settlement construction. Perhaps the strongest evidence of Obama’s desire to destroy the Jewish State comes from his allowing the resolution to pass. The proof is simple. The resolution holds that the Temple Mount and Western Wall, Jerusalem’s holiest sites going back over 2,500 years, are occupied territory. The so-called Palestinian people are a construct fabricated in the 1960s. Only the worst of the Jew-haters could endorse this resolution.

Currently, much is being made of $6 billion that the Biden administration has moved to make available to Iran, but that amount is small compared to what his administration has already done. Writing in August 2023, former White House official Richard Goldberg explained:

“At least $16 billion has now been made available to Iran without any congressional input — and more might be on the way. Another $6.7 billion is reportedly moving to Iran via the International Monetary Fund Special Drawing Rights… and reportedly… another $3 billion of regime assets frozen in Tokyo, India and China…”

In addition, Biden continues to issue waivers for oil exports without Congressional oversight, resulting in Iran deriving many billions of dollars in revenue.

Under President Trump Iranian oil exports were 10 percent of what they are today, representing reductions of tens of billions of dollars to Iran. It was deterrence without death and destruction.

Today, the Biden Administration has reversed the Trump measures and renewed the flow of money to Iran and Hamas. Without this funding, both Iran and Hamas would be unable to move against Israel. In addition, based on a Wall Street Journal report, aside from funding, Iran provided the organizational structure and guidance for the attack on Israel.

Simply put, without Iranian sponsorship, Israeli babies would not have been beheaded or burned alive. Israel’s move to exterminate Hamas should have taken place in 2014. It is obvious that Barack Obama blocked this action. So again, what other conclusion can be drawn other than his goal was to destroy Israel, a goal that Biden continues to pursue?

Moreover, both Obama and Biden know that, when the [non-Khazar] Jews are gone, Christians are next. Hamas has explicitly stated that, after Israel, it will eliminate Christianity (and, presumably, Christians). This will not be confined to Israel. It will happen here. Thousands of Middle Eastern men of military age are coming over our southern border, with numbers of them on the terror watchlist. They are waiting for the Ayatollah to press the button. The American leftist leader Barack Obama is the author of the existing tragedy and what is to come.

What is currently transpiring in the Middle East is not due to some error in judgment. It was planned. The violence, death, and destruction were premeditated. If not headed off now, the American left will empower the Muslim community to accomplish their goal and bring their horror show here. (read more)

Old immigration once enriched America, but our new version is destroying it

Few Romans in the late decades of their 5th-century AD empire celebrated their newfound “diversity” of marauding Goths, Ostrogoths, Visigoths, Huns and Vandals.

These tribes en masse had crossed the unsecured Rhine and Danube borders to harvest Roman bounty without a care about what had created it.

Their agendas were focused on destroying the civilization they overran rather than peacefully integrating into and perpetuating the Empire.

Ironically, Rome’s prior greatness had been due to the extension of citizenship to diverse people throughout Europe, North Africa and Asia.

Millions had been assimilated, integrated, and intermarried and often superseded the original Italians of the early Roman Republic. Such fractious diversity had led to unity around the idea of Rome.

New citizens learned to enjoy the advantages of habeas corpus, sophisticated roads, aqueducts, and public architecture, and the security offered by the legions.

The unity of these diverse peoples fused into a single culture that empowered Rome. In contrast, the later disunity of hundreds of thousands of tribal people flooding into and dividing Rome doomed it.

To meet the challenge of a multiracial society, the only viable pathway to a stable civilization of racially and ethnically different people is a single, shared culture.

Some nations can find collective success as a single homogeneous people like Japan or Korea.

Or equally, but with more difficulty, nations can prosper with heterodox peoples—but only if united by a single, inclusive culture as the American melting-pot once attested.

But a baleful third option—a multicultural society of diverse, unassimilated, and often rival tribes—historically is a prescription for collective suicide.

We are beginning to see just that in America, as it sheds the melting pot, and adopts the salad bowl of unassimilated and warring tribes.

The U.S. is now seeing a rise in violent racially and religiously motivated hate crimes.

The border is nonexistent.

Millions of unlawful immigrants mock their hosts by their brazen illegal entrance.

They will receive little civic education to become Americans. But they will learn that unassimilated tribalism wins them influence and advantages.

In contrast, America was once a rare historical example of a multiracial, but single-culture democracy that actually worked.

Multigenerational Americans were often energized by keeping up with new hard-working immigrants determined to have a shot at success in a free society long denied them at home.

Other large nations have tried such a democratic multiracial experiment—most notably Brazil and India. But both are still plagued by tribal feuding and serial violence.

What once worked for America, but now is forgotten were a few precepts essential for a multiracial constitutional state wedded to generous immigration.

One, America is enriched at its cultural periphery by the food, fashion, art, music, and literature of immigrants.

But it would be destroyed if such diversity extended to its core. No one wants Middle-East norms regarding gays or emancipated women.

No one prefers Mexican jurisprudence to our courts.

No one here wants the dictatorship of Venezuela or the totalitarianism of communist China.

Two, people vote with their feet to emigrate to America. They flee their native culture and government to enjoy their antitheses in America.

But remember—no sane immigrant would flee Mexico, Gaza, or Zimbabwe only to wish to implant in their new homes the very culture and norms that drove them out from their old.

If they did that to their new home, it would then become as unattractive to them as what they fled.

Three, tribalism wrecks nations.

Just compare what happened in Rwanda, the former Yugoslavia, or Iraq.

Anytime one ethnic, racial, or religious group refuses to surrender its prime identity in exchange for a shared sense of self, other tribes for their own survival will do the same.

All then rebrand their superficial appearance as essential not incidental to whom they are.

And like nuclear proliferation that sees other nations go nuclear once a neighboring power gains the bomb, so too the tribalism of one group inevitably leads only to more tribalism of others. The result is endless Hobbesian strife.

Four, immigration must be measured, so that newcomers can be manageably assimilated and integrated rather than left to form rival tribal cliques.

Five, it must be legal. Otherwise, the idea of citizenship is reduced to mere residency, while the legal applicant is rendered a fool for his adherence to the law.

Six, it must be meritocratic, so immigrants come with English and skills and do not burden their hosts.

And last, it must be diverse. Only that way, can all groups abroad have equal access to the American dream.

A diversity of immigrants also ensures that no one particular ethnic or political tribe seeks to use immigration to further divide the nation.

In sum, the old immigration once enriched America, but our new version is destroying it. (read more)

Diversity Means Divide and Conquer

Down with diversity - let the Restoration begin

By now, everyone should have noticed how ubiquitous the word “diversity” is, often alongside partner terms such as “equity“ and “inclusion,“ making the acronym “DEI.”

Though “diversity” sounds benign and technically only means varied, different or differentiated, its modern usage appears to mean more. How much more may be the difference between something benign and something malignant.

Given these polar opposites, scrutiny of the term is in order.

The ubiquity of the word is itself suspicious. Upon reflection, incessant talk and advocacy of diversity is odd, since real diversity exists without any of that. Novice gardeners, for example, can barely count the varieties of tomatoes or the different kinds of trees. Humankind itself consists of billions of individuals, no one of whom is like the other.

So the world has diversity without anyone even trying. Advocating diversity, or hiring diversity officials, therefore, is a little like lobbying for gravity. Huh? Gravity pulls everything to the ground on its own.  No lobby required.

Worse, if diversity already exists but officials are hired to promote it, they will of course begin promoting something else just to have something to do.

Add to this that a lot of diversity talk is dishonest. America has heard for years that “diversity is our strength” and in 1978 the United States Supreme Court began suggesting that “diversity” was a constitutional value on par with the presumption of innocence, due process or free expression.

But the word “diversity” appears neither in the United States Constitution nor in the Declaration of Independence, America’s foundational documents.

In fact, the word was rarely uttered until about the 1980s. That means that the country not only existed for most of its history without hearing about diversity, it also flourished – growing from a fledgling group of states in 1776 to a superpower 200 years later.  Yet now America is supposed to believe that diversity explains its rise?

So the diversity movement doesn’t make much sense, suggesting something else is going on. Could diversity be a euphemism for something bad?

Of course it could. For those willing to see, diversity malignancy is obvious. Today the word is used to divide and conquer the American people by placing individuals into fake, warring tribes based on race and sex.  As “diversity” talk has advanced, so has talk of “whites,” “gender” and “people of color” (and now proxy terms for race such as “underrepresented” or “marginalized’) while talk of mothers, farmers or small-business owners has receded. The former categories are not just novel but top-down, contrived and imposed, while the latter are natural, organic and real.

We’re told, for example, that women earning less than men is an injustice. But who chose the category of women and men, pitting them against each other? Isn’t family status – or provider status – a better category and measure of one’s interests? Married women with children often want their husbands to earn more when the husband supports the household. Similarly, diversity promoters point to race to explain income and education disparities. But one’s home life is the best predictor of financial stability and success, not race. Broken homes produce chaos and dependency on welfare. So why discuss race when the better focus is family formation and preservation?

At the same time, diversity shifts the nation’s focus from the pursuit of excellence – in character, business, education and the arts – to race and sex to fuel an identity politics that pits Americans against each other. In this way, achievement and excellence go out the window; mediocrity and ruin take their place.

Examples of diversity-driven tribal discord abound – in elementary schools, where teachers sort students by race; in corporate America, where new employees hear that sexual confusion such as transvestitism is good and healthy contrary to longstanding morals; and in government, which gets more and more coercive as bakers and website designers don’t go along with diversity claptrap.

But the diversity bug is most virulent on the American college campus. At Virginia’s James Madison University (“JMU”), for example, diversity staff in charge of 2020 orientation showed students a video telling freshmen that America consists of two groups – the “oppressed” and the “oppressors.” The oppressed included homosexuals, blacks and non-Western Europeans while oppressors included Christians, whites and Americans! When this content made news, the video disappeared.

That this is poison should be obvious. Not only is this explicitly and invidiously anti-Christian and anti-American, the premise of diversity advocates is that one’s race or sex all but determines one’s views, an ignorant and reductionist proposition. Women, for example, disagree plenty among themselves, as do those in various ethnic groups.

Notably, America has always been about the individual, not the tribe. The U.S. has no royalty and remains the land of opportunity for individual citizens – not dynasties – who will work hard and cultivate their talents. Of importance is individual character and individual contributions as in “put your name on it” or President Kennedy’s exhortation, “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.”

This focus matters. Individuals can’t control all their circumstances; but they can control what they make of those circumstances – that is, they control their character. And a society’s focus on character encourages individuals to be good which, in turn, makes society good.

Diversity ideology does the opposite. It keeps the focus on what can’t be controlled, such as skin color, fomenting discord on that basis with no end in sight. Talk of “oppressors” is obviously designed to encourage resentment, which is poison for the individual soul and for society at large.

Note that no one demands diversity of Japan, which would probably recognize it as warfare against national unity, something Americans can’t seem to fathom. Similarly, no one demands diversity of professional basketball teams – don’t they need more Asians? More Central Americans? No doubt the National Basketball Association also sees that diversity is a war on excellence that would ruin the game. But pointing this out for other spheres of life like business or education is verboten.

Those arriving in America once discarded their old-world languages and old-world identities to learn American English and assimilate. But now assimilation and unity have yielded to “diversity” whose proponents even denigrate assimilation and excellence as one tribe’s power play over others. This is going to kill America.

How to respond?

Obviously, America must dump divide-and-conquer diversity and return to the pursuit of excellence – especially of individual moral character – as well as to President Kennedy’s call to service. Those are truly benign anchors of a good and healthy country.

So down with diversity. And let the Restoration begin.

Diversity is Not Our Strength

It’s fifty years now since I was at university and a great deal of my time there -- especially the weekends -- is long forgotten.

I do remember going with the intention of studying math and economics. At that time, and maybe still, there was a requirement, in the first year, to take other subjects. Whether this was to prevent specializing too soon or to provide a more rounded education or both I don’t know but, when my second year began one of those other subjects became all of my classes, either Modern History or Economic History.

At that level, the assumption was that you already knew the who, what, where, and when of historical events and the focus was on the why. So, there were no multiple-choice or true/false questions, only two-thousand-word essays on the why of important events in history. I was fascinated with these, basically, puzzles, working back in time to see what had happened to set in motion the factors behind, for example, the outbreak of wars.

One of these assignments was to “Account for the Industrial Revolution occurring in Britain before other countries.” For a long time, the accepted explanation had been that the “Protestant Work Ethic’ was the reason but, while there was an innate industriousness in the people of Britain generally, it was no more so than some of their neighbors in Europe. Equally, while Britain had adequate ore and coal resources it was no more blessed than many other countries and much less than some. Neither did Britain have a massive population or land area. Both were quite small, in fact. The answer to the question goes back all the way to the Magna Carta when British society began to differ from those elsewhere. Over the ensuing centuries, there came to be a regard for democracy, private property, law and order, and education. Social and geographic mobility was possible and financial institutions were born and grew. Add in a hands-off approach to business from government and all of the ingredients were in place for that revolution in industry: An industrious educated population led to a rash of inventions, these were allied to business ventures, productivity increased, entrepreneurs made money, invested it in improvements, and everything that we so casually accept today as the norm, came about.

It’s well recorded that, along with progress, there was massive disruption for whole groups of workers whose skills were no longer needed and whose families became destitute. Their situation was a desperation so profound that we can hardly imagine it, but society was not done changing and today we have a safety net of welfare, unemployment benefits, and social security to help those whose lives have been upended, for whatever reason. And, from that time to this, legal protections from historical inequalities were established to protect individuals and groups from persecution. That our society adapted to care for and protect everyone and not just a fortunate few is no small matter.

It wasn’t just the economy that saw advances, medical breakthroughs in antibiotics, antiseptics, and anesthetics were also made. Those allied to an improved diet caused the life expectancy of the population, in general, to double from that day to this.

I don’t recall being asked at the time to give this a name but thinking about it now the best word that I can think of to describe all of this is Culture. And that Culture was exported by British settlers to North America, Australia, and New Zealand and copied elsewhere. As a result, there are areas in this world where there is security, freedom, and prosperity, especially in relation to those other areas where tyranny and lawlessness still exist and economic security does not.

So when I hear someone like Barack Obama spout about diversity and multiculturalism being a “strength,” I have my doubts and, of course, while it sounds good, he offers absolutely no proof of his assertion. On the other hand, I can think of lots of examples where other societies have practices that are absolutely abhorrent: "child bride" is a euphemism for pedophilia. Do we really want anyone in our midst that thinks that this is okay? I could go on and on about other aspects of some cultures that are just as despicable. But, leaving barbarian practices and beliefs aside, what about those who just have no education and cannot possibly survive, without assistance, in a modern economy? Whose responsibility is it to feed, house, and clothe them? The government will do it for sure, but they will do it poorly and inefficiently and with resources taken from others by the threat of force. Or, what about those who lack the sophistication to see through the empty promises of, and then vote for, the grifters that so many of our politicians are?

Speaking of grifters, our society, our culture that benefits everyone is not just threatened from outside our borders, it is, at the very least, not protected by our “betters.” These people not only do not have our welfare at heart, but they also despise us, and they despise us so much they don’t mind telling us – consider Hilary Clinton’s “deplorables” description or Harry Reid’s comments about being able to smell tourists to D.C. As for those who believe that Bill Clinton really “feels your pain,” I see no evidence of that other than big talk. In fact, most politicians are complicit with those that benefit the most and are affected the least by the current open-border policies that are undermining our way of life.

It has already started, but where the tipping point is in this process, I do not know. There is a tipping point, however, and there will be an economic and societal collapse that no regular folks will survive intact if unchecked, unvetted immigration overwhelms and eradicates the culture that has led to the freedom and prosperity that we thoughtlessly take for granted today. They Are That Evil

We have plenty of treason. It isn’t hidden. It isn’t even debated. The fact of it is recognized, but what is lacking is a will to engage that treason with consequences. Who would do it? The average person on the street sees it, recognizes it as such, but they are and have been indoctrinated in the rule of law, so they expect that out of the hundreds of thousands employed in law enforcement that the law would be enforced. Why does that seem so irrational?

No one with a brain and the ability to do math believes that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. Everything logical speaks against it. The rock-star-like reception Trump gets everywhere he goes and the sparse crowds that accompany Joe Biden make that narrative an obvious lie. No one has been willing to examine the votes taken or the illegality of the law changes at the last moment before the election (most of which required an alteration of the state constitution to change the law). They just don’t want to see it.

But the people know.

The border is not secure, despite the fact that the constitution promises us a republican form of government and protection against invasion. We have neither. The constitution provides for the president to faithfully execute the laws passed by congress. None of that is happening; he’s making laws with Executive Orders, preventing laws from being enforced and even when the Supreme Court orders him to enforce the laws, he refuses. Biden presides over a rogue government as few of his secretaries are following their charters and in most cases are acting in opposition to their charters.

The people know this, too.

For what purpose is there a congress and a judicial branch if they can and are systematically thwarted by a president who refuses to accept any limitations on his power? Who flaunts the law and the legal means of holding him and his administration accountable? The only way this is possible is with a wealth of media outlets and former officials who provide the political cover for it, who treat these actions as normal and acceptable. Most Americans don’t investigate the issues with enough effort to discover the truth by themselves.

The people know this, too, but it’s clouded behind false testimony and arrogant lies on the news channels.

Lives are being lost, industries destroyed and enemies given aid and comfort. Yet, no one will stand up against it and what few do find the courage are arrested, cancelled or killed. Everything that is unapproved of by the criminals acting with the power of government is punished severely.

Is this the America we will leave to all subsequent generations?

For three years the people of America have been subject to outlandish violations of law and the constitution. The system has had time to correct the malfeasance. It has had time to restore the order and replace those who have committed crimes while serving the people. There is no excuse for leaving the people in the lurch with no logical, reasonable or effective resort. This is a violation of trust, one that has the power to end the United States of America.

Around the world, the other nations, the ones who looked to America for inspiration and many who codified its principles of freedom into their laws stand in total revulsion as to how the American people have allowed this destruction to come to their nation.

Many in America feel the same way.

Elections used to be the means of turning the ship of state around, to go into a different and more beneficial direction. The people used to have some say, if not a great deal, often enough to let the natural inclination of the masses guide it away from the more disastrous of futures. It was this means that taught politicians how far they could go in any given direction, but the unwillingness to let the people speak through these elections means that there is no civilized way to change course.

That leaves only the uncivilized.

When the captain of a ship is clearly insane, or reckless, endangering the lives of the crew and indeed the ship they all need for survival, there are means of removing him from his position. There’s logic and reason, but when all else fails and the lives of the crew are at stake, only mutiny will suffice. It’s ugly and is fraught with danger, because, if unwarranted, it can lead to a death sentence, but someone has to utter the word, someone has to suggest the unthinkable to resolve a condition that is likewise unthinkable.

The trouble with America, right now, is that there is no more sane person to put in the captain’s chair. There is no way to effect a mutiny when the officers are as insane and reckless as the captain. It’s as if everyone in charge of anything significant is infected with the same suicidal, destructive disease.

And, it’s the people who will pay, not only in the immediate, but in the future as well.

We are facing the end of the United States of America no matter what we do, or don’t do. The financial situation just got worse with the passage of the Continuing Resolution (CR) and only more [monetary] inflation can come of it. There is no political will to stop the disastrous spending put into every congressional bill. The BRICs nations will benefit from this act, more aid and comfort to those trying to destroy the US, but the competing nations are doing so because they recognize the insanity that has gripped the officers of our ship of state. Those nations see as well as most citizens that the United States is acting in increasingly irrational and self-harmful ways, taking their investments down with it, so they’ve stopped buying our debt and started liquidating our bonds as a defensive measure against our recklessness.

Americans can not just continue to use the means and methods that have always worked before, they no longer work. Elections, legal action, petitions, protests and revolts have been hijacked, turned into criminal activities instead of political expressions of disapproval. That ensures the United States can do nothing other than collapse, taking all of us down into the dark, cold sea.

Unless the common sailors stand up and challenge not only the officers, but any in authority, they will go down with the ship. In this scenario, they will try to kill us all before we can do that, but they’re doing that just to get to some enormously stupid Net-Zero. They are that evil.

And when the historians are asked why a prosperous and largely peaceful nation like the United States failed and drifted into chaos and irrelevance, they can reply: They stopped being Americans. (read more)

A Time of Lawlessness

Very soon the kinetic aspect of WWIII will kick off and the international entanglements of the Biden Administration will become obviously treasonous. It might not even take the actual entry of the war to mark it. As soon as the Israeli ground attack starts, the United States will come apart from within by the recently demonstrated Palestinian forces already here, brought in over the past two years of open borders. If not them, some other hostile forces. The U.S. is weak in every way one wants to measure it, except in its domestic fighting forces that are being kept under surveillance and under suspicion.

The police, as part of the globalist apparatus, will be unable to deal with the violence and they’ll just let it burn. They’ll stand about in their flak jackets and kick the smoldering ashes into a tighter, more orderly pile. We saw it in Portland, Seattle and Minneapolis. This is the Rashida Talib, Black Lives Matter domestic terrorists back in the saddle. Perhaps the George Floyd riots were probing actions, sensing where it can be most effective. Guess what? It’s most effective in any major [Democrat-run] city. What happens when it takes place in every single one at the same time?

The question is not what will happen, but what will happen after it comes apart? There is no political will anywhere in this bastardized nation to do anything about anything that is not targeted at law-abiding, tax-paying citizens. The allies of the establishment will burn it all down and we will be expected to pay for it to be rebuilt, but now that isn’t as easy as it has been in the past.

At the same time as all of this is taking place, the average American will be struggling to pay for their rents, mortgages and groceries. Businesses will not be able to borrow the money it takes to expand and will even have to cut back on employees and services because the costs of maintaining their business will go up. Every line of credit will see interest rates double and triple that of the previous period. This is because the 10 Year Treasury just topped 5%. Even though it pulled back a little bit, that is why the stock market took a dive on Friday. Five percent is what the banks have to pay the Fed. Bank of America just admitted to having $136 billion in unrealized losses (bonds they can’t redeem) and to keep them from being realized, intends to hold those bonds until maturity instead of dumping them on the Fed and taking the loss. That’s $136 billion in lost liquidity. Which means, Bank of America and others of the same size are currently sitting on enormous amounts of unrealized debts that they will try to hold, but eventually they will need the cash and all hell will be unloosed.

There is no relief on that aspect, either, because the budget deficit was “admitted” to be $1.7 trillion. I say “admitted” because that’s nonsense. It took almost two weeks of shoveling funds into and out of programs; two weeks after their time-honored reporting date, to shove some $300 billion into some other category so they didn’t have to admit, what I mentioned before: that the budge deficit was going to be about $2 trillion. This is significant, because revenue, due to Bidenomics, was off by $500 billion. The intake was $4.5 trillion and the outlay was at least $6.5 trillion. That means that the interest on the debt now exceeds the budget for the Department of Defense.

I ask thee: How does one finance WWIII under these conditions? It can’t be done. The economic system will fold at the same time we’re embroiled in massive civil unrest, actual attacks from foreign enemies on our soil, brought here by the same government stooges that have spent us into oblivion while our navies and air forces are ravaged overseas by militant Jihadists. That is, until the real fireworks get started.

This is why I say, we have to look past the United States of America and toward the New America that lies on the other side of the rubble heap. Now, one might cash in their chips at this point and give up on everything, but that’s what the globalists are counting on. That’s why they’ve exerted their efforts toward this day. I don’t want to let them have it. I could have moved to some other country, I thought about it, but what other country has the history, the legacy of freedom that we do? What other country truly understands the principles behind the power and prestige of the United States of America? It’s hard enough to try and inform those who have lived under the success of the republic, it would be ten times harder trying to convince people of the value of those things who have never experienced it. Try to sell the 2nd Amendment to some other despotic nation.

Those states that do not distance themselves from the system that produced this calamity will be forced to endure the worst of it. I’m hoping a number of them will understand that there is no working with people who have so treacherously betrayed the republic. Even in the states that do, it will not come easy. There is no chance that a whole state will just recognize the absolute truth of the situation, they will cling to what they have known, like a handrail on the Titanic until it sucks them under.

My proposal is to recognize that there is no way out of it now. When it kicks off, either rapidly in the Mediterranean Sea, or slowly here at home, (likely both) all the bricks will come tumbling down. It’s how we address that wreckage that’s important.

Everyone in government right now is to blame. The Executive for their refusal to execute the duly passed and signed laws considering almost everything from border security to election security, from maintaining the defense to corruption and infiltration of the intelligence services. The Legislative for failing to properly manage the budget and restrict spending where necessary to provide for national security. The Judiciary for failing to uphold the principles of the Constitution and ensuring the rights of the people when infringed by the Legislative and Executive. All the rest, the bureaucrats, for failing in their duties to the republic or their states. There is no mechanism to hold them accountable within the system, it has to be done outside of it.

These are catastrophic failures that no other government has survived in the history of the world. Our government is, in effect, in rebellion against the people and has been for a long time, but this day, this moment in time, all the consequences of their actions will have full effect and it will be up to us to decide.

My suggestion is to let go of the handrail on the Titanic and prepare, just as they did in 1776 and 1787 to build a new nation from the rubble, New America. I’ve already started, because it starts in the mind. It doesn’t have to comport with the previous map; it doesn’t all have to come together for good in a few months, it might never be put back together the way it looks now, but we have been through everything before. People from other nations had to change how they lived, what they expected in order to live here. I suggest that we look at it like viewing a new nation and having to sort out what we keep and what we get rid of.

The thing is, we can’t save what we have now. That isn’t going to work and it’ll be painful to try to survive while the old system slowly, or rapidly, deteriorates before our eyes, things like checkbooks and electrical service might not work. Other things might be easier or harder to obtain. Whole segments of industry might collapse. Banking will probably be the first to go. We might even have to fight off invaders after fighting off the invaders the government brought in. It might take generations to get it sorted out and this is just on the off chance that we don’t get conquered by some other nation that was able to survive WWIII, or at least to a greater degree than we did.

China is likely to suffer right along with us. Our banking is almost totally subsumed by the Chinese market in one way or another. When we go down, they will, too, but they have their alliance with Russia and that’s one reason they’ve been working so hard on the BRICS system, they see it coming. Right now, China just wants to weaken us, but no one knows what happens when these forces are unleashed. It’s like being out in the desert when they lit off the first nuclear bomb, would it spark a chain reaction that would ignite the world? They didn’t know for sure, no one does.

The one thing that people really need to understand is that we are already on the globalist side and the Russians and Chinese are on the other side. Not completely, I understand that, but if you think either Putin or Xi is going to take orders from Klaus Schwab, you’re not paying attention. We will, we are, because we don’t have any permanent president, so just like Obama and Biden, they’re for sale to the highest bidder. They’re communists, but once out of office, they're capitalists.

I’m not suggesting that this will all happen by one method or another. I don’t have a crystal ball. All I do know is that I have an alternate concept of what America can be in the aftermath of this psychosis that we’ve been trapped in. Will it be possible? That I have no clue, but if I had to put money on any people in the world, I would put it on the American, especially the highly trained and armed Americans I [used to] know. The United States has a problem with elitism

The “elitist mentality” typically refers to the mindset and behaviors associated with a select group of privileged individuals who perceive themselves as superior in some way—and the United States has a big problem with this pseudo-elitism.

Not all privileged people suffer from the drawbacks associated with an elitist mentality, but here are some:

Elitism can foster arrogance and a sense of superiority. Those with an elite mentality often look down on others and believe that they are inherently better or more deserving.

An elitist mindset can lead to a lack of empathy with humans who do not share the same privileges or status. It can make it challenging to understand or relate to the experiences and challenges of others.

Elitism can perpetuate social divisions and inequalities. It can lead to the concentration of power and resources among a select few while marginalizing or excluding others.

An elite mentality can stifle innovation and progress because it often resists change and new ideas that challenge the status quo.

Humans with an elitist mentality surround themselves with like-minded individuals, leading to groupthink, where dissenting opinions are discouraged, ignored, and even censored.

Individuals with an elite mentality may find it difficult to connect with others who do not share their status or beliefs, leading to social isolation.

Elitism can breed a sense of entitlement, where individuals believe they deserve special treatment or privileges solely because of their status.

A focus on maintaining one’s elite status can lead to a narrow worldview, limiting exposure to diverse perspectives and ideas.

An elitist mentality can lead to negative stereotypes and perceptions of arrogance, insensitivity, and privilege, which can harm one’s personal and professional relationships.

Communists, fascists, totalitarians, and authoritarians have an elitist mentality and think nothing of imposing their will and ideology on those that they rule with an iron fist. The power-hungry political leadership, most of academia, the legacy media, government bureaucrats, and many Democrat judges are guilty of elitist excesses.

Many (if not most) elites don’t believe in God, so they gladly assume the role and tell others what to think, what to believe, and how to behave. The general public is well aware that elitists don’t have their best interests in mind, proceeding with their lives as best as they can; yet this is a tragedy because if you can’t trust the leadership to do things like enact just laws, oppose criminality, and give sound and unbiased medical advice, then who can you trust except yourself?

Elitists in the United States live in their mental and physical ivory towers, unconcerned with the needs and desires of the common man. This can lead to political and social apathy, with the danger of disconnection from most real-world events and community concerns.

Without a dearth of good role models to follow and the free-flow of truth and information, an individual may drift in a sea of chronic ignorance or ideological dysfunction that extends into old age.

On the bright side, if you feel powerless by yourself and maybe a little depressed, then participate in an online community which shares your values or interests, volunteer in your community, monetarily support digital media with which you agree, don’t be afraid to share your beliefs and opinions with humans that will not impact your bottom line and well-being negatively, and vote!

Yet all is not yet lost, and there is still hope for a better future, and an improvement in government if it returns to promoting important traditional core values and ideals which made the American republic great—especially the Constitution with the Bill of Rights and an emphasis on happy heterosexual families, so we don’t have to only import them from other countries around the world.

Let’s work to restore the United States as the land of opportunity for all moral or ethical humans who put forth the effort with determination, smart hard work, and encourage happy role-model heterosexual families so their successes can be passed on to future generations. (read more)

Some analysis on the prospects of an Israeli ground assault and occupation of Gaza, which perhaps explains why they've been shying away from actually launching the operation.

Hamas right now claims 40,000 reasonably well-armed and well-trained fighters in a city of 2 million.

First rule of thumb: all else being equal, you generally need a 3:1 numerical advantage to attack successfully. While the IDF has an extremely steep advantage in firepower, the Palestinians have had over a decade to dig in, and the Israelis would be attacking into a growing rubble pile. As anyone familiar with the Battle of Monte Cassino (or the much more recent Battle of Mosul) would tell you, rubble can be just as good to fight from as intact buildings and will interfere with the effective use of armored vehicles. Thus, the IDF will need to mass some 120,000 troops to defeat Hamas et al and occupy Gaza.

Second rule of thumb: to conduct intensive counterinsurgency operations, you need a 1:20 ratio of security personnel to local inhabitants. There are some two million people living in Gaza, suggesting that an occupation army of 100,000 will be required into at least the medium term to pacify the city and root out insurgents - of which there will be many, because the local population hates the Israelis to an extent we have difficulty comprehending in the West.

The IDF's regular strength in peacetime is 165,000 troops. So it can be readily seen that this mission would require doubling the standing strength of the IDF out of reserves and keeping it there for a period of years, likely after a grueling urban battle that could easily inflict more combat casualties on the IDF than it has suffered in every war it has been involved in since independence combined. Or to put it another way, devoting 1.5% of the Jewish and Druze population of Israel to counterinsurgency duty in Gaza for an indefinite period.

No wonder Netanyahu keeps pushing off the invasion. Even if they win the battle it's a recipe for disaster.

Let's examine the evidence around the strike on the Gaza Baptist Hospital and see where it takes us.

Evidence pointing towards Israeli responsibility:
- Israeli aircraft filmed dropping flares and banking away immediately prior to "arrival"
- "Arrival" similar to other known JDAM strikes - Single, large blast recorded with no secondaries
- Munition precisely struck the center of the hospital parking lot, suggesting it was targeted
- Munition apparently airburst, suggesting a proximity fuze was used
- JDAMs have a proximity fuze setting; to my knowledge Qassam rockets do not
- Israeli officials had demanded the hospital be evacuated
- Israel had conducted strikes near the hospital previously
- Israeli officials initially claimed responsibility
- Israel subsequently released obviously fake material pointing to PIJ responsibility
- The Pentagon only backed Israeli claims (with obvious reluctance) a full day later
- The Israeli military has been caught lying on many occasions previously
- Israeli cutouts pushing an inconsistent alternate defense casting doubt on the number of casualties and extent of damage ("we didn't do it, but even if we did it wasn't as bad as claimed")

Evidence pointing to Palestinian responsibility
- Some Grad-type rockets were launched nearby around the same time
- Hamas and PIJ are terrorist groups that have probably done false flag attacks in the past
- The backlash to this benefited Hamas immensely

So obviously Israel was responsible. In fact some of the "evidence" hastily forwarded to absolve them of responsibility, such as the lack of an obvious crater, is damning to them given that false-flag car bombs or enormous malfunctioning PIJ rocket warheads would in fact leave a substantial one by exploding in contact with the ground.

Officially the authorities in Gaza are now claiming some 471 dead and 800 total casualties; there's dozens of casualties on video from the courtyard area alone. I don't find this particularly implausible - the hospital was a safe haven in a war zone, packed with refugees and likely overflowing with critically wounded patients who would have been very susceptible to dying of wounds in the aftermath. Perhaps Hamas officials added in the existing residents of the morgue to bump up the numbers. Regardless, this was an atrocity.
